Today’s sessions focuses on the hamstrings and spine. It’s not as intense but take each one of these nice and slow really feeling your way through each stretch. 

Here’s the routine:

1. Reclined hamstring stretch: hold this position for 30 seconds per leg and repeat 2 times
2. Forward fold: hold for 30 seconds and repeat 2 times 
3. Spinal rotations: do 10 per side and repeat 3 times 
4. Cat cows: go back and forth for 1 minute moving slowly between the cat and cow
