Chef Khristianne U on Instagram: "Spinach Artichoke Dip Trust me, SAVE IT🖤 Full Recipe Below 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened ½ full fat Greek yogurt or mayo 1 (8 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts or frozen artichoke hearts (drained and chopped fine) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1. Pre- Heat oven to 350 2. Mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the green chiles, Parmesan cheese, lemon, artichokes and spinach. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. 3. Bake in preheated oven until slightly browned, about 30 minutes. Serve with Pita chips, tortillas or grilled bread.
