Chapter Text

Kim Seungmin , omega, age 23 , youngest in his family more like dead family . He lost his family in a tragic accident since then his life is hell !! He was only 15 when he got that tragic call . Actually he tried hard ... very hard to live on nd be happy but he can't !! All his desparate attempts of living a happy life crumbled in front of him every single time. He is a college student in the day nd a hacker at night. Hacking was the only source of income for him that he thankfully learned from his late father. He had always been interested in computer science. He hacked all kind of systems on clients request so that he could mooch off some money. It's not like he is greedy but his life is already miserable so why not live in rich misery !! He goes by undercover name "sky" .
And sky is completely diff entity than seungmin !! Seungmin in college is an introvert talks less minds his own buisness kind of fella but sky that brat like to provoke PPL nd he takes great pride when he is assigned tough hacking tasks. It's not like he have anything to lose. He is living because he is too scared to take his own life nd also because of a certain promise he made to certain someone.So he is just trying to live on his not so happy but averagely rich life as a student nd he know he is not happy but it's peaceful this way !! All his nightmares that he used to get are gone thanks to the therapy sessions that Yuna suggested him.

Morning: ( rise nd shine) 🌄

His college starts at 9 nd currently it's 8 30 am right now. He groans as he missed his alarm again. Now he can do only one thing either take shower or make himself nice breakfast. Nd ofcourse our grumpy brat chooses to take a nice shower as he needs to get rid of all the fatigue he got from hacking work last night. He gets out of shower nd gets dressed up in causal wear ( oversized shirt nd pants ). He looks depressed with big those big dark circles around his eyes so he decides to put on his big glasses that give him away as a nerd. But he don't want yuna to fuss over him. He skipping his breakfast makes his way out of his apartment. His apartment is in a very secured place as he mess around hacking into influential people life nd personal details . The least he need is protection not for himself but for his work that contain private nd confidential information of many influential names out there. He is dedicated to his work, only thing that keeps him going. The rush he gets from doing dangerous work is like fuel for him to live.
He know he is weird for this but he don't mind this at all. He arrived college at complete 9 am. Quietly went to sit beside Yuna, who only looked at him with nothing but of concern in her eyes !! His dark circles r more prominent than he thought. He really needed too sleep he thought to himself !! Yuna an omega of age 21 ( seungmo here had some gap years ) his only friend u can say she cared about him dearly. Maybe because he helped her get rid of her creepy stalker nd yes this way she got to know what he do for living. She didn't mind it.
Yuna : Minnie u look like a ghost.
Seungmin: I know now shut up!
Yuna snickered she loved to tease her omega bestie. Soon the class started nd time passed. Half of the day was over Yuna nd Seungmin were walking canteen area to hv there lunch. More like brunch for seungmin. They got their food and were expecting to eat in peace but fate was not on their side today,as Yuna got a whiff of familiar scent ,sour nd Bitter, there was a fight going on in the canteen. Seungmin picked his food nd took Yuna by her arm to leave from canteen but Yuna' s noisy ass didn't want to leave. Seungmin fussed her to leave , told her he just wanted to have his first sandwich of the day in peace !! Yuna pouted at that but agreed, hand in hand she left with seungmin. Both omegas left canteen without noticing pair of eyes on them.

Seungmin nd yuna were done with classes nd decided to hang out in near by cafe. They entered nd got to their usual spots. Yuna was curious to what seungmin was doing now a days. So she bothered him whole way to tell her. He trusted Yuna also who could touch the daughter of CEO of one of biggest companies in the country. Although her family never treated her dearly nd were always expecting her to get things done for them like right now they were pestering her to meet the CEO of itzy company ( this sound so cliché I am sorry 😔) but Yuna avoided it as much as she can nd her reasons for avoiding them were pretty much valid.For once she knew they were not public PPL nd engaged in suspicious activities. She didn't even know how they looked so yes she was skeptical. Yuna was thankful that her family at least gave her privacy nd kept her being daughter of CEO as a secret. So in college she was a regular beautiful omega girl with her regular pretty omega bestie. That's what they both wanted to complete their degree in peace , although both had diff reasons for it. She asked Seungmin" Minnie u have to look into them for me,my family keeps asking me when am I going to meet them! Next time they will just send the limbo to get me nd meet them." She whined. Seungmin looked at her with pity in her eyes, she have to keep up with many things just because she was born rich, he sighed nd said" okay I will get to it but u hv to give me 2 days"
With that they sat there chattering about their day. Yuna couldn't help but remember the not so familiar scent she caught in the canteen,yes she was sensitive to scents so was seungmin but he didn't bother as much as she did. She asked Seungmin" hey why do think people were fighting in the canteen today ?" To which seungmin shrugged nd replied " don't they daily fight about something". They sat there doing their assignments, as it is much easier to finish assignments together. Seungmin looked up at time it was already past 7 nd he had to get home now. He bid Yuna good bye nd took bus to home, Yuna insisted on giving him a ride but he denied. Seungmin opened the door to his apartment nd got ready to take shower. His mobile tingled as he got a notification. It was another hacking bid.

HACK INTO SKZ SOFTWARE ND GET US DETAILS OF THEIR NEW MISSION.

He stared at that mssg for a second nd then smirked to himself , he finally got something adventurous to do. He didn't know much about SKZ but they were literally the biggest mafia groups out there nd ATEEZ asking for details gave him a idea that this is going to be interesting. Adrenaline rushed in him nd he replied to them from sky' s account : MISSION ACCEPTED.
Ofcourse he was going to charge them big sum of money for it nd maybe he will need even more security after this, skz are infamous for killing their enemies in most brutal ways ,but for seungmin nd sky , they ain't scared of anything. But he had his priorities clear so he finished his shower came back to work on itzy. He needed to make sure his only frnd is going to be alright when she meets this pack yes he searched nd got to know they r surely a pack of four 2 alphas nd 2 omegas their names nd ages with it. The details were all too clean about except the thing that they organised a lot of parties to build their relations with other influential PPL. Pack was very protective of each other. He saw their personal details nothing special except that they were all older than yuna. He made a detailed report on their personals nd buisness relationships nd saved it on his laptop. He will just show this to her tomorrow.
He started trying to hack into skz' s software but to say less it was much more difficult for him as compared to itzy. It was already 2 am nd he was starting to doze off. He closed his set up nd went to sleep.

Next day he entered the class early, Yuna was also going to be there nd they were going to bunk the class as Yuna' s family took great care of where Yuna went ( basically stalked her 😭). They sneaked passed the college doors slipped into yuna's Porsche nd drove off. Yuna nd Seungmin hv been frnds for 3 yrs now. They started college together so they had many " our places" where they could be safe nd talk about all the stuff they wanted to talk about. Seungmin was not as rich as Yuna but he was rich so yes he could afford privacy in these places. Seungmin passed his laptop to Yuna nd told her " you know there nothing skeptical about them it's too clean like it's been deleted nd rearranged" Yuna nodded nd asked him what should she do !? He told her " well u can't say no to ur family so why not meet them I will stay around u nd if something goes wrong I will help u right away." Yuna felt emotional listening to her frnd say such things. Yuna nd Seungmin were sure itzy may not be dangerous but they were definitely connected to the murders happening in the city ! Three influential people got killed in span of 2 weeks nd point of similarity being the skz sign on it. Seungmin was skeptical if itzy had anything to with skz as he picked some precise hints for example the particular blonde omega in pictures with itzy nd his uncanny resemblance with the information that he was given by ATEEZ .

They went to beach afterwards to get some fresh air as this drama of itzy being potentially connected with skz gave both them stress. Yuna cause she had handle this shit someday as her parents were so adamant of it nd Seungmin being worried for his frnd nd also he was working on skz. Yuna walked side by side with seungmin suddenly huffed nd screamed " I can't take all this stress" looked at seungmin with determination in her eyes to which seungmin flinched before he could open his mouth to say no but Yuna had already dragged him to go shopping nd told him nd they will go clubbing afterwards. Seungmin wanted to deny but Yuna was not listening to him. Seungmin groaned in annoyance nd told her" yahh we r both lightweight, who is gonna help our asses there?" To which she replied" I could ask for some bodyguards" Seungmin made a annoyed face nd said "it will kill all the fun let's not go clubbing but let's go to my house we can safely get drunk there " Yuna whined nd said" let loose for one day seungmin, think of it as our last day as free birds. You will also have to go hiding with all ur skz mission thing nd for me I would hv to act like a perfect little girl for my parents so let loose " Seungmin just shrugged as what she said was not a complete lie.

IN ATEEZ HEADQUARTERS ( BASICALLY A BASEMENT) :

Hongjoong was going around in circles with worry nd his anxiety spiking up. He still haven't heard from Sky. He knew he had time but he couldn't help but worry, all he had on his mind was revenge. He wanted to give back Christopher the same pain nd humiliation he felt that day. He wanted Christopher to lose hope nd feel his world crumbling the same way he felt that day. Christopher was a fucking psychopath nd always did what he felt like doing. Stray kid's pack alpha was strong nd intelligent with his guidance nd under his leadership skz grew rapidly in this industry taking over every big nd small buisnesses. Skz were a pack of 7 mates. All of them being specialised in either being hitmen,assassin,seducer,hacker,dealers nd more importantly their impeccable bonding nd the way they understood each other with just one look, helped them solidify their grounds in mafia world. Their pack consist of dominant alphas nd omegas,that makes their scent irresistible nd easy to submit to. No doubt their omegas lured their prey slowly to their deathbed. That's how they killed 3 influential politicians but no one bats an eye for those creeps, they assualted nd raped young betas nd omegas, taking advantages of their vulnerability.Soon they were found dead in same manner with their privates slick Cut detached. As if somone was adamant to cut the whole thing neatly in just one slash. They succeeded though.Hongjoong was not afraid of this, for his own pack he could take thousands of such slashes. Hongjoong was waiting for the perfect moment to strike skz empire so he could shake them so badly that they will think twice before laying their own hands on what's his. He was angry, angry on them for making his mates injured nd the deals he lose that day. It was hongjoong's time to strike back nd as u may hv heard :

That's where sky came in picture, not only was he the best hacker in this industry but he was secretive too. He was mysterious but also trustworthy to his clients. He hacked into several bigshot's software nd got their files destroyed or leaked when compensated with adequate amount of money nd also his spy software was the best in the industry. Many businessmen tried to catch up to him to buy his program but hongjoong is not sure they got a hold of him. Whenever hongjoong tried to look into him he was left looking in a void it was as if sky wasn't a real entity,he didn't exist in this world. Sky hid himself so well under all the covers. He was looking forward to what was going unfold infront of him.

Yuna nd Seungmin drove to their usual boutique, it was Yuna's idea to get their vip card. Staff asked to make themselves comfortable. Yuna started walking across the outfits in display area looking at each of them carefully . Seungmin knew he was gonna be dreadfully tired by the time his bestfriend chose a outfit she thought was worth seungmin. They didn't go clubbing daily so Yuna believed she had to make it up for it. As Yuna's only friend who was not scared of her parents he just felt pity at the girl nd did whatever she wanted at the moment. They might really don't get time to catch up to each other anytime soon. As they will be busy with their own problems. Seungmin's problem were more self made than imposed on him.

Meanwhile Yuna went through various outfits checking them on seungmin nd tossing them repeating the process nd stopped when she found the outfit of the night for him. She tossed the crop top nd pants on his lap nd said excitedly "what r u waiting for princess,go get changed !" Seungmin looked at her with puppy eyes but Yuna just ignored him nd pushed him to the changing room. He got dressed came out nd heard Yuna gasp "seungie u should wear more of these kinda dresses , abandon ur oversized shirts ." Seungmin shrugged off nd went to the staff waiting to apply his makeup. Suble nd simple much to Yuna's dislike . Seungmin stood up to have a look at his fit for the first time nd he felt exposed. He knew crop top was short but didnt expect his whole waist to be on full display. He felt his cheeks heat up nd they heated even more when he saw his pants. His pants had triangular cuts on his waist nd hip sides. His slender figure was on full display nd he could literally feel his curves that r usually hidden under his oversized shirts. But maybe he felt a little confident and didn't complain to Yuna . Soon they were ready to leave.

They entered the club they were given masks, yeah they chose a place where they were going be exposed to less people. They might be drunk nd wasted but they were not fools . Seungmin have never been a big fan of clubbing, like the moment he entered the dance floor he felt overstimulated so he excused himself to sit by the bar, he knew it better not to drink more than his capacity. He saw Yuna swinging her hips nd arms in air enjoying nd dancing. He felt a sense of relief as he could see her from where he was seated. He asked for shots of vodka till the Yuna came to him he had already had like 3 of them. Yuna took it from his hands nd gulped in one go. Seungmin asked her " exhausted or do you still have energy to dance ur ass off " to which Yuna grinned nd said "night is still young seungie let's go " she dragged him by his wrist to the dance floor. They danced for an hour ,exhausted they came back to their places nd sat in silence. Yuna excused herself to the restroom. Seungmin was alone now, he could feel something on his neck as he turned around, he was face to face with none other than Hwang yeji nd a man who looked eerily familiar to yeji herself, the ferret looking men was looking at him so sharply nd darkly that he could fold.His eyes travelling from Seungmin's eyes to neck to waist, Seungmin shivered slightly under the alpha's gaze. Collecting himself nonchalantly nd he once again turned to bartender asking for two non alcoholic cocktails.As there was no way they would recognise him or Yuna under these masks but he made sure to check that the club had nothing to do with itzy so what's their pack alpha doing here that too roaming around without mask.  From the side of his eye he saw both alphas settling on the right opposite side to his own seat. He thought fuck we r cooked. Soon he saw Yuna making her way out the crowd.. girl was completely wasted, he knew it was a bad idea. Yuna settled across him blissfully ignorant to the eyes staring at her. She whined to seungmin about having a headache nd how she wants to bang her head against the wall nd then she threw her head on Seungmin's shoulder. It was clear that Yuna was in no shape to move by her own so to avoid unnecessary eyes nd to stop giving scent of a nervous omega from himself he scooped Yuna up nd steadied her nd told her to move, to which she pouted but obliged. Seungmin was thankful that he was not that drunk he took the vip card nd went upstairs to private rooms where u can rest nd have a full view of club. Yuna soon collapsed on the sofa nd Seungmin locked the door nd ran to Yuna to make her understand the urgency of this situation. They need to leave but Yuna is completely out of it.

Seungmin went outside for fresh air leaving spare card with yuna nd one he had himself, locking the door behind him . He was standing on the edge looking at the crowd from first floor. Guess he was also under the effect of alcohol as he couldn't feel when someone slipped behind him nd whispered in his ears sending shivers down his spine " are u lost little omega ? "
To which seungmin flinched nd moved away nd saw the ferret looking man smirking at him. He was handsome nd hot  with his messy hair nd leather outfit that really complimented his insanely hot body nd his scent so delicious it made  seungmin's mouth water. Seungmin gulped to himself it must be effect of alcohol in his system, his scent spiked as the man inched closer nd closer to him. Just as Seungmin was about to fall he took him by his waist nd pulled him closer, alpha's  scent screaming to dominate. Seungmin yelped but the man steadied him, slipping a slip in his pocket, ruffling his hair, the ferret looking men just left like that. Seungmin could feel blood rushing to his cheeks, he just embrassed himself infront of a weirdo with messy hair. His rosey scent spiking as he left embrassed. Somehow he dragged Yuna out of the car nd took her up to his apartment . His apartment had spare rooms he tossed Yuna in one of the rooms covered her with blankets. Left to take shower, he couldnt help but think about the stranger.

