Galactic and Extragalactic Analysis of the Astrophysical Muon Neutrino Flux with 12.3 years of IceCube Track Data / IceCube Collaboration
The Ice Cube Neutrino Observatory has been measuring an isotropic astrophysical neutrino flux in multiple detection channels for almost a decade. Galactic diffuse emission, which arises from the interactions between cosmic rays and the interstellar medium, is an expected signal in IceCube. [...]

(Harvard U.) et al.
Astrophysical neutrinos are excellent probes of astroparticle physics and high-energy physics. With energies far beyond solar, supernovae, atmospheric, and accelerator neutrinos, high-energy and ultra-high-energy neutrinos probe fundamental physics from the TeV scale to the EeV scale and beyond. White Paper on Light Sterile Neutrino Searches and Related Phenomenology / Acero, M.A. (U. Atlantico, Barranquilla) ; Argüelles, C.A. (Harvard U., Phys. Dept.) ; Hostert, M. (Minnesota U. ; Minnesota U., Theor. Phys. Inst. ; Perimeter Inst. Theor. Phys.) ; Kalra, D. (Columbia U.) ; Karagiorgi, G. (Columbia U.) ; Kelly, K.J. (CERN) ; Littlejohn, B.R. (IIT, Chicago) ; Machado, P. (Fermilab) ; Pettus, W. (Indiana U., Bloomington (main)) ; Toups, M. (Fermilab) et al.
This white paper provides a comprehensive review of our present understanding of experimental neutrino anomalies that remain unresolved, charting the progress achieved over the last decade at the experimental and phenomenological level, and sets the stage for future programmatic prospects in addressing those anomalies. It is purposed to serve as a guiding and motivational "encyclopedic" reference, with emphasis on needs and options for future exploration that may lead to the ultimate resolution of the anomalies. The Forward Physics Facility (FPF) is a proposal to create a cavern with the space and infrastructure to support a suite of far-forward experiments at the Large Hadron Collider during the High Luminosity era. Located along the beam collision axis and shielded from the interaction point by at least 100 m of concrete and rock, the FPF will house experiments that will detect particles outside the acceptance of all existing LHC experiments and will observe rare and exotic processes in an extremely low-background environment. Physics Briefing Book : Input for the European Strategy for Particle Physics Update 2020 / Ellis, Richard Keith
The European Particle Physics Strategy Update (EPPSU) process takes a bottom-up approach, whereby the community is first invited to submit proposals (also called inputs) for projects that it would like to see realised in the near-term, mid-term and longer-term future [...]

All-flavour Search for Neutrinos from Dark Matter Annihilations in the Milky Way with IceCube/DeepCore / IceCube collaboration
We present the first IceCube search for a signal of dark matter annihilations in the Milky Way using all-flavour neutrino-induced particle cascades. The analysis focuses on the DeepCore sub-detector of IceCube, and uses the surrounding IceCube strings as a veto region in order to select starting events in the DeepCore volume. [...]

Analyticity as a robust constraint on the total cross section at the CERN large hadron collider / Block, M M ; Halzen, F
It is well known that high energy data alone do not discriminate between asymptotic lns and ln/sup 2/s behavior of pp and pmacronp cross sections. By exploiting high quality low energy data, analyticity resolves this ambiguity in favor of cross sections that grow asymptotically as ln/sup 2/s. [...]
