Step 1
In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and rub it in. Add sugar and mix everything together.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add wet ingredients to the dry mix, stirring with a fork. Fold in the chocolate and pistachios until a soft dough forms.
Step 3
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and flatten it. Use a cookie cutter to make round scones.
Step 4
Place the scones on top of a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
Step 5
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Drizzle with some pistachio cream on top before serving with butter or some more pistachio cream.
