Search for heavy right-handed Majorana neutrinos in the decay of top quarks produced in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for heavy right-handed Majorana neutrinos is performed with the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, using the 140 $fb^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV collected during Run 2. This search targets $t\bar{t}$ production, in which both top quarks decay into a bottom quark and a $W$ boson, where one of the $W$ bosons decays hadronically and the other decays into an electron or muon and a heavy neutral lepton. [...]

Accuracy versus precision in boosted top tagging with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The identification of top quark decays where the top quark has a large momentum transverse to the beam axis, known as \textit{top tagging}, is a crucial component in many measurements of Standard Model processes and searches for beyond the Standard Model physics at the Large Hadron Collider. Machine learning techniques have improved the performance of top tagging algorithms, but the size of the systematic uncertainties for all proposed algorithms has not been systematically studied. [...]

Jet radius dependence of dijet momentum balance and suppression in Pb+Pb collisions at 5.02 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper describes a measurement of the jet radius dependence of the dijet momentum balance between leading back-to-back jets in 1.72 $nb^{-1}$ of Pb+Pb collisions collected in 2018 and 255 pb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collisions collected in 2017 by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Both data sets were collected at $ \sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=$ 5.02 TeV. [...]

Measurement of single top-quark production in association with a $W$ boson in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The inclusive cross-section for the production of a single top quark in association with a $W$ boson is measured using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV. Events containing two charged leptons and at least one jet identified as originating from a $b$-quark are selected [...]

Using pile-up collisions as an abundant source of low-energy hadronic physics processes in ATLAS and an extraction of the jet energy resolution / ATLAS Collaboration
During the 2015-2018 data-taking period, the Large Hadron Collider delivered proton-proton bunch crossings at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV to the ATLAS experiment at a rate of roughly 30 MHz, where each bunch crossing contained an average of 34 independent inelastic proton-proton collisions. The ATLAS trigger system selected roughly 1 kHz of these bunch crossings to be recorded to disk. [...]

Search for neutral long-lived particles that decay into displaced jets in the ATLAS calorimeter in association with leptons or jets using $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for neutral long-lived particles (LLPs) decaying in the ATLAS hadronic calorimeter using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV delivered by the LHC is presented. The analysis is composed of three channels. [...]

Sensor response and radiation damage effects for 3D pixels in the ATLAS IBL Detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Pixel sensors in 3D technology equip the outer ends of the staves of the Insertable B Layer (IBL), the innermost layer of the ATLAS Pixel Detector, which was installed before the start of LHC Run 2 in 2015. 3D pixel sensors are expected to exhibit more tolerance to radiation damage and are the technology of choice for the innermost layer in the ATLAS tracker upgrade for the HL-LHC programme. Search for decays of the Higgs boson into a pair of pseudoscalar particles decaying into $b\bar{b}\tau^+\tau^-$ using $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents a search for exotic decays of the Higgs boson into a pair of new pseudoscalar particles, $H\rightarrow aa$, where one pseudoscalar decays into a $b$-quark pair and the other decays into a $\tau$-lepton pair, in the mass range $12\leq m_{a}\leq 60$ GeV. The analysis uses $pp$ collision data at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $140 \mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. [...]

Differential cross-sections for top-quark pair production, inclusively and in association with jets, are measured in $pp$ collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the LHC using an integrated luminosity of 140 fb$^{-1}$. The events are selected with one charged lepton (electron or muon) and at least four jets. [...]
