Stephen K. Quinn
Stephen K. Quinn was a district court judge in the Ninth Judicial District of New Mexico.[1] Quinn was appointed to the bench in 1989 and elected in 1990.[2] He was most recently retained in 2014.[3] Quinn retired from the bench on June 30, 2015.[4]
Education
Quinn received his undergraduate degree from Eastern New Mexico University and his J.D. from the University of New Mexico.[2]