Chapter Text

Hyunjin lost a bet against Changbin and now he had to do his part of work. Hyunjin was even more annoyed at the fact that the work he had to do required him to cope with his not so identical twin Hwang yeji. He was there to pass the password nd stuff to her and then it's yeji's head ache to deal with it. Even if they grew up separately, Hyunjin never left any chance to annoy his sister(so did she ) like right now where he is following his sister with menace in his eyes, thinking he will definitely get a joke of lifetime as his sister is moving solely on her instincts. His oh so perfect sister is fumbling nd anxious.
Yeji stops and looks at distance staring at two people on the dance floor. He asks her" hey do u think I came here to dance we have work to do, Hwang yeji let's go." Yeji was so in daze that she couldn't even hear him. She finally found the missing piece of her pack,she knew her brain was not playing with her. It was a special moment for her she can't have her stupid twin brother ruining it for her. But as she took one step ahead she saw her future mate hugging the fluffy boy in front of her. Something twisted in yeji,her scent soured catching hyunjin's eyes as he saw in the direction where yeji was glaring. Hyunjin saw fluffy hair bouncing up nd down. It was cute he thought. He saw the face of fluffy thing his heart melted at the sight of puppy like boy. The outfit hugging his body made him look insanely hot with that innocent face, hyunjin thought to himself how is it so contrasting but so perfect. He noticed yeji's souring scent again and said " stop the cute puppy boy is mine " immediately being territorial of the boy that he just saw.Yeji looked at him confused as if he was spitting nonsense right now. Hyunjin repeated firmly pointing at puppy boy " that fluffy boy is mine " Yeji looked at him and made an annoyed face well to her dismay, her soon to be mate was dancing with someone who was not her or her pack members. She can't help but feel jealous.
The Fluffy boy huffed nd groaned tired to which her mate pouted,she looked adorable. Soon the omegas went back to their seats by the bar, their walks gave away who was clearly more drunk. She saw her omega stand up nd whisper something to the boy sitting, to which he nodded. Now that her mate was out of her sight she took the whole scenario in, trying to analyse what their relation could be,she walked forward glaring at the boy's back forgetting the important task she was here to do. Well hyunjin was quite and not complaining and whining for once,so she continued. She saw the boy settled in his seat turn around, her scent must have given her away or may be her twin's scent that had peculiar excitement to it. Hyunjin liked pretty things ever since he was a kid, he was an artist so he liked to draw nd keep those things constantly in him front. His obsessive nature nd urge to be perfectionist is what got him swept Up with Christopher. They knew Christopher since they were kids, when seventeen year old Chan had to take the seat that his parents left behind for him. That's when he turned into Christopher, and hyunjin fell in love with him. Soon they had a pack, she didn't quite understand the pack dynamics but she sure knew that these psychos were obsessed freaks, that's how they got their empire so high up. Yeji looked at the fluffy boy, he looked harmless. She watched as her twin shamelessly gobbled that boy with his eyes, now she felt pity for him.
If it wasn't for the scent blockers that seungmin was wearing he would given away his nervous scent. Blockers didn't provide a 100 % coverage but they still helped.

Hyunjin stared at the boy, taking in the gorgeous view infront of him . He was curious how his puppy smelled. He noticed he was wearing scent blockers,those r not good for his body he thought. He made mental check that he needs to educate his litle omega about these. Giving one last look he went back to take seats with yeji as they still have work left. He took the place from where he could have a clear look of the boy. He was there to work but he was distracted by a pretty little thing not like he mind it. More like he wanted that little omega in his laps but work calls. His fellow omega came back clearly drunk and sat down against his puppy, oh hyunjin didn't like that. Yeji grumbled when Hyunjin's Scent spiked annoyance he looked at her and said " if u got so many problems why don't u deal with that little omega of yours look at her clinging someone else's mate." Yeji replied " Who's your mate do u really think that omega is unmarked ?" She liked how annoyed hyunjin was after this. They saw omega boy scoop up the girl to which she pouted and said " seungie don't tell me we are going back, it's not even past 2am yet" Hyunjin smiled as he got his first hint on the boy. But "seungie" was clearly in a hurry for some reason he asked his friend to walk properly and took a vip access card. They disappeared in front of them, hyunjin hated the fact he had make sure the dealings went well So he looked at yeji and said " so are we clear or do I need to speak more? " he was restless. Yeji annoyingly nodded nd left hyunjin alone. Hyunjin was free after 30 mins going around looking for certain someone. He saw the petite brunette standing at the edge looking at the crowd, he smirked to himself. He went behind him, whispered close to his ears " are u lost little omega? " He loved how the said omega's scent spiked at that and his ear turned red . He flinched and moved back, Hyunjin had to suppress his urge to put his hands on that slender soft waist of his omega and pull him closer so that he can sink his nose in his scent glands. Also he knew puppy smelled delicious by the faint scent he was giving. Even his scent blockers couldn't help him, hyunjin took slow steps forward to which the omega took steps backward. If someone witnessed it they would think of it as a predator - prey scenario wher hyunjin was clearly the predator. The fluffy boy stumbled so hyunjin pulled him in his arms by his waist,without realising his wolf released strong scenting pheromones as he had his omega in his arms. Omega boy clearly panicked his scent spiking nd pheromones releasing. If hyunjin could he would have loved to tease him even more but he had a meeting with his pack nd he couldn't be late for that, he slipped his business card in omega's Pocket and ruffled his soft hair and left.
Leaving a shook omega behind.

IN SKZ PENTHOUSE:

Everyone settled comfortably in the living room. Han dozing off on Minho's lap as Minho scrolled through his mobile , Felix laying on the couch playing with I.N' s hair. Chan and Changbin bickering about the curtains. Well they had different taste in decor. Hyunjin entered the room with a wide smile on his face. The pack noticed he had a hint of some peculiar different scent not a bad one though it was soft and made their mouth water. If it was some other day hyunjin would have been punished for it but today no one said anything as if they wanted hyunjin to explain what is this sweet scent. To which hyunjin smirked to himself and said " I knew it at first glance that he gotta be our mate look how yall r not angry nd grumbling but looking at me with hunger in your eyes when I am covered in foreign scent." Felix couldn't take it anymore he walked toward the alpha, nose close to his collar bone "he smells like roses nd peach. Another omega oh my god " he squealed, clapping his hands. Curious Han rose from minho's lap landing straight on Hyunjin's " he smells so delicious did you get a taste ?" Hyunjin laughed and remembered how scared the pup looked when he got close to him. " Well he was drunk and nervous so I didnt want to startle the puppy." The pack broke into laughter. Jeongin asked "please tell me that you took his number " to hyunjin just shrugged. "Hwang hyunjin did u just leave our omega alone without any protection?" jeongin grumbled to which number of coos were heard in the room." Our baby alpha is getting possessive and protective I see , you haven't even met him Innie just think of the control he will have on you once we get him to live with us " Hyunjin teased. "Innie we can always track people down okay and also he can't run away " Minho replied with a sadistic smile. "But hyung hyunnie just let our omega go just like that, we discussed that we will bring him in as soon as we find him that was the deal" he said looking btw Minho and Chan. Chan asked hyunjin " where did u find him love ?" Hyunjin replied " at the club hyung he was partying with an omega,also he was wearing scent blockers !" "Those are not safe for omegas" Minho grumbled and others nodded. Changbin huffed in annoyance he should have gone by himself instead of hyunjin, hyunjin smirked at him teasingly. Changbin asked him " he was partying with omega? What omega ? Were they close ?" Something twisted in Changbin's gut when he thought of his omega dancing with others nd their hands on him. He is sure the pack feels the same. Hyunjin was not sure how to reply to this " well they were kinda close and omega girl was clinging to him and also he had been protective of the girl. I don't know!!?!?" Minho asked " did u get his name atleast ?" Hyunjin said " yeah it's seungie and seungie looks like a puppy with his fluffy hair bouncing but I couldn't see his face completely because of the damned mask " Now with the urge to see "seungie" their scents spiked again. "Whose freaking idea was it to introduce masks in the club " Felix said annoyingly and now Changbin feel attacked he defended himself " well if it wasn't for the mask and privacy he would have never come to our club" expecting the pack to be thankful to him. With only one meeting pack was dying to meet the fluffy puppy boy. Chan asked jeongin to bring his laptop. Jeongin didnt think twice and ran out of the living room and came back with chan' s laptop. " So let's find our lost omega guys " the pack alpha said determined.

Chapter Text

Seungmin woke up to note left by Yuna saying she will be leaving as her family called her and won't come to college today. To be honest with what happened yesterday and the hangover, Seungmin decided to skip college too. One less day of college won't hurt him. Besides he had a complicated system to hack in. Seungmin made himself coffee and went to his high tech room he had behind his big mirror. Entering the password he stepped infront of his set up, expensive monitors constantly coding and decoding and analysing and nullifying the attempts made on by people out there to hack into his system. He sighed and took his seat. People were constantly trying to look into Sky ,with different objectives. Some wanted to him to join them, Sky prefer solo over a team,some wanted to kill him,not that he is scared of it, it's just the promise he made to survive till the end ,if it wasn't for those words seungmin would have been long gone.

Seungmin had three days left until his deadline to submit the report on arrival of goods much like drugs and black money. The scale of drugs being transported was baffling to him. Are skz fearless or just dumb?! If he outs them right now they will be in news and their good looks will go down the drains. But seungmin don't have any personal problem with them,also he don't want that, it would be like a death sentence to yourself. Skz maybe mafias and operate gangs but they have their own rules. They also firmly believed in doing charity works for orphans and people in need,Sky thought it might be a lie to cover themselves but right now going through their files it says otherwise. Skz high tech software was Seungmin's biggest challenge here. It was difficult but not impossible after all he is the SKY. He opened his computer program to try every single possible combinations of characters for the password. After working for almost 2 hours he got the password. Now all he had to do was get information for his client before skz get the intruder signal. He put the timer on. He collected the information and layout of the area. The information of the safest route with least surveillance that they should take and everything possible that will help his client. The said mission was not any normal it was like walking to your own grave. Seungmin expected somthing dangerous but this was more than just dangerous. It was a open invitation to skz to find and kill you because right now you are disrupting they multi-million deal. He already got paid big amount of money so he can't say no . One thing about seungmin he did work for every penny he was getting. The countdown started on his left monitor before skz get a intruder single. 10 .. 9..8..7.. seungmin havent figured out the basement pathway, it was the safest place to knock down the guards to enter skz's territory. 6.. 5...he got it he got it...3..2..1..the camera on Seungmin's monitor flashed red ,he immediately exit the system and ran his anti spy software. Looking for harmful bugs that could give away his location. He saw none, ofcourse there won't, seungmin spent whole one year polishing his hacking and spy software constantly and leveling them up. For people in this industry Sky don't exist in real life and he wanted to keep it this way. All the adrenaline he felt rushing to his fingertips subsided. Taking one last look at each moniter and making sure there was nothing odd he was back to the information he had collected. He analysed the information and knew there's going to be lot of blood shed. He knew he was taking risk when he picked up mission related to skz but he didn't know he would be indirectly included in blood shed. His skin itched he knew he was going to be partially responsible for this,he hated his client for not telling him these details. But the complete payment was done,he couldn't do anything but give them to details. Guess his place in hell just got secured. Not that he thinks he deserves heaven after being the only one alive when his family died. He dont have time to sink in his misery. He have things to do.

He sighed in relief that he fortunately noticed the red flash and immediately turned everything off. Otherwise,he would have gotten exposed.
Seungmin sent the email regarding information to Ateez. That's it his work was over now. Now he have another mission,to make sure he dont get retraced. He deleted his log files and changed his system configurations. Updated the anti virus system to make sure no other external factor can come through. The red flash actually scared him Skz must have tight security, if he was even one second late, his picture would have gone to them making him their prey. As much as Seungmin like to be daring and all he don't want to expose his identity .It was the first time when seungmin and sky both felt troubled. For sky his identity as Seungmin was important,he can't have his cover blown up that's why he is making sure that no evidence is left behind.
Hongjoong got the email from sky and immediately after opening it he was blocked. He could no longer reach sky,it was sky's way of telling him that he felt betrayed by the lack of information they gave him regarding this mission. It must be because Sky got hint of bloodshed. Sky made it very clear to his clients that the last thing he will ever do is be a part of bloody scenes. Hongjoong didn't tell him on purpose that he was going all out with skz and want to potentially involve sky in it, because he knew sky would have refused. So he acted like he wanted " case 143 " file for something more basic. Hongjoong knew it was going to be the last time when he contacted sky. Because it's Sky who chooses his clients, not the other way round.

D-Day:
It was a big Day for Skz pack as they were going to make their biggest deal of all time. This deal will help them strengthen their overseas buisnesses and take their reputation to other level. They planned to widen their network with this deal. As a mafia group they had many smaller groups under them,those candidates were in their facilities some were trained to be bodyguards and some joined them in their mafia works. Skz members were not public,but people knew their pack alpha's name was Christopher Bang , and that name alone had enough power. General public didn't knew their real identity and their faces. For public they were only pack of businessmen. Their mafia identity was kept hidden to public, not that they mind public opinion they did it for their missing mate. Even after years of living together as a pack none of them could shake the feeling having void in their hearts. It always felt like they weren't complete and incomplete packs break fast. So they decided to look for their mate but they could not find anyone with the same frequency as them. They didn't want to scare their mate with their profession so they kept it private. They can't have their mate running away from them now.

Christopher wanted this deal to go smoothly so he repeatedly checked on all the details. There was nothing suspicious. Felix and Minho were going to receive the people and bring them to him for the final meeting. Hyunjin and jeongin had the duty of shifting goods to warehouse and lock them safe. Changbin and Han made sure of the security around place. They were at cameras making sure no intruder get past the security. Everything was going well.

They were in middle of the meeting when weird things began to happen. Half of the guards were out of sight. So without disrupting the meeting Changbin and Han left for the security room. This meeting was going to happen one way or another. Chan had made this very clear to his pack. This was their last chance of securing upper hand among people in this industry,so no one can even think of touching them. They were adamant about this meeting. They have worked for this meeting for six months they won't let something wrong happen. Walking towards security room they noticed how the number of guards decreased. There was something wrong. They kicked open the room only to find dead guards. It rushed adrenaline to their head, something was seriously wrong but they already made sure and checked everything twice. It must be a pesky rat who got through their system. Han's eyes caught the red pendrive connected to the security set up. His eyes widened that's why they didn't get any signals, the sirens were nullified by software in that pendrive. Changbin saw han's darkened eyes oh boy Han was furious now,his omega scent souring. Changbin massaged his mates neck to ease some tension and released calming scent. He took pendrive from han and tried to work on the problem but he couldn't crack it. The software was too complex . They alerted jeongin about this. Jeongin put the guards around the meeting room without making it obvious as he don't want to make their dealers nervous. It will be only few minutes and they will sign the papers. The meeting will be over then he can go hunting comfortably. Rats needs to be eradicated, he thought to himself. Christopher and Felix stayed in the room to finish things with meeting. Meanwhile hyunjin and Minho excused themselves. They needed to check on goods in warehouse.

Ateez had only one chance to get their revenge,so they will be going all out. They entered area with the help of the password they got from sky. Their goal was to burn down the goods and if possible burn down everyone in this facility. Warehouse location was on the East wing according to the map provided by sky. They planned to split in two teams. Mingi yunho seonghwa nd jongho in one team ( TEAM 1) and hongjoong San wooyoung and yeosang in another ( TEAM 2).
TEAM 1 will go after warehouse and TEAM 2 will be taking care security room. Team 2 entered the security room from basement pathway. They knocked down the guards on the way and changed into their uniform quietly away from the cctv. They entered the security room ,San and wooyoung kicked down the guards in the security room with yeosang and hongjoong outside keeping an eye for intruders. Yeosang slipped inside and connected the pendrive with virus in skz security system. Soon sky's meticulous software was taking over every camera. It took them less than 5 minutes to turned off the danger sirens. They got the further position of guards and skz. They were ready for their final strike.
TEAM 1
After getting heads up from team 2 they started killing and fighting off each guard . They came prepared they had tasers and guns. With skz busy inside the main building it as easier to get to warehouse. Ateez was known for their gun game.Soon they got to the warehouse
, now the only thing left was to burn to down the goods for which skz worked so hard. That would be their perfect revenge.
They took out Gasoline and poured all over the warehouse. Corners to high up the walls they could get, they burned it. They burned down the warehouse, the flames rose higher and higher. Soon the whole warehouse was on fire. That was one spectacular sight. Soon they heard applauses behind them, none other than Minho and hyunjin looking at them with cocky smile. Those bastards were supposed to be inside main building. They tasted something bitter in their mouth, this was not good. Soon they were forced pushed to ground with face roughly hitting the hard surface. Mingi tasted blood in his mouth,he must have broken his jaw. In span of few seconds they went from tasting sweet taste of victory to forced to bend down infront of their enemies. Seonghwa growled at the pair. To which they laughed a menacing laughter. Ateez soon realised they were caught and had no other option but to do what were told to do. They were dragged to the basement where team 2 was tied to electric chairs. Jeongin sighed to himself" this area is just newly bought so we had nothing special to entertain our guests with" by that he meant he was sorry he dont have his torture toys with him.
"Fucker" hongjoong said and was soon electrocuted by Changbin with a "watch ur mouth dog". Christopher entered the room with dark aura, clenching his jaw , his pheromones dominating and scent bitter and suffocating. Given that he was a dominant alpha with great genetic history, people can't help but shiver in fear. He looked at hongjoong and said " I told you that day also we were not aware that it was your deals and we had absolutely no intentions of hurting your mates,but you just thought what you wanted to, look what u got from that. You put your pack in danger . " Liar, hongjoong thought to himself,there is no way he didn't know it was their deals and also he let his men open fire at his mates. But right now he needed to stay quiet in order to keep his pack safe. He felt like an idiot for going against skz , now his pack was in danger,the guilt was heavy on him.

