Duane Milne
Duane Milne (Republican Party) was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 167. He assumed office in 2007. He left office on November 30, 2018.
Milne (Republican Party) ran for election to the Pennsylvania State Senate to represent District 19. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Milne served as a committeeman in the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Chester County Republican Party.
Biography
Milne earned his B.A. in political science from the College of William and Mary and his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Delaware. When he served in the state House, his professional experience included working as a professor of political science at West Chester University and as an organizational consultant. Milne served as a captain in the Pennsylvania Military Reserve.
