Proton structure studies using hard exclusive processes at COMPASS experiment / Pešková, Markéta
The exclusive processes, such as hard exclusive meson production (HEMP) and deeply virtual Compton scattering (DVCS) are an excellent tool for studying generalised parton distributions (GPD) [...]

Model dependence of the $\pi_1(1600)\to\rho(770)\pi$ signal / Krinner, Fabian (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) /COMPASS Collaboration
Using the large C OMPASS data set on diffractive three pion production, we investigate the contradictory observations reported by previous experiments on the existence of a resonance signal in the spin-exotic wave with spin, parity and charge conjugation quantum numbers 1−+ . We identify a strong dependence of the result on the employed analysis model as the cause and derive a model tuned to minimize these effects. [...]

Analysis of the diffractively produced $\pi^- \pi^- \pi^+$ final state at COMPASS / Kaspar, Florian Markus (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Gerassimov, Sergei (Munich, Tech. U.) /COMPASS Collaboration
The COMPASS experiment at CERN collected a large sample of diffractively produced $π ^−π^ −π^ +$ events. The data contain contributions from light-meson resonances with the quantum numbers of πJ - and aJ -like states. [...]

Azimuthal asymmetries and transverse momentum distributions of charged hadrons in muon-proton deep inelastic scattering / Moretti, Andrea (Trieste U. ; INFN, Trieste) /COMPASS Collaboration
In 2016 and 2017, the COMPASS Collaboration at CERN collected a large sample of DIS events with a longitudinally polarized 160 GeV/[Formula: see text] muon beam scattering off a liquid hydrogen target. Part of the collected data has been analyzed to extract preliminary results for the amplitudes of the modulations in the azimuthal angle of the charged hadrons and for their transverse momentum distributions. [...]

Double J/ψ production in pion-nucleon scattering at COMPASS / COMPASS Collaboration
We present the study of the production of double $J/\psi$ mesons using COMPASS data collected with a 190 $\GeV/c$ $\pi^-$ beam scattering off NH$_{3}$, Al and W targets. Kinematic distributions of the collected double $J/\psi$ events are analysed, and the double $J/\psi$ production cross section is estimated for each of the COMPASS targets. [...]

The large COMPASS polarized solid ammonia target for Drell–Yan measurements with a pion beam / Andrieux, V (Illinois U., Urbana (main)) ; Berlin, A (Ruhr U., Bochum) ; Doshita, N (Yamagata U.) ; Finger, M (Charles U.) ; Finger, M , Jr (Charles U.) ; Gautheron, F (Ruhr U., Bochum ; Illinois U., Urbana (main)) ; Horikawa, N (Chubu U.) ; Ishimoto, S (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Iwata, T (Yamagata U.) ; Kisselev, Y (Dubna, JINR) et al.
The transversely polarized target (PT) of the COMPASS (NA58) collaboration at CERN has been used for Drell–Yan measurements in 2015 and 2018. The transverse spin structure of the proton has been studied using a negative pion beam and a solid ammonia target. [...]

GPD measurements at COMPASS / Lin, P J (Orsay, IPN) /COMPASS Collaboration
Utilizing the 160 GeV/c polarized muon beams provided by the CERN SPS, COMPASS studies the Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) via Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) and Hard Exclusive Meson Production (HEMP). In this article, the GPD measurement program at COMPASS is introduced and some of the recent results are given..