Right after nullifying the sirens, they decided to attack remaining skz members. Their plan was take them down one by one, but when they moved forward to attack jeongin , till then changbin already came and open fired at them. He came out of nowhere with guards and caught them.
Skz already had a plan B if something went wrong. They had also secured the goods and transported them safely before the fire. Hongjoong winced at how their own carelessness got them caught here. And now they were going to get tortured by skz. He hated being at their mercy.As he was waiting for them to start Han huffed and said "we dont have time for rats, we have important things to do " looking at his pack members firmly. Hongjoong thought to himself what is this important thing that skz just left people who tried to disrupt their biggest mission behind, not that their torture will be less, it will hurt the same when the guards will torture them. Guards wont be as sadistic as skz though.
Was there something more important to them than their missions and their hunger for power? Hongjoong thought and Why was he unaware of it till now?

Chapter Text

It was night full of disappointment for Skz pack. First they almost lost their multi million deals, second someone hacked into their system and they had no idea about that, third even after so many attempts they can't find their mate anywhere. Fourth some amount of goods got damaged while transporting giving them millions of loss. Hongjoong gave up on hacker's name over his pack's safety. Also they were going to be the one compensating with loss as much as they can. They were hugely in debt to Skz . Skz also had a headache of finding Sky, it was impossible to not know about his infamous acts when you are in this industry. As much as intriguing personality he was but now he gotta pay up for his deeds and it was upto Skz how to deal with him.

They even tried going as far as hacking goverment sites of public identity and still no avail. They can't find their mate anywhere. It made them anxious and fidgety. There were many shortcomings they had to deal with first they only know his nickname " seungie", second they didn't know his face and third their omega entered their club under fake id, this made clear that the omega was trying to hide himself from someone. This made them tense up, was their omega in danger? Now all they could do was either wait for him to contact them, as hyunjin gave him their buisness card. He told the secretary to answer all the unknown calls and update him about them. But no calls were made by "seungie". Hyunjin felt hurt, guilt of just letting his mate vanish infront of his eyes was eating him up. The pack tried to sympathise with him but he knew they all wanted to desparately find him. Or they could just ask itzy to help them. Yeji might have known the omega girl with their omega that night, that's why she was so agitated. Hyunjin called yeji and asked to fix a meeting with them. It was scheduled for the evening as some members of itzy still attended the college and won't be free before evening.

Lia and chaeryeong were respectively 3rd and 2nd year students in the same College as Yuna. They were majoring in arts. The art complex was way further from cyber complex, but the only way they could see her was in the canteen. They never had confidence to talk to her, they were scared she might dont like them also she only hung out with her nerd friend. They knew Yuna is an omega but they couldn't figure out about her friend, maybe he was an beta, he had no scent most of the times. They noticed Yuna was absent yesterday and yeji saw her in the club with some omega. Their scanned canteen area for glimpse of their mate but were disappointed when they didn't find her,maybe they could come back to find her during lunch.

Seungmin hates his scent, and also he never liked the feeling of being exposed as omega to the world. He didn't like the way people looked at him with pity just because he was an orphan. Some people looked at him with lust, just because of his sweet Scent of roses and peaches. It would be better if he was a beta, he always thought. To keep himself safe from unwanted alpha and pity and to some extent to hide his identity as Seungmin, he religiously used scent blockers. He knew they were not the best thing for his body and they can also be the reason as to why his heat cycles were so discontinuous and painful. But it better than feeling exposed to the world, he didn't like the vulnerability to being an omega without any support and pity that comes with it. He hated the alphas that tried to sweet talk their ways just to get into his pants. He hated it every bit, he hated his scent. So here he is ordering his pack of scent blockers from black market. He needed strong scent blockers, he dont want to give himself away like he did that day with messy hair stranger. To be honest, even after almost a week have passed since that day he couldn't help but think about the stranger. He tried so hard to forget his face and his scent but it still lingered on his new clothes, not like he was going to wear them again, they were too lewd for his own choice. He discarded hus new clothes to laundary, a buisness card fell out but he didn't have much time as he was already late to college so he opened the drawer and tossed the card inside carelessly. He got ready and put on scent blocker. Today he thought of bringing his car with him. He parked his car went to lecture hall . He saw Yuna's head resting on the table, her eyes looked puffy "oh she must have cried a lot " tension bubbled inside seungmin, but seeing her sleep blissfully he suppressed his urge to wake her up. She looked tired. He removed some hair strands from her eye and scrolled through his mobile. They still had 20 minutes before the lecture. After 5 minutes Yuna woke up, looked at him and gave him a small smile. Seungmin smiled back at her. Yuna asked " did everything go well with skz and ateez ?" Seungmin shrugged and said " I dont care if it did or not, my work was to give them information,I finished it that's it". It felt weird,it not was common of Yuna to ask him questions about his professional life but he still answered. He looked at Yuna and asked "how are things at home?" Yuna scent soured a little "they might actually sell me out for the sake buisness,Minnie I don't even know itzy." He had already updated Yuna about their encounter with yeji and the ferret looking stranger on text. That must be reason why she was called by parents immediately. She was holding her tears back. Yuna was frustrated and tired. "They never saw me as their daughter,but just an omega and a buisness deal, I feel so suffocated." Seungmin felt bad for her. "So what is your plan now, are u going to meet them?" Seungmin asked softly. Yuna didn't reply just hugged seungmin tightly, sobbing softly, she breathed deeply "I told you to stop using scent blockers KIM SEUNGMIN" Yuna grumbled annoyed. To which seungmin just laughed nervously and said "we have more important things to fuss over SHIN YUNA". Yuna glared at him but thankfully professor soon entered the classroom.

They were done for half of the day and decided to walk to canteen. Yuna constantly fussing him over the use of scent blockers and scolding him firmly to stop using them. If it wasn't for the hug, Yuna wouldn't have noticed, he ordered transparent ones for daily use,also ordered oral blockers just in case of emergency. So for regular people with no dominant chromosomes he was probably just a beta. He never corrected anyone. As they entered the canteen, they could feel the tension brewing up, sour and bitter scents, peoole were fighting again. He saw Yuna's stalker ( that he got rid of ) and two omegas arguing about something. He couldn't really hear them speak clearly from the distance he was at. But he noticed Yuna's scent souring, she was starting to panick watching her stalker.

Seungmin's pov :

I tried to hold her shaking hand to comfort her. I felt eyes on us, just before I could analyse the situation,one the omegas swung a tight clap across stalker's face. Maybe he was bothering them now. Stalker stood up and tried to attack omegas but fell to the ground with a loud thud. It was alpha pheromones, that were making him submit. He bent down infront of omegas and the alpha put her foot strongly on his head. Making him scream in pain. "Ryu enough you are scaring ....." I heard one of the omega say, but I couldn't hear it clear. Yuna was having a Panic attack. I tried to talk to her but she looked so lost, her breath was uneven. I asked her to leave with me she couldn't walk, she was only firmly looking at that scene. Suddenly Yuna snapped out of it and quickly turned around taking me by my wrist and left in a hurry. I asked her repeatedly what's wrong, she finally said " fuck Minnie didn't you saw them, they are itzy members and didn't you notice the blonde person behind the female alpha, you told me he can potentially be a member of skz ." My eyes widened in surprise that's why I felt they were familiar, but I was too focused on Yuna. She was still dragging me , suddenly her grip felt to tight and strong, it really hit me that I need to join gym too. " What are we doing right now, where are we going . We still have class Yuna !!" I said as she made me sit in her car.

She looked at him like he was out of his mind "Seungmin you just made skz biggest loss, their half of the manpower is in shackles and their goods got burnt. " Yuna saw Seungmin's doe eyes go wide with the new knowledge he just acquired. He couldn't understand at first what she meant by that then it striked him " ateez failed in whatever they were trying to do and now Skz had his name" It made sense and something in him feel contented for some reason, he didn't ask for this danger, he even tried to avoid it by blocking ateez and getting rid of all the hints and evidences. If skz still find him and kill him it won't be like he committed this act himself, he tried his level best to escape them but got killed by revengeful mafias. He will be thankful to them for giving him freedom that he can't acquire himself. But he has to fight and endure it till end, that's what his promise required him to do, try his level best to survive even when he wanted to cave in so desparately to his intrusive thoughts of death.
Yuna can practically see the gears turn in his head " thinking again about dying? Well you must be happy that you finally found someone who won't leave you alone till you are gone." Seungmin just smiled at her. Yuna's scent turned bitter ,she will never let this happen, she will protect him from his head, she knew his tendencies of self harm. Before meeting her and the therapy seungmin hurt himself on a regular basis just enough to not let him die, it was his way of revolting against his promise. He was hurting himself to the point of unconsciousness but not death. Yuna cant have him pushed to that head space again. She was scared of letting go of seungmin, she don't want him to drown in sadness and die. He saved her and helped her get her position in the family. He taught her how to stand up for herself importantly he provided her safety and emotional support when he was himself in living hell. When he was himself stuck in his tragic past with blurry memories. She won't forgive herself if something happened to him when she could have helped him.They sat quietly in the car, seungmin don't know where are they going, the silence persisted for few more minutes and seungmin said " we missed our lectures for two days I am stressed now." Yuna asked him not caring even one bit and she was still angry at him "what do you want for dinner?" Seungmin pouted at that and said " I am not hungry." Again there was silence. Seungmin sit up straight and asked her " stop beating around the bush and spill the tea." Finally he asked the main question "The tea is that skz is finding sky like a plague. I heard my father say - it's okay Mr. Bang we will make sure to find sky and drag him to your feet. Seungie I am scared for you." Yuna teared up. No wonder she was distraught like a mother of sickly child. Seungmin wanted to ease her tension but he had no words. He just replied " let's get hotpot."

Chapter Text

Seungmin was exhausted with everything that was happening. He felt guilty and something twisted in his stomach as he remembered each word Yuna has said. He slept for a while and yuna woke him up when they reach their destination. "Are you really gonna stay quiet and not tell me exactly what happened with you?" Seungmin asked in a tired voice. Yuna opened her mouth and then closed it. " We will talk about it while eating, I am starving seungie." She replied. It was a big hotpot restaurant that provided their customers with their own private cabins to eat. The Walls were thin, you could hear faint noise of conversation from next cabin. Yuna sat down and patted seat next to her for seungmin to sit in. "Are you gonna tell me now ?" Seungmin huffed in annoyance." I will I will okay,so the thing is my parents asked me where I was and accused me of sleeping around with omegas ! They said I need to keep my virginity intact for the sake of their flourishing buisness, that's it that's what happened" Yuna laughed to keep tension down. Seungmin was furious now, how can they treat their own daughter like that, he asked in a firm tone " hey do you wanna run away with me?" Yuna looked at him with a shocked expression then her expression softened. The thought of running away had her tempted but she knew it was impossible to break free from her parents and her alleged Mates. They had skz as their back up, they will definitely find them. Yuna spoke " you know that's not possible right, we can't stay hidden for our lifetime and I am pretty sure you know they will find us." They kept quiet for sometime so as to ease the tension and it was an unspoken agreement that they can't run away maybe they will find some other solution. Soon their food arrived, they dig in. They chattered about random things. They heard heavy footsteps, seems like someone took the cabin next to them.

Yuna whined "Minnie you know how many pending assignment I have,( she counted them on fingers ) 12 .. 12 freaking assignments." To which seungmin replied " that's why i told you not miss the lecture today." " But it was suffocating with their scents so heavy and bitter." Seungmin nodded and said " dont we have a group project also? When was it's due date ?" Yuna whipped her head up and shouted a little " WE HAVE PROJECT WHAT PROJECT??"
The door to their cabin opened with a slam, a guy, an alpha, towered over them and said in annoyance " can't u keep your voices down." Yuna and seungmin flinched at sudden slamming of door.
" Jeongin you can't just barg in someone's room" Yuna and seungmin felt like their breath stuck in their throat. They looked at each other and then looked at the blonde guy. Same blonde guy who they saw in canteen and escaped from him and also who could potentially be a member of skz. Nothing's going well for seungmin today. Blonde guy seemed to recognise them too he was about to speak when Yuna interrupted " we are sorry for causing you disruption, we were just going to leave." Blonde guy frowned at this statement. Their most the dishes were still untouched making it obvious that they were lying. Yuna stood up took hand of a frozen seungmin who was looking down now. He was nervous and couldn't bring himself to stand up by his own, he don't understand why. Was it fear of getting caught or fear that he may have put Yuna in danger also. Maybe both. Yuna pushed him up and they almost tried to run outside taking big steps. Yuna whispered to herself, more to him " don't panic don't panic, this is coincidence a only." Yuna gave her card to pay the bill. Seungmin just stood behind her cowering he really wanted to run away. He never felt so scared, his scent fighting to make its way out. He collected himself, he needed a clear head to handle this situation. They don't know him, they don't know Yuna is friends with sky. They know nothing. Just when they were going to step out the restaurant they heard " Ms shin it's nice to finally meet you." Yuna' s grip tightened it will probably leave marks. They turned back and saw not one member of itzy but the whole two packs of itzy with men surrounding them,who might have come out due to commotion. They were standing there giving a dangerous aura. " You should leave your friend's wrist it's leaving marks." A buff man said. Yuna noticing that sent an apologetic nod to seungmin. "May I know who are you" Yuna said in a calm tone asking the lady alpha. Seungmin noticed the two omegas he saw in canteen and other alpha. Were they here for a meeting? He thought to himself. Their luck was really the worst, they themselves got swept up in danger. "Ms shin I am the pack alpha of itzy, Hwang yeji" she said extending her hand. Yuna already knew who they were still tried to play dumb, she forced a smile on her face and shook her hand. "Nice meeting you here, but you see me and my friend we are in a hurry we got some important assignments to work on, if you want to I can ask my parents to arrange us a meeting. " Yuna replied, hoping they will buy it. "Tomorrow's Sunday, you can join us can't you?!" The ferret looking man said and seungmin eyes widened. What was he doing there, was he a part of them, was he a part of skz? Shit shit shit this is dangerous he thought. He moved forward to speak but Yuna stepped in and said " okay I will but let me send my friend off" giving seungmin a small nudge. The last thing seungmin will do is leave his bestfriend with these hyenas. "are u busy pretty boy?" A purple hair alpha asked him. Seungmin cringed at that adjusting his glasses he replied " not really. " Then it's final let's have a nice dinner together. I noticed how you both practically left your dishes untouched, we are sorry if our maknae made you feel uncomfortable. He is usually very good." Purple haired man glared a little at jeongin. Jeongin whined and said " I am sorry Minho hyung." That was totally different from the way he was when he barged in to their room. They saw them go ahead Yuna punched seungmin and asked " the fuck is wrong with you?" To which he replied " you sure are in your right senses to accept their invitation. I am not leaving you alone." He said firmly. "Stay calm and answer them after thinking properly" Seungmin said in calm tone. They both entered the big room. They saw two new faces, one of them looking at them all smiley, his cheeks were filled with whatever he was eating. The other person had an impeccable aura, he saw the tattoo on his arm, it sent shivers down seungmin's neck. He recognised this man he was none other than skz pack alpha Christopher. It made many things clear, but the most terrifying being presence of Skz. Everyone was already seated only two seats were empty for them. Yeji patted the seat for Yuna, to call her to seat between her and Lia, one of the omegas from canteen. Seungmin stood their awkwardly before the blonde guy gave him a warm smile and asked him to seat between him and the squirrel guy. They were both omegas, seungmin realised taking a whiff of their scents. He felt safer there. Seungmin and Yuna looked at each other, they really were trapped weren't they?

