Chapter 1: As leaves we fall

Chapter Text

Yoongi was a well know underground rapper. Going by Agust D he was one of the best ones. He was very fierce and his rap consisted raw emotions.

A lot of Alphas liked his rap since it was so aggressive and powerful.
Yoongi always made amazing beats. His lyrics being vulgar and sharp.

He started at a very young age, when he was still unpresented.
That was back in a day when he wasn't so popular. Every single one of the guys that worked real jobs or made popular music were Betas or Alphas.

The Betas  didn't get such respect as Alphas. Not that there weren't any omegas.. there were. At least they tried to be. But nobody took omega rappers seriously. Honestly, nobody took omegas seriously regardless of their hobbies or jobs. That's why underground rappers needed to be Alphas. Yoongi needed to be an Alpha.

Nobody would ever think that a guy who does these things is an omega. Thats why he couldn't be.

It was few days after Yoongi's birthday. He was relaxing after a busy day at his place. Alone.

His parents didn't care about him.

Being alcoholic and having money issues, Yoongi was their last concern.  That's why he started doing music at the age of 13. Taking care of himself.

Doing music. It's his hobby, he loves music. It has always helped him through difficulties.

Here he is now, 15 and lying on top of an old mattress. Days go by slowly here.

One old lady owns this place and refuses to sell it. But she also refuses to live here, due to the neighbours. He pays her minimal rent so he can stay here. It's okay. Police or anyone that would potentially report him never set a foot into these parts, so he'll never go to an orphanage.
These parts of city also have lots of clubs where most of underground rappers meet up. Yoongi goes there pretty often. To sell some of his beats, or do rap battles.

He couldn't go today.

He had a small fever for a while now. The more he waited the more it got worse.

Maybe he was presenting?

It was a thought he wanted to push away. He's not presenting. Bullshit. He didn't want to present. Mainly, because Yoongi knew he was going to be a Beta.

Small part of him secretly hoping to be an Alpha.
You never know?

But there was just a small possibility, so presenting meant he will need to live as a Beta for the rest of his life. He didn't want that. He's not prepared to hide his secondary gender.

Hiding his secondary gender was Yoongi's choice, unless he turned out to be an Alpha, of course. He's an underground rapper and now when he's climbing up he can't risk his career.

Everyone loves Alpha rappers.
Everyone thinks he's an Alpha rapper.
If he just randomly went out all like
'Haha, Hi!  It's Agust D and I'm glad to say I actually presented as a beta!' People would destroy him.

No way.

He would loose all his popularity. His fans murmuring and bitching on him. Probably even being mad at themselves for listening to such a weakling. He could picture it so vividly.

Being unpresented was fine. Yoongi was so sure that he's going to be a beta (unwillingly) that he completely forgot about the possibility of him being an omega.

More like he pushed the thought away.

He was so mad that he doesn't give off Alpha vibes. He was all about being an Alpha. When he realised that he's nothing like an Alpha, finally accepted it and went out of his imagination. He fought with the tough of turning out as Beta so much that it was impossible to push the image of him being an omega into his brain. He not once thought about being an omega.
Until today.

His whole body started heating up and he started feeling really weird.

Jeez, do all people present like this?
or am I actually just ill?
He thought that maybe he sure is ill when this weird feeling started. His body was like moving on it's own. It was like voices in his head. Searching for someone. Or something? He's clueless.
Do betas usually present like this?

wait wait..

Am I actually..

..an Alpha?

Betas presentation is not this strong.

Well, the current Yoongi could clearly tell you he was very wrong.. but he will just find out about that.

He was so happy for a moment.
Being an Alpha huh?

All his troubles would go away.

But life is not that good.

His insides started burning.
Feeling empty. Suddenly this big urge to lift his ass up and present came up.
He freezed.

You would never catch Yoongi doing stuff like that.

But his body moved on his own.
He started whimpering.
This was not his voice.
Or was it?
What..?
What's happening?

The slight pain was not unbearable, but he was on fire. He lifted his ass and buried his head into the mattress. That's when he felt it. A small amount of wet liquid leaking out of his hole.

No- Fuck. No No.. Don't tell me I am an..

He did not want to admit it but his body was speaking for itself.

Omega.

How is he going to face the other guys?
Fuck it.
He can't. He won't.

Yoongi spend his whole heat in pain. He couldn't go to any shop in this state.
Omega in heat, outside, in this neighbourhood?

No thank you. That's a death wish.

He couldn't buy anything that would help ease the pain. Since he never expected to be an omega, he had zero things prepared. He was glad that barely anybody lived around here, so people couldn't possibly smell him.

He was breathing heavily from the unusual emotions and feelings.

Nevertheless, he did not think about being fucked even once.
He is not going to be an Omega. He needs to hide it as soon as possible.

That was the day when Yoongi presented, and also the day when he decided to hide that he's an Omega.
He was furious at first.
Omega?
Why him? The lowest rank.
It covers the smallest percentage.. not to mention he's a guy.

Being an omega is quite a misfortune. Well, for some girls.
Omegas get treated badly no matter their primary gender is, but if u are a girl.. well you can get a nice mate and have a happy life. You can be popular in omega-dominated industries.
Few girls are actually happy to be omegas. They love seducing hot alphas with their pretty scents and sexy bodies.

Although there are such unique ones that prefer to be omegas, most still see it as a big burden.
This applies to women.

Now Imagine you're a male omega.
Guys are supposed to be strong and cool and masculine. Everything that omegas are not.
How the fuck are you supposed to be both?
If you are a male omega and you try to act more like a man, people would most likely make fun of you. Call you "wannabe Alpha". And many more bullshits.
Male omegas also don't get the princess treatment. Good Alphas that want families and relationships will most likely settle for a pretty female omega.

Alphas mostly get interested in male omegas only because they want to dominate someone. It's like a fight.
"Oh look I completely ruined another guy. So what if he's an omega, he's still a dude, I'm such a strong Alpha grr"

That mindset..?
It's funny when you make fun of them like that, but well.. the reality is crueler.
Male omegas can get assaulted just for fun.

Who would care?

Why is he this unlucky?
The fury he had inside later turned out to simple sadness and helplessness.
He didn't know what to do.
Nobody was there for him. Parents, friends.. He needed to deal with it alone. But how? Nothing similar ever happened to him. He was clueless.

When Yoongi first started hiding his secondary gender, it was a disaster.
He could easily pass off as beta but that just wasn't it.
He's a rapper, He's an Alpha.

He needed more money.

Luckily his presentation happened at the time when he just started getting more popular. More people bought his stuff.
Popular is a strong word. He really started to thrive just when he needed it.

He learnt one thing, and that is:
Suppressant are so damn expensive. Sometimes it feels like he spents his whole salary on scent blockers and heat suppressants.
He also started going out more rarely. He just couldn't. There are dangerous people everywhere. And he can't risk getting robbed or beaten. They would find his stuff, take off his blockers and..
Omegas are so helpless.

He also started using a fake Alpha scent which he bought. It was a really cheap scent but nobody would figure it out.

Alphas don't usually study each others scents. Unless you anger them of course. But Yoongi is planning to do none of that.

Another problem was that whenever he wore the Alpha scent his body was tensed.
Since his presentation, he started hating the smell of most Alphas. Reminding him that he is something less.
He also started getting more dizzy everytime he went to the clubs. It wasn't effecting him before.
The scents sometimes got unbearable now.

Being an omega sucked. He was glad nobody knew he was a one. He saw how people treated Omegas in these parts.
He saw it all the time before his presentation. Didn't really interfere since it wasn't his matter.. but he was aware of all of it. Never would he thought he could be in their place now.

The more time went by the less Yoongi showed up in the bars.
He still needed to go there sometimes, but it was just unpleasant.

Now when he is freshly 17 he got so much more popular.
Before, when he was starting, he was an unpresented kid doing beats. Now he's an Alpha making good rap songs. Maybe he could survive like this.
He was getting used to this life.

Chapter Text

A lot of people piss Yoongi off. Some people said he's always mad and aggressive but that's not true at all. He's very tolerative. It's just the people around him that are dumb and always searching for conflicts. That's just normal in the underground rap community.

But this one guy, RM pissed him off recently the most.
Yoongi knew of him. His music was really known.
He could rap, he could write.
Most of people knew who he was.
Really popular guy.
Yoongi actually wanted to be like him.

C'mon, RM was everything Yoongi wanted to be. Big cool Alpha man who can rap, fight, protect, stand his ground. That sounds like a dream.
People like these don't have to fear walking alone at night.

He was secretly a fan and admired his work. But one day, while he was just scrolling social media a video popped up.
It looked like a very unprofessional interview, more like just people casually talking together. And there was RM.
They were talking about collabs when Yoongi heard his name being mentioned.
'Ay RM! You should collab with Agust D! He has become quite popular these days.'

And he answered. Little smirk forming on his face.

'Why? .. he's just flex talking.
A little pussy who runs away when people ask him to rap live. Never seen him do a rap battle this year either. Maybe he forgot how to rap.'
He laughed.

Some people laughed, agreeing.
Yoongi clicked the video off.

He and flex talking? Is that how he sees Yoongi? He doesn't write about flex that much... maybe.

ugh..
It's not that he doesn't want to tell a story with his music, but sometimes you just gotta add some Alpha talk.
Nobody is going to listen to some Alpha pitying his life.

Of course he can fight, and make money, be scary...but the same way he gives himself credit to?
well...

And he... running away?
As an omega he simply can't walk on stage full of Alphas, swimming in pheromones, rapping everyday. Not to mention the stupid scent blockers and perfume.

Also fuck rap battles. Why does he need to do rap battles to be considered a good rapper? He could do them before.
His presentation caused many obstacles.

What was his problem?
Yoongi isn't really a person to get mad about everything.
But when a guy you admire, just decides to say bullshit about you, without even knowing you?
Not very pleasant.

That's why he decided to meet in person. It was not planned beforehand, since Yoongi refuses to call him.
He is just going to look up when he will be performing and invite himself.
Then he'll invite him to a rap battle. Maybe then he can finally acknowledge him.

No.. Why should he be acknowledged by him?
They'll just do a rap battle to show who's better.
Right. Fuck that guy anyway.

Today was the day Yoongi was going to battle with RM.
Everything was planned.
He used scentblockersーas usually, and put on the last bits of the Alpha scent he had. He already used it fully without realising it, but had no time to buy another. Little is better than none.

When he walked into the club he went straight near the podium.
RM was supposed to be there in a minute, as Yoongi came sooner.
That's when he saw him for the first time in person. He did not want to admit itーbut that guy was buff and tall as fuck. Pictures online can be misleading but.. his weren't.

Namjoon had everything he wanted.
If Yoongi had proportions like that his life would be so easier. He hated that he was so short and weak. Pale like snow with thin arms and legs.
Baggy clothes saved his life. If it wasn't for them people would definitely tell he's not an Alpha.

Could his life be worse?  He was jealous of his "enemy".

He stopped the thoughts and started concentrating on winning the rap battle. He was going to win.

As soon as RM arrived, Yoongi got on his legs and started walking towards him. He rushed to his direction but.. The closer he was the more he could feel his aura. His scent so strong. Dangerous.

When he was finally in front of him, it took all of Yoongi's willpower to look him right into his eyes. His brain was constantly screaming at him.
Look down, kneel, strong Alpha.
Submit.

He hated his own thoughts. He knew this wasn't truly him. It was his stupid secondary gender.
But it was a reflexーhe couldn't do anything about it. The strong scent of petrichor was holding him down.

‘RM.’
He said,
trying to get the Alphas attention. He hated that his voice sounded so weak. The guy wasn't taking him seriously, just giving him a annoyed hum.

‘Hm?’
‘Rap battle’
He saidーmore quietly than he wanted.
Most of Alphas did not give off such energy as RM. Things were getting pretty difficultーbut nothing Yoongi can't handle.

‘And with who sweetie?’ He chuckled.

‘Agust d’

‘That fucker actually came?’

He laughed.

‘I'm Agust d’

At that, the guy paused, looking him up and down. Giving him a weird stare.

‘Aren't you a little liar..I thought he was an Alpha..’

A victorious smirk started forming on his face.

‘Why would I lie!’

He exclaimed, realising this wasn't very Alpha-like and started calming down.
Breathe Yoongi.

‘Uh.. and I am.. an Alpha’

Yoongi scoffed, looking anywhere but the Alphas eyes. Lieing to him felt wrong. Being in his presence was unpleasant. He'll just get the rap battle over and never talk to him again.

In the end he agreed.
Battle with Rm!
He was going to.. battle with Rm...

It was a while since Yoongi did an rap battle. He simply stopped doing them since he presented. There's too much emotionsーmainly anger.
And emotions cause a lot of pheromones.
But what can happen? He'll just do it like he did before.
Ignore all the scents and focus on rapping.

The problem began when he got on stage.
Clubs were always full of Alphas and Betas.. omegas showed up just rarely.
All the people just staring at himーand all the scents in the air were just troublesome.
He hasn't done this in so long.

But the main problem was the guy in front of him. RM.
Yoongi was supposed to do a rap battle with him. Easily saidーhe was supposed to fight him. It's verbal, right. But the emotions there can be compared to a normal fight. Slightly..?

How many times have you seen an Omega fighting an Alpha?
Maybe the rap battle wasn't the best idea in the first place. Now it's too late to call it off.

Inhale..exhale..
It's going to be fine. He will just show off.
They're not fighting for real after all..
This is about rap, and Yoongi can do rap.

It started. Many people were standing in front of the stage. Shouting, cheering.
It was a club, so naturally the scents were heavy in the air.
Yoongi always acknowledged them, but now that he is presented, they started bothering him.
He couldn't focus.
Rm got up on stage too. Checking his mic.
He could feel his eyes staring at him but he refused to look.
Yoongi's eyes were darting to every direction.
What a stupid idea it was to do this..
Am i actually dumb?
Why is he risking his career over..this?
All the adrenaline disappeared when the time to do the real thing came.
He's a fucked.

The rules were simple, they are going take turns rapping freestyle verses until the audience or referee decide on a winner.
His first round was easy. It took a while for him to catch the beat and tidy his brain to say meaningful things but the second-half was perfect. All his past memories of the rap battles came back to him. He was proud. No need to worry. He's been doing this since 13.

But then Rm started. Namjoon is known for his lyrics. Of course he jumped right on the beat. It was like he had a cheat paper. Yoongi felt the screams grow louder for Namjoon. This was his rayon ⟨райо́н⟩ after all. Of course he's going to be better.

Yoongi hasn't been live on stage since forever.

It was time for second round but all Yoongi could think about was loosing.
He couldn't focus.
The scents in the audience were eager, mad, they wanted action.

The beat started playing. Yoongi was quiet. He could hear the people shouting at him. He started too late.
He couldn't think. Even he could tell this performance was bad.

His round was over. His mind started spinning. He was sweating. The people were making fun of him. Thinking RM was right all along.
He can't rap live.

But he can! Why is this happening?

He could feel a hand on his shoulder.

'Heyy.. It's okay. Little Alphas like you are just meant to submit'

No..
Don't do this.

He knees gave out under him.

Was it becouse of the constant suppressants?
Becouse of the exhaustion?
Becouse of the mockery?

Maybe the word, the command, was just the last drop for Yoongi's Omega.

His eyes landed on the Alphas shoes. He closed them. It was too quiet.

Alphas don't drop on their knees.

He ran away.

Chapter Text

He did not have time to think, he just ran headlong.

Why did this have to happen?
Is it his fault?
Was his pride just so big he had to prove himself?

Look at the consequences. All his efforts were in vain because of one rash decision.

Maybe.. people will forget about it?

...
Who is he kidding

People don't just forget about Alphas willingly submitting. Not to mention in front of a big audience.

He's sitting on the floor. Leaning on a wall.
He is out of breath from all the running. Even after he left the room, he still feels sick.

His hands find their way to his hair and he begins to softly tug on it.

What should he do?

His vision seems blurry. He can still feel all the sweat. Every scent and sound is starting to become overwhelming. He can smell the Alpha perfume on him slowly loosing it's effect.

He exhales loudly.

There's footsteps.

Heavy.

Why didn't he run away?

He can hear every impact of the shoe on the ground. All his senses becoming oversensitive.
The stranger is walking slowly, taking long strides.
Probably someone on the taller side.

They are getting closer.

It's a Man.

Not an omega.

Fuck. Get lost.

Suddenly all he can hear are the stupid footsteps. It's like a ticking clock in a quiet room. His heart start's beating faster.
What's going to happen?

Will he be found?

It's like waiting for your turn in the slaughterhouse. He can do nothing but wait.
His thoughts just won't shut up.

'Seems like you lost.'

The person has arrived.

Right in front of Yoongi.
He refused to lift his gaze.

He could easily recognise that voice. RM.
Fuck, everyone but that guy.

'Fuck off.'

'What was that on the stage sugar?'

The man laughed.
Fucking mocking snicker.

'You won okay?! Can you get the fuck out?'

Yoongi was shouting.
He wasn't even that angry, he just acted on impulse. His omega was feeling threatened.

'You should be careful being emotional like that, dumb cheap scents won't change based on emotions'

'How'd.. what. I don't know what are you talking about.'

Yoongi was taken aback. He couldn't think of a better response. Stupid fucking scents.

'You should have tried more, seriously? Do you smell that bad?'

'That's none of your business! Just go!'

It was quiet.

He could feel eyes staring at him.

He shivered. The rapper's scent was making him uneasy. Why is he still here?

The Alpha crouched down to his level.

'How about you give me a little reward for my win hm? Yoongi?'

A hand was reaching for his neck.

He smacked it away immediately.
What is that fucker doing?

This time he was more rough, he went for Yoongi's hands. Catching them in a strong grip.

'The fuck? Let go!'

Yoongi started squirming and kicking.
Is he crazy? What is he doing?

Yoongi can't fight him.

Namjoon looked slightly pissed.

'Calm down, It's useless, you're too weak.'

Yoongi kept going. This was a life threatening situation to him.

He could see the Alpha get slightly pissed.

'Ugh, just.. stop it!'

Alpha command

Namjoon probably didn't even mean to use it. Or didn't realise it. Using Alpha voice was a daily occurrence.

Yoongi's body froze. He stopped.

And so did Namjoon.

'No way..'
Namjoon laughed in disbelief after a moment of pause.

Yoongi was grabbed by his neck and harshly pressed against the ground. He could feel the hot breath near his neck.

No..don't do this.
He's going to find out.

He could feel the Alpha's nose burying itself in his neck. The next was the tongue. He felt a short wet lick slide across his scent glands.

The Alpha stopped for a minute.

'Hah..I can't believe it took us that long to find out we had an omega bitch amongst ourselves on the stage.'

Yoongi's body went limp. He's totally fucked. If he wasn't totally miserable before, he definitely would be now. Bye world.
He can start planning his moving.
He thought that he was somehow safe, well..as long as the Alpha thought he was an Alpha too.
Now he's fucked.

'My subgender has nothing to do with my performance ability'

'Shhh, omegas don't belong on the stage, it's a miracle you got that far'

If the fuckers face was in front of Yoongi he would have probably spit at him. Stupid fucking Alphas and their stupid fucking ideas, and rules and mindsets and ugh.. everything.

He sighed heavily.

Whatever.

It's he against the world.

•  (You can post this as a seperate хап буба +если то не будет слишком короткий хх))

The Alpha's head stayed still behind Yoongi's neck. It was quite intimidating to have another wolf that close to one of your most vulnerable spots. Not to mention the latter wolf being an Alpha.
One bite and he could easily be killed.
The thought was terrifying.

While Yoongi was deep in his thoughts, the Alpha positioned his body nearly on top of him.
The cold floor he was on was long forgotten.

'Did you have fun? Pretending to be one of us?'

He thought he belonged...

He wanted to belong.
His dreams now dissolving in front of his own eyes.

• (帰属意識)

The Alpha's body was fully pressed against him now. Most omegas would normally feel safe, but Yoongi's omega considered RM a threat, so the situation wasn't really helping.

'I will give you the taste of a real Alpha'.

A grin formed at his face. Namjoon found the situation quite funny. How come this little omega managed to hide this long amongst them? Looking at him.. it's obvious. He should have been more careful.

The Alpha, fully clothed, started slightly, and slowly grinding on him. Fear enveloped Yoongi. He has promised himself to stay away. He didn't want an Alpha.
He did not want anybody touching his body.

He tried to protest. Didn't work. His frail body didn't help much. Physical fight was useless.
Yoongi also tried to voice his lack of comfortableness vocally, but was quickly shushed by the Alpha's displeased growls.

Even though both of them had clothes on, he felt almost naked. He could tell the Alpha was hard. He was now going more passionately, the grinds slow but firm, sturdy.

But that definitely wasn't enough to satisfy the Alpha.

The body pressing down on him was lifted up. A moment of relief possessed Yoongi just to be replaced with complete dread.

Suddenly, hand's were  around his waistband, pulling at his pants. The Alpha was impatient. He roughly unzipped them and tried to slide them down in one smooth movement.
That didn't really work.
The pants's material violently scratched Yoongi's legs一in the process of being taken down.
He's sure the Alpha would've ripped them if he tried a little more.

Cold air in combination with cold floor immediately hit his skin.

The Alpha didn't let him rest. While one hand was fiercely holding Yoongi's hand behind his back, the other started feeling him up. The Alpha's hand traveled from his thin thighs straight to his bottom.

Namjoon was mesmerised, The omega was so small and pale. His bicep was probably bigger then the omega's thin thighs.
He pushed his cheeks open, just to see a pretty pink small hole. It looked untouched.
Clenched shut and stiff. He growled.
Finding omegas like this was a miracle. Most of them were already claimed and loose from all the fucking. The decent omegas were hidden and protected by their families. They didn't live in this part of the city, or at least, not alone.

He didn't waste any time and shoved his fingers inside. Yoongi wailed. There was not nearly enough space for them to fit in. He had to use a lot of force. The feeling was uncomfortable, borderline unbearable.

