Herbert Russell Brown was a justice of the Ohio Supreme Court from 1987 to 1993. He was the 142nd justice to serve on the court.[1]
Education
Brown received his undergraduate degree from Denison University in 1953 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1956.[1]

Brown served in the Army Judge Advocates General office from 1957 to 1959.[1]