Lia spoke first to ease the awkwardness, "let's introduce ourselves for the starters. Hi I am Lia, an omega of itzy pack. I am 3rd year art Student in your college." Seungmin and Yuna whipped their heads up at the same time, it was so comical. They heard some muffled laughing noises. So now they were clowns also, today is the worst day of their life. Yuna asked " in our college we never saw you before today" genuinely curious. To which chaeryeong replied " well we did saw you all the time." Smirking at yuna. Yuna felt heat rushing to her cheeks for some reason, also the way chaeryeong speaks is so hot. Seungmin could see, she was totally Yuna's type. "I am chaeryeong, an omega, and this yeji and ryujin our alphas. They passed small smiles. The blonde guy to Seungmin's right cleared his throat and said "Hi I am Felix, an omega, this is Han our 2nd omega.". Pointing towards the rude guy who barged in, he said " he is jeongin our baby alpha, sitting on left and right respectively are hyunjin and changbin hyung , they are also alphas." Then he turned to his right side and introduced "this is Minho hyung,an alpha and to his right is our pack alpha, Chan." Chan, is that a fake name used by Christopher because if he is the pack alpha and Felix is potentially a part of skz pack then he is Christopher, gears ran in Seungmin's mind. It all made sense, they were all part of skz.
Everyone looks between yuna and Seungmin. Yuna says " hello I am the first daughter of shin family, shin yuna, I am an omega." Looking at seungmin she said "this is my friend ,seungmin,a beta. Everyone nodded. Seungmin looked at her thankfully for handling this situation so well. " So why were you both running away after jeongin barged in, it didn't seem like he scared you both or did he ?" Person named Minho asked sharply. "Well it did scare us why would a alpha go around slamming the doors just like that" Seungmin said defensively. He expected them to be offended but they all just nodded and now jeongin looked like a kicked puppy, making seungmin regret his decision of talking back.
" Our jeongin is soon going to transfer to the same college so he will be with you both in the same class, please be kind to him." Chan said smiling. "Hyunjin Felix and Han will transfer as seniors under cyber department as well, I was hoping you could all be friends with my babies so they won't be alone. He said in a friendly tone. There was already four of them how could they be lonely, seungmin thought to himself but who was he to argue. He simply nodded. Hyunjin asked in hurried tone "Ms shin now that we are friends, I would like to ask you something." Yuna and seungmin froze. They were sure hyunjin didn't see his face so what was he asking about. Yuna gave a forced smile putting her fork down she said" go ahead Mr Hwang." Hyunjin told her " you can call me hyunjin only, after all you are my sister's mate. Also can you tell me about the omega you were partying with that day?" Yuna pretended to look confused, she was a good actress, seungmin gave her that one point. Yuna replied looking completely clueless " when was this hyunjin-ssi? If I remember correctly this is my first time meeting you." Eat this now hwang hyunjin. To which yeji replied eyeing seungmin " you were at the club this Thursday, clinging to an omega, you looked quite close with him, stray kids here are looking for him." She didn't specify the reason but seungmin choked on his food, Yuna trying to pass water from other side but she can't reach him. Felix helped seungmin drink water when Han' s hand soothingly stroked his back. It was nice and comforting, but he felt weird but not in bad way but he was not able to pinpoint the exact thing. Yuna asked him worriedly "hey Minnie are you feeling fine?". To which he replied "yeah yeah just some fever maybe" he could feel his body heat up from last half an hour.
He thanked the omegas. Straykids was their legal name, under which they did buisness legally. He was worried as to why were skz looking for him, moreover they knew he was an omega. He winced when he remembered how he didn't deny being an omega when hyunjin called him in the club. "Yuna-ssi I hope you will answer our questions honestly. Tell us everything about the omega who was with you that night." Chan said in firm but friendly tone, he didn't want to scare Yuna, Knowing she was itzy's mate, he had a soft corner for the younger girl. Shocked by the sudden question Yuna fumbling with her hands, clearly nervous, she took one look at seungmin and sat straight, her scent surprisingly more neutral now as she said "omega that you saw with me in the club was indeed an omega, but I don't know why are you all looking for him, he already have a pack based in Russia just in case you mistook anything." Yuna lied confidently, without a hint of suspicion. Seungmin saw her bestfriend lie, she has never been this confident. She further added "we got to know each other online, we became good friends and finally met that day, it was an enjoyable night." She said looking at seungmin. He was proud of her, she just cleared the path for them. He could literally handle with the fake identity himself. Minho asked " you called her seungie is he not a Korean?" Yuna replied " uhmm no and yes his pack mates are Russians and he also left for russia when he was young, as I told you I met him online, he was in Korea so we partyed a little." Seungmin can't believe his friend was lying so shamelessly. He wanted to laugh but he controlled. Yuna gave seungmin a quick wink and seungmin smiled to himself when others were in a deep thought. Skz looked sad. "We must have mistaken him for someone else than, we are sorry we bothered you." Chan said with a sad smile.Was he really sad that he couldn't find him to strangle him? If someone looked at this they will think Chan is talking about a lover rather than an enemy. Hyunjin tried to speak " But I am sure I saw him guys you have to believe me I felt it." His voice almost pained, his scent bitter. Minho cut him "hyunjin we will talk about this at home, seungmin and Yuna please enjoy your dinner." He said in a neutral tone.

They carried on with their dinner. Yuna and seungmin didn't plan to start a series of lies but here they are. The omegas around seungmin once with happy and sweet scent went to slightly bitter scent.
He had that weird feeling again like a tugging at his heart, asking him to blow his cover. But seungmin was smart, he was not the biggest hacker for nothing.

Yuna and Seungmin thanked the older pack alphas for the dinner and left saying goodbyes. Once they were inside Yuna's car, they let out a deep breath that they were holding without noticing. Seungmin said "you can be an actress Yuna, that was so good." Yuna just smiled proudly. It was 10 pm already so they decided to go to beach to get some fresh air. Yuna's phone tinged with notification from yeji telling her to notify her when she reach home. To be honest they weren't that bad, but having them as her mates she was still skeptical of things and their profession didn't help.
Seungmin walked bare feet on the beach with his shoes hanging in his hand. It was a long day. Seungmin finally rips off the scent blocker. Letting the breeze graze on his scent gland. He shivered a litte when it did . Yuna said "sweet roses and peaches ,your scent is so distinct." To which seungmin huffed and said "that's why scent blockers are important to save yourself from unknown alphas,who want to punish you for literally doing your job." Yuna laughed at a pouting seungmin. "Why are they so adamant of finding me ?, Hey are u gonna go back home now?" Seungmin asked Yuna. He knew it has been a long day for Yuna too and going back to the same household that disrespected and cursed her must be too much for now. He offered her stay at his house. Well it was basically Yuna's second house, she had her own room in his apartment. His apartment was big enough to to adjust 5 people in it. He was rich just not like Yuna and others. Yuna agreed and thanked him. They both drove to Seungmin's apartment.

Hyunjin was sure he met their mate, it was not in his head. But Chan simply dismissed him with a "hyunnie let's talk later." Instead now he was expected to work on the hacker. This rat he will find him and make sure to punish him. He went to ateez headquarters, went through the emails that were exchanged between sky and ateez. Everything was in English , no extra words, just pure professionalism. He tried to track the IP address but it was constantly changing its location, clear that sky have already taken strong measures, so they can't track him down. This guy was too smart. Finishing his task and collecting details he went back. Even though he knew his pack won't stay quiet and look into alleged mate, he couldn't contain his anxiety and went back to the club. Went through all the cctv camera footage, but his face was not clear in any pictures. He zoomed in and saw a mole on his neck. That's the only hint for now but don't a lot of people have it.

Chan walked towards the basement, where ateez were kept. He have been contemplating on letting them go or making them suffer. But they can be of many uses. He moved inside, hongjoong looked up and said in a tiring voice " you said you will let us go if I told you about sky, you liar" Christopher just looked at him with dark eyes and asked "are you sure you told us everything you knew about him." " Yes I did, do you really think I will put a mere hacker above my pack." Hongjoong replied. "So why the fuck are we not able to find him?" Chan growled, he was too frustrated with many things, first hyunjin mistook a random omega for their mate, he can definitely do that with how desparate his pack was for finding the missing piece. 2nd the hacker, Christopher need to make sure he gets him, otherwise he is a constant threat to his pack. " If you are not going speak, maybe we have to get rid of one of you rats." Christopher was not joking and Mingi can see that in his eyes. He tried to speak but his voice hoarse, from dehydration " I am not sure but while looking into him in his initial years,I got to know that he was an omega, but purchased many expensive scent blockers from black market. He was deliberately trying to hide his identity. I don't know if it's true or not." He said in a small voice.
"What do you mean initial years ?" Christopher asked. To which hongjoong replied " the years when he just started working in this industry, getting to know him was a coincidence, from then we have been his constant clients." Christopher raised his eyebrow and asked " and you still don't know anything about him, how incompetent." He spit those words and left them in the cell. He needed to think clearly so as to keep his pack safe.

Yuna and seungmin decided they will go to the cafe owned by seungmin, (yes he was rich and needed to invest somewhere) after they finish their work. Right now they are in their workshop, they rented it for few hours. They can't make all that mess in Seungmin's house. Yuna's bodyguards lingered around. They were half done with their project. Tired and feeling a little suffocated, seungmin said slightly sulking "let's go out I feel suffocated." Yuna nodded keeping stuff back carefully.
It was a nice sunny day, seungmin wore a loose t shirt and pants. They were so busy since the morning that they didn't realise it was too late for breakfast. But what can they do, they are students! They went inside and took their places. Jungwon greeted them with sweet smile, bowing he went back to his work. Niki came to take their orders, he said " look who finally remembered that they have a cafe also." Teasing seungmin,to which seungmin just ruffled younger alpha's hair. Jungwon and Niki grew up with seungmin at the orphanage after seungmin was abandoned by his relatives. His small and cute babies now towered over him, they grew a lot. He heard jungwon, the beta say " come on Niki don't bother him he is a busy man." Seungmin replied "I just came to visit you both last week, and again we talk daily, so why are you both so cranky today? Don't tell me my babies are missing their hyung." Seungmin said happily. " Babies? seungmin I didn't know you had babies" Someone said in a deep voice, seungmin turned around surprised to see Felix there. Seungmin hand instinctly went to his scent gland pressing down the scent blocker. He looked at him for few seconds but snapped out of it, when he heard jungwon say. " hello to you too Felix hyung , oh wait , do you know seungminnie hyung?" Seungmin turned to jungwon and asked him " you know him" to which he replied " yeah he is the sweet hyung who gives us new recipes. Hyung I already told you that." Jungwon pouted. Seungmin gave him small smile and ruffled his hair. What are these dangerous people doing, hanging around in his cafe? Seungmin thought to himself. Jungwon went back to his work. From the back of Minho appeared out of nowhere, seungmin was clearly not having fun with their let's spook people moto. Minho asked him " are y'all close? We never saw you here before this. " Yeah and why do you keep touching them ?" Jeongin said without thinking. Han smacked him and smiled at seungmin. Yuna came to the counter with her arms around niki's neck, strangling him and said in a loud voice "seungie you wont believe what this brat did just now! He made me open a soda can, it splashed all over me." " It was not intentional noona." Niki snickered to himself. " It completely was, you brat." Yuna said annoyed. Seungmin facepalmed himself mentally. Yuna froze when she saw skz pack members, her arms still holding tall Niki down somehow. Minho looked at her with a eyebrow raised in suspicion. " Noona I will die I will die, let me go" Niki said out of breath. Seungmin saw this unfold in front him, he calmed down, went to Yuna and freed Niki from her grip and whispered to her "guess what, you have to act again." He looked at Niki to see you if it left any marks behind, but there were none. Minho came forward and asked "seungie?" pointing at seungmin. Yuna confidently smiled and said " hello to you too minho-ssi and hello everyone." Minho replied " it's oppa for you, and hello. Now explain what you meant when you called him seungie." Seungmin tried to speak but Minho stopped him with a sharp look, it had no malice, seungmin suppressed the urge to shiver. Yuna sighed and said "that's because it's his nickname." She simply shrugged. "You didn't tell us about that yesterday." Han said. " Well y'all asked about the omega I was partying with, not about seungmin." Yuna replied nonchalantly. " And again Seungmin's a beta."
Two ears perked up when they heard this conversation, jungwon being the smart one kept quiet but Niki whispered to seungmin " hyung are u?" Seungmin wrapped his arms around niki's neck strangling and said " you really need a lesson Mr brat. Go apologise to Yuna for ruining her dress." Trying to keep niki's voice down.
"Minho-ssi I hope the misunderstanding is clear now. Also can you please calm down, you are scaring away the customers with your scent." Seungmin said with a small smile. Moving away from the counter Minho said "It's hyung for you." Jeongin looked at Yuna and seungmin suspiciously and they gave him a small smile. Seungmin looked at Yuna and Yuna mouthed a quick sorry. Seungmin nodded at that. Seungmin went to jungwon and niki and told them to keep him being omega a secret. Seungmin went back to his table surprised to see two alphas and two omegas sitting with them. Yuna ordered and seungmin sat beside her infront of Minho. For casual talk Felix asked them "what did you both have for breakfast, we had yummy pancakes that Minho hyung made for us." "Oh this is our first meal, we were very busy with our project." Seungmin replied. Minho grumbled and said "this is your first meal, do you know what time is it?" Seungmin felt warm, this was after a long time when he was scolded for not eating well. Yuna pouted and said "oppa we were busy, do you understand what that means, what do you know you aren't even a college student! So stop bothering seungmin, he can kick you out, it's his cafe." Yuna defended her Friend. Jeongin Han and Felix snickered a little and seungmin stared at Yuna dumbfounded. Minho stood up went behind seungmin, seungmin tried to suppress his scent under scent blockers. Minho leaned down to Seungmin's ear and asked him in a low voice "are you gonna kick hyung out seungie?" Seungmin's face blushed red and heart thumped fastly. He said "no" with little squeaky voice. Minho smiled, satisfied with the reaction he brought out of seungmin. Felix Han and jeongin cooed at shy seungmin. Yuna looked at her bestfriend blushing hard when the person who is trying to kill him flirted with him. Yuna knew her friend was crazy but he was sadistic also, she never knew that. Seungmin could practically see what Yuna wanted to say but he ignored her.

Yuna's bodyguards barged in as she got called by her parents, she still had a project to make. Bodyguards wont listen to her and one of them grabbed Yuna a little too rough. Seungmin tried to stop them, those men were literally double his size. "Ms you can't be a brat, you need to return to your duties." The bodyguard said. It was not new for seungmin to hear them speak like that, but remaining four people sitting were shocked by this rude behaviour. Yuna not wanting to make a big deal out of it, smiled at seungmin, and bid her goodbyes to pack members. Looking down at their sad and shocked faces, seungmin said "it's nothing new , this is how she is generally dragged back. Yuna don't have any say in it, I for one really hate her parents. They don't have any right to set her up with strangers and control her life like that." Seungmin's hunger died. After a long silence Minho spoke "so do you know anything about "seungie", except for the fact that it's your nickname too." Why is he still stuck up at that, seungmin thought to himself, scared that he might blow his own cover. He replied" I don't know much about Yuna's friends, our lifestyles are quite different." He said and excused himself.

Minho was a very perspective person in addition to that he has very sharp senses. That's the main reason their enemies never attacked him first,he was always their last target. Minho helps with the illegal ring of pubs and prostitution, as it was also illegal in the country but many people fed their stomach with it. Even after having such complex personality he was always soft and kind to his pack and friends.
Seungmin was gone for too long Minho thought to himself. Niki came with their orders and gave a small smile. Minho asked " whats taking seungmin so long ?" To which younger alpha replied " oh seungminnie hyung, he went to his workshop he had work to do." "What about his breakfast?" Felix asked concerned. " Jungwon already packed sandwiches for him, we will give it to him." Niki said adding " this treat is on the house from seungmin hyung's side ." He left bowing a little.
" Why do I feel that seungmin is always trying to run away?" Jeongin said. "I feel the same, but I really wanted to be friends with him." Han said pouting." Maybe he don't feel comfortable around after what happened last time." Felix said slowly, not wanting guilt trip jeongin. " I know what I did was wrong, I shouldn't have barged into their room like that. But I was stressed about our missing mate and frustrated about all the things happening, I couldn't help but get irritated by their laughters , it felt like they were mocking me when they were not , I am sorry hyung." Jeongin said. Minho pitied their maknae, he stood up gave him a kiss on his head. "Love don't feel so bad and try apologising to them, I am sure they will forgive you. Also we can't have them being uncomfortable around us." Minho said. After that they ate in silence.

