I added both protein source Peanuts as well as Cottage Cheese to make it high in protein.... It's an Excellent source of Carbs in low quantity from puffed rice, Milk Protein Source from Cheese, Regular Protein Source from Peanuts and high in fibre due to veggies added.... I didn't like raw 🧅 onions so skipped that you can add as per your choice....