Yoongi tried to get away, but the Alpha only attempted to push deeper.
He started to pull his fingers up vertically to lift Yoongi up. The omega arched his back to soften the pain it caused. He was still dry, and doesn't think this will change anytime soon.

The Alpha hovered over him again. He took the fingers out and pinned Yoongi's hands behind his back. Lifting his pelvis up.

Yoongi stared into nothingness. His face was being pressed to the ground by the sheer force of his own lower body's elevation, and well.. the Alpha.
Time was going by too slowly.

He could hear the Alpha unbuckling his belt.

He closed his eyes.
They were teary, and hot.
His eyes hurt.
He wasn't crying though.

R ight?

New weight on top of his bottom appeared.
The Alpha took out his cock. It was positioned on top of Yoongi's ass. Looking at it from above,  the Alpha felt his dick twitch. It was a pretty sight.
For Yoongi it seemed too heavy.
Nothing of this size will fit inside him.
He knows himself too well.

Stop.
Just stop thinking.
Don't think about it.

This is Yoongi's first experience with an Alpha.
He never dreamt about having one, he promised himself to avoid Alpha's at all costs.

'I'm sorry'

He whispered.

'hm?'

'Not you'

I'm talking to myself.

The Alpha found Yoongi's suffering quite amusing.

'You're getting distracted omega.'

'Don't call me that.'

'Surrender to reality.'

'I would rather die.'

The cock was circling his rim. Yoongi shivered.
Spit landed on his ass. The Alpha smeared it with his dick. It was still too dry.
The Alpha attempted to push in.
It didn't fit.
Yoongi was right. He's not compatible to be with this Alpha. He should be left alone.

The Alpha however, did not share the same thoughts.

Since Yoongi's body didn't give in when he went gently, he penetrated Yoongi forcefully.

Yoongi wailed.
His nails started instinctively scratching the surface, it was painful, but not as painful as the foreign object making it's way inside of his body. He tried to crawl away.
The grip Namjoon had on him didn't let him.

Namjoon loved to see the omega struggling.
He looked so weak under him. He could do anything to him and the omega would just have to take it.
While holding him down he could wrap his hand around his wrist completely, if he tried he could easily break the omega's arm.

The Alpha had to go slowly, inch by inch.
Yoongi wasn't helping. He didn't want to let him in. Everytime the cock inside of him got deeper, Yoongi felt like someone was tightening a collar around his neck.

'Fuck.. relax a little, your body is too petite'

'Pull out then, you sick fuck'

Yoongi managed to sound aggressive even through his teary eyes and shiver in his voice.

The pace wasn't satisfactory for the Alpha.
He pulled out lightly, just to harshly thrust deeper. He felt the omega stiffen. He was so cute. His scent stank of pure fear.

That was too much.
Something inside was definitely torn.
Yoongi choked. That hurt.

...

It seriously hurt.
He whimpered.

He could feel the dick inside of him moving.
The thought made him sick.

He wanted to curl into a ball.

' I'll throw up, stop...'

He received a hum in response.
Tears started sliding down his cheeks.

'please'

He whined,
and got ignored again.

The Alpha started thrusting more fiercely, viciously. He was feeding of Yoongi's fear. He wanted to hurt the little one. Everytime Yoongi's body twitched, everytime the omega cried, a smile crept up on his face.
He kept going harshly. Blood painting his dick visible everytime he pulled out. It made him feel a sense of accomplishment.

Yoongi's insides were burning. His body full, mind empty. He didn't care about crying anymore. He just wanted to be left alone.
The grunts were too loud, pheromones heavy in the air. Yoongi felt like the Alpha's scent tried to
envelope him and swallow him whole. It was overwhelming. The Alpha was everywhere, he could feel his petrichor scent in his lungs. Yoongi felt sick.
He was being marked like a property.

The Alpha kept going. He still held Yoongi in a solid grip, like he was waiting for the omega's attempt to flee again. Yoongi, for the first time in his life, felt like a prey. His body refused to adjust. His insides were definitely red and swollen. His legs were slightly shaking. If the Alpha wasn't holding him, he's sure he would already be fallen on the ground. Unmoving.

'... your little cunt is so tight'

The knot. Yoongi clenched.
He could feel it. No way.

'N-no knot'

Yoongi begged. He was too quiet, trying to look smaller and hurt so the Alpha would pity him and save him from more suffering.
This was his last hope. His first time shouldn't have been like this.

'Now you're begging?'

'Please.. A-alpha..' he hiccuped 'I swear I'll be good, just don't do this...'

'You're cute'

Of course Namjoon knotted him. The knot stretched him unbearably. He started thrashing wildly. Trying to yank his hands out of the Alpha's grip. Everytime he moved forward, he could feel the knot holding him in place. Saying Yoongi cried would be an understatement, he broke down. He was being filled with the Alphas cum. His legs uncontrollably shaking.
His hole kept twitching. It hurt every time.
The sticky hot liquid filling his insides was gross. He could feel it in his stomach.
The Alpha softly pat his hair, cooing him.
He placed a hand under Yoongi's bangs that were now wet, sticking to his forehead and he lifted them up. The omega's face was teary, wet, probably full on snot from all the crying.
Yoongi didn't lift his gaze from the ground.
The Alpha just gently wiped his tears.

He didn't wait until the knot went completely down. He just left him.

Left him on the ground, in a club, half naked and helpless. His legs were still slightly shaking his from the shock. He could feel his hole throbbing. Cum with the tint of red colour landed on the ground. He could feel it on his legs too. It smelled gross.

Yoongi's eyes radiating challenge were no longer present.

Chapter 4: a poisoned body, can't undress

Yoongi gets saved and introduced to kindness.🫠

Notes:

This is a soft chapter, Yoongi can rest (for now lol)
Its short

Chapter Text

He didn't know how long he layed there.

He passed out from all the exhaustion.
What a shame he woke up.
At the same place, still on the ground.
It wasn't a dream. Unfortunately.

He felt dirty, disgusting. Everything was sticky.
He didn't even have the energy to stand up.
Would that even matter? He lost everything.
There's no need for him to get back up.

He should've just died here.

He had no concept of time. He was just lying there on the ground for hours? waiting for something to happen.

What now?

He slowly turned around. On all fours weakly managed to get up. His legs and arms were shaking.
He felt too fragile to hold himself up.
He thought his bones would break at any second.

Cum came out of him.  Amazing.

It felt wrong to put on his clothes,  considering how dirty he was, but he didn't have anything else. He was glad the Alpha didn't actually rip them apart. At least he doesn't have to walk out naked.

He looked messy, hair sticking out to every direction. His face full of dried tears, his eyes bloody red, and so his whole face.

His wrists had red handprints on them.

He shivered.
Fresh memories flashing right before his eyes.
Yoongi grabbed his wrist, hiding the mark.
He held it tightly, maybe internally hoping for it to magically disappear.

It did not.

He probably smelt like a whore.

‹Devoid of emotions.›

Finally, after avoiding every single person that knew him, he managed to get out.
His legs hurt, they were weak. Every step he took felt painful.
He could still feel his insides burning.

Don't think about it. Don't cry.

The sun was setting.
He needs to return as soon as possible.
Being out at night is dangerous.

Should he care about that at this point?

These thoughts won't leave his head.
He shouldn't give up so easily.
But it's so painful and tiring to live like this.
He doesn't want to start from the beginning, when he already had all this.

He kept walking. It took longer then usually.
He was nervous, he doesn't have scentblockers on. People could smell him.

His eyes were focused. He paid attention to every little movement. He avoided people.
Everyone who he thought was too close.

Just go home, please let me go home.

He was exhausted. His eyes were closing.
His whole body was weak.

Just not here..

He blacked outーfalling to the ground.
‹Fuck.›

It was a dark and unsafe  part of the city, the kind of place that Jimin's brother had warned him about.
But Jimin, being the curious person that he was, couldn't help but show up there.
Since he presented as an Omega, everyone around him started protecting him. He wasn't allowed to do so many basic things.
He knew that people cared about his safety, but sometimes it was too much.

As he walked, the sun was setting, casting an eerie orange glow over the deserted streets. Jimin couldn't help but feel a shiver run down his spine as he heard the distant sound of shouting accompanied by loud music.
He wasn't used to this.

He was rethinking his decisions.
Maybe this wasn't a good idea after all.

This was not a place he should be in, but he couldn't bring himself to leave.
He missed the... life. The energy.
He wanted to do something different, look somewhere where he hasn't been yet.

As he turned a corner, he stumbled upon a sight that made his heart sink. There, lying on the pavement, was a man who looked to be in bad shape.
He looked skinny, with unkept hair and torn clothes. But what worried Jimin the most was the fact that he was unconscious and looked sick.

Without a second thought, Jimin rushed to the man's side and knelt down beside him. He gently shook him, trying to wake him up, but to no avail.
He tried to smell him but.. his scent was very.. unusual. He smelled strongly of Alpha pheromones, but he for sure didn't look like one. He also smelled like an Omega.
Weird.

Maybe someone.. scented him really strongly?
He for sure was an omega..

He could see bruises on the man's face and his clothes were torn and dirty. What happened?
Did somebody hurt him?
Was he homeless?

Why would someone beat him up?
He's an Omega.

When Jimin thought about it like that, he didn't look like a topical Omega. His clothes were..well, Alpha-like.
He also wasn't wearing makeup. He didn't smell overly sweet. He was dressed in dark colours.
Strange...

Are Omegas like this outside of the big city?

Jimin quickly pulled out his phone.
911..?

Rather no.

He decided to call for a taxi. He knew that he couldn't leave this man here, he needed help. As he waited for the taxi, Jimin couldn't help but worry.

Who could have done this to him and why?

Finally, the taxi arrived and Jimin carefully carried the man into the backseat.
Jimin didn't really work out, but he could tell the Omega was really light.
The driver looked at him quite suspiciously but remained silent.

He gave the driver his address and told him to hurry. He's not sure how is he going to explain this to his brother, but right now, he needs to help.
The whole ride, Jimin couldn't take his eyes off the man, worried that he might stop breathing at any moment.

When they arrived in front of Jimin's flat, he quickly paid and and rushed the man inside.
He took him to his room.

What now?

He didn't know what to do.
It felt too personal to undress and clean the fellow Omega. Should he wake him up?
It didn't work before..

Maybe he should just wait. Let him rest. He didn't look like he had broke anything. He just needs safety.

Jimin left him alone.
He went to the living room.

He exhaled. That was something.

Yoongi yawned.

What a good sleep..

He felt quite relaxed. It was a while since he rested so well.
It was surprisingly quiet.

What happened?

Right.. He passed out.
Outside.

What?

Yoongi's eyes fluttered open and he looked around, confused and scared.

He quickly realises that he's not in his own bed. Panic immediately sets in as he tries to remember how he got here.

What is this place?

He looked around. It looked like a room.
A proper room.

He sits up, his head pounding and his body aching. He remembers what happened. He had been too weak to even make it back home.

But who had brought him here? He couldn't remember. He looks around the room again, trying to find any clues.
This doesn't look ‹anything› like a house where Yoongi is from.

There's a window. He sits up and looks out of it.
What the fuck.

Suddenly, he hears a noise coming from the kitchen. He's not sure, but it does sound like a kitchen..

What now? He can't avoid this forever.

But what if it's an Alpha...

Now that he thinks about it. This room smells of an Omega. That's a good sign? Hopefully?

He cautiously gets up, his body still in pain.
He's not surprised at this point.

Yoongi gently opens the ‹expensive looking› door. He halts. Carefully checking if it's safe.
He makes his way to the kitchen, only to find a young man cooking breakfast.

Yoongi stands there for a while. Unmoving.
He's observing the unknown person.

It's an Omega.

Thank god.

The man suddenly turned around, he gasped.
'Oh my god, I'm so sorry..' He apologises.
Yoongi just furrows his brows.
The man (or should he say boy?) regains his composure.
'Good morning, you're finally awake.' he says.
He seems shy, uncertain.

Yoongi was taken aback. He doesn't recognise this man at all. Why is he talking to him like he knows him?

'Who are you?.... Where am I?'
He decides to ask, his voice hoarse.

Jimin's smile faltered.
To Jimin, Yoongi's voice sounded so unique.
Do deep and raspy for an Omega. He was surprised a bit.
He has met Omega's with deeper voices, but they always tried to sound as high as possible.
Yoongi didn't seem to care.

'I'm Jimin. I found you passed out on the street last night. I couldn't just leave you there, so I brought you to my flat' he explains.

Yoongi was having none of that.

'So you kidnapped me?' He harshly asked.

'K-kidnap?'  Jimin's eyes comically widened, looking taken aback.

Is that an act?

Yoongi snorts. He's angry.

'Look, I can manage. I don't need help.'

'Im sorry.. I really didn't mean no harm'

Yoongi sights.
'Ugh, fuck it'

Jimin's eyes widen. The Omega just cursed.

'You looked hurt.. If you want to go back, you can. I'm sorry for bothering you.'

Yoongi doubts he could return. He doesn't have enough money on him. And the main city is too big and confusing for him.

'You can go clean up. I didn't want to touch you without your consent, but I bet a shower will do good.'

Yoongi softened a bit. The Omega seemed really genuine. He looked sweet. Probably son of some rich parents that have enough money to protect him. He was an male Omega, yet he looked happy, healthy and well kept.

He had a nice house.
Yoongi doesn't think he works.

He should be jealous, but he can't.
This..Jimin, helped him. He has everything, yet he took time to look out for Yoongi.
Maybe he was too harsh on the boy.

'Yeah.. I could do that.'

Jimin smiled at him, though still a bit uncertain.
'Feel free to,  you can use my stuff'

'And Jimin?'

'Yes?'

'Thank you.'

He liked this feeling.

He turned around  was about to move when a voice made him stop.

'Umm..may I know your name, please?'

Jimin was looking down. A slight blush forming on his face. He never really had an opportunity to have new friends a lot. Yoongi seemed so cool.

Just now Yoongi seemed to take in Jimin's voice. It was so high and sweet. Like an proper Omega. He didn't like people like Jimin most of the time, but Jimin just seemed.. nice.
He didn't know how to act around him.

Yoongi had to evaluate the question a little.
He decided to answer truthfully. There's no harm him letting him know, right?
He saved him after all. Who knows what could've happened if Yoongi stayed at the street unconscious and alone.

'Yoongi.' He said. It sounded close to a whisper.

Jimin's expression looked thankful. It was pleasant and calming being able to rely on somebody, after years of being left on your own.

Chapter Text

Jungkook slammed the front door shut as he returned home. Something seemed off. He could smell it.

An airy scent of the outside streets engulfed the place.

As he walked into the living room, he saw Jimin sitting on the couch.

'Where have you been?'
He contemptuously asked.

'What?'

'You're bad at hiding things, Jimin.'

'What are you doing home so early?' Jimin asked, surprised to see his brother standing in the living room.

'I finished practice early.'
His eyes narrowed.
Jimin was avoiding the question.
He was about to continue interrogating him, when he got surprised by an unknown voice.

'..Jimin?'

Yoongi's voice came out uncertain. Questioning. He most likely heard Jungkook's loud entry and got surprised by it.

Jimin's took on a bewildered expression.

Yoongi.. not now.

Jimin quickly glanced at Jungkook. They locked eyes. Jungkook's gaze darkened. He stared unmoving at the source of the voice.

Yoongi's frail frame came into the view.
He seemed to freeze in shock after seeing Jungkook. His eyes helplessly searching for Jimin.

'Who is this?' Jungkook demanded, eyeing the stranger suspiciously. His voice was aggressive. Jimin didn't like the sound of it at all. It made him worried.

'Jungkook, calm down. Yoongi is a friend. He needed a place to stay for a few days,'
Jimin explained, trying to diffuse the situation.
He couldn't tell Jungkook that he went out alone. Or the fact that he bought a stranger to their house.

'A friend? You are friends with him? He looks like a damn whore.'
Jungkook spat, eyeing Yoongi's disheveled appearance and messy hair. He could smell him. Real damn well. That bitch reeked of cum and Alpha pheromones. If he looked really well he could see his legs shake. He knew omegas like him.

What was that thing doing with Jimin.
Jimin didn't know that smell. Nobody thought his brother this nasty shit. He was an omega. A proper one at that. Their parents cared about him. They wanted to protect him, and so did Jungkook. So what in the hell is this? Going against all the things they taught Jimin. Ruining their years of raising Jimin in a blink of an eye.
Dammed omegas from the streets, whores who are only good for a fuck. His brother isn't like that.

Jimin was lost. Why was Jungkook acting like this? He never cursed in front of Jimin! What's worse he called poor Yoongi a whore..
He was being so mean. This Jungkook feels like a different person.

'What's wrong with you?!' Jimin scolded, but Jungkook wasn't listening.

Jungkook was mentally furious at this point. He couldn't believe that Jimin had disobeyed him.

'Be quiet Jimin, he's going out' Jungkook continued, his voice rising in anger.

Yoongi was about to undress when he heard a noise back in the living room.
He got worried. Jimin had no reason to be so loud. He decided to go check on him.

When he got closer, he could hear voices. One of them seemed to be Jimin's.
He got curious.
'Jimin..?'
He sniffed the air and took a step forward.
The view opened in front of him.
He froze, next to Jimin there was an Alpha. A big one at that. He just now could properly smell him. Leather, he smelled of leather. Strong scents made Yoongi feel uneasy. Scared. The Alpha towered over Jimin. Very tall. His proportions were perfectly outlined by his skintight black t-shirt. His chest was huge. He looked like he could fight.

Yoongi's focus shifted to the full-sleeve tattoo.
His arm looked practically fully black.
This Alpha is definitely no good.

Yoongi didn't understand. About 10 different scenarios played in his head.

Did Jimin call him to take Yoongi?
Did the Alpha break in?
Was he going to hurt Jimin?

Yoongi's eyes searched for Jimin's wide ones.
He looked startled, but not necessarily scared.
It didn't look like he was in danger.
They were talking again. The Alpha was raising his voice. Yoongi wasn't listening, but Jimin sounded nervous, desperate.

The Alpha's gaze sank into him.
They were talking about him.
He's fucked.

What now?

The Alpha looked angered. Yoongi took a step back. He wouldn't be able to fight an Alpha off.

Again.
...

He held back tears. The damned memories kept appearing. Reminding him of things he wants to forget.

Not again.
He won't let it happen again.

He searched for an opening. The Alpha was standing in the way to the front door.
Trying that would be a futile attempt.

The bathroom had a key right?
That was probably his only option.
He hopes the Alpha won't be able to break it down.

Inhale.
Yoongi ran for his life.
He didn't look back.
His heart seemed like it was ready to jump out of his chest. Yoongi didn't care. This was his only hope.
The omega ran into the bathroom. Shutting the door in the proces. The key was there.
Yoongi choked out a little cry.
His hands were shaking, but he still managed to lock himself in.
He slided down the door slowly, catching his breath.
Please just not again.
Jimin will help him right?

The brother's watched Yoongi just disappear.
Jimin was confused. He knew Jungkook said some bad stuff about Yoongi.. but he didn't think the omega would just ran away.
Why was he that scared?
Jungkook wouldn't hurt him.

Maybe he got upset about the things Jungkook said.. Jungkook should've been more careful. Yoongi is a little different.

Just when he started to gain Yoongi's trust the Alpha had to ruin it.

'You scared him!'

'So what? He's not supposed to be here'
Jungkook coldly responded, his eyes still focused on the spot Yoongi fled from.

'But I bought him here!' Jimin protested, his voice rising. 'He needed help and we could have helped him!'

'Help?' Jungkook countered, his eyes hard.
'What help? This is the first time I've seen him. What were you thinking? '

Jimin's anger flared at Jungkook's dismissive tone. 'Can't I make a decision without your approval?' he asked, taking a step towards Jungkook.

Jungkook didn't back down, his own anger evident. Jimin was misbehaving.
'I'm the one in charge here, Jimin,' he said, his voice laced with authority.
'You listen to me.'

Jimin's jaw dropped in shock. He couldn't believe that Jungkook was trying to use his authority over him in this situation. He always obeyed him, but this was about his hurt friend.
Well, not a friend, yet... but anyway.

'I can't believe you..' Jimin stated, his voice breaking with emotion. 'You always have to be in control, don't you? . I just wanted to help!'

Every time Jimin tried to voice his concerns or disagreements to Jungkook, he was met with a stern look and a reminder that Jungkook was the alpha and Jimin should listen to him.
He was an omega afterall, it was his duty.

Don't take him wrong. Jungkook is a good brother. He cares for Jimin. He just doesn't give him freedom. Jimin is already reconciled to it. He just feels sad.

Why didn't Jungkook approve of Yoongi?

Normally Jimin would've backed down and obeyed the Alpha, but today he refused to do that and stood up to Jungkook.
'Jungkook, just one day,' Jimin knew he wouldn't persuade Jungkook to listen to him if he misbehaved. He decided to go softly on him.

'please?'

Jungkook's head turned. His dark eyes gazed deep into Jimin's pleading ones.
He looked quite disappointed.
Jimin knew Jungkook was analysing his sincerity. He didn't back down. Jimin really wanted Yoongi to stay.

'One day,' Jungkook finally uttered. His voice was deeper then usual. Jimin knew he wasn't happy with the decision.
'I have to see him though.'

Jimin cheered, he immediately hugged Jungkook. Smiling from ear to ear.
'Thank you! I promise he's good'

Jungkook snorted at that.
'Whatever, just hurry up'

Jimin ran after Yoongi. He found him locked in the bathroom. The omega was quiet.
'Yoongi? It's me, you can come out.'

He knocked on the door, but there was no response. Jimin tried calling Yoongi's name, but still no response.

Finally, Yoongi's voice came from the other side of the door,
'Jimin?'

He tried to open the door, didn't work.
'It's me, can you unlock the door?'

'Is it safe?' Yoongi asked, his voice surprisingly quiet.

