Cooling and noise performance of the ATLAS ITk strip system tests / Diez, Sergio (DESY) ; Arling, Jan-Hendrik (DESY) ; Caspar, Maximilian (DESY) ; Singh, Siddharth (Brandeis U.) ; Toldaiev, Alex (Indiana U.) ; Trischuk, Dominique (Brandeis U.) /ATLAS ITk Strip System Tests Community Collaboration
The current tracking system of the ATLAS detector will be replaced by the new Inner Tracker (ITk) to cope with the challenging conditions expected at the High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider. This new tracking system will be an all-silicon detector consisting of silicon pixel sensors in the inner most layers and silicon micro-strips sensors in the outer layers. [...]

Development of a MAPS-based upstream tracker for the LHCb upgrade II / Liu, Shuaiyi (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys.) ; Feng, Mingjie (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys.) /LHCb UP team Collaboration
The LHCb Upstream Tracker is a silicon strip tracking detector that started operation in the Run 3 of the LHC. To meet the requirements imposed by high occupancy and data rate at the HL-LHC, a new Upstream Pixel (UP) tracker is proposed for LHCb Upgrade II based on CMOS pixel sensors. [...]

Thermal quality control for the upgrade of the CMS tracker structure for the LHC High Luminosity phase based on advanced CO2 two-phase cooling system / Cianchetta, Pier Filippo
The focus of this work is the thermal quality control of the structures for the future CMS tracker, which is currently under production in preparation for the Phase-2 Upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) [...]

Displaced Vertex Track Trigger for the CMS Phase-2 Upgrade / Ryan Edward Mccarthy /CMS Collaboration
As part of the CMS Phase-2 upgrade, track information from the outer tracker will be available at the Level-1 trigger and with this comes the expanded opportunity to trigger on physics objects such as long-lived particles. Presented here is a feasibility study in calculating displaced vertex information using an extended version of the Level-1 tracking that identifies displaced tracks. Combinations of tracks are used to form vertex candidates and a gradient-boosted decision tree is used to distinguish between misidentified and genuine displaced vertices. [...]

First Long-Lived Particle Results and Commissioning of the ForwArd Search ExpeRiment / Shively-Piccardo, Savannah Rose (UC, Irvine (main)) /FASER collaboration
The ForwArd Search ExpeRiment (FASER) is collecting far-forward proton-proton collision data during the Large Hadron Collider's third running period (2022-2025). This thesis describes two of the first-proposed searches: for dark photon ($A'$) and the $B-L$ gauge boson ($A_{B-L}$). [...]

Data transmission performance and characterization of TEPX disks of the CMS Phase-2 Inner Tracker / Bilandzija, Filip (Zurich U.)
Before starting the High-Luminosity LHC phase, the CMS detector will be substantially upgraded to cope with the significant increase in instantaneous and integrated luminosity. The entire CMS tracking detector will be replaced, and the new detector will feature increased radiation hardness, higher granularity, and the capability to handle higher data rates and longer trigger latency. Level-1 Tracking at CMS for the HL-LHC / Mark Steven Larson /CMS Collaboration
The success of the CMS physics program at the HL-LHC requires maintaining sufficiently low trigger thresholds to select physics processes. With an average expected 200 pileup interactions, it is critical to achieve this while maintaining manageable trigger rates by including tracking information in the Level-1 (L1) trigger. [...]

Hybrids pre-production results for the CMS Outer Tracker Phase-2 Upgrade / Blanchot, Georges (CERN)
The CMS Tracker Phase-2 Upgrade requires the production of two co-planar strip sensor (2S) modules, and strip and macro-pixel sensor (PS) modules to cope with the requirements of the HL-LHC. Altogether 47520 hybrid circuits are required to construct 8000 2S and 5880 PS modules. [...]
