High-spin states of $^{218}$Th / O'Donnell, D (SUPA, UK ; Liverpool U. ; IIT, Roorkee) ; Page, R D (Liverpool U.) ; Grahn, T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Ali, F A (Liverpool U. ; Sulaimaniya U.) ; Auranen, K (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Capponi, L (SUPA, UK) ; Carroll, R J (Liverpool U.) ; Chishti, M M R (SUPA, UK) ; Drummond, M C (Liverpool U.) ; Greenlees, P T (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
High-spin states in the $N = 128$ nucleus $^{218}$Th have been investigated following fusion–evaporation reactions, using the recoil-decay tagging technique. Due to the short-lived nature of the ground state of $^{218}$Th prompt $\gamma$ rays have been correlated with the $\alpha$ decay of the daughter nucleus $^{214}$Ra. [...]

α -decay properties of $^{200,202}$FR / Ghys, L (Leuven U. ; SCK-CEN, Mol) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki) ; Huyse, M (Leuven U.) ; Van Duppen, P (Leuven U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Capponi, L (West Scotland U.) ; Cocolios, T E (Leuven U. ; CERN ; Manchester U.) ; Cubiss, J (York U., England) ; Derkx, X (West Scotland U. ; ENSICAEN) et al.
Background: The neutron-deficient lead region provides a range of nuclear phenomena, including isomerism at low energies. This phenomenon can be studied by α decay because the degree of hindrance of α decay provides information on the change in nuclear structure of connected states. [...]

Inverse odd-even staggering in nuclear charge radii and possible octupole collectivity in $^{217,218,219}\mathrm{At}$ revealed by in-source laser spectroscopy / Barzakh, A E (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Cubiss, J G (York U., England) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki ; CERN) ; Seliverstov, M D (St. Petersburg, INP ; York U., England) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Ascher, P (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Atanasov, D (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Beck, D (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Bieroń, J (Jagiellonian U.) et al.
Hyperfine-structure parameters and isotope shifts for the 795-nm atomic transitions in $^{217,218,219}$At have been measured at CERN-ISOLDE, using the in-source resonance-ionization spectroscopy technique. Magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments, and changes in the nuclear mean-square charge radii, have been deduced. [...]

Charge radii and electromagnetic moments of $^{195–211}$At / Cubiss, J G (York U., England) ; Barzakh, A E (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Seliverstov, M D (York U., England ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki ; Paisley U. ; CERN) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Ascher, P (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Atanasov, D (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Beck, D (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Bieroń, J (Jagiellonian U.) et al.
Hyperfine-structure parameters and isotope shifts of At195–211 have been measured for the first time at CERN-ISOLDE, using the in-source resonance-ionization spectroscopy method. The hyperfine structures of isotopes were recorded using a triad of experimental techniques for monitoring the photo-ion current. [...]

$\beta$-delayed fission and $\alpha$ decay of $^{196}$At / Truesdale, V L (York U., England) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki ; West Scotland U.) ; Ghys, L (Leuven U. ; SCK-CEN, Mol) ; Huyse, M (Leuven U.) ; Van Duppen, P (Leuven U.) ; Sels, S (Leuven U.) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Capponi, L (West Scotland U.) et al.
A nuclear-decay spectroscopy study of the neutron-deficient isotope At196 is reported where an isotopically pure beam was produced using the selective Resonance Ionization Laser Ion Source and On-Line Isotope Mass Separator (CERN). The fine-structure α decay of At196 allowed the low-energy excited states in the daughter nucleus Bi192 to be investigated. [...]

Evolution of fission-fragment mass distributions in the neutron-deficient lead region / Ghys, L (Leuven U. ; SCK-CEN, Mol) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki ; West Scotland U.) ; Huyse, M (Leuven U.) ; Van Duppen, P (Leuven U.) ; Sels, S (Leuven U.) ; Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Capponi, L (West Scotland U.) ; Cocolios, T E (CERN ; Manchester U.) et al.
Low-energy β-delayed fission of At194,196 and Fr200,202 was studied in detail at the mass separator ISOLDE at CERN. The fission-fragment mass distributions of daughter nuclei Po194,196 and Rn202 indicate a triple-humped structure, marking the transition between asymmetric fission of Hg178,180 and symmetric fission in the light Ra-Rn nuclei. New developments of the in-source spectroscopy method at RILIS/ISOLDE / Marsh, B A (CERN) ; Dehairs, M (Leuven U.) ; Imai, N (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Seliverstov, M D (York U., England ; St. Petersburg, INP) ; Rothe, S (CERN) ; Sels, S (York U., England ; Leuven U.) ; Capponi, L (Leuven U.) ; Rossel, R E (Mainz U., Inst. Phys.) ; Franchoo, S (CSNSM, Orsay) ; Wendt, K (Mainz U., Inst. Phys.) et al.
At the CERN ISOLDE facility, long isotope chains of many elements are produced by proton-induced reactions in target materials such as uranium carbide. The Resonance Ionization Laser Ion Source (RILIS) is an efficient and selective means of ionizing the reaction products to produce an ion beam of a chosen isotope. [...]