'Uh..,' safe? what? 'o-of course it i-is?' Jimin tried to answer despite being dumbfounded. Yoongi's wording was making him astonished sometimes.

'What will happen now?'
Yoongi continued interrogating.

'Wouldn't it be better if we talked face to face?'

Wavering silent atmosphere made an appearance for a moment. The sound of a lock being unlocked was heard after.
A pair of wild eyes looked out from the small gap the opening door created.
After checking if it was safe. Yoongi opened the door fully一Moving out of the way to let Jimin in.

The opened door revealed a sight that broke Jimin's heart.
Yoongi was sitting on the floor, hugging his knees to his chest, eyes wet. Yoongi tried to wipe them off and hide it, but he did a bad job at doing that for sure.

'Yoongi, what happened?' Jimin asked, rushing to his side. He didn't understand what could've caused this strong reaction out of the omega.

'I don't know why I'm like t-this.' He hid his face behind his hands. 'Ever since that..' Yoongi groaned, annoyed. He leaned forward. Positioning his head lower to the ground.
He cursed, breathy and quivering.

'I-I'm sorry, Jimin. I-I didn't mean to lock myself in here. I-I was just... ' scared.
Yoongi stuttered, his voice trembling.
He didn't finish his sentence.
'.. Is The Alpha still here?' He asked instead.
Coughing after, trying to make himself sound clearer.

Even though Yoongi looked really nervous and agitated. He couldn't hide the pure disgust radiating of him when he pronounced the word Alpha.

'Oh, Jungkook?'

Yoongi looked up at Jimin's face. Giving him the
«Are you seriously asking» look, and waited patiently

Was Yoongi scared of Jungkook? Was it he who frightened him to that extent he had to hide?
That would be the only reasonable explanation, despite it being confusing for Jimin.

Why was Yoongi so scared of his brother? He knew Jungkook could be intimidating, but well... Yoongi has nothing to be scared of?
He's an omega...

'He said you can stay here for a night.'

A loud tsk came out of Yoongi.

Jimin, again, didn't understand Yoongi's reaction, but he also didn't want to trouble him with more unnecessary questions so he let it be.

He can stay a night huh?

Yoongi wanted to growl at that suggestion.
He would stay, but with Jimin. An Alpha's presence made everything harder.
He tsked, that Alpha's definitely up to something. He doesn't like it.

Jungkook huh? Who is he to Jimin?
He decided not to beat around the bush.

'Who is he to you?'

'J-jungkook? ' Jimin received a nod from him.
'He's.. he's my brother.' Jimin replied, putting on a nervous smile.

Yoongi didn't trust that Alpha at all.
He did trust Jimin thought..

Yoongi from weeks ago wouldn't give a fuck. He would not dwell on unimportant things, he would simply do as he wanted.
He wanted to return to that life so bad. Yoongi's fear is now slowly consuming him. Looking for danger at every moment. He hates it.

But Yoongi can't and won't live like this forever.

'Fine, I'll stay.'

Jimin immediately threw his arms around him, hugging him tightly.

'I'm so happy Yoongi!' He smiled.

The happy moment ended very quickly.

'You'll have to come with me though... Jungkook wants to see you.'

Well fuck.

Jimin saw Yoongi's expression flatten. He decided to give him some space first and came up with an idea.

'How about you wash up first?'
He lightly patted the omega's shoulder.
'You can join us after.'

Yoongi returned him a tight lipped smile.
Jimin left.

This shower had hot water, quite a luxury for Yoongi. He felt like his skin was burning, but he was determined to get rid of every track of the Alpha on his body.

Yoongi hated the shower, he was reminded of everything again. The memories will never leave him alone and he hates that.

Bruises and scars can't be washed off.
A poisened body can't undress.

'So? Where is he?' Jungkook demanded, his voice dripping with annoyance as he paced around the living room, his eyes darting between the hall leading towards the  bathroom and the kitchen. Jimin, sensing his brother's impatience, tried to calm him down.

'I told him to wash up first.'

'That couldn't wait, huh?' His brother sarcastically spit.

'Jungkook, he's just had a really bad day. He needs some time to himself, you know?' Jimin said, running a hand through his hair. But jungkook was unmoved.

Jungkook still couldn't believe Jimin just spontaneously did this. That's wasn't like him at all. Where did he even meet that bitch?

Jimin just prayed Yoongi would hurry up before Jungkook decides to change his mind and kick him out. He won't be able to do anything about that then.

Jungkook was restless from waiting for so long. Jimin knew him well, he was really impatient.

Yoongi finally emerged from the bathroom, looking a lot better than he did before.
He started approaching them, he stopped at a safe distance though. Not going a step further. Jungkook glared at him, unimpressed.

His eyes scanned Yoongi's body, taking in everything he could see. The omega's clothes made a big part of his appearance, now that they are no longer present, the vibe changed. The omega looks way softer.

His body is still bruised though.

The scent and strong pheromones he was surrounded by when he came weakened. Jungkook could still easily notice them.
His movements, his stance...It was clear he was tense. He should be. Bitch.

'So you're Yoongi.' He said, stating the obvious.
His voice dark and emotionlessness. He didn't approach him, keeping his distance. The omega was the one who's supposed to obey.
Yoongi tries to hide but jungkook only gets angrier.

'Come here' He insisted.

Even though it wasn't the full Alpha voice, it still sent shivers down Jimin's spine.
But Yoongi didn't seem to care. He kept his eyes on the floor, his expression defiant.

There was a moment of tense silence between the three of them. Yoongi was still restless, Jimin looking back and forth between his brother and Yoongi. Jungkook could feel the air in the room thicken, and he hated it. He hated the way Yoongi was acting, as if he was oblivious.
The omega just straight up ignored his order. What an disobedient brat. He lacs discipline. Who was his Alpha? He trained him improperly.
But Jungkook wasn't one to tolerate such disrespect. He will teach him.

'Omega, I said to come here.' His voice was firm, low, and authoritative. Jimin didn't dare to look up at Jungkook, or interfere一knowing that Yoongi had crossed the line.

Why wasn't he obeying such simple commands?

Yoongi felt like someone poured a bucket of cold water on him the moment he registered the command. Alpha voice.
Oh, how he hated, loathed the action.
He had no choice but to move. His steps forward the Alpha were uneasy, wobbly.

He could feel the piercing gaze following his every step. The Alpha stood motionless.
Yoongi stopped in front of Jungkook's feet. He didn't know where to look. He didn't want to stare at his shoes and show his weakness, but his instincts were refusing to let him make eye contact too.

A hand went up to his neck.
A little too familiar action.
Don't do that.
Yoongi flinched一taking a step back. He was so close to smacking it away, but he held himself back, not to anger the Alpha. His gaze went immediately up, observing Jungkook's reaction. He didn't seem to be happy.
Every second near the Alpha was making Yoongi feel sick. His body, his gaze, his scent. He hates, hates, hates everything.

Jimin was silently watching the interaction.
Jungkook wanted to scent Yoongi, it was totally reasonable for him to do that. Jimin invited Yoongi to their house and Yoongi was carrying an unfamiliar scent. To be here, Yoongi needed to be scented. Jungkook wouldn't allow foreign scents to swim around in his house. It was unacceptable, this was his territory.

Jimin didn't expect Yoongi to refuse.

Yoongi tensed, his heart racing. His gaze darted to the side, seeking Jimin's reaction.

Jungkook took a step closer, his expression hardening.
'Do you refuse my right as Alpha?'he growled.

Yoongi felt like his throat was closing up. He didn't want to anger the Alpha, but he couldn't bring himself to accept this either.
His gaze flickered back to Jimin, hoping the omega would intervene or give him some sort of sign, but Jimin only watched them both carefully, his expression unreadable.

Jungkook's scent grew more intense, more possessive. Yoongi forced himself to not show any weakness. He wanted to run, to get away from this overwhelming feeling of being trapped, but he knew he couldn't.

The Alpha stepped even closer, his chest almost touching Yoongi's. His gaze bore into Yoongi's, searching for submission, for obedience. Yoongi held his ground, refusing to back down.

'You have no right to seize me like this.'

Jungkook turned to look at Yoongi, surprised that the man had spoken up. He couldn't help but notice the fear and mistrust in Yoongi's eyes. Hiding behind his thought persona.

For fuck's sake. What a stupid doggy.
'In my house, I have every right you can think of.'

If the omega wasn't co-operating willingly. He'll just use force. Jungkook swiftly went for Yoongi's arms一catching them in a fierce grip. While the omega tried to concentrate he was already at his neck. The grip on his neck was strong, poisonous. Jungkook marked the omega with his scent.

He was throwing the omega away before Yoongi even managed to notice what happened.

How dare he do this?

But at the same time, Yoongi was safe. Jungkook didn't hold him down and hurt him. That was it, he's okay.

Jungkook huffed and stormed off to his room, leaving Yoongi and Jimin alone in the living room.

'Are you all right?' Jimin asked, feeling a little embarrassed by his brother's harsh behaviour.

'Yeah..' Yoongi answered一still in a trance.

But Yoongi was still scared of him. He had been through so much at the hands of Alphas, and he didn't want to be around them. He grew up around Alphas, he thought he would be a one too. He knew their mindset too well, and he despised it.

'Yoongi,' Jimin said, his voice gentle.
He propably sensed Yoongi's discomfort, again.
'I'm sorry. My brother can be a bit impulsive sometimes, but you're safe here, I promise.'

Jimin suggested Yoongi couple of places where he could settle, but Yoongi refused.

'I can't lock my door?' He frowned.

Jimin was curious why. Maybe they had different habits where Yoongi came from, but instead of asking he just gave an explanation.

'Well, Jungkook has the keys.. we could ask him. But I don't think it would be right after what happened today.'

Yoongi was still一thinking. His eyebrows furrowed.

Jimin didn't want Yoongi to worry anymore, so he came up with a solution.
'How about you sleep with me?' Jimin offered, blushing a little.

He hopes Jungkook won't mind.

Yoongi's expression softened at the thought. He nodded slowly. Jimin was always putting other's before him.

'We could do that..' Yoongi said softly.
This was the safet opinion he could pick.

Jimin had a big bed. Enough for two, maybe even three. Despite that he decided to sleep on the ground. Yoongi hardly disagreed with his decision. This was Jimin's bed, he won't let him sleep on the ground.

They laid down, side by side, facing each other. The room was quiet, almost too quiet. Yoongi turned to lay on his back一closing his eyes, listening to Jimin's breath. Normally the sound would disturb him, but Jimin's breath was soft and calming.

As Yoongi settled in for the night, he couldn't help but still feel scared of Jungkook. But he also couldn't help but feel grateful for Jimin's kindness and for giving him a place to stay. Maybe things will get difficult with The Alpha, but for now, Yoongi was just happy to have a bed and a nice roof over his head.

Falling asleep was much easier when you have someone beside you.

Chapter Text

A faint light trickled through the curtains, casting a warm glow on the wooden floorboards.

It's been so long since Yoongi last layed on such a nice bed.

The scent of the room was calming, light and soft. Nothing like the heavy penetrating scents of Yoongi's neighbourhood

Yoongi shifted in the soft, comfortable bed, the crisp sheets cool against his overheated skin.

He blinked a few times, trying to orient himself, before remembering where he was.

It was quiet.

There were no voices of people shouting outside, no motor engines, or any dogs aggressively barking

The heating was working properly the air wasn't penetrating through the window either

hmm..feels nice

Yoongi suddenly frowned, memories of the previous night flooding back.

His eyes turned to the part of the bed where he expected to see Jimin

The bed was empty.

He sat up, swinging his legs over the side of the bed, and rubbed his eyes.

The room was empty, where could Jimin be?

Yoongi stood up, the movement making him a little woozy, and walked over to the window

Air outside the bed's warmth was cool against his bare chest. He shivered slightly.

Glancing down at his body, he recognised the pyjamas that Jimin had lent him.

His clothes were neatly folded on a chair near the door. Jimin must have dried them, as they were put into the washing machine yesterday.

Yoongi came closer, he layed his eyes on a note that was on top of the chair.

His eyes scanned through the words quickly.

Hi Yoongi! I hope you're not surprised! I didn't want to wake you up while you were sleeping so peacefully. Unfortunately I had to leave to take my classes, but!! I wanted to make sure you had a good breakfast... and something to wear! I left everything you might need on the table! Jimin ^^

Oh..

Jimin wasn't present. Okay

His mind immediately went to the Alpha brother.

Is he not there either?

Yoongi's eyes landed on the door, expecting it to open every second now.

It didn't.

So he walked over, opening the door quietly.

He peeked through a gap.

The hallway was empty, but there were sounds coming from the more distant part of the house.

So he is home..

Yoongi obviously didn't want to go. He really hated the idea of confronting the Alpha...

He can't stay here forever though.

Why are decisions so hard?

Fuck it.

His heart was beating fast as he crept down the hallway, every step silent despite the thumping in his ears. Yoongi tried to stay as quiet as possible.

He'll just analyse the situation and then, optionally, slip away.

He stopped in front of the opening to the living room, listening carefully. He could hear muffled noises.

Oh, right.. the TV.

He took one last step forward and scanned the view. The TV was on, as he guessed before.

The Alpha was there, sitting on the couch in front of it. Hiss broad shoulders almost spilling over the sides.

His back was facing Yoongi,

Thank god.

All of a sudden his arm moved to rest on the back of the couch, his fingers drumming against the leather, startling Yoongi.

Black ink swallowed his whole hand, the symbols etched into his skin. Yoongi's eyes trailed over them, uncertainty flooding his brain, before he snapped back to reality.

The room was dimly lit, save for the flickering light of the TV. The scent of the Alpha, of musk and sweat and something distinctly male, filled Yoongi's nose.

His heart suddenly raced. He didn't know what to do.

The air felt tense , as if anything could set him off.

Hiding felt like the best opinion.

Maybe he could just wait in his room until Jimin comes back?

That sounded like the smartest decision.

He swallowed thickly, his throat dry. The floorboards creaked beneath his weight as he stepped backwards.

Yoongi halted.

Fuck.

The Alpha's head turned slightly, his gaze meeting Yoongi's .

'You're still here?' He grumbled.

Jungkook watched the smaller male move with a raised brow. He wasn't sure why, but something about the other just seemed... pathetic. Like a stray cat that had wandered into his territory. He'd probably just scare him away if it wasn't for the fact that Jimin wouldn't forgive him for that.

Yoongi thought frantically. He wanted to lock himself in again, but he didn't want to make the situation any worse.

He did it the last time. Like a coward.

He wished Jimin were here. He felt like a small, defenseless animal in the presence of Jungkook.

'Get the fuck out.' The man then continued.

That was... honestly not unexpected.

Despite that, Jungkook's voice was like a whip, making Yoongi flinch. He forced himself to take another step back. Preventively.

'I want to see Jimin, I'll go when he comes back.' Yoongi tried to keep his voice steady, even though his insides felt like they were twisting into knots. He knew he shouldn't push the Alpha's buttons, but he didn't want to seem weak either.

Jungkook snorted, 'I allowed you to stay a day, don't get cocky now, omega.'

His gaze haughtily flickered over Yoongi's body before he turned back to the TV again.

The words stung, but Yoongi knew Jungkook was being unfair.

He forced himself to stay calm.

'As far as I know a day consists of 24 hours.' He countered, 'You didn't say it had to be consecutive. I've been here since yesterday, haven't I?'

Jungkook made a disbelieving noise,

'You think I'm obligated to follow your stupid rules? I don't give a fuck about how you perceived my permission, out means out.'

He paused, 'And I don't remember asking you for a fucking debate, know your place'

Yoongi swallowed thickly. Even though Jungkook's words didn't surprise him, they were still harsh. Maybe in the corner of Yoongi's mind there was hope, hope that things could be different.

He was wrong.

It was nothing unusual to him though. He was used to the way Alphas acted towards omegas.

It shouldn't be like that!

Yoongi still stood his ground. He was tired of being treated like this. Like he was less than nothing. He had a right to defend himself, didn't he?

To Jungkook, Yoongi wasn't someone equivalent, he was a omega that was out of hand. Yoongi hated that, becouse he wasn't.

His lack of action seemed unsatisfactory for the Alpha so he decided to take the matter into his own hands.

'What part of 'get out' do you not understand?' Jungkook growled, his tone dangerous. His massive body shifted as he pushed himself off the couch, his legs stretching out in front of him like a predator ready to pounce.

Jungkook didn't seem like it, but he was observing the omega's mannerisms for a while now.

His eyes were always wild, scanning everything in. Looking for potential danger in everything. His stances were defensive. He was tensed, always prepared to run away, not letting his guard down. Interesting..

Jungkook knew he had to break him somehow. He had to show him who's the Alpha here. The one in charge. He took another step closer, slowly. The omega, Yoongi, didn't budge, his eyes still wild.

He was watching the alpha carefully. Trying to read his movements, his intentions. It was not like he could just relax. Jungkook was dangerous. It was written all over his body. The way he carried himself, the way he moved. It was like he was born to be an alpha.

Yoongi really didn't fucking like Alphas.

Another step closer. And another.

Jungkook was closing the distance between them, but Yoongi didn't back down. He was stronger than he looked. He had been fighting his entire life for survival. He would not be broken by this... this... thing.

'I don't know what happened for Jimin to be acquaintances with you, but you're not welcome here.' Jungkook's words were cold, sharp. He took another step closer, his voice lowering to a dangerous growl. 'You're just another stray whore, and I won't tolerate your bad influence near Jimin.'

Yoongi's eyes narrowed at the other's words. 'I'm not a whore.' He snapped back, the defiance in his tone unmistakable. He shouldn't care that much. This shouldn't be the problem Yoongi was supposed to pick out from Jungkook's speech.. But it hurt. It hurt more than it should. Is this what Jungkook thinks of him? Does he think he's nothing but a dirty, used up piece of meat?

Everything was so fucking unfair.

Jungkook's words stung like a knife to the core. He knew he shouldn't care what this asshole thought of him, but somehow it went right through his defences.

He was just a mess, a broken omega who had been through so much shit, and all Jungkook saw was a worthless piece of trash?

It made him want to scream, to lash out and fight back, but he knew better than that.

Despite that, the anger boiled up inside him, hot and sharp as acid. He clenched his fists at his sides, digging his nails into his palms until they drew blood. 'You don't know anything about me!' He couldn't help but snap back.

Jungkook raised an eyebrow, unimpressed by the other's outburst. 'Oh? And what would that be?' He cocked his head to the side, studying the omega's expression. He'd been expecting more fear, more submission. But the look in Yoongi's eyes... it was fire. It was rage. It was defiance. It was everything Jungkook had ever despised about omegas.

It made him curious. It made him want to push further. To make the omega finally give in.

'Come on,' he he smiled slyly, taking another step closer. 'Tell me something I don't know.' He didn't care if he was taunting the other. He wanted to see how far he could push this little stray.

Yoongi glared at the alpha, growl building up in his throat. He's not worth it. Jungkook would probably laugh at him. An Alpha won't understand omega's suffering. Jungkook is just making fun of him. What a fucking asshole.

Jungkook's phone rang.

That may have saved Yoongi from more fighting.

The Alpha forgot Yoongi in an instant, focusing on the device now. Yoongi could hear clearly. Jimin was calling. The relief flooded through him, washing away the anger and tension for now.

Jungkook took another step back, answering the call with a cool, 'Hello?' His voice was smooth and almost musical, a contrast to the rougher tones he'd used with Yoongi.

'No Jimin, He is about to leave.' Jungkook answered calmly, his tone cold. There was a pause on the other end of the line, and he could imagine Jimin's confused expression.

Jungkook turned back to face Yoongi, who was still there, watching him. He narrowed his eyes slightly, the anger he'd felt before now replaced with a cold, calculating expression. Jimin's voice could be heard through the silence now. Pleading Jungkook to do something.

'You don't have money on you?' Jungkook suddenly asked Yoongi.

Yoongi blinked, taken aback by Jungkook's unexpected question. His gaze flickered between Jungkook and the phone in the other's hand.

What should he say?

He doesn't know Jungkook's intentions. Is he trying to make him pay or what?

'Um... No? I don't.' He replied hesitantly. Deciding to go with the truthful answer.

Jungkook tsked, his expression unimpressed.

Is the Omega really fucking stupid?

Who just goes outside with no money on them?

'Then how are you planning on getting home?' He asked, almost mockingly. He glanced at Yoongi out of the corner of his eye, noting the other's growing confusion and unease. It was almost amusing to see how easily he could manipulate the omega's emotions.

Well, that was a problem.

Yoongi himself didn't know how.

He was on the edge, but thankfully Jimin saved him, again.

'You see Jungkook! That's why I told you to take him!' His voice could be heard faintly through the speaker of the phone

Take him?

Okay, nevermind. That did not sound like a good plan.

Jungkook's expression turned darker as he realised that Jimin wanted him to take Yoongi home. He glanced at the omega once more, debating his options for a moment.

His gaze lingered on the other's neck, where the scent glands were located, for no particular reason... Let's just say Yoongi was pretty. His soft hair, his lean figure, his cat-like delicate features. He was born to hypnotize Alpha's.

But still, he was just another annoying omega. Untrained and wild. On top of that he was a whore too.

So, nothing for Jungkook.

'Fine,' he growled. 'I'll take him home, but you're gonna owe me, got it?' Jungkook said, his tone clipped and annoyed.

He didn't like it, but he couldn't just leave the omega out here to fend for himself. He didn't really have any better ideas, and he was starting to feel a bit guilty about leaving an omega alone outside. He for sure doesn't like him, but he's not an complete asshole, okay?

Jungkook glanced back at the other, taking in his caged, timorous expression.

It couldn't hurt to help him get home, right?

He disconnected the call without another word, his attention turning back to the omega.

'Come on,' he said, his voice a low growl.

He backed down, but that doesn't mean he'll suddenly be all lovey-dovey with the omega.

'Go take your stuff.' Jungkook ordered.