Yeji got a video clip from Felix, she was fuming with pure anger. She saw her mate being dragged by a big alpha. How dare he touch her? Do they think they will be fine after messing around with itzy. She called Ryujin and asked her to meet in 5 minutes. She thought to herself, yes she did tell skz to not bother Yuna and to not get involved with her, but they could have atleast helped her. Maybe they did by sending yeji the video. Soon ryujin arrived and yeji started driving. "Love, do you mind telling me where are we headed to? Atleast I should know that." Ryujin said. Yeji simply passed her mobile to ryujin,still fuming with anger. Ryujin's scent turned bitter and sour as she said "I will cut those hands and feed them to wild wolves. What is your plan now?" " We cannot leave Yuna in that household, she is leaving us today. God knows what happens behind our backs. You know how she spends half of the time in Seungmin's apartment that it's like her 2nd home, so why don't we gift her a apartment as a courting gift." Yeji said. "That's amazing, but let's also get Lia and chaeryeong's view on it." Ryujin said. "But isnt her behaviour suspicious, why does it feel like she is always hiding things? Or is it just me who feels like that."Ryujin said sighing. " I don't know and I don't care, Yuna can do whatever she wants, I will cover up for it, think of it as her acting practice." Yeji replied. "Acting practice, with skz, isn't that too dangerous ?." Ryujin said scoffing. " You know it very well Chan will never hurt itzy he thinks of us like his own younger sisters, he cares more than my own twin brother, so he will be the last person to harm any of us." Yeji said. After a little silence and a bitter scent lingering around :" Did you get anything on sky? I swear that guy don't exist in real life." Ryujin said whining. To which yeji replied" I also tried to look into him but it felt like someone deliberately cleaned up everything regarding him. It's frustrating. Can't skz give for once!?! " " Well he works alone, he don't have a team operating behind him that's what I got to know through sources." Ryujin said clearly impressed with sky.
Yeji was shocked how can one person handle so much altogether " he must be a genius then, skz finally met someone of their calibre."
Soon they reached Yuna's parent's house. They heard loud noises coming from the living room "Yuna for god's sake think about our reputation, the blood and sweat we have put in this company. You can't just destroy everything. You went to meet that omega again, okay we don't care but remember to come home, you have a buisness meeting." Her mother said. " Exactly how many people are you going to sell me to, there was that creepy stalker first, then itzy and now this old man, he is literally twice my age." Yuna said crying. " Mom don't you care about me even a little bit, you know how much I suffered because of that stalker, I still get panic attacks when I see him,I didn't report him because you told me not to." Yuna sobbed. "Don't make laugh Yuna. Do you have any idea how adversely it affected our business, we lost a big deal because of you, do you have any idea who he was, he was the son of electric enterprises but you had to mess things for us. How dare you pull that stunt without even asking, how did you get that hacker Sky' s contact information, even if you were uncomfortable you should have just let him stick around but no you decided to out that poor guy for his druggie habits to his assualt cases. He was just trying to have some fun." Her dad gave her angry lecture . She hates this family she hates them to death. How can they call themselves her parents when they are literally defending her stalker by saying he was trying to have some fun, that guy stalked Yuna, tried to get too close to her which visually made her uncomfortable but he still didn't stop, if seungmin didn't help her she would have also been assualted by him. "Yuna cant you listen to me, go and get ready, you have a meeting." Her dad spat. "I won't go, that man is very creepy,I don't feel comfortable." Before she could explain more she felt a tight slap on her right cheek. Her mother just slapped her, tears filled her eyes making her vision go blurry. She just wanted to run away. She should have just taken Seungmin's offer to run away.
" Did you just slap our mate?" Yeji said angered, her scent bitter and sour on verge of snapping. Yuna saw them and sobbed even more. Ryujin wrapped her arms around her protectively and Yuna let her do that, wanting comfort. Ryujin released comforting scent to calm yuna but she kept sobbing in the crook of her neck. Yeji's heart ached at that sight. "Yuna is officially an adult and can take her own decisions, so we will be leaving with her now. We have seen enough of how you are treating our mate as a mere commodity, we will have to surely talk about this in future meetings." Yeji said in a cold voice. "Ms Hwang you are thinking wrong, Yuna is still our little girl, she don't much about business world, but you know you have to put up with many strange people, we are just trying to train her for future." Yuna's mother said in a complete different tone than when she was talking to Yuna earlier. At this ryujin growled and said " train, what is she a pet dog to you all ? Yeji I don't want to stay between these fuckers any longer, let's take Yuna with us. Yo fuckers got any problem with that?" Ryujin spat venomously. She must have picked it up from hyunjin. Yeji gave one last look to Yuna's father and he bowed to her. Ryujin took Yuna out. Yeji said in a cold voice " if I ever see you terrorizing my mate again, you wont be able see your buisness exist, I will make sure of it." Leaving Yuna's parents shivering.
Yuna was tired and hungry now, she barely ate anything, her eyes were getting heavy and drowsy now. Ryujin helped her settle in the back seat of car. Yuna looked at her drowsy and then saw yeji coming. She muttered a small thank you and went to sleep.
On the other side, sky saw it all, well yeah he had hacked into Yuna's family security a long time ago, so that he can help Yuna sneak out and also he was worried about her. He was contented that yeji and ryujin helped her, they seemed so protective of her. It hit like pang in Seungmin' s heart and he felt little too lonely today. His friend will probably spend more time with her future mates now and seungmin will be a little more lonely, he won't have anyone to care about him now. Beneath his tough and "I can handle it myself" personality, there was a kid who was abandoned and lost. He also wanted to feel loved, but he will never admit it.

Seungmin was skeptical if Yeji and ryujin heard the conversation happening properly, but Yuna's parents outed him pretty much. Maybe they just forgot in the heat of the moment. He really wishes they did not. Also seungmin had a project to finish by himself, gosh it's going take him forever, but the due date is tomorrow. He will never say yes to Yuna for hanging out, it takes majority of his time. Will Yuna be alright ? He thought.

Yuna woke up groggily, her eyes puffy from all the crying,she saw around her. She was not in her room where was she?, Oh yeah she cried like baby in ryujin's arms and passed out. That was embarassing, Yuna thought. She yawned a little,and walked out of the room. She could smell the delicious smell of pancakes,her stomach grumbled. "Are you hungry ?" She heard behind her,yeji was standing there with specs on, she is so hot, Yuna thought. Yuna turned red when she realised someone else also heard the noise of her hungry stomach. "Well I didn't had my breakfast today, so yeah maybe I am hungry." Yuna told yeji in a small voice. Yeji frowned "why did you not have breakfast, it's almost time for lunch Yuna!" Yuna heard, looking at the clock, it was 1 pm, no wonder her stomach is grumbling. "Well because I am student and we have a lot of projects to do. Project, oh my godd Ms Hwang I forgot about the project and left Minnie alone. I need to leave." She tried to get past yeji, but yeji pulled her back by her waist. She swear she felt something in stomach. "I will take you to him but why don't we eat first, it's not good to stay hungry baby." Yeji said trying to coax her. Yuna blushed at the Nick name.
Yuna took a seat and she saw Lia cooking in the kitchen, Lia looked at peace, so calm and contented. Yeji asked her to wait till she gets other members also. Lia saw Yuna and smiled brightly "Hi Yuna did you sleep well? " Putting pancakes down she asked Yuna. " Yeah it was comfy." Yuna replied liking older omega' s scent, it was lavander. She really wanted to smell her , but stopped, she dont want to look like creep. Lia' s eyes lingered on yuna's face for sometime. Poor girl had swollen eyes from all that crying. She took a ice cube wrapped it in soft cloth and went to Yuna, leaning down she gently dabbed her eyes with it. Yuna teared up again, the things that happened today came rushing back to her, her family never took care of her like this. She didn't want to show her tears and hugged Lia's waist, blame Lia for being comparatively small in size, now yuna' s head was awkwardly placed on her chest. Yuna was in a very questionable position, crying on Lia's chest. But Lia didn't seem to mind it,she snuggled even closer, she could feel Lia's heart thumping fast. It felt so nice, Yuna didn't want to let go. Lia gently took Yuna's face in her both hands and said "sweetie you need to eat, we can cuddle to your heart's content later if that's what you want." Yuna nodded a little embrassed. Lia served pancakes to Yuna, Yuna dug in without any second thought "yumm it's delicious..." " call me unnie" Lia said. " Yes unnie". Yuna replied taking another big bite. Chaeryeong and ryujin joined the room. Chaeryeong went to Lia and quickly gave her a nibble on her scent gland. To which Lia pushed her away playfully. Ryujin took seat beside Yuna, looking at her mates lovingly. Yuna was dumbstruck when what she wanted to do, was done by chaeryeong as if it was her second nature. Yuna was a little jealous and ryujin sitting next to her noticed the slight change in her scent and smirked at her. She leaned closer to her and said "love if you want something you gotta ask for it. I don't think Lia unnie will mind your teeth on her collar bone. We do it all the time, she don't even bat an eye. She won't mind even if you had your tongue down her throat. " Yuna was surprised, just how dirty can someone speak. " What you don't believe me? Watch and learn." With that ryujin left her seat and went to Lia whose face was towards the wall, making pancakes. Chaeryeong sat next to Yuna eating her pancakes. Ryujin swiftly put one arm around Lia's waist,to which Lia squeaked a little. Aw that was so cute, Yuna thought to herself. Turning off the stove ryujin shifted Lia towards chaeryeong and Yuna,looked straight in their eyes. Before Lia could complain, she sank her teeth deep into her scent glands, Yuna bet lia tasted sweet. Lia whimpered and Yuna could feel butterflies in stomach go wild."And about the second thing I told you Yuna, watch this." Without missing a second, ryujin pushed her way into Lia's mouth, kissing her deeply, where Lia struggled a little for breath. Ryujin' s hand trapped lia' s hand so perfectly, leaning herself into the kiss. Ryujin's tongue seem to explore every nook and cranny of Lia's mouth, during this she looked at Yuna and smirked,as if daring Yuna to do the same. Yuna with a pancake still hanging from her mouth, looked at the the couple in front of her. After the kissing session Lia smacked ryujin and went back to cooking shyly. Ryujin stood there with a victory smile, Chaeryeong pulled the half hanging pancake out of Yuna's mouth and cleaned the cream from Yuna's lips with her thumb, then she licked it , winking at Yuna for the last time she left the room. Yuna was not able to process so many things at once. What the heck was wrong with these people, do they usually act this shamelessly infront of strangers? Yuna's face was red now.After some time Yeji entered the dining area, putting her hand on yuna's forehead to check her temperature. "It doesn't seem like you have a fever, so why are you so red?" Yeji asked. Yuna was to stunned speak , seems like yeji just came out of shower. Water droplets travelling down her neck to collar bone area. Gosh Yuna cant stay here any longer, they will think of her as a creepy person. What the fuck and why the fuck was she so horny today? Yuna asked yeji " Ms Hwang can I go now, the project needs to be submitted by tomorrow." Yeji frowned and sighed "Yuna you should refer us as unnies, let's not be formal okay ! Also you are free from your parents now, they wont force you into doing things you don't want to do. Your parents still wanted to support you." Yuna didn't have a word to say, the thing she was fighting for her whole life, yeji made it happen with one call. Also she was still their daughter, she won't run away from her duties. Yeji continued "Yuna also we would like to court you, we all believe that you are our mate. Will give us a chance?." Yuna stared at yeji for sometime, what are the Pro and cons of giving chance to a sweet but possibly dangerous pack. Yuna won't lie she did find them intriguing. She liked how comfortable and cosy they were with eachother, she liked it here. Rather she also want to be part of them lowkey. Contemplating she came to a conclusion, what's bad with courting, she can always turn them off. She smiled and said "Well if you all promise to not restrict me, and protect me, I can think about it ." Yeji smiled and said "love we will never restrict you from living your life, and your protection comes under our second nature." Yeji gave Yuna a peck on her forehead. Yuna swear this place is not good for her heart. Yeji told the pack that Yuna said yes, to which they all welcomed Yuna and thanked her for giving them a chance. Lia said "Yuna what do you think about a apartment of your own or would you like to stay here with us?" Yeji's idea of gifting an apartment as a courting gift didn't sit right with Lia, she wanted her baby omega in front of her eyes, so that she will know, no creepy stalker is following her again. Lia did get rid of that bastard but still, she needs to be sure of it. Yuna chose the second choice given to her, she want to try living with them,she liked this new feeling of not being suffocated and actually being surrounded by people who care for her. She wanted to feel loved.

Seungmin finally finished the project and was getting ready to go to uni's library to finish his assignments. He picked his laptop, mobile and his car key from the table, he saw two forgotten soggy sandwiches, he forgot to eat. He went out of workshop locking it with passcode. Seungmin had to sadly toss sandwiches in the garbage bin. He felt bad, Niki and jungwon came all the way to workshop to give him that. They were confused, as to why is he a beta, but seungmin just asked them to keep this a secret and to not tell anyone. Jungwon and Niki loved their hyung, as they have always been relying on him. He gave them house, funds for education and this job too. Hence they never asked answers to questions that seungmin seemed to have no intention of answering. Seungmin already provided them with a lot of things. He somehow managed to send them to schools and also got them out of the nightmarely orphanage. He was like an Angel for them.

Seungmin sat in the one quiet corner of library with his glasses on and a big hoodie. Hoodie that hid his curves perfectly. He was looking at his laptop with a concentrated expression, soon his nose picked up a familiar scent . He turned around to see who it was but there was no one. Strange , he thought, his nose must be playing with him. He put his hoodie's hat up and he looked so small with it on. Seungmin sat for more two and half hour and then thought of leaving to stretch for a bit. He walked through the hallways, it was very quiet today, very less people. The restroom was attached to the art room and the music room of University. Generally there are a lot of people coming in and out of the corridors. But today it was so peaceful. Seungmin made his way into the restroom but to his surprise there was already someone trying to get something off from their hands.

He was shocked to see hyunjin with red on his hands. Hyunjin wore black leather suit that fit his toned body perfectly. Hyunjin growled when he realised someone entered the restroom but his expression softened on seeing seungmin. Seungmin flinched and had stopped in his tracts for 3 seconds, after this he gave hyunjin a small bow down which was reciprocated with a bow and sweet smile, as if he don't have blood on his hands. Seungmin didn't like blood, it gave seungmin flashbacks of something he wants to forget but it's engraved on his heart. But over the time with therapy seungmin have improved a lot, now he don't faint and panic when he see alive person with blood, well it's not same for the unalive ones. Hyunjin said "it's not blood you know it's red paint on my hands. I was working on my art piece. What are doing here by the way seungmin?" Seungmin can't believe it had to be another skz member who he bumped into. But what exactly was hyunjin doing here, an art piece wasn't he a cyber major?. He thought to himself and then it hit him, Hyunjin's giving seungmin a chance to safe his own life. Understanding the depth of the situation seungmin replied, "I was here to finish my assignments, see you later Mr Hwang." With that seungmin left the restroom.
Hyunjin groaned to himself, as he realised that it was not the best option to clean blood in the university restroom. Now seungmin saw him, he is definitely skeptical of him. Fuck Felix and Han gonna eat him alive now. But did seungmin actually buy his excuse or did he just creep the puppy boy. Yeah hyunjin had his doubts when he met seungmin for the first time, he even looked into him, ofcourse without telling his mates, he was they would call him delusional then. But there were no similarity between seungie and seungmin except for their fluffy hair. They lived two different lives. It was pretty sure that seungie is a different person with a happy pack and hyunjin was mistaken about him being their mate, that's why hyunjin picked today's mission to get all the things off his mind. But he fucked up and scared the boy. Hyunjin can't help but regret his already made decisions. How is he going to cover this up? Hyunjin picked his mobile and called Minho "hyung how would you feel if I said I creeped out a puppy boy and he ran away with his tail between his legs.?" "Hyunnie again with this puppy boy talk, baby we all want to find our mate but that person.." hyung I am not talking about him, I meant seungmin." Hyunjin replied to Minho. " Seungmin, where did u find him?" Minho asked. "In the library,I was here for a mission and I guess he saw blood on my hands, I did tell him its colour but I don't know if he took the bait, I mustscared him." Hyunjin said guilty. "It's okay baby I will take care of it." Minho said. Minho took his car keys and left for the university. Well he can't have a pretty thing scaring away from them and also Minho needs Chan to meet seungmin again. Minho wants to make sure of some things. Minho called Changbin to join him.

