Dip a tp square in the liquid and smooth over a balloon 🎈 til it’s mostly covered Apply dried flowers and leaves 🌿 (the glue and moisture with naturally hold it in place), then repeat the process with the tp adding a layer over the florals Allow to dry (ours took a full 48 hours).