Yoongi blinked, looking a bit dazed.

Jungkook snapped his fingers.

'Your stuff. Get it. Now.' He clarified, gesturing impatiently for the other to move.

Yoongi seemed to snap out of it then, hurrying over to gather his belongings, or more like just... clothes?

He didn't really have anything else.

While changing Yoongi decided to leave Jimin his number. Writing it down in small numbers on the note Jimin left him previously.

He liked Jimin. It would be a shame if they never met again.

'You ready?' Jungkook asked as the omega cautiously came out of the room. Yoongi nodded slowly, not really trusting his voice.

Jungkook sensed Yoongi's hesitance and came closer, his hand coming towards the omega.

He was like deer in headlights.

Jungkook took him by the wrist.

It was clear Jungkook was still trying to assert dominance over the smaller male.

Yoongi freaked out and jumped.

He yanked his hand out from the grip and took a huge step back, eyes wild.

He felt a twinge of unease.

What the fuck was that.

He shouldn't be like that.

He should be strong. He should be brave. He should be able to handle this.

But he couldn't. He couldn't handle it. He couldn't the Alpha so close.

It was a simple grab on the wrist but for Yoongi it was like a shackle, a shackle that bound him to a feral animal. Trap that wouldn't let him go and held him in place no matter how much he struggled. Something that would stop him from running away. He hated that.

Yoongi felt the blood drain from his face, his heart pounding so loudly in his ears that it was all he could hear. He couldn't breathe. He couldn't think. He was trapped in this moment, this horrible, terrifying moment where the only thing he could focus on was Jungkook and how big and strong and close he was. How Yoongi wouldn't be able to defend himself. The Alpha didn't even have to do anything, just his presence was threatening Yoongi.

Just STOP getting triggered over everything for fuck's sake.

He's not even doing anything. You're alright.

'Don't touch me.' He warned firmly, voice close to shaking. He took a deep breath, trying to calm his racing heart. He felt a strange sense of shame for being out of control.

Hopefully Jungkook won't put too much though behind it.

When Yoongi met Jungkook's gaze, the Alpha looked at him as if he was simply overreacting, not quite sure how to react to Yoongi's sudden outburst.

Jungkook was amused. The omega's eyes were wide and darting between him and the rest of the room, as if he expected something to happen. Cute.

He smirked, just a little. It was kind of amusing, really. The alpha part of him just wanted to mess with him a bit. Maybe it was because he was an omega, or maybe it was just because he was a little shit. Jungkook wasn't quite sure.

The omega was hesitant. Yoongi wanted to sit in the back, for... obviously reasons. But doing that would make him look like a coward. A weirdo even.

But then, Jungkook led the way, opening the car door for Yoongi. Of course that fucker had a Bugatti.

So yeah, the possibility of sitting in the back was automatically excluded.

How rich is he even? Yoongi had never seen such cars driving down his street.

He peeked inside warily as Jungkook took his way to the driver's side.

The leather scent immediately hit his nose. Jungkook's scent inside the car was on a different level. In such a small place it felt even more suffocating.

He purposely took shallow breaths to avoid taking in the strong scent of Jungkook's pheromones.

The sound of the engine starting made Yoongi's heart skip a beat. He was done at this point. How does he stop being so jumpy?

Sitting inside Jungkook's car was unpleasant. The Alpha was uncomfortably close to Yoongi's liking. There was something cold and unsettling about him that made his skin crawl.

Maybe it was the way he kept glancing at Yoongi from the corner of his eye, or the possessive way he held the steering wheel. He didn't trust this Alpha, not even a little bit.

Taking everything in, the scents, Jungkook's presence, the claustrophobic inside of the car... he just couldn't relax.

Looking out of the window didn't help either. His eyes always wandered back to Jungkook. Making sure he was in his place and not scheming something evil.

Thankfully Jungkook didn't seem like he was looking for a conversation. .

The silence was awkward, but better then the potential arguments.

Yoongi kept his hands in his lap, not daring to touch anything in the car. He didn't trust himself not to break it. Jungkook, on the other hand, seemed perfectly at ease.

It pissed Yoongi off. It's fucking unfair. As it always was.

'You're not from here, are you?' Jungkook finally broke the silence.

His voice was low, eyes scanning Yoongi's form, like he was speaking this way intentionally to watch the effect it had on Yoongi.

Fucking asshole.

The Alpha's plan did work, because it made Yoongi feel his hackles rise at the tone. He shot the alpha a sideways glance before looking back out the window and mumbling his street address.

'Hmmm...'

Jungkook could tell the omega didn't belong here. Yoongi was way different then omega's from the big city. The way he held himself, the way he moved. Everything the omega did seemed to be done with minutes of calculating beforehand. He noticed a long time ago that Yoongi was very cautious. Like a prey protecting itself from a predator.

The omegas in the city didn't have to worry about that. It was safer. And even if potential danger occurred, they were protected. Just like he protected Jimin.

Didn't Yoongi have anybody to rely on? It was strange. But.. considering the fact he was a whore... maybe he didn't deserve to be protected.

Jungkook didn't understand how someone could do that to themselves. How could they let themselves be used like that? When he first smelled the omega in his house, he smelled like two different Alpha's, at least... Not to mention the fact he had a distinct scent of cum on him. Not even bothering to hide it.

Ugh... just his presence near Jimin made Jungkook sick.

But he won't get angry. He'll just drop this bitch off and that's it.

Jimin will forget about their encounter eventually.

They made it to the drop off point without any incidents. Jungkook didn't bother to get out of the car. He just pulled up to the curb and waited for Yoongi to do his shit.

The omega slid out in a flash as soon as the car

stopped. His feet rushing to stand on solid ground.

Jungkook could practically smell the relief rolling off of him as soon as he was free.

He shut the door behind him, not bothering to say even a small thank you.

Ha

What a bitch.

Jungkook didn't care though. He was just glad to get rid of the wimp that had been plaguing his car. Everything will return to normal now.

Yoongi glanced at Jungkook one last time, eyes narrowing for a moment before he straightened his back and walked away.

He kept glancing back at the car, to see if Jungkook had any intention of following him.

Yoongi wasn't dumb enough to actually give him his address.

The Alpha didn't. His car whizzed past Yoongi in a blink of an eye.

Good.

Chapter Text

Yoongi managed to get into his wacky apartment unharmed. It was lonely and cold as always. The energy of the property swallowing him more, now that he had returned back from luxury.

He let a small breath out. Finally.
His racing heart could finally find peace now.

His "house" consisted from only two rooms.
A small bathroom and a living room. There was an old TV, that Yoongi assumed stopped working in the 90's, in the right corner. The old lady didn't bother throwing it out.
Yoongi had an old mattress layed on the ground. It served as a bed and sofa mutually.

He plopped down on it. Curling the two old blankets he had there around himself.

Jungkook's strong leather scent still clung to him. Hopefully his blankets won't get intoxicated by it.

Yoongi just wanted to avoid thinking about his future. His eyes stared into nothingness.

He knows he can't avoid it forever.

His music.. his dreams.. everything he knew..
All of it is ruined.

He didn't particularly like the guys he surrounded himself by, but he was used to them. He was used to rapping, going to clubs, wandering the streets...

What now.

His stupid subgender took away the life he was used to. And if it wasn't enough.. The Alpha, RM, had to take the rest. Leaving Yoongi without one thing.

He wasn't left with anything.
They stripped him off everything.

...

Except his house.

Yoongi laughed at himself at the thought. The only thing he was left with, is his pathetic house. He never thought of it as something that was.. his, yet now.. it's the only thing he has left.

He can't do anything about it. He can't even start from the beginning. Everyone saw what he did at the stage. Words here spread like fire.
He's out. That's final.

He feels like crying again.
Amazing.

He became a wimp now too.

Yoongi continued on being hazed when he registered his phone buzzing.

He received a text. Unknown number.

〘Hi Yoongi!!〙

〘It's me, Jimin ^^〙

〘Did you get home okay? I asked Jungkook to take you... 〙

Oh.. it's jimin.

It was a weird feeling. Maybe he didn't actually expect the boy to text him?
They weren't friends. But Jimin's presence made Yoongi feel a bit better. Maybe it was because he was an omega, he radiated a calming affect. Being surrounded by Alpha's his whole life.. meeting Jimin was a different experience for Yoongi. It was better.

〔yeah〕

W as that too dry?

...

He stared at the screen for a while. Wanting to text Jimin more, show he's not ungrateful but.. he couldn't find the right words.

〔thank you for getting me a ride home〕

That'll do, right?

〘I didn't expect you to leave me your number! 〙

〘Not that you shouldn't.. I was happy☺️〙

〘I would love to be friends with you Yoongi..〙

〘You should come over again sometime!〙

I don't think Jungkook will like that...

N o...

I don't think I will like that.

He didn't text that to Jimin though.

〔uhm sure〕
〔we can go out〕

So.. They decided to meet up.

Yoongi felt nervous. This wasn't an activity that he ever..? did. He never really had friends to hang out with. Going out was a foreign action to him.

All his Alpha "friends" wanted to meet up in clubs, or late at night. They never invited him alone, even when he was unpresented. He never really had deep caring conversations with them. He mostly stayed quiet and listened to their ramblings.
Now that he thinks about it, faint memories of the conversations flash through his mind.
It's all so disgusting.
Now that he's an omega, it's like his friends were saying those vile things about him.

Yoongi rarely participated. He never found their ideals amusing. But.. living in the thought he'll turn out to be Alpha.. he thought he had to be like that. Deviations were never appreciated.

It makes him nervous. He has no idea what Jimin will want to talk about.
What if it gets too awkward?
Yoongi's not the best at communication.

He was patiently waiting. Jimin assured him that Jungkook has no idea about their meet up.
Apparently the Alpha made it very clear he doesn't want Jimin to have anything to do with Yoongi as soon as Jimin came home.

The city is big.
There is no way Yoongi would invite Jimin to his living area. That would be a death wish. Especially now.

You could say Yoongi normally avoided the city. Being here was unusual. People there were.. unusual. It felt more lively.

While standing he couldn't help but still be cautious. His eyes followed the passer-bys in a flash. Expecting someone to lash out on him.

Nobody did.
Many Alphas went by. Some of them spared him a glance but went their way.

Hmm..weird.

His blockers and Alpha scent were on him though. He wasn't going to take any risks.

He finally spotted Jimin coming from the other side of the street. The omega started walking faster as soon as he saw Yoongi.

'Hey,' Yoongi said when Jimin reached him. He felt a little bit more confident now that he wasn't alone. 'You made it.'

Jimin smiled, a little nervously.
'Yeah, I'm here... A-are you okay now? I- '
'It's... fine,' Yoongi replied, shrugging.

Jimin smiled at him, nostrils flaring a little in an attempt to pick up Yoongi's scent.
He made a quite silly expression.

'Yoongi.. You smell kind of..? uhm-'
'Weird?' Yoongi interrupted.

Jimin blinked. His face embarrassed.

'No! I'm sorry, that was probably rude..' He stopped to think of a response. 'You just smell a lot like.. an Alpha..?' Jimin tiled his head to the side, trying to figure Yoongi out.

'Did somebody.. maybe strongly scent you..? It's not unpleasant, I promise!'

Yoongi chuckled at that.
'No it's okay.. It's not my scent anyway.'

Jimin's eyes widened slightly, mouth forming a little circle.

He's probably so confused.

'It's... not that easy to explain. I'm not... I'm not an Alpha.. I mean you know that, but I'm not... I don't want to be what they want me to be...'
He looked up at Jimin, feeling a little lost.
'I'm rambling a lot huh?'

'No, you're... it's okay.'
Jimin still looked very lost. Even after assuring Yoongi. It's okay. Yoongi thinks he himself doesn't make any sense either.

He just decided to explain it to him in a more simple manner.

'It's a fake scent, you can buy it and put it on.'

Now that seemed to clear it up for Jimin a lot more. He nodded, his eyes narrowing as he tried to picture what it would be like to have a fake scent.

That was quite cute.

'Oh...' He paused, looking thoughtful for a moment before glancing back up at Yoongi.
'Did I mess up when I called you an omega then?' He bit his bottom lip, looking a little worried. 'I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable.'

Yoongi could only smile at that.
'No, It's fine. It's not that.. I mean.. I don't really hate being an omega, I just don't like the things that...'  he frowned, 'come with it..'

'Ah..'

'I don't mind just.. don't tell.. others? The strangers?' Yoongi asked hopefully.

Jimin nodded, and they started walking side by side. They decided to avoid this topic for now. Jimin probably sensed it made Yoongi uncomfortable and despite his curiousity remained quiet.

The city streets were bustling with people, the noise and energy of the crowd almost overwhelming.

Yoongi didn't want to seem too needy or desperate for company. But at the same time, he didn't want to just be there in silence.

'Uhm Jimin, I guess... I just want to get to know you better.' he said truthfully.
Jimin seemed to instantly glow at the opportunity of conversation.

'Well,' he said, 'I'm not that interesting.. I do dancing, but that's not really anything special, is it?' He gave a small laugh, trying to sound modest.

Yoongi smiled, shaking his head. 'I'm sure you are. And I'd like to see you dance sometime. Maybe I could come watch you perform or something?' he offered.

Jimin blushed at that. He was glad Yoongi didn't laugh at him or anything.
'Really? You wouldn't mind?' he asked, sounding a little hesitant.

'No, not at all,' Yoongi assured him with a warm smile. 'I'd like that.' He paused, studying Jimin for a moment before speaking again.

'I mean, if you don't mind... I'm not very good at dancing, but I could watch from the back or something, just to be supportive.' He gave another small laugh. 'I'd be your secret fan'

Jimin laughed at that.

'Sure, sure.' He waved his hand dismissively before glancing back at Yoongi.
'So? What about you Yoongi?'

Yoongi thought for a moment. 'I like music, rap' he said.

'But lately... I haven't really had the time for that.'

'That's too bad,' Jimin said sympathetically.

'Maybe we could find some time together, then. You can rap and I'll dance next to you.' He grinned, and Yoongi couldn't help but return the smile.

They walked on in silence for a while, navigating through the crowd. Yoongi found himself enjoying Jimin's company more than he thought he would. It was nice to be able to talk to someone who didn't treat him like something less.

He realised that, while he was with Jimin, he hadn't thought about Alphas or any other possible dangers at all. He was just calm and enjoying his life. All his fears forgotten.
It was strangely comforting.

They eventually arrived at a small, cozy coffee shop that Jimin had suggested.

It was nestled between two tall buildings, and the sunlight streamed in through the large windows, casting a warm glow over everything. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and the gentle hum of conversation from the other patrons provided a soothing background noise.

They found a quiet table in the corner and ordered their drinks.

It's been so long nive Yoongi last went to a cafe. He ordered an espresso, while Jimin opted for a latte.

As they sipped their drinks, they found themselves engrossed in conversation. Yoongi found himself opening up to Jimin in a way that he hadn't with anyone else in a long time.

Their meetings soon became quite regular.

Jimin was happy go gain a new friend, and Yoongi.. well Yoongi had nothing else to do.
The only thing he did was pay the cheap ass rent of his house and survive on Intermediate goods. His meetings with Jimin became the only interesting thing in his life.

Saying it like this sounds like he's just using Jimin, or doesn't genuinely like him... he does. He's just not good at showing it.

They still have time.. one day Yoongi will surely warm up and adapt to people through Jimin.

Well, as long as things go the way they want to.

As long as Jungkook won't find out about them.

Fate refused to comply.
As always.

...

'So what's up with the Alpha Jimin's meeting?'

A pair of narrowed eyes pierced the air sharply at the search of an dispute creating.

'What the fuck are you talking about?'

'Stop getting so damn defensive, I just asked.'
Taehyung's guttural voice sharply yet non-vindictively barked back.

'Stop fucking with me Taehyung.' a growl.

Jungkook's eyes refused to back down, searching for the glint of uncertainty in the other's eyes.
Taehyung zoomed out a little, non-purposely. Jungkook seriously looked like he had no clue.
The Alpha is painfully stubborn and incredulous. There's only one way to prove something to him.

Taehyung broke the eye contact, stretching his hand out for his phone.

Jungkook was about to protest again, when Taehyung swiftly unlocked the phone and handed it to the latter.

'Suit yourself.'

...

Jungkook's eyes snapped back in lightspeed as
soon as he analysed the pictures.

'Bitch, that's not an Alpha.' Jungkook grinds out through his teeth, already knowing what he's looking at.

But what was bothering him more was that Jimin disobeyed him.

It's all the whores fault.

'I'm sure my sense of smell works just fine Jungkook.' Taehyung snorted, remaining quite calm despite Jungkook's scent that filled the room with anger.

Jungkook's nostrils flared wider, his hands balled into fists at his sides as he glared at Taehyung.

'I know that fucking face, that cunt is just whoring around, that's why he smells like Alphas.' He growled through gritted teeth.

Taehyung raised his eyebrows at Jungkook. Jungkook's Alpha voice was slipping. It was fun seeing him get worked up. He slightly smirked.
'Jungkook, I'm not dumb, there was-'

The door busted open.

Petrichor slightly filled the living room.

'Oh, Hi hyung..'

'Whats up with the spiteful mood?' Namjoon inquired as he stepped inside, his scent filled with curiosity and amusement.

His eyes flickered between the two before settling on Jungkook, whose face was still flushed with anger.
'You good?'
'What's gotten you so worked up, Jungkookie?' He added ironically, leaning against the wall casually.

Taehyung snorted, shaking his head. 'He found out about Jimin and some random Alpha.'

'Oh? Little Jimin is rebelling?'

'He's not with an Alpha. Jimin isn't stupid to disobey me to that extent.'

Jungkook wanted to prove he raised Jimin to obedience now that Namjoon was here. It would be embarassing and emasculating if Taehyung's brother knew Jungkook can't even put his own brother in his place.

'Hmm..'

'Look for yourself, you think this'd be an Alpha?' Jungkook took Taehyung's phone up to Namjoon's view.

The older male raised his eyebrows, looking between the two, before examining the photo. He stopped for a second and took the phone out of Jungkook's hands. His nostrils flared, his eyes narrowing as he scrutinized it.

Then, he laughed.
'Damn right he's not.'

Taehyung narrowed his eyes at his brother.
'Hyung, I was right next to him..' he started.

'I told you Taehyung!' Jungkook accusingly pointed his finger at his friend.

'Nah, Taehyung's not completely wrong, there's a high chance little kitty smelled like an Alpha.' Namjoon shrugged, handing the phone back to Taehyung.

Jungkook scoffed, crossing his arms over his chest. 'You know him?'

'You could say that.' Namjoon smiled at Jungkook, ignoring the accusatory tone.

'He's tight.'

'What's that supposed to mean?' Jungkook huffed, glaring between the two.

'What? You're interested? He's quite a tease, isn't he?' Namjoon smirked, his eyes sparkling with malicious mirth.

Jungkook's lips thinned into a tight line.
'I'm not interested in whores.'

'That's a pretty baseless statement there.'
Namjoon replied.

Taehyung snorted, clearly amused by their conversation. He grinned, nudging Jungkook with his elbow.

'What?'

'How about we surprise Jimin on his date?' Taehyung suggested, grinning wickedly.

'It's not a date.' Jungkook growled again.

'Okay, how about we surprise them on their platonic friendship hangout then?' Taehyung amended.

Jungkook sighed, rolling his eyes back, and laying his head on the couches back. Still unconvinced.

Namjoon cleared his throat, a mischievous glint in his eyes. 'If you do, let me know, I'll gladly take kitty to have some fun again.' he said on his way to sit on the couch.

Jungkook frowned at that, but decided to leave it be. His head was full of his brothers audacity to disobey him.

They'll both see.

Notes:

Well opps. This is not looking good for Yoongi. He should've been more careful.

I finally decided on their scents, so i made some minor edits on the chapters.

Chapter Text

The sun hangs low in the sky, casting an orange-gold light across the city as Yoongi and Jimin make their way down the bustling street.

Now, a very familiar scenery. The smell of coffee and pastries wafts from the nearby cafes, beckoning them like a siren song.

It's become a weekly tradition for them to meet up here, at this particular cafe, with its eclectic mix of customers and cosy atmosphere.

They exchange small talk about their days, laughter spilling out into the chilly air as they approach the entrance. The bell on the door jingles softly, announcing their arrival, and a warm, familiar smile greets them from the counter.

The cafe was an escape. For Yoongi, It became a place where they could be together. A place where he could share his thoughts and feelings, a place where they simply existed in each other's presence.

Yoongi and Jimin had been coming here for what felt like forever.

On this particular day, as they walked through the now less-crowded streets, the air was thick with anticipation, their hearts racing with excitement. On this day, and at this hour the streets were the most empty. They chose this time because Yoongi hated being in big crowds.

They couldn't wait to sink into one of the plushy armchairs, order their usual drinks, and lose themselves in conversation. But as they finally arrived at the familiar establishment, something felt off. Yoongi felt that the atmosphere seemed tense, almost oppressive. It was as if the cafe itself was holding its breath, waiting for something to happen. But when he stole a glance towards Jimin, the omega looked completely fine. Smiling and full of energy as always.

Maybe he's just overthinking.

As they step inside, the air is indeed thick with something unspoken, but Yoongi can't help but feel like it's been there for a while now. His eyes roam around the cafe, taking in the familiar sights and smells, trying to pinpoint what exactly is amiss. The barista, their usual friendly face, looks preoccupied as she prepares drinks with efficiency.

Yoongi can't seem to find anything weird. Everything is like always.

The cafe is quite full. Maybe that's what threw him off. There's more people then usual.

Jimin, seems completely fine, his laughter bouncing off the walls as he shares a joke with the barista. The sound is oddly comforting, and it almost feels like the cafe is trying to reassure him that everything is alright.

They make their way to their usual table, in the corner, away from the hustle and bustle of the cafe. The barista arrives with their drinks, setting them down carefully on the table. Yoongi thanks her and takes a sip, the warmth of the coffee spreading through his body. It tastes just as it always does.