Seungmin still had some assignments to finish but he was not able to focus after what happened in the restroom. He really want to leave, may be he should. His stomach is also grumbling very loudly now. He went outside the library and started to make his way towards to the canteen, to finally get a meal. Seungmin bought a sandwich but as he was going to take a bite of it someone bumped into him harshly and his sandwich fell on the floor. Today it was a goddamn unlucky day for seungmin. Seungmin was very frustrated, he had tonnes of more assignments to do and also he was hungry. He shouted "can't you watch where you are going? That was my first freaking meal of the day." Seungmin angrily turned towards the person in question only to see Minho and changbin there. A bad day indeed. This was his second time seeing Minho today, he was annoyed with everything happening so he decided to just walk away. But before he could take another step, Minho stopped him by his wrist "you haven't eaten? Are you serious seungmin?" Minho scolded. Why is he shouting at him, seungmin huffed annoyed . Changbin sensing the bad mood hoped in between and said " We are sorry for spilling your food why dont you join us seungmin." Seungmin wanted to deny but seeing what happened in the restroom, they must be trying to make sure he didn't notice anything. Seungmin understood mafia people shenanigans, he just needed to make sure to act dumb and innocent. He was not as good as Yuna but he could do that. Seungmin nodded his head and was soon pushed towards the car by Changbin. "What do you like seungmin?" Changbin asked. "Mr seo I am not a picky eater."seungmin replied. "So why haven't you eaten since morning, what happened to the Sandwiches that jungwon and niki packed?" Minho asked kind of pissed. Seungmin was not sure what had gotten into Minho "I was working on my project as Yuna left in a hurry, I couldn't keep up with time and forgot about the sandwiches...... Hyung." Seungmin said slowly, now actually feeling guilty for not sandwich sent by his babies. It was really weird to call Minho hyung but the glare he gave seungmin told him he don't wanna repeat himself. Changbin frowned at Minho "seungmin calls you hyung since when ?" He looked at seungmin. " What about me seungmin, call me hyung too!" Changbin said. Seungmin never wanted to include himself with skz but here he is getting requested by skz dealer and weapon master to call him hyung. Changbin looked so different today, sky have only seen this dealer with a mask on while finishing clients requests , looking at him from this proximity makes him nervous and Minho being constantly there staring at him do not help. Seungmin nodded to Changbin and sat at the back seat. Seungmin pulled out his laptop hoping to finish some more assignments in the spare time.

Minho was pissed when he got to know that seungmin haven't had his meal. He dont know why he feels that, but he tried to make that less obvious. Changbin gave him concerned eyes as he don't want to scare away the younger beta with them. Good for them betas don't pick up scents. Right now they are going skz home and ofcourse they didn't tell seungmin, as they know he will try to make excuses to leave. But Minho is one adamant alpha so yes, he will make sure seungmin is fed properly.

Changbin, when he first saw seungmin cowereing behind Yuna, he looked so cute and young. Maybe it was just his instincts of finding his omega that made Changbin sure that seungmin is their omega, until he turned out to be a beta. Still why do he want to pursue him? Isn't it already depressing enough for Skz that their mate already have a pack, but the only thing on his mind is to dig his teeth in Seungmin's soft flesh. Changbin wants seungmin so bad that he can't explain it. Changbin feels so guilty for thinking about younger in such an unholy way but he can't help it.

Seungmin was busy with his assignments, but he noticed how Changbin was driving carefully so as to not mess his paperwork and glancing at him time to time. That's so thoughtful of him he thought. But isn't it taking them too long to reach a dinner place ? He opened his mouth to say something, but minho cut him as Seungmin saw the car entering a big gate with whole lot of security. "You are having dinner with us, Felix and Han really wanted to invite you so I brought you here." Minho said while looking at the front glass , eyes on seungmin. Seungmin visibly tensed at that. He thought it was going to be a dinner for three of them but Minho literally bombed him with the most fucked up situation. Seungmin wants to run away, they can't do this. This place is dangerous,he needs to think fast. Soon the car was parked and changbin opened the door for still sitting seungmin. Reluctantly seungmin got out of the car and said " uhm actually I just remembered I have got some important things to do, it can't be delayed so I will finish them first, thanks for the ride." He tried to run but was soon lifted up by a strong muscular arm around his waist stopping him in his tracts. "I will drop you off back at your place , look at the time it's literally 7 pm and also you haven't eaten anything. Just have a nice meal seungmin." Changbin looked genuinely concerned. Seungmin couldn't say no. "Put me down Mr seo, I won't go." Seungmin pleaded. "Call me hyung, you already call Minho hyung hyung why not me ?" Changbin whined. Seungmin was surprised by these whiny tactics, Changbin literally was their weapon master and was infamous for killing many targets so painfully. Seungmin knew he had no way out so he just accepted his fate. They entered the villa. It had such cosy vibe very ironic to them being mafias. Seungmin was hit by frangrance of delicious cookies, his stomach grumbled. He turned red, he really wanted to dig a hole for himself. He is sure Minho and Changbin heard that, but didn't say anything.
Han came downstairs when he got whiff of his mates scents. He was not expecting seungmin with them but he was more than happy to be near him. He went down and hugged Minho getting a whiff of his scent, Minho whispered in his ear "I told seungmin you and felix wanted to have him over for dinner, as he seems uncomfortable with alphas. Cover for me baby." Han smiled and went to give a peck on Changbin's lips and straight onto Seungmin. Seungmin stood straight letting the omega give him a tight hug, like he actually missed him. But he just met him in the morning. " So you finished your assignments ?" Han asked still hugging him. " Oh yes mostly but I still have some." Seungmin said trying focus. "Why did you run away like that?" Han asked pouting a little, oh he is so cute , seungmin thought.
His stomach grumbled again, now seungmin turned into a Tomato. Han cooed at that "seems like little beta is hungry!!". "Ofcourse he will be hungry puppy haven't eaten anything since morning." Minho said sarcastically. Han looked at seungmin like he had committed a crime " what does that mean seungmin?" Seungmin startled by Han's sudden scream stumbled a little and bumped into Changbin's chest. Changbin balanced him by putting his hand on his waist from behind, seungmin again felt something weird in his stomach. Changbin 's grip made his fluffy hoodie shrink. " My god Minnie look at you, you look so malnourished." Han screamed again, clearly concerned. Seungmin was easily startled by screams so he couldn't help but back up to Changbin's chest. Minho and Changbin noticed a flustered seungmin, Minho grabbed han and said "so why don't you feed him well hannie. Make sure he eats well." Minho said eyeing seungmin.
To be honest, seungmin knew he had tendencies to avoid and blatantly forget eating his meals but he was not malnourished. He ate well.
He saw whole pack as he entered the living room. Bowed to them as a greeting. Felix being Felix ran to give him a big hug. Again seungmin don't know how to react to this. Seungmin wore his scent blockers, one of its side effects was he couldn't smell the other person when he have used them for too long, that actually help him with his act of being a beta. Everyone welcomed him and he sat down on the single sofa. Minho and felix went to set the table for dinner. Chan looked at seungmin and smiled, so seungmin also passed a small smile. Hyunjin unable to keep his ass settled at one place, went to seungmin and bent to his neck level behind him "hey wanna see my paintings?" Seungmin looked up at him with doe eyes. "Okay." Who was he to say no to notorious killer.

Hyunjin was truly an artist, the paintings felt so real and strangely comforted seungmin a lot. Soon felix called for them downstairs.

After dinner, Jeongin suggested to watch movie, it felt like they were trying to get seungmin to stay but maybe he was overthinking. Seungmin took a sit away from the pile of bodies tangled with each other. They seemed so at ease, it was comforting to watch them like this. They felt so homely and weirdly safe when seungmin was so sure that they will get rid of him if they knew who he was. It pained something in his heart, he looked down at ground. Seungmin had abandoned the emotion of feeling wanted very long ago with his parents demise. His alpha and omega parents, his memories might be blurry but he knew one thing for sure that he loved them and they loved him even more. Everything was so confusing for little seungmin, losing his parents and not knowing the reason, getting his parents money and assets stolen by his relatives and for worse them sending him to an orphanage with traffickers. He never felt loved again after his parents left him, even though now he is doing much better but there is still a big void that he tries to ignore but today looking at the pack his past is mocking him, that even if he tries so hard he can't have something like that. With slight tears in his eyes, seungmin dozzzed off at the corner on the edge of sofa, curled up in his fluffy blanket that Han provided him. He felt so small.

After a while Chan stood up to check on his mates and saw the beta sleeping cutely curled up into himself. His cheek squished against the sofa side, hair falling gently on his eyes and Chan couldn't ignore how the younger's eyelashes were kind of wet. Was he crying ? Concerned Chan thought to himself. Chan lifted the beta in his arms gently so as to not wake him up, took him upstairs into his room. He tucked him nicely under the sheets. As Chan was going to pull away his locket got stuck in Seungmin's hoodie. They were too close and Chan could see just how pretty the younger was. He had such innocent face, Chan had to compose himself everytime he looked at him. The first time Chan saw him at the restaurant he felt such a strong urge to protect and care for the seemingly nervous beta. Now looking at him with this proximity, he wants to breed this little thing. Minho was right when he said seungmin is different. But how can hyunjin be wrong when they all felt the bond that day. To his dismay their alleged omega mate already have a happy pack in Russia, so what is this feeling towards seungmin. Can seungmin possibly be their mate ? He dont understand any of this, is he the only one feeling like this, what does Minho meant when he said he needs to meet seungmin? Everything was so confusing. But the only thing clear was that he felt horny watching a blissful seungmin sleeping. God he was innocent, pretty and breedable. He needs to call a pack meeting.

Seungmin groggily opened his eyes, he looked around only to find himself in an unknown room, he panicked and stood up. He slept in. Seungmin could literally feel his scent blocker's effect wearing off, his rosey peachey scent making its way out. He needs to escape before someone get him and he blows up his cover. He looked at his mobile it's 6 in the morning, he quietly left the house, bowing a little to the guards on the main door. Seungmin booked a cab and got home. He sighed and got himself some water. He checked his call logs only to find he got 10 calls from Yuna. He messaged her to catch up with him at their usual place in university. He got ready and left for University. Seungmin made sure he had everything, extra scent blockers, his water bottle and his project. Seungmin had 40 min before class when he entered the classroom. His mobile tinged, it's Yuna asking him when is he coming? He messaged back "just there". He locked his bag in the locker and left.

"Someone's got a nice evening sleep." Seungmin said grinning at Yuna. "Seungie shut up. Well you look so bright today? Changed your skincare???." Yuna asked genuinely curious. Her bestfriend never looked so fresh. She stood from her seat and quickly gave seungmin a hug and said "I said yes to them." " WHATTTT" Seungmin gasped. "Girl you did not!! Don't tell me you said yes to itzy, I mean I know they are your type but they are literally dangerous people. Are you sure they aren't gonna harm you once they know the truth?." Seungmin was concerned for the younger omega. "Wait I have a better idea I should confess, that way you wont be in trouble."seungmin said standing up after deeply thinking to himself. Yuna smacked his head to which seungmin dodged "YAHH KIM SEUNGMIN ARE YOU CRAZY? DO THAT AND I WILL KILL YOU WITH OWN TWO HANDS!!" Yuna said dead serious. Seungmin rolled his eyes and just shrugged. "Yahh Seungmin-ah wait don't walk away I am talking to you." Seungmin don't want to hear her, he is thinking of possible ways to confess in most subtle way. Honestly he can't just go and be like "hey I am the hacker you are looking for and I busted your money." They entered the main canteen area, when Yuna held seungmin's wrist and said "IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING SOMETHING BIZZARE THAN STOP RIGHT HERE KIM SEUNGMIN!! YOU PROMISED ME TO KEEP YOURSELF FIRST SO DONT FUCKING SAY CRAZY THINGS." Yuna sighed annoyingly and kept a protective hold on his wrist, as if he was going to vanish.

They didn't realise but there were people watching them, with much amusement of what's happening in front of them. "Wow you have so much energy in the morning Yuna !" Hyunjin smiled at Yuna then looked at seungmin who had a shocked expression. Seungmin was unable to keep an eye contact after how he flew from their house, so he freed himself from Yuna's grasp and excused himself walking away. Yuna saw her friend trying to get away subtly but he was failing miserably, he is literally running. Yuna, confused just looked at her bestfriend who vanished before her eyes. Then she saw hyunjin staring at seungmin like he wants to get him back here desparately. Yuna turned her attention to people sitting behind and greeted them with a smile. "Hi Yuna, why did seungmin run away like that?" Lia asked. " Isn't he always running ?" Jeongin said nonchalantly. "I guess he have assignments to do." Yuna said. "Class about to start why don't you take jeongin with you Yuna. You both are in the same class." Felix said. "Oh okay oppa let's go." Yuna stood up, bidding her byes as she left with jeongin.

Their first meeting was awkward as hell, jeongin literally brust opened their room. As a result he is still feeling uncomfortable trying to talk to yuna, but still asked "what were you and seungmin talking about back there?" Yuna looked at him and contemplating she said "seungminnie have a bad habit of putting everyone else above himself, so I was just scolding him." With that they entered the class. Jeongin took a seat next to seungmin and Yuna sat at other side of seungmin. Seungmin had his head down. "Is he sleeping, oppa can you check from that side!" Yuna said to Jeongin. Jeongin pushed seungmin's hair back with his hand that covered almost all his visible face under his arms. "Naah he is wide awake" jeongin said looking at seungmin squished face in his hands. He is adorable, jeongin could literally eat him up. " Hello to you too jeongin and it's rude to touch someone without their permission." Seungmin said sassily. Jeongin smirked and said in a low voice " so it is okay to touch you with your permission seungie?" Seungmin blushed at his nickname, it slipped off jeongin's tongue so smoothly. Seungmin composed himself and looked at Yuna who had a shit eating grin on her face. He can't handle these two together.

Seungmin knew he won't able to handle these two but he didn't expect them both to bond so well. Like what do you mean now they both tease him by calling him "puppy". He is not a puppy. Seungmin huffed and pouted unknowingly, stomping his way out of class towards cafeteria.

Hyunjin Felix and Han sat with Lia and chaeryeong in the middle of canteen on the big table. They were waiting for younger people. Soon they saw a pouty Seungmin enter the cafeteria, with Yuna and jeongin cackling behind him. Oh boy he was pissed. Felix waved at them. Yuna dragged seungmin, whispering hanging out with them won't hurt also warned him to keep his mouth shut and forget about confessing. Yuna made her way between Lia and chaeryeong, smiling ear to ear. Betrayer, how could she leave him to sit between jeongin and hyunjin. Hyunjin patted the seat beside him looking straight in Seungmin's eyes with possessiveness. Seungmin shivered but could not muster up the courage to say no. Han passed seungmin a sandwich with a big smile and said "Minho hyung asked to me make sure that you eat this whole Minnie." Yuna looked at seungmin when she couldn't get the context. Felix said worriedly "yes seungmin it's not okay to skip meals even once but you skipped it for a whole day is very concerning." Yuna snapped his head towards seungmin, did he develop an eating disorder again? Seungmin realising the depth of the situation looked at Yuna and said " oh no ..no ..no it was because I was busy with project, so Yuna stop glaring at me." "Seungmin-ah you need to have regular and healthy meals otherwise you will keep skipping your meals." Yuna said softly. It was clear to everyone by now that seungmin struggles with his meal, a potential sign of eating disorder. Felix looked at seungmin with pitiful eyes and then made a mental note to pass this information to Minho. Minho makes delicious food, that's how Felix overcame his habit of not eating and starving himself. Minho is stern with his process so you cant help but follow. Felix wanted the best for him, after all he likes seungmin a lot. He and Han took one complete hour to get ready considering Seungmin's taste. They are not even close but still feel attached to him.

