Chapter Text
Today sucked, first Tommy was woken by another cat hissing at him. He had to fight off the other (of course he won) he got a couple of scratches, but nothing he can handle.
When he went to his regular place to find food, there was a big ass dog in the alleyway. It chased him down into alleyway, back yards, even on the streets where all the two-legs were.
Tommy finally got rid of it when animal control came by, bad news was that he is now hiding in a dumpster.
His fur was already bad, there were some places with knots, his once golden fur was now a dirty blond, and there was mud everywhere. Now he has trash on him, just great.
But it seemed that his day was finally turning on the good side, there was a box of chicken and it looked like no rats got to them first.
Tommy quickly ran over and picked it up. It was a bit difficult to bring the box out of the dumpster. Once the box was on the ground he got to work opening it. It took some time since he didn’t have any claws, so he had to use his teeth to get the box open.
But it was worth it and now he is staring at 5 whole chicken wings. Tommy looked around to see if there were any cats, dogs, or two-legs around. When he didn’t see any he started to eat.
There was a large BANG behind him, Tommy quickly turned around with his teeth bared and a hiss coming from his throat. “I told you to be careful,” the hissed promptly died down once he saw a tabby cat and a black and white cat.
”I was about to fight you.” Tommy said while smirking at Tubbo. Tubbo just rolled his eyes and looked behind him, once he saw the box he pushed Tommy to the side “HEY!” Tommy yelled as he fell onto the ground.
Tommy grumbled as he got up “Are you ok?” The black and white cat ask “Don’t worry about me Ranboob, a big man like me can take the pain.” Ranboo gave him a flat expression “That’s not my name.” Ranboo said but Tommy was already joining Tubbo in eating the chicken.
Ranboo quickly went over to get some, since Tommy and Tubbo were known for eating anything they can get their paws on.
Once they were all done they left the alleyway and started to head towards their usual hangout spot. Which was a giant abandoned warehouse where cats go to hangout. They hangout with one of the cats called Puffy, she lived there and she is very nice to them. She also looks after them.
It took a while to get there since it was on the other side of the city and Tubbo might have almost got run over by those big loud things. But he didn’t :D.
They saw the warehouse and started to walk in, but were stopped by another cat “Where have all of you been?” The black cat asked, standing in front of the trio. “Sam! Big man! How have you been?” Tommy said immediately so Sam doesn’t get too pissy about them leaving, “I am good, now where have you three been.” Sam looked like he was about to fight them if they didn’t answer.
The three gave each other quick glances before Tommy and Tubbo eyes fell on Ranboo. Ranboo sighed “Sorry Sam we just went out for a quick while, we didn’t mean to make you worry.” Ranboo said with a calm voice. Sam relaxes a bit “Ok, just don’t leave until you tell me or Puffy.”
Sam stepped to the side letting the trio in, the three quickly made their way in “Thanks Ranboo our beloved” Tubbo said looking over at Ranboo. Ranboo just rolled his eyes “You’re welcome, but next time I am not talking to Sam.” Tubbo then turns to Tommy with kitty eyes “Hell no I am not the one that lives here!” Tommy shot back and ran ahead before him and Tubbo got into an argument.
Tommy ran up to a box where a white cat with some brown spots was laying in “Hi big P how are you” Tommy jumped in front of the box to get Puffy’s attention “I’ve been good Tommy, how about you?” Puffy asked as she got into a sitting position.
”You know me, I’ve been doing a lot of big man things” Tommy said then looked behind him to see Ranboo and Tubbo coming up now. “Man what took you guys so long” Tommy mocked, Ranboo just huffed but Tubbo started to fight Tommy.
After the two finished their fight they sat with Puffy and Ranboo and talked about things. When the sun was setting, Tommy got up, said goodbye to them and left to go back to his home.
He got back to his alleyway when the moon was seen in the sky. His box was thankfully still there, (there were times where he had to hunt down his box because some cat stole it) he got into his box and cuddled with Henry. Henry is his plush toy that he had since he lived with the two-legs.
He can’t wait to see Tubbo, Ranboo, Puffy, and even Sam again tomorrow.
Tommy just hopes nothing bad happens.
Chapter Text
It was a normal day for one Tommy, he started his day waking up in his box and Henry next to him. Luckily for him no cats were in his alleyway, so he didn’t need to fight when he just woke up. He walked around for a bit to find some food. He saw a hot dog stand in the park.
Tommy saw how dogs get food from something like that, they just act cute until the two-leg take pity on them and give them food. He doesn’t like when people take pity on him especially from two-legs. But he needed food, so he is willing to do what he has to do.
He slowly approached the two-leg that was given out the food to the other two-legs. It didn’t notice him at first, so he got into position and started to meow. The two-leg was startled at first and then looked down to see Tommy. Tommy was hoping that they were not mean.
The two-legs stared at him for a moment then sighed, grabbed a hot dog and placed it in front of him. Tommy thanked the two-leg and picked up the food and left the park.
He was enjoying his food when he heard barks and hissing in the next alleyway. Tommy was contemplating to go check it out or mind his own damn business and continued eating his hot dog. But his curiosity got the better of him, he quickly ate his food before checking what’s happening.