But Yoongi can't shake off the feeling that something is wrong. He wonders if it's just his imagination. Maybe he should say something to Jimin, but before he can gather the courage,

a hand suddenly slides around his shoulder.

Yoongi flinches. The scent of cigarettes and petrol filling his nose.

An unpleasant scent to his senses.

'Hi kitty.' Said the unknown man. Sparing him just a glance.

After "greeting" Yoongi he didn't even bother setting his gaze on him. His attention was fully on Jimin now.

'T-taehyng..? What are you doing here?

Jimin shakily asked.

'Hmm, how about you answer that first chimmy?' Taehyung tilted his head.

'Uhm- I had to meet up to work on something to school... ' Jimin tried to defend himself-

'You're not making eye contact.'

The Alpha honestly looked quite scary. Despite his very expressive facial communication, his eyes looked fully dead. Devoid of any light.

All Alphas were scary, their eyes hid evilness, a sense of wanting, challenge, mirth. This Alpha looked completely soulless. Hell, even his scent reminded Yoongi of death. He can't read him.

Why is he talking to Jimin?

'He's clearly uncomfortable, leave him be.'

Yoongi snorted at the Alpha, despite being vary of him.

The Alpha tilted his head at him, stilling.

'tsk. Were talking, quiet.'

oh.

'Why did you become like this Jimin?'

The Alpha ask out of nowhere after a moment of silence.

'What?'

Jimin didn't get an answer back. The Alpha just...stared.

It icked Yoongi. The way the Alpha wasn't elaborating any of his questions. How he let Jimin assume the worst.

Every passing second Jimin seemed to get more tense.

'N-no wait.. let me explain, I'll..' He tried again.

But his efforts went to vain with a simple:

'You can explain it to Jungkook.'

'Tae-' Jimin started. Trying to persuade Taehyung, but then the Alpha seemed like he no longer enjoyed having this conversation.

He let his canines show and gave him the "don't make me use the Alpha voice on you" look, and Jimin fell silent.

Jimin lost.

'Okay.. I'll go, just.. Yoongi has nothing to do with this.'

Jimin glanced at Yoongi, clearly uncomfortable. Yoongi knew Jimin felt guilty.

'He'll come too.' Taehyung said, nodding to the hand still on Yoongi's shoulder. The hand then slid over to the omegas's neck, gently squeezing. Yoongi shivered but didn't move, he could feel the muscles in his shoulders tensing under the Alpha's grasp.

All of them are fucking same.

'You shouldn't drag him into this.' Jimin protested, standing up and coming closer to the Alpha. 'He didn't do anything.'

Taehyung's grip tightened on Yoongi's neck and then let go. He didn't respond to Jimin. Instead, he stood up too and took a step closer, their bodies mere inches apart.

'He's the reason you became like this.' The Alpha growled, his voice cold and empty.

Yoongi bit back his words and focused on breathing slowly.

Technically, Jimin didn't do anything wrong.

Okay.. lying is quite a serious problem, but Jimin's lie won't end the world..

What the fuck does he mean with "became like this" Jimin is doing all the things normal people do? Hell, he's one of the purest people ever. He's like an obedient puppy. What could the Alpha bother on him?

Jimin was looking at Taehyung, his eyes a mix of confusion and fear. He opened his mouth to speak, but nothing came out. Yoongi could see the emotions warring inside of him, the hurt, and the desperation to understand.

Jimin looked despondent.. his eyes, before full of light and bright smiles, quickly faded away.

Thanks to an Alpha.

How unexpected.

Yoongi felt annoyance creeping up in his chest. He wanted to say something, but the Alpha was still there, hovering over Jimin. He didn't want to provoke the other.

Jimin glanced at Yoongi, his expression torn between guilt and fear. He licked his lips nervously.

Jimin must feel bad about bringing Yoongi to this situation.

It's not his fault though?

Jimin shouldn't feel quilty for.. what?

Hanging out with a...friend?

Taehyung's gaze flickered over to Yoongi, his eyes narrowing slightly. There was something in that look that made Yoongi's stomach twist uncomfortably. He didn't like it. He didn't like the way Taehyung was looking at him.

But before he could say anything, Taehyung's hand shot out and roughly grabbed Jimin by the arm, yanking him towards the shop's enetrence unceremoniously. Jimin let out a yelp of surprise but didn't protest further.

Yoongi immediately jumped to his legs. Grabbing their stuff and rushing after the Alpha.

There's no way he's leaving Jimin alone.

'Hey!' He shouted, trying to catch up with them. The people around them were starting to notice and were giving them strange looks.

The cafe was small, just as Yoongi cought up to them, the doors closed and they were standing outside. In front of the cafe.

'What the fuck are you doing? Let him go!' Yoongi shouted, not caring about what he's doing at this point. He was scared, frustrated. And there is no way he's letting the Alpha take Jimin away just like that.

The omega stared back at Yoongi, his face full of disbelief.

But then it hit him.

He suddenly started being aware of their surroundings. They were not alone.

He could smell Jungkook.

And..

He could smell...

Wait...

Yoongi swears he felt his heart stop.

Everything froze. Suddenly he couldn't see, couldn't hear, he could just smell.

Smell that pungent vindictive disgusting scent.

He had to be dreaming.

He had to reassure himself. Yoongi's eyes shot up towards the source of the scent.

No.

Why?

He felt his legs go weak. His hands start to treble. Suddenly he was back in the old building. On the floor, hurt, weak, crying.

No.

Someone was talking. Maybe to him.

He didn't care.

His instincts got the better of him.

He sprinted away to the nearest alley.

He cares about Jimin. He really does. But Jungkook is there now. They're brothers, he's sure Jungkook won't kill Jimin.

But Yoongi needs to get away.

He doesn't even try to connect the dots, if the Alpha knows Jimin, or his brother.

His brain is still blank. His body is being driven purely by his instincts.

He wants to cry. Why did this have to happen? He promised himself to stay safe....

Why was he so damn careless and let this happen?

'Chim your saviour just absconded.' Taehyung announced, almost delighted as he rested his head on Jimin's shoulder.

The Alpha then smiled, revealing his fangs.

'Not the bravest, is he?'

But Jimin wasn't worrying about that at all. What bugged him was the way Yoongi looked.

Sure, Yoongi was scared when Taehyung surprised them, and Jimin knew the omega was quite...elusive.

But the way Yoongi ran. It was weird. He looked.. as if all color drained of his face in a blink of an eye.

He then looked up. Trying to figure out what could've caused that.. just to find Jungkook and.. his friend.

'He won't get far,' a strong voice stated, 'that's a dead end.' The voice's owner's eyes then locked with the Alpha on Jimin's shoulder.

'Tae, fetch.'

The Alpha commanded. His voice glinting with... excitement?

Jimin felt his heart thump faster as he watched Taehyung straighten up, a smile playing on his lips. He then bounded off, disappearing around the corner.

Yoongi ran for his life. His lungs burnt, his legs felt like jelly, but he kept going. He couldn't see where he was going, just followed the feeling of the walls at his sides, the cool concrete beneath his feet. He could still hear voices in the distance, growing more distant with every step. He didn't dare look back.

He had to find somewhere safe. Somewhere to hide. But where? He didn't know this city well enough, he couldn't think straight.

Then his face paled.

There was a dead end.

Yoongi panicked. He didn't want to be caught. He turned around, frantically searching for another way out. His eyes darted around, desperate.

There was no escape.

The walls were closing in on him. He felt trapped.

'What's the rush омежка?' a smooth voice asked.

Yoongis eyes immediately recognised the Alpha, Taehyung.

He must have caught up to Yoongi. Fuck.

He doesn't know what to do. The Alpha is inching closer. He's walking slowly. His scent still calm and stable.

He can't decipher his actions at all this way.

Yoongi wanted to fight back. But he knew that he'd lose. He's an omega. His body isn't built for it. Also.. one look at the Alpha in front of him and, he knows he has no chance anyway. His instincts are to run, to hide. He's unable to do any of that. It's making him go crazy.

The Alpha finally reached him. He didn't give Yoongi a chance to explain himself. The Alpha's large hands raised in the air and went around Yoongi's neck to squeeze his scent glands. Yoongi gasped for breath, his hands scrabbling uselessly at the Alphas grip. He could feel himself growing weak.

The Alpha leaned in even closer. Making his eyes meet the omega's. His gaze was unyielding, piercing. It was the look an Alpha gives when they want to make you feel small, insignificant. Like a lesser being. And it was working. Yoongi felt a chill run down his spine.

'The Alpha smell on you is not worthy to be worn by a little scurvy deviant wimp.'

The words were a slap to Yoongi's face. The Alpha is making fun of him.

Yoongi's attempts to gain himself safety, his one of a few ways of protection is simply a joke, a deviation to the Alpha. Yoongi's struggling to live is a form of misbehavior for the man.

He sees no value in Yoongi's life.

Outrageous spineless asshole.

Yoongi wanted to argue, wanted to fight back, but all that left his mouth was a wet cough as the Alpha's grip on him tightened.

His glands were irritated. It's like fate itself made Yoongi's body like this. Made him weak, made him reactive towards the beasts he hates the most. Made him powerless against them.

What kind of hope does he have like this?

The Alpha seemed to enjoy seeing Yoongi suffer. His grip on him was painful. Too painful. It felt like his neck was about to snap. Tears pricked at the edges of his eyes, blurring his vision. He tried to suck in shallow breaths, but it only made it worse. He was choking.

But the worst thing was that.. the Alpha was taking him back to Namjoon.

Yoongi's mind was screaming, his heart sinking. Namjoon was the last person he wanted to see right now. The last person he ever wanted to see.

He didn't know what the Alpha was planning to do with him, but he knew it wasn't going to be good. His mind raced with terrifying scenarios, and he fought apprehensively against the Alpha's grip with renewed desperation.

It didn't help. Every passing minute he was getting closer and closer. He felt like a kitty being taken away from it's mother just to be drowned.

It was getting hard to breath. Yoongi could smell Namjoon's scent again as he got closer. It increased in intensity. He was going to die. He was sure of it. The Alpha was going to kill him.

He tracked him all the way here after all.

Taehyung then took Yoongi back to the group. Yoongi kept his eyes on the floor.

Too embarrassed to meet Jimin's eyes, too scared to glance into Namjoon's.

Jungkook being there was... humiliating. Yoongi tried to act thought in front of him. Now he'll see him as someone pathetic. He'll probably have something to laught about again. Yoongi hates thinking about that.

He could faintly make out Jungkook scent. It was a little sour. Yoongi glanced up just to see Jungkook glaring at him with a scrunched nose.

The hand on his neck started to become annoying again. He tried to pry it off.

'Let go.'

He growled at Taehyung holding him.

The Alpha remained still. Yoongi then started squirming more. Scratching at his arms.

'This omega is like a fucking feral cat.'

Said Taehyung, still completely unbothered, even by the slight scratch marks that started forming on his arms.

'How about we take this somewhere more private?' Namjoon said as he looked Yoongi up and down.

That made the omega leave the fight.

He found himself in a car. Jimin on his right side, Jungkook on his left.

His thigh slighty brushed against Jungkook and that made him shiver. He hopes the Alpha didn't realise. That would be embarrassing.

Fucking Namjoon was driving.

His hands were shaking.

'Jimin..'

Yoongi leaned closer to Jimin and whispered, as quietly as he could.

'hm?'

The omega responded quietly. He was downcast. This wasn't like when they were at their house. Now Jimin was truly bothered by something.

'Do you have a knife?'

Chapter Text

'What?'

'A knife, whatever.. something sharp.' Yoongi tried to explain.

Jimin glanced at him worriedly.

'Yoongi what are you trying to do?'

'Look Jimin, you're going to be okay.  All right? You're good. But I need a weapon.'

Yoongi's voice was pleading to the end of the sentence, urgent.

Jimin loosened and replied. 'No... I don't think I have anything.' He shook his head.

Yoongi then felt Jungkook's gaze on him.

He looked away, biting his lip.

Namjoon and Taehyung were talking, so Yoongi assumed they were distracted and not paying much attention to them. Jungkook joined the conversation a few times, but the Alpha was way closer. They still had to be quiet and careful.

There had to be an emergency car kit somewhere. Yoongi glanced around, trying to keep his panic in check. If he couldn't find something, he was in serious trouble. His heart thumped against his ribs as he was making up a plan.

The kit would be too far, it's practically impossible to get it without the Alphas noticing.

The seatbelt cutter!

A lot of cars have it.. it's worth a try.

'Jimin? Slowly and quietly, look through the door pocket, all right?' Yoongi murmured, he glanced over at Jungkook, making sure the Alpha wasn't paying too much attention to them. Jungkook was looking out the window, seemingly lost in thought.

Jimin gave him a questioning look and stared for a while, trying to figure him out. Then he did as he was told.

He leaned over, slowly and quietly, and peered into the door pocket. When he finally felt something, he locked his eyes with Yoongi. As if making sure he got the right thing. His fingers trembled as he pulled it out and handed it to Yoongi.

Yoongi took the tool with a nod of gratitude.

He closed his eyes, took a deep breath and gripped the seatbelt cutter tightly in his hand. It was quite dark in the car but he had to hide it. Thankfully Yoongi had a lot of pants pockets.

He carefully hid the tool in his back pocket and leaned back into his seat, pretending to look out the window like Jungkook. His heart was racing, but he tried to calm down. He couldn't mess up again.

Now that he had what he wanted, his brain started focusing on the Alphas again.

'You know, I don't understand what Jimin sees in the omega. He's so weak, so pathetic. I doubt they even have the same interests.' Jungkook stated as he eyes Yoongi.

Then he looked over him at Jimin.

'He's dragging you down Jimin. Look where this got you.' Jungkook continued, his voice dripping with disdain.

'I told you not to hang out with him. You disobeyed me.' Jungkook snapped. Jimin looked away, feeling guilty. He didn't want this. He just wanted to be with Yoongi.

But Yoongi was furious at that. Can't Jimin have his own life? Why the fuck should Jungkook have a say in who Jimin hangs out with?

He wanted to punch the Alpha. Someone should teach him common human rights.

When he glanced at Jimin he noticed how he looked even more guilty. The way his shoulders slumped and how his hands shook a little, as if he wanted to say something but couldn't find the words. It was heartbreaking.

'You should let Taehyung take him, he'll learn not to oppose you again.'

Namjoon said with a cruel smile after patiently listening to their conversation.

Yoongi glared at him, clenching his fist.

How dare he.

He didn't think Namjoon had the audacity to say something so horrid about Jimin in front of Jungkook. Yet he did.

He knew what Namjoon meant damn well. He just just suggested to let Taehyung fuck Jimin to submission. The way Namjoon smiled was enough to make him want to vomit. He's so fucking cruel. Jimin is not as strong as Yoongi. Yoongi can't imagine Jimin going through what he had.

What was weird though, was the growl Jungkook let out. Yoongi expected the Alpha to ignore the comment, he even expected him to agree. But the way he growled, it didn't sound like he approved at all. It made Yoongi feel a little... better, honestly.

'Leave Jimin out of this Namjoon.' Jungkook stated through his teeth. His scent soured.

Jimin didn't look like he understood what was going on.

Yoongi didn't really expect him to anyway. From the time he spent with the omega, he could tell the he was raised quite.. innocently.

He's glad about that, in this situation, he really doesn't want Jimin to understand what disgusting shit was being said about him.

'Chill pup, I'm not doing anything.' Namjoon retorted, sounding annoyed.

'Just speed up, I wanna go home already.' Jungkook muttered, glancing at the time on his phone.

'You not coming up with us?'

'..nah. I'll just take my car and we'll go.' Jungkook said. His sentences were quieter, more thoughtful now. He sounded suspicious, even.

'Little Jiminie going with you?'

'Obviously,' Jungkook said, tone dripping with protectiveness now. 'Why wouldn't he?.' His eyes narrowed and Yoongi could have sworn he saw a glint of challenge in them.

Namjoon hands holding the wheel halted.

'As you wish.' he said, but there was something off about his tone.

The car came to a stop. Namjoon's house, quite an expensive big house with a garage, loomed before them. Yoongi glanced over at Jungkook, who was tensely gripping the handle above the door.

Namjoon and Taehyung got out. Yoongi's eyes were following their every movement.

Taehyung came to the right door and opened it for Jimin, taking the omega out. Jungkook glared at him slightly but didn't say anything to the Alpha now.

Jimin stood still. Waiting for his brother.

As Jungkook decided to get out too, Taehyung leaned inside to pull Yoongi out.

Yoongi panicked and shifted his body back, preparing to kick the Alpha.

But as he lifted his leg, it was caught in a firm grip. Yoongi shook his leg. He tried to kick Taehyung again but the Alpha didn't let go. The Alpha gave up and pulled him out by his ankle. Yoongi's back was pulled over the surface of the car seat. It burned a little.

As he got out, Taehyung kept holding him close. Jimin could stand on his own.

They were afraid that Yoongi would flee again.

He would.

'See you then.' Jungkook muttered. He went for Jimin and the omega followed him obediently. Jimin was able to cast a last worried glance in Yoongi's direction before disappearing into Namjoon's garage.

Yoongi was pulled out of his train of thought as he heard the man's voice behind him.

'Have you not given up that yet?'

Namjoon suddenly asked as he creeped behind Yoongi.

The young man flinched at the voice.

He turned around immediately, frowning at the Alpha.

'..what?'

'Your little Alpha pretense.' Namjoon grinned, pointing a finger at Yoongi's nose.

'You haven't been in the club,' he went on, 'What are you, running after omegas now?' He said haughtily. 'That's next level.'

'Why do you care?' Yoongi replied back harshly.

'Oh, come on, you know why.' Namjoon snorted, stepping closer to Yoongi. 'You think I'll let a tight mini omega walk away just like that?'

Yoongi took a step back at that. Now very much aware of who's actually having a conversation with him.

His back collided with a firm chest.

Right, Taehyung, he forgot about that fucker.

Hands wrapped around him. Taking him closer to the house's entrance.

'He's so small hyung.' Taehyung muttered pretty close to his ear.

'Under that layer of big thick clothes he sure is.'

The door was getting closer and closer. Taehyung's grip on him wasn't weakening.

Yoongi suppressed a huge urge to actually bite the Alpha.

He had to wait.

Namjoon pressed the key into the lock and pushed the door open, revealing the dimly lit living room. The house looked expensive.. but suffocating. The interior was dark and unpleasant.

Taehyung dropped Yoongi from his hold and leaned against the door.

Yoongi scanned his surroundings immediately. Searching for all the possible escape routes. He noticed another door, most likely leading to the garage.

If that was open.. he could easily distract the Alphas and take off.

Taehyung would be a problem. He can't besiege both at the same time.

'You actually leavin?'

Yoongi peeked up at that sentence.

What? Taehyung's leaving?

'I guess... I have stuff to do.. I mean Jungkook left, so..' He murmured.

Oh my god. Yes.

Taehyung will be gone. That would help so much.

'As you wish, kitty could have blown you tho..' Namjoon smiled as he lifted Yoongi's head by his hair.

Yoongi hissed as the contact with the skin stung. Standing on tiptoes to ease the pain, he glanced at Taehyung, analysing the other's reaction.

Say no.

For the first time the Alpha's eyes actually seized up his body. Yoongi could feel his stare everywhere. He could feel himself begin to tense.

Please say no.

The air around them seemed to thicken. Yoongi's heart thundered in his chest.

'..fine. Pass him over.'

Taehyung's voice was flat.

Yoongi was about to scream. He's about to get violated again, just becouse some fucker is bored. Taehyung doesn't even actually want it. He'll do it just to kill time.

Namjoon let go if his hair. Pushing the omega forward without any warning. Yoongi stumbled.

He tried to catch his balance but the Alpha was already in front of him. He panicked and fell to the ground. The cold surface burning his palms. Taehyung stood over him, his expression unreadable.

Yoongi looked down again. Eyes wet.

'Look at me.'

Yoongi growled at him. At least he tried. It ended up sounding like a whimper.

Taehyung stepped closer. His expensive shoes now right in front if Yoongi's eyes.

He undid his belt.

Yoongi's body jumped at the sound. The Alpha's pheromones were reassuring and calming. Yoongi hated the irony of  it.

Too close.

He felt a wave of disgust and shame crash over him. He closed his eyes, not wanting to see. Not wanting to feel.

But then Taehyung stopped.

'He reaks of Alpha scent. '

He muttered, voice distant.

The weight on Yoongi's back seemed to lift.

'Maybe next time Hyung.' The Alpha finished.

He then opened the door swiftly and took his way out. 'See you.'

Yoongi couldn't believe his senses. For the first time ever, fate was on his side.

Namjoon's hand resting atop of his shoulder woke him up back to reality.

Yoongi snarled, glaring at the man who had woken him up with his touch. He wanted nothing more than to get away from this bastard. He hated him. He wanted to hurt him, to make him pay for all the pain he had caused him over the time.

'So? how's it gonna be? by fair means or foul?'

Namjoon's smirk slowly morphs into a grin, a knowing one that Yoongi wishes he could wipe off his face. The Alpha's grip on his shoulder tightens, making Yoongi squirm uncomfortably beneath his touch.

'You're not getting rid of me that easily, omega.' He retorts, leaning in closer. Yoongi can feel his breath fanning over his ear. His front pressing against his back, his hips moving in a way that's all too familiar. Hands are circling his chest and abdomen, gripping it tightly.

Yoongi's mouth is tight shut.

Eyes unfocused, staring straight. He's like a stone, unmoving in the predators hold.

Think, think, think.

Yoongi's mind is racing, his heart pounding in his chest as he tries to come up with a plan. He can feel the seatbelt cutter in his pocket, the only thing between him and freedom. But with Namjoon's body pressed so close to his own... it's risky.

He glances over at the door, Taehyung should be long gone now. Okay.

