Patricia Rivet Murray was a judge on the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. She served on the court from 1994 to 2010.[1]
Education
A native of New Orleans, LA, Judge Murray is a 1982 graduate of Tulane University College and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Tulane University School of Law in 1984. Judge Murray is a member of the Fourth & Fifth Circuit Judges Association, the National Association of Women Judges, the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the President Advisory Committee, the Association of Women Attorneys, the New Orleans Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the New Orleans Bar Association .
Judge Murray and her husband, Stephen B. Murray, have four children.[2]
