Luminosity and physics considerations on HL-LHC–and HE-LHC–based $\mu$p colliders / Kaya, Umit (Unlisted, TR) ; Ketenoglu, Bora (Ankara U.) ; Sultansoy, Saleh (TOBB ETU, Ankara) ; Zimmermann, Frank (CERN)
Construction of the future muon collider tangential to the Large Hadron Collider will give opportunity to realize μp collisions at multi-TeV center-of-mass energies. Using the nominal parameters of high-luminosity and high-energy upgrades of the LHC, as well as the design parameters of muon colliders, it is shown that L $_{μp}$ of the order of 10$^{33}$ cm$^{−2}$s$^{−1}$ is achievable for different options with from 4.58 TeV to 12.7 TeV. Operation and performance of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter in Run 1 / ATLAS Collaboration
The Tile Calorimeter is the hadron calorimeter covering the central region of the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. Approximately 10000 photomultipliers collect light from scintillating tiles acting as the active material sandwiched between slabs of steel absorber. [...]

Prompt and non-prompt $J/\psi $ and $\psi (2\mathrm {S})$ suppression at high transverse momentum in $5.02~\mathrm {TeV}$ Pb+Pb collisions with the ATLAS experiment / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement of $J/\psi$ and $\psi(2\mathrm{S})$ production is presented. It is based on a data sample from Pb+Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 5.02 TeV and $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 5.02 TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC in 2015, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $0.42\mathrm{nb}^{-1}$ and $25\mathrm{pb}^{-1}$ in Pb+Pb and $pp$, respectively. Angular analysis of $B^0_d \to K^{*}\mu^+\mu^-$ decays in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}= 8$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
An angular analysis of the decay $B^0_d \rightarrow K^{*}\mu^+\mu^-$ is presented, based on proton-proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. The study is using 20.3 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity collected during 2012 at centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV. [...]