But then, quite effortlessly Namjoon lifts him up. They start moving towards one of the rooms. It has a key.

They get inside. His heart starts racing. He glances around the room, looking for anything he could use in his favour.

Yoongi yelps as Namjoon roughly pushes him against the bed, his knee between his legs. Yoongi's struggles seem to fuel him, as he slams his body into his. Hands roam roughly over his back, slowly moving down. Yoongi panics.

The cutter!

Just as Namjoon grabs a hold of his pants to pull them down, Yoongi swiftly pulls out the cutter, hiding it behind his back.

He finds himself just in his underwear now. Yoongi feels a moment of panic. Namjoon is too strong, too close. His grip on the seatbelt cutter tightens.

Now or never.

With all his strength, he swings it out, mindlessly trying to aim for something, anything. The blade connects with Namjoon's bicep.

The Alpha lets out a surprised growl. Distancing himself from the omega and observing his wound. It's not big, but enough to distract.

Yoongi scrambles away from him, tripping over his legs and falling on the floor, the breath knocked out of his lungs. His heart is racing, adrenaline coursing through his veins. He looks around wildly searching for anything that could ruin his plans. Nothing out of ordinary happens.

Run.

That's the only thing Yoongi can think of. He jumps on his feet, ignoring the dizziness and the pain in his shoulder, and bolts out of the door. He slams it shut after him.

In a while the surprise effect will disappear and Namjoon will be after him.

His fingers fumble with the handle, his hands shaking as he locks it with a key. The sound of Namjoon's furious growl fills his ears. The Alpha slams into the door furiously. He needs to be quick.

Yoongi dashes down the house. Already knowing where to head. The garage door should be unlocked as he observed earlier.

He reaches the door and as expected, finds it unlocked. A quick glance around to make sure he's alone, he opens the door and slides in.

What he did not expect thought.. is a pair of eyes staring right at him.

There's Jimin in the backseat of Jungkook's car leaning forward through the driver's seat with mouth slightly opened. The car door is open and.. Jungkook's standing right in front of it.

Yoongi, for the first time, actually sees the Alpha show an emotion of big surprisement.

That doesn't matter. Now he's in danger. Jungkook will most likely capture him and take him back to Namjoon.

He doesn't want to go back.

Jungkook's expression is emotionless again now. He's taking in Yoongi's visage. The omega is just in his underwear, holding a weapon slightly covered in blood. That's not something you see everyday.

'What did you do?' Jungkook asks sharply. He glances at the cutter in the omega's hand, then back to Yoongi's face.

The adrenaline still coursing through Yoongi's veins seems to drain away, leaving him feeling shaky and cold.

'He's alive,' he stutters, still shaking from the adrenaline. 'I didn't... don't take me back to him.' He whimpers.

When Jungkook remains still without giving him and answer back. Yoongi resorts to begging. It's humiliating, pathetic. But it's his only hope now.

He slides in front of Jungkook. On the ground, hands gripping at the Alpha's pants. 'Please, I don't want to go back to him. I'll do anything. Please just take me away' His voice cracks on the last word. He tries to force himself not to crumble under the weight of his own fear, but it's hard. He feels like he's going to break. He's crying now, but he doesn't care.

'Yoongi..' Yoongi hears Jimin whisper as he shuffles in the car.

'Stay in your seat Jimin.' Jungkook says sharply as he glances at the other male.

He kneels down beside Yoongi, their faces inches apart. Yoongi whimpers, his breath hitching as he's so close to the Alpha. He crosses his arms in front of his crotch. He's in underwear, he feels so exposed.

'Give me the cutter omega.' Jungkook orders, voice low but firm.

omega.. huh.

Yoongi's eyes go wide. He doesn't want to let go of the weapon. It's all he has left. It's the only thing keeping him safe. But if he doesn't obey the Alpha.. what will happen?

Slowly, he releases his grip on the cutter, and hands it over to Jungkook.

The Alpha stands up, towering over Yoongi. Yoongi must look pathetic, he's shaking, face full of tears, begging and whimpering like a street whore.

'Get in the car,' Jungkook orders, not unkindly but not pleasantly either. Yoongi doesn't trust the words, though. They seem too gentle, too fake. Still, he climbs into the car, scrambling over the seat and sitting down beside Jimin. Namjoon can be here any second. He doubts the door is strong enough to hold him down for long.

He wipes at his face, trying to get rid of the tears. He doesn't want to look like this in front of Jimin, but he can't help it. His breath comes out in ragged gasps, and he feels like he's going to throw up. He buries his face in his hands, trying to steady himself.

Gentle hands rest on Yoongi's shoulders, and he looks up to see Jimin staring at him with worry in his eyes. Yoongi can't help but feel a little better at the sight.

The omega's presence always has a calming effect. He shuffles closer to Jimin, resting his head at his body.

Chapter Text

The car ride was silent, the only sounds being the hum of the engine and the soft rustle of the wind through the open windows.

Yoongi sat hunched over, his knees pulled up to his chest and his arms wrapped around them. He still felt naked. He hates being like that. He hates feeling weak and vulnerable.

Jungkook, with a strong jaw and his broad shoulders taking up the car view, was focused on the road ahead, his eyes darting between the road and Yoongi in the rearview mirror. Yoongi doesn't blame him. Jungkook literally took bloody weapon out of his hand a moment ago. He must think Yoongi is crazy.

But Yoongi wouldn't hurt Jimin. Jungkook doesn't have to be wary.

They pull up in the flats garage, Jungkook turns the car off, and they sit in silence for a moment.

Yoongi hears the Alpha breath out deeply. He tries to shift further away. Giving himself comfort by his fail attempt to hide.

Jungkook then opens the car door and gets out.

The cold night air rushes in, making Yoongi shiver. Is it truly the air? He cuddles Jimin's arm closer to his body. He doesn't want to get out. Not yet. Not until he can think. Not until he can figure out what to do.

Jungkook reaches over to get him out of the car, his large hand warm against Yoongi's cold skin. Yoongi flinches nonetheless.

Jungkook's hand tightens, and Yoongi the rough skin of his palm press against the soft flesh of Yoongi's arm. He curls up more, trying to hide in Jimin's embrace.

Jungkook is not using much force. Yoongi can feel it.

It's  uncomfortable regardless.

The hand on his arm slides up, over his shoulder, to rest at the base of his neck. Yoongi swiftly turns around, not tolerating any touches near that area.

Catching the Alphas hand in his, he tries to make him leave the spot.

'Let go.' Yoongi growls, his eyes meeting Jungkook's.

The other male's face twitches, a small line forming between his brows. He doesn't let go.

Jungkook's eyes seem to linger on the omegas neck again. He can feel the urge deep within himself. Why is his Alpha doing this? Is it interested in Yoongi?

Why? Jungkook isn't, so why is his wolf doing this?

With a small tsk, Jungkook releases his hand, but only to grab Yoongi under his arms.

He lifts the smaller male up, his fingers digging into the soft flesh again.

The omega is very light.

Yoongi lets out a quiet groan as he's carried briskly out of the car. His feet kick weakly, and he tries to twist his body, but Jungkook's grip is too strong. He feels like an errant child being dragged back home.

'People will stare, stop.' Jungkook mutters.

'I don't care what they'll think of you, I'll scream if you don't let me down.' The omega furiously barks back.

'Of me?'

What is he saying? Jungkook gave Yoongi advice, so he's not seen as an wild disobedient omega. So why is he...

But, honestly speaking... the omega is not that wrong. If somebody saw them they would criticise Jungkook for not raising his omega properly, not Yoongi.

But Jungkook doesn't linger on this for long. His mission is to carry the omega inside and have a real serious talk.

Jimin obediently locks the car and hurries after them. Jungkook spares him a glance, and then they proceed to get into the apartment, despite Yoongi's protests.

As soon as they get in, Jungkook drops Yoongi on the couch with a thud, making the smaller male yelp in pain. Jungkook stands over him, watching as Yoongi curls into a ball, hands balled into fists.

Jungkook's body, neither his gaze leave the omegas presence.

'Jimin, go to your room, We'll talk later.' Jungkook orders, his voice harsher than he intended. The younger male is hesitant at first, seeing the state his friend is in. But today's events makes him back away slowly, not wanting to add fuel to Jungkook anger.

The door clicks shut, and Jungkook is left alone with Yoongi.

Jungkook sits next to the smaller male, ignoring the distance Yoongi puts between them. He takes a deep breath, trying to calm himself.

'So what we gonna do now, is that I'm gonna call Namjoon, and you better pray he says everything's all right.'

'No! You can't do that!' Yoongi exclaims, sitting up quickly and glaring at Jungkook. His eyes are wide with panic, his expression frantic.

'Why shouldn't I?' Jungkook states then, calmly.

He's not actually asking. It's just a way to undercover what the omega is trying to hide.

Yoongi doesn't really get the question that way though. He sees it as a.. suggestion. Suggestion that states that if Yoongi does something, they could make a compromise.

Thinks that Jungkook seriously suggested Yoongi that he should get fucked to avoid getting send to Namjoon.

Alpha's are darn loyal, but at the same time... very selfish.

Yoongi's brain is full of: Would it be better to be sent back to Namjoon or to let Jungkook take advantage of him...? It's...

'You're an asshole.' Yoongi says suddenly, looking Jungkook in the eye. His words are laced with pain and anger.

'How can you just... ask that?' Yoongi trails off, unable to finish what he started.

Jungkook's gaze hardens. His upper lip twitching.

Ask what?

'You want to swear? Want to be like an Alpha?' He says, mockingly. 'You think you can just say whatever you want?' Jungkook growls, 'Fine. I'll talk to you as if you were an Alpha.' His eyes narrow, and his voice lowers,

'I could've fucking left you locked up in the damned car and called Namjoon right away, for that fucking performance you did at his house. But no, I fucking listened to your pathetic begging and took you here.

Now you have the nerve to call me an asshole for asking a fucking question that could be important regarding the safety of my friend?'

He pauses, taking a deep breath before continuing, 'But since you want me to be an asshole, I can do that. I can call him right now and tell him everything. How does that sound?'

Tears burst out from Yoongi's eyes. He covers his head, trying to hide his sobs.

Jungkook breathes out deeply. He moves closer to the omega.

Now that he got confronted he starts to hide? Things don't work like that.

Jungkook reaches for him. Trying to make the omega face him.

Yoongi seizes up, and then.. he shrieks, jumping away from the Alpha and falling to the floor.

'D-Don't.. I just want to be left alone! Why is it okay for you to just ask for a fuck? I don't want to! Why are you screaming at m-me for just verbally fighting back on that!' He cries out.

Jungkook pauses and takes the words in.

'What the fuck are you talking about? Are you on drugs?' Jungkook snarls. His heart is pounding, his anger boiling over. 'I never fucking asked that. How could you-' He gets cut off by screaming Yoongi.

'You suggested it!' The omega wails, tears streaming down his face. 'You made it sound like it was a compromise!'

'I did-' exhale.

Jungkook calms down a little now.

They need to solve this calmly.

He takes a deep breath. Then another one.

Finally, he says, 'Hey, '

Yoongi looks at him from where he's cowering on the floor. His eyes are red and puffy from crying.

'I just asked about Namjoon. I didn't suggest anything. How can I be sure you're not lying, and he's not fucking bleeding out now?'

Yoongi whines in response.

Jungkook runs his hand through his hair.

He himself doesn't understand why he bothers talking to the wild omega so nicely.

He should take things slowly. This omega is way too emotional and hard to manage.

'You know Namjoon, right?'

Jungkook asks, trying to sound calm.

Yoongi hesitantly nods in response.

'He was after you, What'd you do?'

'What did I do?' Yoongi's laughter is bitter.

' I didn't do anything, he just picked me.. I thought he'll leave me now... but that fu-...he showed up again.'

Yoongi swallows thickly, his voice hitching.

'I didn't want to kill him. I don't need cops going after me. I just needed to get away.'

Yoongi looks down at his hands, twisting his fingers together. 'If there was a safer way I would've picked it.'

Jungkook sighs, rubbing the back of his neck. 'Why would he be holding you against your will if you had nothing to do with him? There had to be a reason.'

After the question, Yoongi just stared at Jungkook dumbfounded.

'You seriously don't know?' he asks sceptically , and the disbelief in his voice is palpable.

'If I knew I wouldn't have asked.'

'to...fuck.'

Yoongi's voice cracks on the last word. He closes his eyes.

'That's why you stabbed him?' Jungkook asks, raising an eyebrow. Feeling incredulous.

'What other option did I have?' Yoongi says bitterly.

'You could've politely refused and left like a normal person.' Jungkook snorts.

'You think he'd let me? You were literally helping him kidnap me!' Yoongi practically screams. 'You think I could just walk away from him?' He shakes his head, looking disbelievingly at Jungkook. 'I told him no before. A hundred times.' He finishes coldly, looks like he's about to lose it again. 'He didn't care. He kept-' He stops, his shoulders shaking. 'I couldn't let him- '

Jungkook tenses, for the first time feeling like he is in the wrong. Yoongi's words sink in, and he can't help but feel a little ashamed. He had been so quick to judge, to assume that Yoongi was evil, that he had done something wrong. But the more Yoongi spoke, the more it became clear that this was a complicated situation. Jungkook didn't think Namjoon would actually hurt Yoongi. But.. holding him in... Yoongi sure was right. Jungkook practically did help "kidnap" him.

It feels weird now that he thinks about it. How else would you describe it though? They really did take him by force.

'Are you sure he was serious?'Jungkook asks, his voice low. He glances at Yoongi, trying to gauge his reaction. 'I mean, He says and implies a lot of things but not always actually does them..'

'He fucking raped me before Jungkook.' Yoongi spits out, his voice low and full of rage. 'How can you even ask me if I'm sure?'

oh.

Now that he heard it clearly. It feels...raw.

That is.. Jungkook remains speechless for a while. He truly didn't expect something like that to come out of Yoongi's mouth.

The omega didn't look... how does even a violated omega look?

Now that he think about it. The night Jimin bought Yoongi here...damn. That would make sense. The omega looked completely ruined. Jimin had been trying to help him so much. Jungkook didn't even ask what had happened. He just assumed Jimin bought home a stray whore. He's really an asshole huh?

'Was that on the night Jimin bought you here?'Jungkook ask, now softly.

Yoongi looks up at the tone. He was fucking mad at himself, at jungkook. For being forced to reveal such an information about himself to the strange Alpha. But Jungkook's soft tone made him stop his burning anger.

He narrowed his eyes at the Alpha. Actually looking into his eyes now for a spit of second. They didn't hold malice now. It felt weird.

'Yeah.'

Jungkook pauses. Rethinking what he's actually going to say.

'I'm... sorry for being a dick to you back then. I just... you didn't tell me what happened. I couldn't help but assume.'

Yoongi furrows his brows now again. What an apology, tsch. He thinks everything's that easy?

'First of all, you didn't ask, second: How was I supposed to fucking know you wouldn't make fun of me. You should've seen yourself back then. Stop acting like an angel possessed you. If I told you, you could've done the same to me.' Yoongi hisses, his eyes flashing with anger as he accuses Jungkook.

Jungkook takes the words in, and- 'D-do I look like I would do something like that?' Jungkook asks. Mouth open, an offended expression forming on his face.

Yoongi stares at him like he's a toddler.

'You keep fucking touching me, You scented me against my will. You used your Alpha voice on me against my will... Should I continue?' Yoongi mutters out all the actions. Like it's common sense.

'You hate it that much? I read that omeg-' Jungkook tries to defend himself but gets cut off by Yoongi.

'Oh let me guess, you read a book about omegas by an Alpha written for Alphas and now you want to educate me about myself, because you think you know better?' He stops.

'Should I laugh or cry?'

Yoongi is now hitting Jungkook's weak points way too strongly, becouse the omega is right. Jungkook can't ignore that. Is just... Yoongi is making him give a thought to things he never really questioned before.

It truly is weird, but Yoongi is right. He reads books by Alphas.

Why do Alphas write about omegas?

It truly would've been more appropriate for an omega writer.

But.. aren't Alpha's supposed to know what's better for their omega? What if-

His mind became messy. Everything he knew and believed was working well, is... suddenly being questioned.

Jungkook can't lie to himself. He knows that he acted like an asshole to Yoongi, that he was wrong. He was just...lost. The omega was different, he didn't know how to react, or act around him. But the more he thinks about it, the more he feels like he's just... being an asshole.

'Right, um.. I won't do that no more then.'

'Thanks for the apology, ' Yoongi ironically snorts, ' If you excuse me I'll be in Jimin's room.' He finishes. Already halfway there when he stops and turn to add. 'Or do you want me to get out? Say it straight, I'd rather avoid complications.'

'No, it's... fine. You can stay. I'll... I'll just...'

Jungkook mutters, his cheeks reddening as he watches Yoongi leave. He sighs, sitting down on the couch again, running his hands through his hair. He doesn't know what to say. He doesn't want to be an asshole anymore, but.. he doesn't understand Yoongi as a person yet.  He knows he needs to apologize properly, but he doesn't want to force it.

He should probably give it some time.

Chapter Text

Yoongi woke up alone. The bed empty. This had happened before.

From the window on the wall, he could see it was late morning already. He honestly didn't want to get up.

The gurgling in his stomach told him otherwise. Yoongi groaned, rolled over, and pushed himself off the bed. His legs wobbled as he stood.

Is Jimin in the living room or what?

He yawned and went for the door.

He hopes Jungkook wasn't just playing nice yesterday. He won't attack him out of nowhere..right?

Yoongi carefully opened the door, taking a peek out. He tiptoed his way forward, trying to make as little noise as possible.

'J-Jimin?' he called out softly, looking around the living room.

The sound of a cough made him jump, his heart racing. He slowly turned around, spotting Jungkook standing in the hallway behind him, leaning against the wall. His hands were in the pockets of his hoodie, and he was looking at Yoongi with a small smile on his face.

When did he get there?

'He's in school.'

'Huh?' Yoongi asked, bewildered. His thoughts still full of deciding if Jungkook's sneakiness could be dangerous.

'Jimin.'

'Oh.'

'You're not really talkative, are you?' Jungkook asked with a smile, pushing away from the wall and walking closer. His hands still stayed in his pockets, and Yoongi couldn't help but notice how relaxed the younger looked.

He felt jealous.

Looking at the Alpha..It was obvious that Yoongi wasn't as muscular as him. He knew he didn't stand a chance against an angry or defensive Alpha. But, Jungkook didn't look like he was tense. Prepared to attack. He wasn't sure what to think of the other. Jungkook had been nice to him yesterday, but... it was hard to tell. He still had to be careful.

While they were just standing there, Yoongi's stomach growled again.

Jungkook, having noticed that have said:

'I'm going to make some breakfast,' he announced, turning on his heel. 'You're welcome to join me.'

Does he have any other choice?

Yoongi hesitated for a moment, watching the other as he walked into the kitchen. Then he slowly followed, taking a seat at the barstool. Jungkook was already rummaging through the fridge, pulling out eggs, bread, and some fruits.

'You don't look much older then Jimin, so.. what about school?' Jungkook asked casually, picking up a pan. 'You don't go?'

'No.' Yoongi answered shortly, his gaze fixed on the eggs Jungkook was now cracking.

'It's just... you're really young. And you look...' He trailed off, looking at Yoongi with a sort of strange expression. It made Yoongi feel uncomfortable.

'I work.' Yoongi revealed before Jungkook would say something that would set him off.

He could feel the Alpha watching him.

Jungkook paused for a moment, then set the cracked egg down and turned to face Yoongi properly. 'Hmm...really?' He pondered. ' What do you do?'

'Is this an interrogation?' Yoongi asked, crossing his arms. He glanced at the stove, wondering if he should take his leave. Jungkook didn't look like he was about to hurt him, but still... why is he suddenly so pushy?

'No, no..' Jungkook laughed, shaking his head. 'I'm just... surprised, you know? I've never met anyone your age that didn't go to school. It's just...' He trailed off, looking the omega up and down. 'It's just that you seem so young to be working.'

'You don't have to tell me though.' He added quickly, sensing that he was being too demanding.

He picked up a piece of bread. 'You want a toast with it?' He offered, trying to change the subject.

It felt weird for Yoongi to answer. He just nodded.

But deep down, he was being restless. No Alpha, no man ever gave him something without wanting something back.

So when Jungkook put a plate of food in front of him, he couldn't take. His mouth was watering, eyes focused on the toast with boiled eggs next to it.. but he just couldn't.

Jungkook noticed.

'Don't like it?' He asked, tilting his head. 'I can make you something else.' He suggested, looking at Yoongi carefully.

'No...' Yoongi stammered. He was already imagining himself eating the toast, how good it would taste... 'It's not that... I mean... I just...' He trailed off, not knowing how to explain. It was stupid, really. He knew he was hungry, but he couldn't let himself take anything from an Alpha.

'How am I supposed to repay you then?' Yoongi asked, finally gathering his thoughts. His voice was soft, almost tentative. Jungkook cocked his head to the side, looking confused. 'For the food... I mean...' He trailed off, feeling stupid for even bringing it up. 'It's just...'

Jungkook was surprised by the question. He didn't expect the omega to feel like he needed to pay. It was quite a pleasant surprise. It made him realise that the omega wasn't..ill mannered like he thought before.

Even though it was a pleasant surprise, he didn't actually expect or want Yoongi to pay him back or anything.

'You don't, ' he said simply, reaching over to push Yoongi's plate closer to him. 'Eat.'

Yoongi didn't believe him.

He looked at Jungkook, who was watching him carefully, then at the food on his plate.

His eyes were focused on the food but then,

'Omega..' The Alpha called out.

Jungkook's voice made him raise his head.

Omega? What? Hell no.

He stood up from the chair instantly, nearly knocking it to the ground as he took a defensive stance.

Is he going to use his Alpha voice on him?

Is he going to make him pay for the stay?

'Don't..' Yoongi squeaked, prepared to be grabbed and thrown to the ground any moment.