His alleyway was connected to the one that the barks and hissing came from. There was a brick wall that separates the alleyways, there was a dumpster right next to the wall, he can jump from to get to the top of the wall.
Tommy hopped on the dumpster, there was a distance between the dumpster and the wall. He didn’t care so he took some steps back and crouched. He jumped with all the power that his body can (which isn’t a lot) his top half made it to the top. With a bit of a struggle he pulled up the rest of his body on the edge.
He finally looked down to see what was all the noise for. There was a dog for starters, as soon as Tommy saw the dog he was going to go back the other way. But then he saw a cat, the cat fur was chocolate brown and their eyes were golden. They had a bite mark on their side, Tommy guessed that the dog got a good hit on them.
Now as much as Tommy said he is a big man and could take on anything, he can’t take on a dog. He was the runt of his litter, so he is much smaller than other cats his age. So the dog is giant to him, but he didn’t want this random cat to be killed by a dog that’s just embarrassing.
He thinks for a while trying to find the best way to get the dog away from the other cat. Tommy then had an idea, it wasn’t his best idea but it will do. He quietly jumped down from the wall and made his way to Somme empty bottles on a trash can. Tommy jumped up and knocked off the bottles, they crashed to the ground and shattered. The dog and cat turn their heads to him. The dog immediately started to go after him, he dodged the dog and ran to the alleyway exit.
The cat just stared at him while he ran, but he didn’t really care. He made it to where all the two-legs were, some of them screamed and ran out the way of him and the dog. Then the dog was grabbed by a two-leg and was held back from killing him.
Tommy didn’t stop in case that two-leg tried to grab him. He went to the warehouse, he was stopped by Sam again and he had to explain that he was chased by a dog. He kept asking useless questions like ‘Are you hurt’ or ‘Do you want to spend the night here’ and blah blah blah.
He just went and talked to Ranboo and Tubbo for a while before leaving, Puffy was out hunting so he didn’t see her today. Tommy went back to the alleyway to see if the cat was still there, they were not which is good the cat would be stupid to stay around where a dog was attacking you.
He went back to his own alleyway, he saw a different cat trying to steal his box. He fought the cat and won, he laid down in his box with Henry and fell asleep.
He didn’t feel eyes on him.
Chapter Text
Wilbur was not expecting the day he had. All he wanted to do was just go on a nice walk, he managed to convince Phil to let him go alone, he even told Techno to back off when he tried to follow him.
But instead having a nice walk through the park, he is running away from a dog ready to have him for dinner. The thing already managed to take a bite at him (literally) and now it has him cornered in an alleyway.
The dog was getting ready to lunge at him, Wilbur knew that he couldn’t dodge it in his position. He is up against a wall and to his sides were trash cans, so yeah he was kinda fucked.
Wilbur was thinking about scratching at its eyes, when there was a loud CRASH that started both him and the dog. In sync they both turn their heads to see a small kitten on one of the trash cans.
The dog immediately turned its full attention to the kitten, it ran towards the kitten. But the kit managed to dodge in time and ran towards the exit of the alleyway. The dog followed right behind the kit.
Wilbur was too stunned to speak or move, then he remembered that the cat that saved him was a kit. He ran towards the exit ignoring the bite wound on his side, when he exited the alleyway he saw the dog being held by a two-leg. But the kitten was not there, Wilbur breathed out a sigh of relief, but then immediately hissed in pain when the wound sting with a lot of pain.
Now he should just go back to Phil and Techno and tell them what happened and get him fixed up. But he didn’t want to leave the kitten in case they were hurt, he would just look for the kit and then go home. With the plan in mind he started to try to find the kit, he got the kit scent when he went to the trash cans they were standing on.
It took a couple of minutes and a lot of breaks, so the wound will stop stinging like hell. When he finally found the kit, they were getting into a box with a toy cow. Wilbur waited for a while to see where the kit caretaker was, but no one showed up.
Wilbur was…confused, the kitten should not be away from their caretaker. When Wilbur and Techno were their aged Phil didn’t let them out of his sight. He can smell some older cats on the kit but not enough for a claim from a caretaker.
His wound sting with pain again, ok he needed to get back so he can actually live to help the kit. He made his way out of the alleyway making sure to remember the alleyway, it took some time but he made it back to his home. It was an abandoned two-legs home that his family found years ago.
As soon as he touched the grass in front of their home, Techno came out from a hole in the door. Once Techno saw his side he knew it was over, he ran towards Wilbur with a pissed off face “Why are you bleeding” was the first thing Techno said once he was in front of him. “Relax Tech I am fine” he said but he was slowly falling to the ground.
Techno huffed and grabbed him by the scruff, Wilbur was carried inside and was placed in the middle of the house “PHIL, Wilbur got himself hurt” Techno yelled for their father. There was a crash and Phil appeared from the stairs, he quickly made his way to Wilbur.
”What did you do their time Wil” Phil asked him while he was telling Techno what to get to help him “I got chased down by a dog” Wilbur smiled at him and Phil just rolled his eyes and got to work on fixing him.
He was thinking about telling his family about the unclaimed kit, but decided that he wouldn’t. Phil would lose his mind if he found out, he doesn’t know how Techno will react, he never really liked kits.
Wilbur will first talk to the kit and see how they are doing and maybe become friends.
