Grey and wood color palette

I am working with a grey colour palette for two jobs at the moment, both with beautiful timber floors. I love the way the warmth of the wood balances the cool tones of the grey. Such a sophisticated, yet relaxed scheme to work with. These images provided great inspiration. Images from here

A color palette of lighter huges, bold prints, and dark wood accents. This mood board features modern patterns seen on tile and textile elements, all lighter in color. The light tones are contrasted by the darker white oak finished with a dark wood stain and finish called Oil Plus 2C "Charcoal". High-contrast is very prevelant in modern design, but the wood tones add a subtle warmth to the inspiration, balancing it.