But the Alpha didn't bulge. Instead, Jungkook frowned. 'Don't look at me like that. I'm not going to hurt you...what happened?'

It took Yoongi a moment to process what the Alpha had just said. He froze for a moment, observing the latter, and when he found no tension in the Alpha's body he just stood there dumbfounded.

'Nothing...' He finally answered, trying to steady his breath. 'You just... surprised me.' He lied, still unsure of what was happening.

'Surprised you?' Jungkook repeated, tilting his head. 'By what?' He leaned in a little, studying Yoongi's expression. 'Did I do something wrong?' He asked, and Yoongi felt a strange tightness in his chest. The Alpha didn't seem angry, just... confused.

'Don't use your...Alpha voice on me.' Yoongi managed to say, unsure if he was going to be in trouble or not. The word Alpha felt bitter on his tongue. He hated it.

Jungkook frowned. 'I wasn't...' He started, but then paused, looking at Yoongi carefully.

Yoongi didn't know what was going on. He was so confused. Jungkook didn't seem angry, didn't seem like he was going to hurt him...so why did it feel like he was walking on eggshells? Why did he call out to Yoongi like that? It's weird.

'I didn't use my Alpha voice,' Jungkook insisted, his expression confused. 'I just said omega. It's just a word. It's not like I was...' He trailed off, frowning. 'Are you okay?'

Yoongi felt his throat tighten as he looked at Jungkook, who seemed so sincere. The confusion in his eyes only served to make him feel more uneasy. He didn't know what to say or do. He wanted to trust the other, but something inside him kept telling him not to.

'I...' he started, swallowing hard. 'I just don't like...being called that.' He finally admitted, looking away. It was easier to say it when he wasn't looking at Jungkook.

They remained quiet for a while.

'Does that have to do something with the Alpha scent you wear?' Jungkook asked, nodding at Yoongi's neck. Yoongi realised then that he was still wearing his perfume. It was weak now, but parts of it still there.

He flushed, hand coming up to cover his neck, embarrassed that Jungkook had noticed. 'Not really..'

He.. did say some bad things about it yesterday tho.

Want to be like an Alpha?

All that suddenly sounded way too familiar. Last time an Alpha found him wearing it, last time Namjoon found him wearing it... it didn't end up well.

Did you have fun? Pretending to be one of us?

A shudder ran through Yoongi at remembering the things that followed that sentence.

Yoongi hesitated, unsure of what to say. He knew he should probably tell the truth, but... but he was scared. Scared of what would happen if he did. Scared of what the Alpha would think of him.

Is he comparing Jungkook to Namjoon?

'Don't tell me you want to be an Alpha?' Jungkook asked, his tone suddenly... unfriendly. Not angry, but mean.

Yoongi didn't know what to say. He himself doesn't truly know. Does he want to be an Alpha? Probably no. But in the moment, saying or even indicating agreement didn't feel like the right thing to do. What if, someday he would want that? What if his answer would be "yes"?  He hates Alphas. But...ugh.

Would Jungkook attack him if he said yes?

It feels unfair.

He didn't know what to do. He just wanted this moment to pass. But it felt like time stood still. Jungkook was waiting for an answer, his expression focused. Almost frowning.

He can't stay quiet for much longer. silence means yes. He can't let that happen.

'No.' He muttered quietly. But it felt too fake. Jungkook had to believe him. So he finished it.

'I don't want to be an Alpha. I don't... I just... I don't want to be called an omega,' Yoongi finally blurted out, his heart was pounding in his chest, and he felt hot all over.

'Get the scent off then.' Jungkook stared at him, his eyes narrowing. 'You're an omega, aren't you?' He breathed, accusation lacing his tone.

What an ignorant.

Why is he attacking him again? He was fine just moments ago

Yoongi genuinely wanted to know something though.

'Why do you want to call me by my subgender so bad?' Yoongi defended himself.

The whole idea of being called by his subgender bothered him. It felt like everyone was trying to force him into a box, label him, and make him something he wasn't.

'I don't...' Jungkook trailed off, looking confused. He looked away, seemingly deep in thought. 'It's just... it's always been like that. Alphas calling omegas, betas calling them that... it's just how things are. I don't understand why it bothers you.'

Yoongi frowned, still not entirely sure what to make of Jungkook's words. It didn't sound like he was trying to make things better. In fact, it sounded like he was justifying it. He wished he knew what was going on in the other's head.

'Well I don't like it.' Yoongi mumbles. 'It's not like I can force you not to use it..'

'Okay. Whatever.' Jungkook states. Probably not interested in continuing further with the omega thing.

'Just get rid of the scent.'

The Alpha breathed out deeply, sounding exasperated.

Yoongi snorts.

I'm going to use his words against him.

' I don't understand why it bothers you.' Yoongi retorts ironically, feeling a small surge of anger at the other's tone.

Jungkook seems to notice that. The Alpha's eyes harden. Not in the mood for joking.

'Look you little wimp, you're here, in my house, as an unmated omega,' he gives  emphasis on the word. 'proudly marking my territory with a cheap scent of a weak Alpha.' He spits out the word. ' I don't understand what you're trying to achieve.' he growls. 'Do you want me to mount you and get rid of the scent myself?

Yoongi's lip rises in an attempted growl.

Jungkook continues nonetheless. Feeling the influence of his Alpha in his words strongly.

'I'm not going to tell you again. I have instincts, and some of them can't be silenced.'

And that's true. Honestly. Jungkook is not trying to purposely scare Yoongi off. But Alphas are very territorial. They are not outside anymore and this is his house. It doesn't matter if Jungkook understands that the scent coming of Yoongi doesn't belong to anybody, that it's a product. His Alpha doesn't. For him, it's an omega in his territory smelling of someone else, smelling of an potential enemy. Not to mention the scent he's wearing seems to belong to a way weaker Alpha. It's making Jungkook's wolf crazy.

And now that Jungkook finished his rambling he starts to realise he should've hold himself back. His mind is now full of scenarios he'd rather... avoid.

His Alpha doesn't think the same.

He hopes that Yoongi, for his own good, will listen.

The look on the younger's face, a mixture of anger and defiance, only made Jungkook feel more territorial. He tries to calm himself down, but it's hard when all his Alpha wants to do is mark the omega and show the owner of the intruding scent who's stronger.

That's why he hates all those hormonal blockers and conveniences. Their making the wolves inside confused.

Thankfully Yoongi gets up. Moving like a robot. Leaving for the bathroom. He remains quiet the whole time. His face unreadable. Jungkook eyes linger on him, lost in thought until the omega reaches a corner.

He huffs, feeling guilty about his outburst. He wasn't trying to scare the other away, he just... He doesn't know what he was thinking. He didn't want to be an asshole... One moment they were having a calm conversation and the next Yoongi was getting defensive and they were arguing. He didn't want things to escalate, but the scent, the putrid scent, was making his wolf pissed.

And when his wolf is angry. Jungkook can't completely control what he says and how he acts.

The omega sure takes his time. It's no secret that Jungkook is impatient, but whatever, he'll wait.

He already finished all his chores and was now calmly sitting on the couch. Yoongi could've at least eat something before he left for the shower...

Then the bathroom lock opens. Quiet and slow steps of heated feet can be heard in the hallway.

Jungkook, expecting to finally put an clear scent to the male is excited,  just to smell..

nothing.

Yoongi appears in front of the Alpha. Hair wet, skin glittering, standing like a wet kitten.

Yet... he's scentless.

'Wheres your scent?' Jungkook asks frankly.

The omega gives him a hard stare back.

'You told me to get the scent off. I did, but I'm keeping my scent blockers on.'

'The fuck for?' Jungkook mutters out the first thing that comes to his mind.

Yoongi is again reminded why he hates Alphas. Jungkook doesn't need to know his scent. He said his Alpha wanted to mount him because of the Alpha scent on him. Is he insane to let his natural omega scent out? That could've end even worse.

'Why does it bother you?' Yoongi asks, his voice cool and distant. Jungkook feels a sting of annoyance.

He lifts an eyebrow at that.

'It doesn't bother me.' Jungkook says through gritted teeth. 'It's unnatural.'

Yoongi gives him a disgusting look and opens his mouth to day something, just to close it again. It seem he's not in the mood to fight again.

'If it doesn't bother you I'll keep it then.' Yoongi says, his eyes not leaving Jungkook's face.

Jungkook bites his bottom lip, annoyed that he can't have his way. But he doesn't have a reasonable explanation as to why should the omega take his blockers off.

'Fine.' he says, trying to keep the annoyance out of his voice.

The boy sure is weird. Jungkook has never met any omega with such a defiance.

He watches Yoongi walk past him. The male sits on the spot farthest from jungkook on the couch, legs crossed, wet hair slicked back. Jungkook glances at the clock. There's still an hour before he needs to leave for work.

Chapter Text

Jungkook's attention shifts to the tv. He doesn't know what he's supposed to talk about with the omega.

He tries to keep his gaze from straying too much to the male.

Does he find this awkward too?

Jungkook didn't really pay attention to it before, but he has never truly had an actual conversation with an omega. He had exchanged a few words, but there were always other's around.

He also doesn't have any omega friends.

But that's normal right?

Well, if he doesn't count Jimin.

But even the conversations with Jimin were.. distant. Even though they live together, even though they are brother's, Jungkook doesn't know much about him.

Why did he never think of this before?

Yoongi was defiant, different then other omegas. Did that make Jungkook realise that.. what? He saw omegas as something less?

But he doesn't. He doesn't see them as something inferior.

But...he found Yoongi weird just because of his behaviour. Becouse he behaves like an Alpha.

Or does he behave like a one? Was it even because of that?

huh.

He just doesn't behave as sweetly, as submissive as others. He's stubborn. But determined. He doesn't let himself be pushed around.
Does this make his behaviour 'Alpha-like'?

Maybe it's just how he is.

So Jungkook did look down on him.

Because of what?

Because he was an omega.

It feels weird finally admitting it like this to himself.

Why did Yoongi being different bother Jungkook? He himself doesn't understand.

Maybe it was because he was close to Jimin. He didn't want Jimin to be under bad influence. To end up being friends with a whore.
But Yoongi is not a whore, is he?
Is he even a bad influence?
Or was Jungkook just being ignorant?

Jungkook doesn't know anymore. He just knows that something deep inside him has shifted. Something that he can't quite put a finger on.

'You're not a... prostitute, are you?' Jungkook blurts out, saying the first thing that comes to his mind. He's shocked by his own words, the harsh accusation that has escaped his lips. Didn't Yoongi say no before? He has to make sure though...

He can feel the heat crawling up his neck, and he wants nothing more than to take them back. Too late.

Yoongi sits motionless for a while, as if he froze. The words pierce him deeper than any knife ever could. He looks down at his hands, clenched into fists, and feels the shame burning inside him.
'You're still fucking asking that?' he says, finally finding the strength to speak. 'I said I'm not a whore.'

'I just wanted to make sure..' Jungkook tries to explain, feeling guilty for the accusation. 'It's just... you're different.'

'Thanks for letting me know. Now piss off.' Yoongi angrily mutters as he starts shifting on the couch to stand up.

Jungkook lifts his hand and makes him stop.

'Stay.' he says. His voice is firm, yet gentle. Yoongi freezes in place, his shoulders tensing up. He doesn't know what to expect from Jungkook anymore.

'I'm just.. curious? about you. I never really talked with omegas before because they felt so distanced. I wanted to try it with you.' Jungkook blurts out.

Yoongi chuckles at him. But it's not a happy chuckle. It sounds more like a scoff.

'Talk with an omega? What am I an animal? We're all humans. I won't talk differently just because I'm an omega.' Yoongi says as he stares Jungkook into the eyes.
His gaze shifts away immediately though.

Jungkook doesn't know if it was just his imagination, but he registered hint of fear in the other's eyes.

Why?

'Okay, sure, so... what do omeg- I mean.. What do... you? What do you talk about?' Jungkook asks, feeling slightly embarrassed for his inability to even form the right questions.

That question takes Yoongi off guard.

Not becouse it was weird or inappropriate, but becouse he doesn't know.
He didn't really have any friends until he met Jimin. He only talked to the underground rappers about music and the money he made...

With Jimin, he could talk about anything.

But Jungkook is not Jimin.

Seeing the omega so quiet, Jungkook decides to take the initiative. '.. with your friends?' he adds. 'Like, what do you talk about with them?'

'I don't really have any friends besides Jimin.'  Yoongi lets the words slip out, almost unwillingly.

He expects the other to laugh in his face. But Jungkook remains quiet.

'How about your parents? Do you share any interests with them?' Jungkook asks, trying to think of something neutral to help start a conversation.

'I haven't seen them ages.' Yoongi answers, surprising himself. He hasn't thought about his parents in years.

Why is he even telling the Alpha all of this?

Jungkook's face remains blank.
What is he supposed to say? He didn't think Yoongi would be.. parentless?

Wait. He doesn't have parents? But he looks so young? Who is protecting him?

'Who takes care of you then?' Jungkook asks, genuinely concerned. He can't imagine not having his family around, even though they're far most of the time.

'Uh.. I do?' Yoongi says, with a hint of sarcasm.

'But you know what, let's talk about something else.' He hates being the center of attention. Revealing information about himself makes him feel vulnerable. Jungkook doesn't need to know any of this.

'Living like that is dangerous.' Jungkook says, his voice sharp. He can't imagine Jimin living like that.

'I don't have much of a choice you know.' Yoongi says, his voice carrying a heaviness that wasn't there before. 'But I manage.'

Something blinks inside of Jungkook's head and- 'Is that why you use the Alpha scent?'

Yoongi looks up the the ceiling. As if deep in thought. 'Uh-huh. Let's say that.'

It makes more sense now. Jungkook thought Yoongi was just being weird. He just now realised the omega is actually quite smart, and is using the scent for protection.

'Do you want to talk about it?' Jungkook asks.

He's curious, honestly.

'About what?'

'Just.. everything. Don't you want to get it off your chest?'

Yoongi looks at him, his eyes searching for something. His brain doesn't allow him to trust Jungkook. Everytime the Alpha asks or says something, Yoongi can't tell if he's being genuine. He still thinks that Jungkook is about to make fun of him. That this is all a prank, a game. And every other moment the Alpha is going to laugh in his face, tell him he's pathetic for sharing his feeling with him.

Seeing Yoongi unresponsive, Jungkook elaborates. 'Maybe also.. explain things to me? So I can, you know.. understand you.'

"Understand."
It's weird.

Yoongi didn't have much of a problem sharing things with Jimin. He didn't trust the other omega immediately either, but...Jimin is not an Alpha.

He's just trying to be logical. What on earth would make an Alpha like Jungkook curious about... him?
It all seems unbelievable.

He just has to ask.

'I..  this is not the first time I'm questioning whether you actually want to know... or whether you're doing this for some kind of a weird entertainment.' He breathes out.

'So let me ask. Are you asking genuinely? Because if not...' He hates the way he said those words. They make him look vulnerable, weak. No normal person would just ask this mid conversation. But he's tired. Tired of overthinking everything.

Jungkook blinks, a little surprised by Yoongi's answer. 'I mean, I wouldn't be asking if I didn't want to know?'

Yoongi doesn't know if that makes him feel better. Jungkook said a completely normal answer. Any other person would probably believe him. He seems like he actually wants to know.

But still... it's not enough for Yoongi.
He knows it's stupid. There's no way to actually prove whether Jungkook's saying the truth. But the way he looks at him, the way he sits there, all calm and relaxed, it just makes Yoongi give it a shot.

'I live in a... not very safe part of the city. All my fr- All the people around me were Alphas. I always wanted to.. be an one too. I thought I would be. Being an omega.. it was unexpected. The moment I turned into a one, I had to change it. I didn't know how to live like a one.' Yoongi confesses.
'It went quite alright, until well.. Namjoon found out.' Yoongi says the name like a curse.

'I thought you didn't know each other?' Jungkook asks, noticing the way Yoongi's expression changes when he mentions Namjoon.

'I said we weren't friends. But, you know Namjoon's an underground rapper, right?' He asks, a hint of bitterness in his voice.

Jungkook nods, so Yoongi takes it a sign to continue. 'We had a rap battle. It-'

'You don't look like the type to rap.' Jungkook says his thoughts out loud, watching Yoongi's face carefully.

Yoongi doesn't even have to say anything. His look gives Jungkook the hint that he said something.. wrong.

'I mean- Don't take it the wrong way. I just-' He stops himself. 'Go on.' Jungkook says, nodding for Yoongi to continue. Yoongi sighs, rubbing his face. He looks up at Jungkook, trying to decide whether he should continue this conversation.

This is the hard part. But he already told the Alpha. What's there to hide?

'The battle didn't end up well. I was stupid, and he followed me..' He trails off.

Jungkook looks at him, tilting his head to the side. 'What happened?'

Yoongi takes a deep breath. 'I told you before.' He says, his voice barely above a whisper.

Something flashes in Jungkook eyes and-
'Was this when he fucked you?'

And suddenly he regrets the question. Jungkook's stomach does a flip, because images of Yoongi with his ass up, naked, and so omega-like, flash through his mind.

He can't control it.

He remembers that the omega told him the encounter wasn't pleasant. He doesn't want to imagine the omega like that. He doesn't want him to be hurt, in pain.
But his Alpha wants Yoongi. It jumps at every opportunity. Trying to lure Jungkook into liking the omega too. It naturally wants to push submissive images of the omega to his head.
But this isn't helping.
This is not the right moment at all.

If he could just shut the Alpha up...

Yoongi flinches. Too taken aback to notice the Alpha's behaviour.
Fucked.

He's retreating into his own head, into his own memories of that night. He can feel the pain, the tears.  He was on the floor crying, begging, about to throw up, but yeah. In Alpha's view he got "fucked".

He's about to lecture Jungkook. Ask what the fuck made him form his sentence that way, when he registers the spike of a scent in the room.

The scent of arousal.

He is recalling the worst moments of his life...and the Alpha? He's just sitting there, getting hard from it.

...

'You're sick.' Yoongi says, more to himself than to Jungkook.
'What?' Jungkook blinks. The sentence waking him up from transe.

'You're turned on.' Yoongi says, glaring at the Alpha. 'How can you find that... fucking hot?' He spits out the last word, disgusted.

He regrets saying all the shit to the Alpha.
He's a fucking psychopath like all of them.

Was he so fucking stupid to fall for this?

This Alpha was friends with Namjoon, of course he's not going to be normal.

What the fuck did he think was going to happen? He's stupid, stupid, stupid.

Jungkook doesn't reply. He inhales deeply. He can smell his own scent clearly. His pupils dilate. He tries to swallow. But there's a knot in his throat. 'Wait-fuck. I didn't mean-'

But Yoongi is no longer listening to him. Yoongi's heart races, a mix of anger and fear. He's never been more aware of the power dynamics in the room.

He's suddenly very aware of the fact that he's not safe.

You see.. Yoongi's brain never forgets to remind him that 'if he wanted he would.' every time he meets any Alpha.

But... things were difficult. He had to choose the lesser evil. Meaning, he also let his guard down.

But now that he smelled Jungkook. He's reminded yet again, that he's an omega and Jungkook is an Alpha. He's vulnerable, and Jungkook could take him any time he wants.

He starts to feel like a piece of meat again.

'Fuck. I-' Jungkook stammers, realizing his mistake. He can feel the sudden shift in the room, the tension thick as if a storm had rolled in and filled the space with electricity. He tries to apologize, to explain that he didn't mean it like that. The scent of his own arousal is a noose around his neck, a damning evidence of his inappropriate reaction.

'I'm not going to do anything..?' He tries to reassure. 'It's just- my Alpha. It was a horrible reaction. Sorry. Fuck.'

Yoongi's hands shake. He turns them into fists. 'Then I'm sure you won't oppose if I take my leave.' He says coldly, getting up from the couch. His voice shaky, trying to hold back the tremble.

Jungkook surprisingly stays put, his eyes casted on the ground.

Something deep inside Yoongi tells him that Jungkook genuinely must feel bad.
But he doesn't want to believe it.

He's going out.

At least that was the plan, until someone fucking knocked on the door.

Yoongi's heart skips a beat and his eyes snap back to Jungkook.

Jimin has a key. It can't be him.

So, obviously, the first thing that comes to Yoongi's mind is the worst possible scenario.

Jungkook calling Namjoon over while Yoongi was showering.

There's no way he actually...?
He can't be that evil to call Namjoon, right?

And just like that, Yoongi is going through all the possible options.. which would have been much more easier if Jungkook didn't look as much taken aback as he is.

He turns to the door, and for a brief moment, and considers locking the door again. But that would be a dead giveaway.

So he turn back to Jungkook, mouthing a silent 'Who is it?' to the Alpha.

Jungkook blinks in surprise, his mind racing to catch up. He quickly shakes his head and gets up to his feet.

Yoongi keeps following his every step as he gets closer to the door. The anticipation is palpable, making the air thick and heavy with unspoken accusations.

When he sees Jungkook immediately go look through the peephole, he feels a flicker of hope. Making him believe the Alpha truly didn't know who came.

But then Jungkook stills. Turning around with wide eyes. Yoongi now truly expects the worst but-  'It's Taehyung.'

Chapter Text

Yoongi remains still for a moment, recalling who actually Taehyung is.

When the memories refreshed he gave Jungkook a panicked stare.

Taehyung may seem passive when it comes to doing the evil, but Yoongi doesn't trust him.

There's something in his eyes that just doesn't sit right.

'Hide in Jimin's room.' Jungkook whispered urgently, 'A key is- ' he groaned 'in my room...'

Yoongi would call Jungkook a dumbass, but he  isn't listening properly at this point.

'I'll find a place.' He mutters before running of. All he thinks about is getting somewhere safe.

After making sure Yoongi is nowhere in sight, Jungkook takes a deep breath and opens the door. Taehyung stands outside, his blank face getting changed up by his now raised eyebrow. 'Took you long enough.'

