How do I access full-text journal articles online?

If you would like to take out a subscription you can view our purchasing options and subscribe here.

If you are a member of the BOA, NZOA or PSOT please log-in on the website using the same email address as the one Bone & Joint hold for your subscription, which has been provided to us by your association.

If you have paid for a personal subscription to the Bone & Joint journals, please log-in on the website using the same email address as the one Bone & Joint hold for your subscription. This will be the email address provided when you purchased your subscription.

How do I manage my online account on the Bone & Joint website once I’ve signed in?

In your online account, you will find:

Personal details

• Update your details as necessary, including adding in your preferred specialties.

My subscriptions

• See what Bone & Joint journals you are subscribed to, and the expiry date of your subscriptions.

Article alerts

• Sign up to the Bone & Joint journals Table of Contents alerts to get the full list of articles from each issue published, or Issue in Progress alerts for Bone & Joint’s OA journals.

Saved searches

• Review and update your saved searches alerts.

Stay up to date

• Opt-in to receive marketing emails from Bone & Joint, including the quarterly e-newsletter and updates from Bone & Joint’s new online products including OrthoSearch and OrthoMedia.

How do I renew my subscription?

If you are renewing an institutional subscription, please contact your preferred sales agent or email subs@boneandjoint.org.uk.

If you are renewing a personal subscription, please go to the subscribe page.

Is my renewal to the Bone & Joint journals automatic?

No, we need you to either renew online, via your sales agent or by contacting the team directly at subs@boneandjoint.org.uk depending on the type of subscription you hold, to ensure you don’t lose access once your subscription ends.

How do I stop receiving Table of Contents emails from Bone & Joint?

All Bone & Joint Table of Contents emails have an unsubscribe link at the footer of the email. Once you click on this, you will not receive an email from us again. Or you can update your preferences by opting-out of receiving emails in your Bone & Joint online account.

All Bone & Joint marketing emails have an unsubscribe link at the footer of the email. Once you click on this, you will not receive an email from us again. You can also update your preferences in your Bone & Joint online account.
