Chewy oat bars filled with chocolate chips, walnuts and notes of banana and nut butter! I like to sneak in extra protein with two scoops of protein powder! They’re simple, easy to make and are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while being nutritious enough to eat for breakfast too! Here’s what you need: 2 ripe bananas 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup natural nut butter of choice (almond and peanut butter are my favorites) 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 2 scoops protein powder 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice (I used walnuts) 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 2/3 cup chocolate chips In a large bowl, mash the bananas well. Or fresh * 1 teaspoon flour * 1 teaspoon sugar Crisp Topping * 1 tablespoon brown sugar * 2 tablespoons melted butter * 3 tablespoons flour * 2 tablespoons classic rolled oats * Pinch salt 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small ramekin with butter (or spray with cooking spray). 2. Toss blueberries with 1tsp each of the flour and sugar.
