β decay of the ground state and of a low-lying isomer in Bi216 / IDS Collaboration
A detailed β-decay study of the low- and high-spin states in Bi216 has been performed at the ISOLDE Decay Station at the CERN-ISOLDE facility. In total, 48 new levels and 83 new transitions in the β-decay daughter Po216 were identified. [...]

Background: The mercury isotopes around $N=104$ are a well-known example of nuclei exhibiting shape coexistence. Mixing of configurations can be studied by measuring the monopole strength $\rho^2(E0)$, however, currently the experimental information is scarce and lacks precision, especially for the $I^\pi \rightarrow I^\pi$ ($I \neq 0$) transitions. Prompt and delayed γ-ray spectroscopy of the neutron-deficient, semi-magic isotope 187Pb has been performed using the recoil-decay and isomer-decay tagging techniques at the Argonne Gas-Filled Analyzer. A new 5.15(15)-μs isomeric state at only 308 keV above the spherical 3/2− ground state is identified and classified as a shape isomer. [...]

Large Shape Staggering in Neutron-Deficient Bi Isotopes / Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Andreyev, A N (JAEA, Ibaraki ; York U., England) ; Raison, C (York U., England) ; Cubiss, J G (York U., England) ; Van Duppen, P (Leuven U.) ; Péru, S (CEA DAM) ; Hilaire, S (CEA DAM) ; Goriely, S (Brussels U., IAA) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) et al.
The changes in the mean-square charge radius (relative to $^{209}$Bi), magnetic dipole, and electric quadrupole moments of $^{187,188,189,191}$Bi were measured using the in-source resonance-ionization spectroscopy technique at ISOLDE (CERN). A large staggering in radii was found in $^{187,188,189}$Big, manifested by a sharp radius increase for the ground state of $^{188}$Bi relative to the neighboring $^{187,189}$Big. [...]

New $\beta$-decaying state in $^{214}$Bi / IDS Collaboration
A new $\beta$-decaying state in $^{214}$Bi has been identified at the ISOLDE Decay Station at the CERN-ISOLDE facility. A preferred $I^{\pi} = (8^-)$ assignment was suggested for this state based on the β-decay feeding pattern to levels in  $^{214}$Po and shell-model calculations. [...]

Decay studies of the long-lived states in $^{186}$Tl / IDS Collaboration
Decay spectroscopy of the long-lived states in $^{186}$Tl has been performed at the ISOLDE Decay Station at ISOLDE, CERN. The $\alpha$ decay from the low-spin ($2^−$) state in $^{186}$Tl was observed for the first time and a half-life of 3.4$^{+0.5}_{−0.4}$ s was determined. [...]

$β$ -delayed fission of isomers in $^{188}$Bi / Andel, B (Leuven U. ; Comenius U.) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Al Monthery, M (York U., England) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Bissell, M L (Manchester U.) ; Chrysalidis, K (CERN) ; Cocolios, T E (Leuven U.) ; Cubiss, J G (York U., England) ; Day Goodacre, T (Manchester U. ; CERN) et al.
$β$-delayed fission ($β$DF) decay of a low-spin (ls) and a high-spin (hs) isomer in $^{188}$Bi was studied at the ISOLDE facility at CERN. Isomer-selective laser ionization and time gating were employed to investigate each isomer separately and their $β$DF partial half-lives were determined: $T_{1/2\mathrm{p},β\mathrm{DF}} (^{188}\mathrm{Bi^{ls}})=5.6(8)×10^3$ s and $T_{1/2\mathrm{p},β\mathrm{DF}} (^{188}\mathrm{Bi^{hs}})=1.7(6)×10^3$ s. Change in structure between the $I  = 1/2$ states in $^{181}$Tl and $^{177,179}$Au / Cubiss, J G (York U., England ; CERN) ; Barzakh, A E (Kurchatov Inst., Moscow) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAERI, Tokai ; CERN) ; Al Monthery, M (York U., England) ; Althubiti, N (Manchester U.) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Atanasov, D (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Blaum, K (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Cocolios, T E (Leuven U. ; Manchester U. ; CERN) et al.
The first accurate measurements of the $\alpha$-decay branching ratio and half-life of the $I^{\pi}=1/2^+$ ground state in $^{181}$Tl have been made, along with the first determination of the magnetic moments and $I=1/2$ spin assignments of the ground states in $^{177,179}$Au. The results are discussed within the complementary systematics of the reduced $\alpha$-decay widths and nuclear $g$ factors of low-lying, $I^{\pi}=1/2^+$ states in the neutron-deficient lead region.
