Search for Subsolar-Mass Binaries in the First Half of Advanced LIGO’s and Advanced Virgo’s Third Observing Run / LIGO Scientific Collaboration
We report on a search for compact binary coalescences where at least one binary component has a mass between 0.2 $M_\odot$ and 1.0 $M_\odot$ in Advanced LIGO and Advanced Virgo data collected between 1 April 2019 1500 UTC and 1 October 2019 1500 UTC. We extend previous analyses in two main ways: we include data from the Virgo detector and we allow for more unequal mass systems, with mass ratio $q \geq 0.1$. [...]

The HeRSCheL detector: high-rapidity shower counters for LHCb / Akiba, K.Carvalho (Rio de Janeiro Federal U.) ; Alessio, F. (CERN) ; Bondar, N. (CERN ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Byczynski, W. (CERN) ; Coco, V. (CERN) ; Collins, P. (CERN) ; Dumps, R. (CERN) ; Dzhelyadin, R. (Serpukhov, IHEP) ; Gandini, P. (Oxford U.) ; Gruberg Cazon, B. R. (Oxford U.) et al.
The HeRSCheL detector consists of a set of scintillating counters, designed to increase the coverage of the LHCb experiment in the high-rapidity regions on either side of the main spectrometer. The new detector improves the capabilities of LHCb for studies of diffractive interactions, most notably Central Exclusive Production. [...]

Updated search for long-lived particles decaying to jet pairs / LHCb Collaboration
A search is presented for long-lived particles with a mass between 25 and 50 GeV/$c^2$ and a lifetime between 2 and 500 ps, using proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0 fb$^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. The particles are assumed to be pair-produced in the decay of a 125 GeV/$c^2$ Standard-Model-like Higgs boson. [...]

Measurement of $B^0$, $B^0_s$, $B^+$ and $\Lambda^0_b$ production asymmetries in 7 and 8 TeV proton-proton collisions / LHCb Collaboration
The $B^0$, $B^0_s$, $B^+$ and $\Lambda^0_b$ hadron production asymmetries are measured using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb$^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. The measurements are performed as a function of transverse momentum and rapidity of the $b$ hadrons within the LHCb detector acceptance. [...]

Observation of the decay $B_{s}^{0} \to \eta_{c} \phi$ and evidence for $B_{s}^{0} \to \eta_{c} \pi^{+} \pi^{-} $ / LHCb Collaboration
A study of $B^{0}_{s} \to \eta_{c} \phi$ and $B^{0}_{s} \to \eta_{c} \pi^{+}\pi^{-}$ decays is performed using $pp$ collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0$\,\rm fb^{-1}$, collected with the LHCb detector in Run~1 of the LHC. The observation of the decay $B^{0}_{s} \to \eta_{c} \phi$ is reported, where the $\eta_{c}$ meson is reconstructed in the $p\bar p$, $K^+K^-\pi^+\pi^-$, $\pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-$ and $K^+K^-K^+K^-$ decay modes and the $\phi(1020)$ in the $K^+ K^-$ decay mode. Observation of the decay $\Lambda^0_b \to p K^- \mu^+ \mu^-$ and a search for $C\!P$ violation / LHCb Collaboration
A search for $C\!P$ violation in the decay $\Lambda^0_b \to p K^- \mu^+ \mu^-$ is presented. This decay is mediated by flavour-changing neutral-current transitions in the Standard Model and is potentially sensitive to new sources of $C\!P$ violation. [...]

Measurement of the $C\!P$ violation parameter $A_\Gamma$ in $D^0 \to K^+K^-$ and $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
Asymmetries in the time-dependent rates of $D^0 \to K^+K^-$ and $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays are measured in a $pp$ collision data sample collected with the LHCb detector during LHC Run 1, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3\,\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. The asymmetries in effective decay widths between $D^0$ and $\overline{D}^0$ decays, sensitive to indirect $CP$ violation, are measured to be $A_\Gamma(K^+ K^-) = (-0.30 \pm 0.32 \pm 0.10)\times 10^{-3}$ and $A_\Gamma(\pi^+\pi^-) = (0.46 \pm 0.58 \pm 0.12)\times 10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The suppressed decay $\Lambda^{0}_{b}\rightarrow p\pi^{-}\mu^{+}\mu^{-}$, excluding the $J/\psi$ and $\psi(2S)\rightarrow \mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ resonances, is observed for the first time with a significance of 5.5 standard deviations. The analysis is performed with proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected with the LHCb experiment. [...]
