It’s basically pastries at home for dummies it’s so simple, delicious and will most definitely impress family & friends (just don’t show them how easy it is!!!) Recipe (serves 8) - 2 puff pastry sheets (most are vegan but check) - 1 small apple washed and grated (squeeze liquid out) - 130g spreadable butter - 100g light brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract Topping - 100g icing sugar - 1 tsp lukewarm water - 40g toasted nuts chopped Method Preheat the oven to 200°C In mixing bowl combine the butter and sugar into a creamy paste.