'Uhm.. What's up Hyung?' Jungkook tries to look natural. 'I didn't expect you to show up.'

'Is Jimin home already?' Taehyung asks, peering over Jungkook's shoulder.

'He's in school.'

Taehyung gives him back a hum. Staring back at him in expectation.

Jungkook is not the calmest about inviting Taehyung inside. He's fully aware that Taehyung is not one to be underestimated. If he finds out about Yoongi being here, it could lead to quite a.. big trouble.

But again, refusing would be even more suspicious.

So he steps aside and naturally indicates to Taehyung that he's free to come in.

'I was in a middle of something...' Jungkook starts, trying to explain his "weird behaviour". Maybe even the hesitation, when it came to inviting his friend inside.

They are walking to the living room, Taehyung scrolling after Jungkook, when..

'Where's the omega?' Taehyung suddenly asks, and Jungkook has to stop and turn around to make sure he heard clearly.

He couldn't have..?

Jungkook is about to look into every possible direction in a search for any hint of Yoongi, before he stops himself and decides to ask instead.

'... what?'

'You said you were in a middle of something.. so where's the something?'

Taehyung's voice is smooth, with a hint of mischief. 'I can smell it clearly here, you know?' He quirks a smile.

And Jungkook knows what Taehyung means. His scent is still fresh in the air from the encounter with Yoongi.

Taehyung thinks he had someone over. He doesn't know about Yoongi. Okay.

But now he has to make up a lie. Something natural, something-

'I was... uhm, watching porn.' Jungkook blurts out.

Oh wow...

Taehyung's smile flattens and then widens into a grin. 'Oh really?' He steps closer, too close, invading Jungkook's personal space. 'What kind?'

And Jungkook shouldn't  be taken aback by the question, because he's talking to Taehyung, and Taehyung is very... unique, but he is.

He clears his throat, trying to recover from his lie. 'Just, uh...' He tries to think, but- 'Does it really matter?' Jungkook stammers, his cheeks flushing with slight embarrassment. He's never been good at lying, especially when it involves his own personal things.

Taehyung chuckles, his eyes gleaming with amusement. 'It does to me, but I guess not right now.' He saunters into the living room, taking a seat on the couch and stretching out, as if he owns the place. Jungkook's breathes out more deeply, calming down, knowing that Yoongi is hidden in the next room, hopefully silently and still.

'Are you going to wait until Jimin returns?'

'Uh-hum. The omega Namjoon hyung took had stabbed him and escaped, so I need to get his address.' Taehyung's voice is as smooth as velvet, his eyes fixed on Jungkook's face as he speaks, watching for any sign of the lie unraveling.

But Jungkook won't slip.

'Hyung got stabbed? Is he okay?' Jungkook feigns concern.

'Of course he's okay.' Taehyung answers sourly. As if Jungkook just insulted Namjoon. 'You think he'd get hurt by an omega?' He raises his brows, his tone dripping with arrogance.

Jungkook ignores the question.

'I doubt Jimin will know.'

The malice seems to disappear from Taehyung's face right after. Jungkook always found it.. interesting how easily can the other Alpha change moods.

'Doesn't hurt to ask.' Taehyung shrugs, leaning his head back.

But Jungkook tries to make Taehyung leave again. He can't let him wait here for hours here. 'Even if he knows... I doubt he will tell us.' He ends up saying.

Taehyung stills. 'What do you mean.' It doesn't even sound like a question, more like a statement. 'You think he'd rather protect the bitch then tell you? You're an Alpha, your Dad isn't here, so you have the head position. Of course he has to tell you everything.'

And everything Taehyung is saying now starts to sound weird to Jungkook. Before, he wouldn't have noticed. But since his little "brain-storming" happened, he started paying attention more. Even started to realise that what Taehyung is saying sounds a bit.. wrong.

Can't Jimin refuse? What if Jungkook hadn't waited that time and never took Yoongi here? Would he willingly listen to Taehyung and make Jimin reveal Yoongi's whereabouts? Jungkook would probably ignore Jimin's opinion on the matter too... Yoongi is not even really quilty, is he?

Oh how unfair that would be.

So Jungkook gets curious, and asks.

'What if he doesn't though?'

Taehyung's expression turns cold, his eyes darkening. 'Then we'll make him.'

And Jungkook can't help but wonder how far Taehyung would really go to get what he wants.

His his jaw stiffens. Just thinking about Jimin being even slightly harmed makes his blood boil.

'Don't try anything stupid, Tae.' Jungkook warns, his voice firm.

Taehyung breathes out lightly.

'Chill, Jimin will definitely co-operate.' Taehyung's voice is casual, not taking the conversation too seriously.

Jungkook grits his teeth, forcing himself to remain calm. He needs to get Taehyung out of here without arousing any more suspicion.

And that... didn't work.

At this point Jungkook doesn't know if Yoongi hadn't jumped out of the window.

He really tried to make Taehyung leave somehow, but the latter insisted on staying.

It's not that Jungkook doesn't enjoy his company... he and Taehyung are still great friends. The latter never did anything bad to him. They barely argue.. but he is starting to doubt the other.

Taehyung's coldness towards Yoongi is unnerving. The way he talked about him like he wasn't a person. And with Jimin too...Was Taehyung always like this? or did Jungkook notice just now?

But Jungkook's thoughts are interrupted by the sound of the door opening again, and he doesn't know if he's supposed to be happy as he sees Jimin walking in, his eyes wide when he sees Taehyung lounging on the couch.

Jungkook has to act quickly, because he knows what this situation looks like. Jimin was there when they "rescued" Yoongi. Now the omega is nowhere to be seen, and his co-kidnapper is sitting right in the fucking living room.

And Jungkook is so sure Jimin's next word are going to be along the lines of

"Where is Yoongi?" which will just completely blow their cover.

So he quickly mutters something out before Jimin even  has the opportunity to open his mouth.

'Jimin, go put your stuff in your room and then come talk to us.' Jungkook says, very casually,

At least he hopes.

Yoongi should be hiding there. If Jimin meets him, everything should go way more smoothly.

But Jimin doesn't move. He looks at Jungkook and then at Taehyung, his gaze flicking back and forth like he's trying to piece together a puzzle.

'Why is he here?' Jimin asks, the hint of betrayal in his voice making Jungkook stiffen.

Taehyung will get suspicious.

'Jimin,' Jungkook repeats, 'we'll talk, just go now.' His voice is firm, but he's silently praying that Jimin won't push the issue.

Jimin's eyes narrow, the hurt and confusion clear on his face. Without a word, Jimin turns and heads towards his room, his shoulders tense. Jungkook can almost hear the gears turning in his head as he tries to make sense of the scene.

Yoongi is hidden in the closet when he heard the sound of a door to Jimin's being opened.

He heard voices. New voices. There's a possibility Jimin returned.

He keeps still, listening intently to make out who is the one that just payed him a visit.

'What am I gonna do...' A fait voice whispers.

And that's definitely Jimin's voice!

Yoongi's heart skipped a beat as he realized it was indeed Jimin who had entered the room. The relief washed over him like a cool summer rain. He had been hiding for what felt like an eternity, his body contorted into an uncomfortable position in the tight space of the closet.

He pushed the closet's door, allowing more light to get in.

'Jimin?' He called out tentatively.

Silence.

He waited for a response, his breath shallow and his heart racing. The anticipation was unbearable.

Finally, Jimin's voice filled the room, sounding just as surprised as he felt.

'Yoongi? What are you doing here?'

Yoongi took a moment to gather his thoughts before stepping out.

'Hiding.' He replied, embarrassment and relief auditable in his tone.

Jimin's hand caught his shoulders, pulling him closer. 'I thought they took you!' Jimin's eyes searched his face, a mix of worry and anger.

Yoongi gently extracted himself from Jimin's grip. 'It's okay, but we need to be quiet.' He whispered urgently.

Jimin listened. Now whispering. 'What did Jungkook say?' Yoongi huffed. 'I wanted to ask the same question!' he said quite humored. 'Taehyung came by surprise, we didn't have a chance to talk.'

'Oh..' Jimin's expression softened, and he took a step back, his eyes dropping to the floor.

'I thought Jungkook betrayed me, well.. us, at first.' Jimin said, primarily to himself.

'I should probably go, they wanted to talk..' Jimin murmured, his eyes darting to the open door.

Yoongi grabbed his wrist. 'Be careful.'

'Don't worry.' Jimin replied before slipping out of the room.

As soon as Jimin arrived in the living room, his eyes met with Taehyung's. The latter was sitting comfortably on the couch, scrolling through his phone, as if he didn't just create an absolute mess for everyone.

'Let's get straight to the point. Where is your little omega friend?' Taehyung's voice was cold, his eyes narrowed as he studied Jimin.

'I don't know. You took him.' Jimin replied with a hint of defiance, his eyes were focused on the ground though. Submissive.

Taehyung chuckled, but it was a sound devoid of humor. 'You expect me to believe that?' He threw his phone onto the couch cushion and stood up. He was so close to Jimin now, his alpha scent was suffocating.

'Where does he live?' He asked pretty calmly now.

'I don't know.' Jimin replied again.

Taehyung's scent flared, and Jungkook noticed too. He growled at his friend.

'Taehyung, back off.'

'I'm only asking. Don't get too worked up.' Taehyung replied, but didn't move from his spot.

Jimin's pulse sped up, his heart thumping loudly in his chest. He could feel the alpha's power pushing against him, a constant reminder of his vulnerability.

'Jimin,' he could feel his stare.

'Where does he live?'

Alpha voice, and now Jimin had to answer truthfully. However, Jimin wasn't lying the first time. He actually doesn't know. Yoongi never told him his address. They never went to his house either. Yoongi always told him it was too dangerous.

'I don't know.'

And before Taehyung had any chance to react Jungkook pulled him back.

'I told you to back off. You're scaring him.' Jungkook said, now angered.

'I didn't hit him or anything.' Taehyung retorted, but his voice had an edge to it.

'You used your Alpha voice.' Jungkook hissed.

Taehyung laughed at him. 'What's up with you? you use it too.'

And Jungkook couldn't argue with that.

'Whatever, you asked, Jimin doesn't know. You can go now.' Jungkook said firmly, placing himself between Jimin and Taehyung.

'Wake up Jungkook.' He said and pulled Jungkook's arm off.

Taehyung's gaze lingered on Jimin for a moment before he shrugged and turned to leave. 'See you.'

As the door clicked shut behind him, the tension in the room dissipated like smoke. Jungkook let out a sigh, his shoulders dropping.

Chapter 14: Shouting at all of you

Summary:

Loyalty or justice

Chapter Text

'That was.. way faster then I expected.' Jungkook's voice echoed through the now quiet room, the sound of the door closing a definitive punctuation to Taehyung's hasty departure. His eyes darted from the now empty space to Jimin. The room suddenly felt quite calm, yet he could still feel the tension in the air.

'Thank you, hyung.' Jimin looked down as he muttered his words of gratitude.

Jungkook sighed, his shoulders dropping slightly. 'Right.' He walked over to Jimin, his eyes searching for any signs of distress. 'Taehyung... he..'

He paused, not quite sure how to put his feelings into words. 'He used his Alpha voice on you..'

It was a statement, but it came out as a question, as if he was seeking confirmation for something he already knew.

'Uhm, yes.' Jimin answered unsurely. 'Why do you care?'

The silence that followed was thick. Jimin didn't mean it in a bad way. He was just curious. Jungkook never really... cared. At least when it came to non-strangers.

'What do you mean, "Why do I care?" ' Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed in confusion, his gaze never leaving Jimin's face. 'He shouldn't have done that.'

Jimin just stared at Jungkook like he grew a third eye. 'It's not like he did it the first time...' he started, trying to explain the situation from his view. 'You do it too.' Jimin added, but then he quickly realised it sounded too "accusing" and tried to softer the sentence.  '.. sometimes.'

And Jungkook should've known better than to answer along the lines: 'But he's not your Alpha! And I didn't allow him!' but he didn't.

Jimin's eyes widened. He tried to play it off calmly. 'Sorry..' He said, but he was more surprised by Jungkook's sudden outburst.
Jungkook had never really cared, never really bothered to step in when it came to his friends. Jimin didn't understand why he suddenly changed his opinion.

Jungkook realized he had overreacted and took a step back, his hand running through his hair nervously. 'Don't apologise.' He took a deep breath. 'It's just that the omega, uh, Yoongi, said that, well, omegas don't like it. Or something like that..' His voice trailed off as he tried to recall the conversation he had with Yoongi. His words sounded unsure. Like he himself wasn't aware of what he was saying.

Jimin never expected Jungkook to talk to him about that. Of course Jimin doesn't like it.

Who would.

But Jungkook has always told him that "that's just how things are". So why is he.?

'Would you like it if somebody forced you to do something?' Jimin asked softly, his voice quivering a little.

A sharp 'No.' was heard. But right after, a clear 'But I am an Alpha.' followed.

Jungkook said his answer confidently, his voice firm. 'It's different for us.'

Right.

They're..... different.
Apparently.

Jimin didn't dare disagree. So he tried a different answer. 'Okay, then let me just say that yes, we don't like it.' Jimin stated calmly. He kept his gaze on the floor. His body unmoving. Jungkook's reaction was going to be fatal. His reaction will determine which way will the whole conversation go. If  the conversation will even happen.

'But... isn't it natural?' Jungkook's voice was quieter now, less defensive. He leaned against the wall, his arms crossed over his chest as he studied Jimin's reaction.

Jimin remained quiet. He doesn't know. They have never learned about this stuff. He just simply answered Jungkook's question, he doesn't know anything about what's natural and what's not.

'I don't know.' He says. It's a bad answer. It's not going to be beneficial for him, but he just can't lie. 'I mean, if I was... like crazy scared, or if I was about to fall of a cliff, or be ran over by a car and you used your Alpha voice on me to, uh ... save me? I wouldn't complain, but using it in a way.... let's say like Taehyung did today... that's.... yeah.' Jimin sighs.

'You never told me before.' Jungkook's voice was low, contemplative.

'You never asked.' Jimin shrugged, still staring at the floor. He felt like a bug under a microscope, pinned down by Jungkook's scrutiny. His answer felt like too much. He didn't want to start a fight. 'It's not like my opinion would change something... even if I told you.'

Jungkook just stared back at him. He knew Jimin was right. But his alpha instincts were a part of him, just like the hierarchy and "traditions" he learned from family and friends. It all ingrained in his very being.
Changing his perspective overnight was hard.
He sighed, a heavy weight settling in his chest. 'I need to think,' he said finally, his voice gruff. Without waiting for a reply, he turned and left the room, the door clicking shut behind him.

The room was quiet, the only sound the soft hum of the distant air conditioner. Jungkook felt lost, his thoughts a whirlwind. His hand tightened into a fist, the frustration palpable in his movements. He knew he needed to talk to someone, to understand this better. And there was only one person who came to mind: Yoongi.
But did he really want to talk to that omega?
He felt that if he did this, the opinion he would get on the matter would be too one sided. Yoongi... doesn't like him very much.

But who else can he talk to?

He lied down on his bed. Staring blankly at the ceiling. His brain felt too empty and too full at the same time.

Yoongi said books were wrong. He could've lied, but still... Jungkook's brain now won't settle down by reading a book about omegas, "written by an Alpha" his brain supplies.

So what now? He doesn't have any omega friends he could ask.

Maybe the internet could help? Many people tend to share their worries there.

...

Jungkook pulled out his phone, his fingers  circling around the icons. He opened his web browser.

His fingers were hesitant, typing each letter out very slowly. It felt weird looking this up.

【Alpha voice】

Enter.

「 Testing how young omega's age influences their reaction to Alpha voices! 」

「Tips how to make your Alpha voice stronger. Make every omega submit!」

「 Alpha voice: How to use it.」

「10 reasons why is the usage of Alpha voice necessary in every relationship! 」

「 Forcing my Alpha voice on an untouched teenage virg-」

Jungkook stopped reading. His eyes scanning over the domain of the last link. Porn.

Why does this come up? What if a kid looked it up?

But first of all, w hy are all the search results so fucking weird?

He gulps. Zooming out.

Was it always like this?
It's not like he bothered to google "Alpha voice" on daily basis, but.... doesn't anybody find this weird?

He took a breath to calm down and cleared the search bar. He typed again. This time, more carefully.

【Alpha voice disadvantages on omegas】
Did you mean "Alpha voice advantages on omegas?"

Jungkook frowned.
Suddenly no big articles from famous companies showed up, no long YouTube videos.
Now every other search had the word "disadvantages" missing.
Jungkook kept scrolling and scrolling, just trying to find something.

「 omeTalk: My current boyfriend has taken liking to using his Alp...」

The words didn't finish. But that didn't matter, Jungkook's finger was already clicking on the site to reveal the context.

〈Relationship advice〉
『My current boyfriend has taken liking to using his Alpha voice on me a lot. I'm honestly quite desperate, that's why I reached out. When we started dating everything was all right... but the more time we spent together the more I realize how scary he gets. I tried to talk to him about it... he just made me submit again. He keeps saying this is normal. Do you think this is right?』

• Get away asap!! You're not even married and he does that, I'll get way worse.
•Most Alphas are like this... if he doesn't beat you, stay. I doubt you'll find a better one.
•All Alpha's say it's normal, they brainwash their little brains when they are just pups. Don't believe him, just disappear, find a new bf. I got married to a Beta... my parents were disappointed, but I live happily.
•If you listen to the Alphas more, act sweet and vulnerable, they tend to be less aggressive....
•I have the same problem, my bf is convinced the Alpha voice helps and that I'm a liar...

Reading through those little texts made Jungkook feel like he was in a different world.
Some of the things written felt a little absurd. He's not brainwashed, and not all Alphas are like...that.

Whatever, he decided he'll try not to use his Alpha voice on Yoongi, since he's not an exception when it comes to disliking it. As he just learned.

Maybe he just doesn't want to put much thought to it.

It's better that way.

Jungkook fell asleep.
One second he was on the phone, learning about omega's opinions on Alpha voices, the next second morning sun is tickling his face. 7AM. It's early. It's quiet.

Jungkook has a very good idea about what he's about to do.

He doesn't waste much time.

knock. knock.

silence.

'Jungkook?'

'Can I come in, hyung?' Jungkook's voice was quiet, almost a murmur.

'What brings you here?' Namjoon questioned, opening the door to reveal Jungkook's tentative stance.

Namjoon let the younger in.

Jungkook shifted his weight from one foot to the other, his eyes darting around the hallway before settling on a spot just behind Namjoon's shoulder.
'I wanted to ask how the search is going...'

Namjoon laughed at his question. 'Why? Do you want a turn?' He stepped aside to allow Jungkook into the living room. 'Taehyung said you weren't very cooperative the last time.' He added, his voice gaining a more serious tone.

'Taehyung's idea of cooperation is... different from mine.' Jungkook replied with a faint smile, trying to play it off. 'And I was simply just curious. I mean... it's been a while, don't you think it will be better to just let it go?' He tried to reason.

'Let it go? I'll have that bitch here begging to be spared.' Namjoon's eyes narrowed, the room suddenly charged with a fiery determination. Jungkook took a step back, surprised by the intensity in his hyung's voice.

Oh.

'Feel free to invite some friends when I catch him. I'll let everyone have a turn.' Namjoon's voice was laced with a dark humor that didn't quite reach his eyes. Jungkook swallowed hard, understanding the gravity of the situation more than he cared to admit. He had known that Namjoon was serious about finding Yoongi, but he had never seen this side of him before. It was a bit unnerving.

Made him realise that his hyung was in fact wrong. Just hearing about it, Jungkook knew he couldn't let this happen. It sounded too evil, too cruel.

'What happened to you Namjoon?' Jungkook asked, his brows furrowing a little.

'What do you mean?' Namjoon's eyes snapped to Jungkook's, and Jungkook wondered, for a moment, if he pushed too far.

But so what. Jungkook decided he had to say something. He couldn't just stand there and watch his hyung turn into someone he didn't recognize. Did he even know him in the first place?

'The things you're saying.. why would you want to do that? I get that you got hurt, but that's an omega you're talking about...' Jungkook trailed off, his voice filled with a mix of confusion and concern. It was as if a mask had slipped, revealing a harsh reality that was difficult to reconcile with the leader he had always looked up to. There had to be an explanation, a reason.
Please.

'Are you suddenly evocating for omega rights Jungkook?' Namjoon replied, and before Jungkook could answer, he carried on.  'It's an omega, one that doesn't know it's place. What's an omega like that good for?' His voice was cold, the question rhetorical, but Jungkook felt the need to respond.

He tried, but no words came out. He was in a little shock from what he had just heard.

'Would you let an omega stab you and let it go Jungkook?' Namjoon's tone was persuasive. As if trying to justify his actions to Jungkook. Explaining it like it was normal, and Jungkook was the weird one.

Was this how Yoongi felt?

'I wouldn't assault them for it.' Jungkook finally managed to speak. He wouldn't. And even if he had to persue... harsher methods, Yoongi wouldn't be the case. He's not feral, he's not evil... maybe he's just a little disrespectful and rude, but mostly, he's scared.

Namjoon studied Jungkook for a moment, the silence in the room thick with unspoken words. Then, he let out a short laugh, his expression one of disbelief. 'You're too soft, Jungkook.' He paused, his gaze intense. 'But let me tell you something. If you're going to challenge me on this, then maybe it's time you started thinking about who you're loyal to.'

'Okay..' Jungkook took a deep breath, his heart racing. 'I don't want to fight.' He hoped that his calm demeanor would help to diffuse the tension that was rapidly building between them. 'But I don't want to be involved either.' He met Namjoon's gaze steadily, trying to convey the seriousness of his words without challenging him directly.

Namjoon's eyes searched Jungkook's, looking for something, perhaps a hint of doubt or weakness. 'Do as you wish.' He finally said, his voice softer but the threat unmistakable. Jungkook felt a weight lift off his shoulders, but the conversation left a sour taste in his mouth.
