Carbohydrates are the nightmare of many women. They are the first thing that most women cut from their diet and avoid all the most.

But do you want to know a secret? Not all carbs are bad, and you don’t need to cut them from your diet. First, let’s go into parts and define What are Carbohydrates or ” carbs”?

Carbs are the sources of energy, and thus, you don’t need to cut them all. You need to know to choose the carbohydrates that go with your meals and try as much as possible to choose the right one for your goals.

How many healthy carbohydrate should you eat per day?

Most people generally eat too many carbohydrates and too few vegetables, protein, and healthy fats.

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Daily Value (DV) for carbs is 300 grams per day when eating a 2,000-calorie diet. Some people reduce their daily carb intake to lose weight, cutting it down to around 50–150 grams per day.
