Pan Seared Chicken:
-  Start by butterflying your chicken breast and patting dry with a paper towel
- Coat in olive oil and seasonings. I used: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic power, paprika, and dill. 
- Heat up a few tbsp of neutral oil (I use olive oil) in your pan over medium high. Don’t be impatient like me and make sure you let pan fully heat up before adding your chicken. You will get a much better sear this way.
- Let chicken cook for about 3 minutes undisturbed before flipping it over and searing for another 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through at 165 internal. I use a meat thermometer to check if it is done.

Baked Sweet Potato:
-Wash and pat dry
