Spencer M. Kagan
Spencer M. Kagan was a probate and family court justice for the Dukes Probate and Family Court in Dukes County, Massachusetts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Paul Cellucci in March 2000 and retired on June 12, 2015.[2][3]
Education
Kagan received his undergraduate degree from Westminster College and his J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School.[4]
Career
Before he joined the Dukes Probate and Family Court, Kagan practiced with the law firm of The Kagan Law Office in Revere, Massachusetts.[2]