Hyunjin trying to lift some tension asked Yuna " so I heard you said yes to itzy 's pack! Congratulations Ms shin." Yuna replied " you don't need to be formal please call me Yuna. I will address you as oppa, I already call jeongin-sshi oppa."
Seungmin spoke with his mouth stuffed with sandwich " whw abow mw" " what are you saying seungie?" Yuna asked knowing full well what he meant. Seungmin asked again "what about me I am literally older than you, call me oppa too." "No" Yuna replied firmly. " Why not you call jeongin oppa, if I am right he is younger than me. So why won't you call me oppa? Where is your respect for me ?" Seungmin said to which Yuna simply shrugged. "By that logic seungie we are also older than you why won't you call us hyungie ?" Hyunjin said flirtatiously. Seungmin stuttered but replied " we are close in ages." And looked down. He dont like this, why does he always go quiet in front of them. He feels so powerless, he hated this weird feeling. Hyunjin looked at him with a victory, he got just the reaction he wanted from him. Felix smacked hyunjin under the table to stop him.

"Why did you run away?" Jeongin finally asked in a serious tone, out of nowhere. " You are always running away." Seungmin choked on his drink, why is he bringing it up here. "Well I had college so I left in hurry." Seungmin tried to make an excuse. "We all go to same college, you could have simply joined us." Han reasoned. "I.. I didn't have my clothes there." Seungmin said. "We could have shared." Felix told him. Seungmin is out of excuses and suddenly jeongin looked guilty. Jeongin said " Yuna and seungmin hyung I am really sorry for the way I treated you when we first met. I was going through a lot of things I shouldn't have done that. I hope you will forgive me." Turning to seungmin he said "Hyung I hope you won't ignore us anymore." Seungmin's heart broke seeing how guilty jeongin felt. Yuna simply nodded her head and smiled at jeongin. "Only if you continue to call me hyung." Seungmin said trying to make younger alpha less guilty. Soon seungmin was called by the professor of his department.

Seungmin entered the room and greeted the older alpha. Jackson simply smiled at him. Jackson was impressed and proud of his student. Seungmin was on top of his class, always so dedicated, accurate and neat with his work. Jackson was impressed by his project, he already gave Yuna her credits but he had special job for seungmin. He asked Seungmin "so do u want to gain more experience for your work." Seungmin nodded even if he is an exceptional hacker, but most of the things he do are illegal. He needs legal experience for his portfolio. He accepted the proposal. Jackson asked him to meet him at 5 in the evening after college so that they can go and meet his friend aka seungmin's employer.

Seungmin bid goodbye to Yuna and jeongin. He opened his mobile only to see an apology from his professor as he couldnt make it today, so now here is seungmin going alone to the hotel where they were supposed to meet.

Seungmin entered the hotel and looked at the table he was supposed to meet Mr employer. There was no one so he just sat down and waited a bit. He was scrolling through his phone, when he felt two strong hands on his shoulders, someone bent down and whispered in his ear "Hi Seungminnie ! Nice to see you here." Seungmin's ears turned red and he turned around to see Chan standing there in his office attire. He had his secretary at the back. Chan smiled at seungmin " Nice to see you mr bang, how come you are here ?" Seungmin asked. Chan frowned a little and then replied "now don't do this to me you call Minho and Changbin hyung, don't be formal with me Seungmin." Seungmin was speechless. "And for your question I am here to interview someone who will take over company's software department, my friend said he knew a phenomenal student." Chan said looking at seungmin leaning down. "By looking at your portfolio and laptop I guess the phenomenal student is in front of us. Jackson can't stop talking about you, he didn't tell me your name but I am glad it's you." Chan said. Seungmin was baffled as to why does his professor know mafia mob bangchan, his poor professor. "Professor Jackson couldn't make it, he had some important things to work at." Seungmin replied as Chan took his seat. "Oh I know about that, I know very well about that seungmin. Why don't we talk about you?" Chan said looking at seungmin intensely. Seungmin could feel Chan's eyes travelling from his eyes to his lips to his neck, seungmin shivered. This is dangerous, his heartbeat was too fast again. Seungmin tried to reason with Chan "Mr bang let's have a meeting when professor is also here." Chan cut him and said" Mr bang?" Looking him straight in his eyes. "Chan ... Hyung, I am sorry but I have to leave, I just remembered I have something important to do." Seungmin replied suddenly feeling too hot. His body has been burning since morning but it's getting worse as he talked to Chan.

Chan was angry now, why do seungmin always try to run away. This is enough, he won't let him run anymore. "SIT BACK DOWN SEUNGMIN" Chan said in his alpha tone as Seungmin tried to walk away. Seungmin couldnt move his feet anymore. Seungmin sat down looking at the floor. "Is this actually professional of you to run away from your employer? How are you going to get jobs with that attitude?" Chan sighed and said "seungmin I saw your portfolio and I liked it but you should also have work ethics, this is no way to treat anyone let alone your boss." His tone much gentler now. Seungmin could still feel his body shiver, he don't know why he feels like that. It's not like no one ever talked to him in an alpha voice so why does Chan have this effect on him? Seungmin body started to pain as heat travelled down to his feet from his pelvic region , he can't control it now. Seungmin couldn't help but sob quietly, why the fuck was he so emotional and hurt today? Chan didn't notice at first but now that it's quiet and he hear more clearly, he can't believe he made the younger boy cry. He knew seungmin was not good with alphas but it was this bad he had no idea. His heart broke into pieces looking at the beta infront of him try to sob as quietly as he can. He want to just go and take him in his arms and craddle him and shush him and apologise to him. But Chan can't do that even if he want to do that desparately, seungmin is not his, he is not Chan's. This turns on something very dangerous inside Chan. Looking at the younger cry in front of him, makes him want to destroy the whole world. He knows this feeling very well, that's how his wolf feels when he sees any of his mate's hurt. Chan now understands well, the emotion he and his pack are feeling towards seungmin is not mere interest but it's the starting of their dark desire. Skz gets what they want, that's how it has always been and Chan will make sure of it. Chan stood up firmly and before seungmin could complain he was dangling in Chan's firm arms. " Mr bang leave me." Chan gave him a stern look that made him bite his tongue. It was embrassing, he was hurting and heating up for some reason , he wanted to cry more but got stuck in this awkward situation. He tried to wiggle out weakly but Chan held a firm grip on his waist, keeping him close to his chest, he walked away with him in his arms. Soon they were in Chan's car, Chan sat down with seungmin on his lap, seungmin neither had courage nor energy to speak up now. Chan asked the secretary to drive him home and closed the slider. Chan held seungmin's body tightly close to his chest, seungmin could literally hear his heartbeat. Seungmin tried to speak again "I wanna go home." "We are going home baby." Chan replied in a low deep voice, trying hard to not scare already shivering and crying seungmin. He should have not used his alpha voice. " I want to go back to my house." Seungmin sobbed again. " We will see that, before that I have some buisness with you." Chan said looking down at the alleged beta in his arms who is starting to smell like roses and peaches. Seungmin's body is heating up and he is constantly sobbing in Chan's arms ignorant of the things happening to his body.
His scent is delicious, Chan wants to gobble him up right here and now, but Chan is not sure if that's the right thing to do as he have no idea why seungmin is pretending to be a beta. He have no idea how the younger boy was able to betray every dominant omega and alpha in his pack. Seungmin have a lot of questions to answer. Judging by Seungmin's behaviour he have no idea he is in pre heat that's why he is too emotional and whiny, his body is heating up and looking at the sweat beads on Seungmin's forehead it seems he is in pain also.

Seungmin's body is feeling weird, this is too much for him. He have no idea what's going on. That's when he gets this piney soothing scent, he likes how his body is covered with it. Maybe he have fever that's why he is feeling like this. But he needs to go home and rest so he asked the alpha to let him go but Chan is too adamant, he won't listen to him, seungmin is crying because he tired and frustrated, also Chan won't listen to him. He needs that comforting piney scent near him desparately, so he leans into it closer and closer , then the next moment he is asleep in Chan's arms.

It is becoming hard for Chan to control himself with seungmin's nose pressed against his scent gland on his neck. Chan had his doubts when seungmin ran away abruptly this morning leaving his room with slight scent of rosies and peaches. Chan couldnt really pin point what that was at the time, he searched through his room but he found nothing then it hit him seungmin slept here. Was it his beta scent ,but beta's don't release scents so how is seungmin able to?. The scent was slight but had full intoxicating effect on Chan. Chan's curiousity was answered when he used his alpha voice, that he regretted using heavily, and seungmin, out of nervousness could not hold his emotions anymore and his scent was all over the place.It must be the reason for his abrupt heat. That's when it hit Chan, he was hiding his scent. Chan had many questions but for now he focuses on taking care of younger boy in his arms.

Soon the car stopped, they have reached their destination. His secretary bowed to him and Chan stood with seungmin in his arms, his face in his neck, sleeping and walked through the doors.

The pack had a busy day,with four members going to college and three of the older members handling buisness after a huge loss, they had a lot in their plates. The fact that they couldn't find anything about sky angered them daily. Where the hell is that rat hiding? Minho thought to himself working on his laptop meanwhile hyunjin's head laying on his lap, yapping about his day at college. It's good that younger alpha stopped being obsessed with their alleged mate. Jeongin was in kitchen with Felix cooking dinner. Han and Changbin are out of sight for now, they all know what they are doing with amount of han's whiny noises coming from upstairs.

"It's 7 pm why isnt Chan hyung home yet ?" Han asked, his hair wet from shower. Just then the doors opens and Chan is walking with heavy steps, someone sleeping in his arms. Hyunjin stood up from minho's lap abruptly, his eyes wide open. Minho looked at him with slight confusion and concern, when hyunjin said "it's our mate." He laughed hysterically"I told you all I was right, our mate is not mated with any pack." Chan sighed and went closer to his pack, making sure he dont wake up seungmin.
He heard gasp of surprises when he put down seungmin on the sofa. " What does this mean Chan hyung ?" Han asked confused. "Hyunjin is right our mate is not mated with anyone else, he indeed is deliberately trying to hide from us. That's how it seems for now." Chan's piney scent spiked with possessiveness. "No wonder I felt the strong urge to tie him up when he always tried to run away. At the end it was not me being weird but it was him being sneaky." Minho gave a crooked smile. The omegas looked at each other, they were not angry or anything, unlike others whose scent spiked with possessiveness and confusion, they were just excited that seungmin is finally with them. They knew it from the very start that they want seungmin and seungmin will be their mate. But none of the alphas heard them then. So they won't sympathise with them now , let them suffer in agony. They moved forward, tucked a curled up seungmin in the blanket. Poor baby was in pre heat. Changbin asked " that means Seungmin is an omega. So why did he hide that and how the heck was he able to hide this so well, we are all dominant here, lixie hannie how did you both not get even a whiff of his scent?" Everyone stayed quiet, thinking about this. That's when jeongin frowned and suddenly marched forward towards the sleeping figure. He uncovered seungmin neck area and hissed as if almost in pain. "Hyung was using scent blockers, and they look incredibly painful." Minho went forward and looked down at sleeping omega's neck, he had redness around his scent gland clearly from excessive use of scent blocker and the scent blocker sticked too tightly to his skin. Minho wanted to rip off that blocker but they might need a proper procedure for this. The last thing he want now is to hurt his omega. Only God knows how long seungmin used these blockers and what can be the side effects of removing them without proper precautions. Scent blockers were not commonly used things, most of these kind of things were illegal just how the fuck did seungmin get these. Everyone in the room were pissed and concerned.

Seungmin's fever spiked even more, he was sweating profusely. They need to call for a doctor. Chan made a call and asked their mob associated doctor to come.
Jinyoung arrived after few minutes.
"Hyung his fever is not going down, we tried everything you told us. He keeps shivering and crying in pain." Han said with tears in his eyes. Jinyoung gave a sympathetic nod to younger and went towards the patient. After checking his vitals, he asked the pack " are we sure he isn't allergic to any medications that were given to him, also ripping off his scent blocker can have side effects we need to know just for how long had he been using these?" Changbin said " why what's the deal with them?" " These are not normal scent blockers but heavy hormonal ones, it suppresses your body from making scent prominent and can also majorly effect your body. I can get rid of them but the patient must have had routine for them if we do things carelessly it can have side effects on his body." Jinyoung replied seriously. This was jinyoung's subtle way of telling pack that seungmin used this blockers for too long and now he dependent on them. If they want to move forward and stress him less, they need to be sure about him and his habits.

Chan never wanted to include Yuna in this but she was the only one who knew seungmin for the longest time, he called up itzy and asked them to come there immediately with Yuna. Hoping for some help with seungmin.

Yeji was laying with Yuna's head on her lap, the younger was playing on her phone, probably messaging seungmin as the boy didn't pick her calls up earlier. Chaeryoung and ryujin were on dinner duty. Lia was showering upstairs. It was peaceful evening for yeji just like she dreamt with her whole complete pack. Yuna didn't take much time to get comfortable with them. She fit them just like a missing puzzle piece.

After some time, yeji got a call from Chan. She picked the mobile to her ear and greeted the older alpha. "Yeji listen this is an emergency. I need you to bring Yuna with you right now, seungminnie's not fine." Chan said distressed. Yeji never heard the older alpha panicking this much. He was always one step ahead and always calm. She wondered exactly what happened to seungmin that Chan is so frantic. What does seungmin even mean to them? Yeji replied " we will be there in 20 minutes." Yeji looked at Yuna and told her pack to leave right then. Yuna couldn't understand as to where were they leaving? She couldn't care less, she had much bigger problems like seungmin forgetting it's his day to meet with his doctor. Just why the fuck is his mobile switched off? Where is he ?
Everyone settled in the car and yeji looked at everyone and then stopped at Yuna. Yuna saw yeji's hesitation and said " unnie what's going on ?" Yeji replied "seungmin's not fine, Chan called and told me. He is asking you to visit them. Look Yuna if you don't want to go I can stop right here and you can go back to relaxing. You dont have to talk to strays." Yuna cut her and said " seungminnie is with them. What why.... What's wrong with him? Is he fine? Unnie drive !! What are you waiting for?" Yuna was panicking now, her scent spiked, they messed up. But didn't seungmin go for a interview how the hell did he end up in lion's den? How the fuck is she going to cover this now ? But first things first she needs to make sure seungmin is fine. She needs to see him.

Chan and the pack were waiting for Yuna to arrive. Seungmin's fever spiked even higher. His rosey peachey scent filling up the room completely as if it was pent up for decades. Minho can't even think just for how long the younger took those shitty meds and used scent blockers. He is going to kill who ever Seungmin's supplier was. The younger omega was still in unconscious state. Jinyoung clearly told them it was a critical situation, Chan's scent and pheromones induced Seungmin's heat. After a long time of no heat it's going to be very tough for seungmin to cope up with heat cycle. It could lead to major organ failures to coma to even death. Just what the heck was seungmin doing to his own body, did he not feel the pain? Why the fuck would anyone do this to themselves? Pack had many questions but no answers.

Yuna reached the skz mansion. The moment she entered the the mansion she could smell seungmin's strong scent that to Yuna was a contrast. All the time when Yuna smelled him it was comforting and soft. But just what the heck was wrong with his scent, why is it so dense. That's when yuna realised seungmin fucked up again. He took extra doses of his goddamn dark web medicine. He also missed his appointment with the doctor. Yuna panicked and ran upstairs. Just when she tried to enter the said room Han stopped her. "Yuna stop right there, he is in pain." Han said, his eyes puffy and hair mess. "Atleast let me see him." Yuna could smell just how much in pain her bestfriend was, she couldn't help, her eyes filled with tears. "If you really want to help him, start with everything you know about his medical history Ms shin." Chan said coldly. Yuna was scared of those deadly eyes on her, she was scared for what will happen with seungmin once skz know the truth. Ryujin shielded Yuna with her body and said "Yuna is here to help oppa, stop scaring her." Chan sighed and moved back.

