The Nebraska Commission on Judicial Qualifications Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure changed the memebership of the commission on judicial qualifications and provided for additional disciplinary measures for judges.[1][2]
