“Say it again,” Rufus managed, voice low and husky with desire.
Tseng pressed him up against the window that faced all of Midgar below them and curled his fingers around him inside his pants, squeezing gently and tugging.
“ Mister President ,” Tseng repeated, his voice just as husky.
Rufus’s cock twitched and he pressed his fingers against the glass.
“That’s right,” he gasped out, shivering as Tseng started to stroke him slow, deliberate, and with just enough pressure. It was perfect.
His breath was hot against the window and he was…was he panting?
“You’re going to come already?” Tseng chuckled in his ear. “ Mister President ?”
He spasmed in Tseng’s hand and tried to cut off a strangled noise.
“It’s an exciting day,” Rufus said when he caught his breath.
“Evidently, sir.”
