Perry, a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified fraud examiner (CFE), graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and management information systems.[1][2] Perry began working as a financial auditor for the auditor general’s office in 2003. She became director of the Division of Financial Investigations in 2017.[3][4][5]
