Rango Dannia on Instagram: "Recipe:Ingredients are for a large amount of salsa, if you need less cut the recipe in half. 16 tomatoes, half to char & half to chop. 4-6 tomatillos (if you don’t find, you can still make the salsa) 1/2 white onion, 4 pieces of garlic, 3 jalapeños, 3 Serranos if you want it Medium & add Chile de árbol if you want it HOT. 1 bunch cilantro or flat leaf parsley, 3 limes, geeen onions & 1 red onion. 1-2 tbsp of chicken bouillon, olive oil and salt. The easiest way to do this is with scissors. After you've cut your tortillas in half, we're going to grab a toothpick and just roll these into a cone shape just like that. We're going to take a toothpick, stick it right in there, and then come out the other side and there we have a nice cone shape, we're going to place this on our pan and go down the line and once all of your cones are formed, we're going to grab about half a stick of melted butter. Just want to fully coat each side of these cones. Make sure there's nice layer of butter on here and once you have buttered all of your cones, we're going to grab some sesame seeds. We're just going to drizzle sesame seeds over these. They will stick to that butter and these are going to be so delicious. Now, our oven is preheated to 400 degrees. We're going to throw these in for about 10 to 15 minutes on the middle rack until they're nice and crispy and while our tortilla cones bake, I'm going to show you how to make an easy copycat in and out burger sauce. We're going to start with one cup of mayonnaise into our mixing bowl. We're going to add half a cup of ketchup right on top of that. Followed by a fourth a cup of yellow mustard. We're going to do an entire tablespoon of that dill relish. I love this stuff. It's so good and about one tablespoon of garlic or you can use couple cloves of minced garlic. I'm going to add a little bit of black pepper but you can add whatever you like to that. Grab our whisk and just give that a nice mix. You're going to see that color change and it's going to start to look more like that in and out consistency and that is ready to go and I After about 15 minutes, our tortilla cones are nice and golden and look how crispy they are guys. We can go ahead and take the toothpicks out at this point. We don't want to stab ourselves when we eat and we're going to transfer all these to another baking dish and we have some of these taco holder stands. We're just going to place these in our casserole dish. These are going to act as a stand for our tortilla cups. We're just going to place them around here like that. Grab our tortilla cones and just put them in these little cavities here just like that. Now, we're going to put a little pinch of mixed cheese in the bottom of each tortilla cup here. We have a pound of cooked burger meat and I've cooked this with salt and pepper and drained it. We're going to put one cookie scoop into each cone here. If you haven't guessed yet, we are making tortilla burger cones. These are going to be absolutely delicious and they're going to be perfect for your barbecue or cookout. We're going to grab our little burger sauce. We're going to put a little dollop on top of each c1 and then my favorite burger topping is caramelized onions. You can put many or as little as you want in here or you can skip them all together. I'm going to put caramelized onions on half there. My wife does not like caramelized onions so she's not getting any. Of course with any burger, you've gotta have American singles. I am just going to use a little cookie cutter here to cut out perfect circles of this cheese. There we go and don't worry, we will use this later on. We're going to go down the line and add these perfect cheese wheels to each burger cone. This is going to melt down nicely into those onions and that burger meat below. At this point, if you like bacon like I do, you can put some crispy bacon on top. We're just going to drizzle on top of these cones here. Our oven is still preheated to 400 degrees. We're going to throw these in for about 10 minutes just long enough to melt that cheese and after 10 minutes, our tortilla burger cones are completely done. To top these off, we're going to add little bit of lettuce to each one. We're going to add a couple tomatoes on top. Everybody loves tomatoes on their burgers and last but not least, Each burger cone gets one little pickle and there we have it. Our burger cones are done. Perfect for the barbecue or the cookout. It's a handheld burger you can just walk around and eat. Let's try it out. That is so good.
