A stir, followed by twitches, the heart quickening. Soft limbs, too many, unfold and stretch. A thick membrane blocks the creature's limbs. The resistance did not last long, with a wet rip, the membrane tears by the spikes lining every limb.

The newborn slips out of the soft egg, blanketed in amniotic fluid. The creature is not fully developed, yolk protruding from its belly. Skin translucent, beady eyes darting around under lids not ready to split.

The creature turns on its belly, clawing at the ground. It pulls itself from the thick fluids holding it, met by a cool breeze of midday. Smells of the forest fills the creature's lungs. Four arms spread out, claws digging into earth to lift the creature up.

Snap

Bones still to soft, everything is too soft. A heavy thud with tendons and ligaments tearing. Its four pronged mouth splits, roaring in pain and rage. Blood flies with the air leaving lungs, its throat ripping apart from all the force.

The roar echoes through the trees, scaring away any nearby life. Silence falls upon the forest, ants swarming the broken creature and fresh fluids. Flies hovering around and landing.

Hordes of ants take to the fluids, drinking as much as possible before going back to their nest. A smaller troop blankets over the creature, tearing and chewing flesh. The creature bites at the tiny hordes, tearing chunks off its own flesh.

Agonizing hours pass, the creature healed and harden. It reels back onto its legs, stretching up with an even louder roar, shaking trees and the ground beneath it. Its eyes trail the ants still crawling all over it, lapping up every last one with a long tongue. It then turns to the egg it came from, lurking over to eat everything.

A soft shuffle catches the creature's attention, a deer stunned and ready to run. The creature tilts its head then lurches, gouging its claws into the deer. Before the deer could scream, its head is missing, gone in the mouth of the creature.

The headless deer buckles, falling as the creature tears and claws into it. Grass and trees drip in blood as the creature tears and tears, biting and ripping apart the deer. Feral and excited, the creature chews up organs, crouching beside the mutilated deer.

As the creature fills its belly, its tail goes around the piles of deer flesh. Stabbing and dragging through the ground, inking with deer blood a crude circular sigil. The creature stands and skulks around the forest, snatching a couple birds out the air to tear apart, leaving the chewed up and mangled deer flesh pile behind.

The creature stops, finding a cave to retreat within. Getting on all six, the creature crawls along the walls. It digs into the rocks, carving a hole to curl in. It freezes, something as entered the cave behind it, waking something more sinister within the creature.

"My apologies, Mil-"

A hard crunch cuts off this jovial intruder, flatten against rock under the claw of the creature. The creature licks its hand of the rather sour blood. It looks to eat the rest, confused at the lack of a body. It looks around the cave, reeling back onto all six, eyes darting all over the cave.

"Such cruelty, Milord. To think our first meeting would be, so euphoric..." The odd tiny one stutters as his limbs snap back into place, giggling with pure glee. Once whole, he bows before the creature, "But where are my manners, Sceleritas Fel, at your most wicked command."

The creature crawls forward, eyeing this tiny man prostrating. This one broke, yet it breathes and moves as if nothing happened. The creature swipes the head off the man, crushing with a tight grip as its tail skewers the man high into the air. So much blood comes from this one, as the creature's tail drags and bangs the headless corpse along the cave walls.

Satisfied, the creature flings off the fabric clinging to its tail. It turns to admire the blood painted walls. Its head snaps, looking at the returned man. He dusts off the hat on the ground, daintily adorning his head once more.

The man chuckles, rubbing his hand together with a big grateful smile. He looks up at the creature, bowing once more, barely able to keep in his absolute admiration.

"My ruthless lord, though i wish to die at your whims, there are only so much time in a day. Now, my sweet sweet master," The man raises his hand and snaps, echoing into the cave as he continues, "if only time allowed for me to grovel at your brutal form, but Lord Bhaal requires more than mindless slaughter of petty forest animals."

At his snap, everything itches. Skin itches, the creature scratches at itself, wanting rid of this buzz. No the itch is deeper, within, deep inside itself. The creature claws at itself, tearing and ripping, shredding spines along with fistfuls of flesh.

Sceleritas Fel marvels as the creature breaks itself apart, everything of the creature beginning to melt into thick blood. The creature buckles, falling flat as it melts down into the puddle. Its eyes closing.

From the melted away creature, lies a sleeping baby, small and fresh. Drenched in blood, as if torn out of a womb. Sceleritas Fel treads almost reluctantly into the puddle, treating the blood as holy ground. He attentively picks up the baby, cradling the little thing close.

"Miraculous day, my dear master." Sceleritas Fel conjures forth a crimson shawl, wrapping up the baby tight and snug. He treads out of the cave carefully, not to wake the baby in his arms. "I shed a wondrous tear to witness, with the world soon to weep rivers of blood, your most vile birth."