Jinyoung sat with the two packs and out of 12 of them three people were continuously sniffling. He felt pity on the omegas. He was himself an omega so he knew it was hard on them. Without wasting time he asked " Ms shin hello I am doctor Park jinyoung. Can you tell me how long have your friend been using these medicines and scent blockers? " She hesitated, looked towards the room where seungmin was going through the hell. She mentally said oh fuck it. She looked up and said " He have been taking medicine for a long time, I am not sure about those, his usage of scent blockers were not frequent back then, but he increased it in last one year." She sensed the scents spiking in the room. She couldn't breath just what were these people, such suffocating scents. Yeji pulled her into her neck and asked everyone to calm down. Yuna wanted to help seungmin even if it meant that her and his secrets are open in front of all of them. She loves her pack but if she have to choose between seungmin and them, she will choose her potentially dying friend. Jinyoung asked "how long have you know Seungmin? Does he have a family? What is his blood group? Give us information about his childhood please." Yuna said " I have known Minnie for 3 years, we joined the college together. He helped me with my stalker. We bonded over our common interests. As for family, he don't have one. He have friends from his orphanage, jungwon and niki, they work at the café owned by seungmin. His blood group is B+. As for his childhood, I am not sure he never talked about it much. He lost his most of the memories in an accident with his parents. He suffered from frequent panic attacks and nightmares in the beginning of our friendship. So I suggested him therapy, he was doing much better now, but looking at him laying in the bed like that, maybe I was mistaken." Yuna finished with tears in her eyes. " In general how is his behaviour? Can you think of the reasons why he was using these things ? Where did he get them ?" Jinyoung enquired. " He is very hard working and dedicated towards his work. He can be reserved with new people. His reasons for using those things I am not sure but maybe because he don't like showing his emotions. He hated it when people can tell what he is thinking and his scent always gave him away. That's the reason he told me. But according to my observations there can be an additional reason, it might be because he grew up lonely without his parents. His relatives took advantage of his naive younger self and took everything his parents had left for him. His life before getting out of orphanage was not very good. He saw omegas suffering and crying out for help. He must have felt helpless and confused. Yuna's saddened scent spiked. Blurry memories of his parents didn't help him. So as a result he turned to hate himself and now he hates revealing himself. I told him many times to stop using those things, he even did at one point but then an alpha tried to force himself on him, he escaped but seungmin was scared again. Since then I never asked him to stop. I..I have no idea where he gets them." Jinyoung nodded. " Do you have any idea about his routine of taking medicines and using scent blockers? We need to subside his fever, but I can't really pinpoint just what to give him, as it can have adverse effects on his body." Jinyoung said. " Uhmm can you give him an injection of this medicine!" Yuna said slowly. She was not sure if she sould be doing this, it will definitely blow there cover up. But seungmin told her that if he ever faces such situation, Yuna should give him a shot of that weird vial. Looking at how frequently seungmin used scent blockers, Yuna always kept one in her purses. Jinyoung looked at Yuna with suspicions, took the vial from her hands and asked " do you know what is this?" " I have no idea, seungmin just handed me this, saying that he ever messes up I should give him a shot of this." Yuna said. Changbin asked" so you never gave him this thing ever before." Yuna nodded. " Just what weird things are you both kids playing with?" Minho said angry. Yuna flinched and looked down guilty. Yeji pressed her closer to herself. Jinyoung pinched his forehead, he don't have time to send sample to labs to testify. He dont know what is his patient's history of using these medicines. He have no idea since when his patient messed with his own hormones and tried to control them. All he had was a patient in a critical condition and vial of unknown substance. He looked at a very stressed chan. He decided he need to give it a go. Let's give patient small doses first and also send some for sampling, to know exactly what was that. Jinyoung gave seungmin his first dose.

Yuna was still sobbing, curled up against yeji's protective arms. She should stand up and message the doctor about Seungmin's condition. So she excused herself and got up. She called the doctor " you claimed he will be up in 1 hour with the smallest dose, why isn't he up yet ? Kaya I know you do illegal work but are you also a quack doctor ? " "Unnie how is it my fault that oppa took more doses then suggested. He bought things behind my back. I am just as tensed as you are." Kaya, the alleged doctor said. She was close to both Yuna and seungmin, like their younger sister. Her family worked in this field, so being the genius she is, she picked up all the things at much younger age. She was banished from her family as they only prefer alpha children but she was an unfortunate omega, they never appreciated her talent. They used her as much as they can and then pushed her away. She was seungmin's one of the first
client, who gave him the mission of exposing her Parent's Pharma company's scam. Seungmin Yuna and Kaya became closer over the period. Kaya had an illegal lab for omega testings. Kaya owned her own pharma company that was legal with seungmin as a major share holder, Yuna also had shares with her modelling gigs. Kaya knew about sky also. That's why Yuna couldn't expose her to the doctor. Kaya said " he will be fine soon, please update me regularly unnie. But what about SKZ,how much do they know about the truth? Why don't you both make a run after seungmin oppa is awake? Like I know for sure that Christopher or anything is not going to spare oppa once he knows the truth. Unnie run with Minnie oppa." Yuna sighed a long breath " let's talk later, you are stressing me Kiddo."

Yuna knew Kaya was a safe person and would never endanger Seungmin's life. She needed to give seungmin a firm scolding after he wakes up. She don't know what to do right now. She already gave the vial to the doctor, he must be injecting it in seungmin. She also knew she had things to explain to people inside. She needs to calm her nerves and be the actor she is, think of it like an audition for a character. She went inside, took a long look in the room. Stray kids seem genuinely concerned or was she seeing things ? Earlier in the moment of panic she couldn't smell their concerned and spiked Scents. What exactly happened before she arrived , how the hell did seungmin end up here?

Changbin looked at Yuna on the edge of the door, he gestured her to come inside. Yuna obliged. She went to sit against Lia, pressing her nose against her neck for calming herself. Jinyoung came down with Chan, and said " his fever subsided a little, his symptoms also calmed down, exactly what is in the vial Ms shin ?" Before Yuna could speak Chan said "she already said she don't know that, lets not push her. You have taken a sample hyung, we can get wanted results on them." Yuna never felt this grateful to anyone, like she did to Chan right now. Yeji pulled Yuna to sit beside her. Hyunjin asked " is seungmin better now? When will he wake up ?" "We don't know when will he wake up, but do you think he will panic when finds himself in a new place ?" Jinyoung asked looking at Yuna. This was Yuna's chance to get seungmin away from skz territory. But before she could speak jeongin said "I don't think it's a good idea to let him go in this situation. Let's just keep him here." Felix added " We know he had traumatic experiences but as Yuna said he already took therapy for it, and his heat was not because of those traumas but Chan's heavy pheromones, so I guess he will be more fine with us." Yuna looked at Felix, desparatly giving him eyes to explain her the whole thing. Felix sighed and explained to Yuna exactly what happened. Seungmin needs acting lessons Yuna thought, sighing to herself. She sent a quick brief message to Kaya explaining things. Kaya immediately answered her with "oppa will be fine, but I don't know if my medicines will work any longer on his body, it seems that the alpha's scent triggered his heat, so it will be very painful for him. Unnie try to get him home as early as you can I will send the pain reliever medicines for him, you know just how much he hates alphas touching him." Kaya was correct and also Yuna don't want her friend to suffer more.

Yuna's plan of escaping seungmin was firmly objected by everyone there. Everyone including her own pack tried to convince her that it is much better if seungmin stays with stray kids. Felix and Han promised her to take care of him, also they promised to update her with seungmin's condition. He still haven't woken up. She couldn't say no to older omegas. She had leave with her pack.

Seungmin don't know what's happening with him. He hates how helpless he feels. He dont like the view in front of him. The blood, the screams, the sirens going on and off, everything is too stimulating for him. He know he is having flashbacks, but it feels too real for him. Even though it hurts and traumatise seungmin, he don't want to wake up. He have to look for a hint or any clue in this memory to catch his parent's killers. He have that opportunity now. Young seungmin is sobbing slightly and weakly as his mother tucks him in the back trunk of the car. Giving him a last kiss, she closed the trunk. He could see his mother's head bleeding from the accident they had on the bridge due to break failure. His parents were clearly running away from someone. It had been a hour since they packed everything and left in a hurry. Seungmin's father told him in the car to be a brave boy and stay quiet and listen to them well. There were constant shootings from behind. Seungmin's parents already put him in the car and fought off people who came to their houses with heavy guns. His parents were somehow connected to mafia world, he guessed but he was not sure. They had information against someone and that someone now wanted them dead. He heard his father tell his mother "let's save our son, he have nothing to do with our sins." To which his mother replied "we will save him honey." Little seungmin couldn't understand anything. The front of car was completely damaged due to accident. His mother had hurriedly put him in the back trunk asking him to stay quiet. She asked him " my darling promise mother to stay quiet and not speak a word okay. Everything will be fine I already called the police." She handed him the necklace with a key on it and a pendant. " Wear it baby and hold tight on this, this is what needs to be saved. Please keep it safe I am sure the right person will come to get it. Make sure no one else gets their hands on this, keep it with yourself, don't let them get it. Protect it for us. It was our duty but we are pushing it on you. We never meant anything to go like this but this needs to be protected. Me and your father, we are ashamed we dragged you through all this, we are sorry baby we are very sorry. But .. but promise me you won't let this break yourself and live on healthily and happily. Don't let this break yourself. We lived until now for you my sweet seungminnie.. We love you baby." With this she closed the back truck. Looking at him for the last time with tears in her eyes, she grabbed her gun and ran forward. Seungmin stayed quietly in the car not making a single noise as his mother told him. Hoping it will be fine if he just listened to them. Giving himself false hopes that his parents will be soon back. His mother never came back but his father did in a bloody state. That panicked young seungmin, he cried to get out of the car. His father injured, gave him a soft smile. With his weak hands we opened the trunk and seungmin hugged his father tightly. His father was too weak, still he picked seungmin and made him sit in the trunk again. He said with tears in his eyes "baby your mother and I are going to ask something very hard from you but I hope you will comply with us. Promise us to live , don't give up on your life seungmin. I know things will be hard for you but don't die darling. Always remember your parents loved you the most. Also stay in the car until the cops arrive. You will do that for your father right?" Seungmin wanted to scream no but his younger self already confused and scared couldn't understand what's happening. His father fell to the ground as he was too exhausted. Seungmin wanted to get out of the car but he couldn't he didn't want to break his promise. His father told little seungmin "my baby be brave, everything comes back to the ending. Each ending is a start to something new. You are our sunshine and source of warmth. Thanks for blessing us with yourself. You will always be the most precious to us. You are the key to our happiness before death and after death, both. We will always be watching over you." With that Seungmin's father closed the trunk and took his gun and ran in opposite direction. Seungmin sobbed in the car trunk, when he heard the cops siren, it got louder and louder every passing second. He fainted due to suffocation. When he woke up he was an orphan. He, no longer had parents.

Seungmin tried hard to remember at least one hint that could help him get lead to his parents death but he got nothing, except for the police repeating there was an attack on the same by some mob called black panther. Seungmin was not sure if his memories were correct. His father's lawyer friend, came to pick seungmin from the hospital. His case was closed as an accidental case in which his parents died due to falling in the river. Seungmin lived because of his parents quick thinking, who pushed him the back trunk at the right time. Seungmin guessed the lie was made to save seungmin from said mob. The lawyer friend of his father helped him with his property transfer in his name. He helped him keep everything that belonged to his parents. So when his relatives couldnt get anything more out of him they tossed young seungmin in am orphanage. All that trauma it felt like seungmin just relived it once again through his dream. His lost his family, his parents that day to some unknown mob. Its not like he never tried to connect to the lawyer friend but he vanished after helping seungmin. It felt like he never existed.

Felix and Han were on duty to clean and tend to seungmin. As his scent was too intoxicating to alphas. They also updated Yuna every hour as promised. They couldn't help it when they saw tears flowing down seungmin's neck. He was crying and sobbing. Was he in pain ? Was it his heat? They don't know Seungmin won't wake up. They tried to wake him up but he kept crying. Felix took him in his arms as Han went to fetch warm water for seungmin. Felix tried to give soothing scent to comfort him. Han entered the room, Felix could smell alphas scent get concentrated with concern and worry as Seungmin's crying got louder. His distressed scent was covering up the whole room. Why was he not waking up? Why was he inflicting pain on himself? Han craddled seungmin into his arms, trying to push out comforting scent. Felix went outside and brought other's shirts and blankets to forms nest. They laid seungmin in the middle and laid beside him. They tried to comfort him, they could hear seungmin say " mother father please don't." "Mother don't leave, father please." It broke their hearts seeing seungmin suffer so much. He was missing his dead parents. But then they heard him say something, that they couldn't believe he said " black panther". Han and Felix were not sure if they heard it right, what does seungmin have to do with black panther? Maybe they were mistaken.
Seungmin woke to his whole body heating up. He felt too hot as if he was dying. He looked around himself, he was in a not so unknown room. He knew this room belonged to Chan , but exactly what was he doing there, that also in a messy nest. He tried to recollect his memories, then it hit him he lost his consciousness and Chan took him here. Chan knew he was an omega and he said he needed to talk to seungmin. Do they know he was sky ?? Seungmin panicked and thought to himself , he can't have that, he finally got a lead to his parent's killer. He can't expose himself as sky. He need to run away once again, later he could come up with an excuse. His priority is finding his parent's killer and make them pay for their deeds. Seungmin wants revenge.

Seungmin tip toed his way out of the room where Han and Felix slept in a cuddled position in the corner of the bed. They looked so peaceful covered in his scent. He felt strangely weird again but it was not bad. His body don't have the strength to walk, he feels too heavy. It seems it's early in the morning. Everyone's sleeping. He went downstairs slowly trying to maintain his balance. Pack's mixed scent was making him drowsy and sleepy, he tried hard to open his eyes. He reached the door to open it, but was stopped by a figure who engulfed his weak body protectively. His hands were trapped in a hard but gentle hold. Seungmin tried to wiggle out but the hold on his waist tightened. "Trying to run away yet again Minnie." Chan's deep voice said in his ear. Seungmin bit his lips as he got caught. Without a second Chan swinged seungmin in a bridal hug. Keeping him close to his chest. Seungmin didn't have energy to argue, he used it up on walking downstairs to the door. Seungmin lightly hold the hem of Chan's shirt. As if trying to stop him. Chan looked at him with dark eyes "baby I will listen to you but you need to rest." "I don't want to go in the nest." Seungmin said weakly as he knew he was not a part of this pack and it can be very disrespectful towards them. Chan frowned at that statement, he wanted to say something but stopped. "Okay dont blame me for anything then" with that Chan went to spare room where he was sleeping by himself, laid down seungmin on the bed. He took his shirt off and slept next to a frozen seungmin. He pulled Seungmin closer to himself by his waist, releasing comforting scent. He said" Han and Felix won't be liking that you tried to run away as soon as you woke up. Minho will be lecturing you for hours if he got to know about your little escapade. Changbin and jeongin will put a serious curfew on you. Hyunjin won't leave your side, isn't that bothering to you? So why don't you stay put in my arms now. I don't stink do I? " Chan said adjusting seungmin close to his scent gland, as he made him sleep on his chest. "Your condition is not good, you need to rest plenty but the first thing I see you doing after waking up is trying to run away. Seungmin I am not impressed. So to make sure you are well rested, you are going to stay with me and rest well." Chan added. Seungmin wanted to push away but Chan's piney scent was too comforting, it made his panicked nerves calm down. The heat in his body was also subsiding. He was tired of everything so he slept there in Chan's embrace.

Seungmin woke up again feeling very tired. He tried to move but his body but felt heavy due to fatigue. His throat felt too dry. He reached for the glass of water on the table by bed's side. He leaned forward but couldn't reach it. He stretched forward looking down to get the glass, his hand was caught by someone. He looked up and saw Minho looking at him. He looked tired just like Chan in the morning. He gave seungmin water to drink, making him sit up gently. Seungmin still felt hot but it was better now. He thanked Minho. "You, stop talking and rest." Minho said scoldingly. Seungmin could smell the concern in his scent. The whole room was filled by similar scents. But surprisingly it didn't make Seungmin suffocate. Seungmin was extremely sensitive to scents, he could pick the slightest change in scents but maybe due to his abuse with meds he lost that property. Minho brought in breakfast for seungmin. Seungmin wanted to vomit, he never eats breakfast as it makes him vomit. But he didn't had courage to deny Minho, so he tries to take a bite but to his dismay he gags. Minho quickly passes him water , and soothingly stroked a hand down his back. Seungmin speaks weakly "I dont want to eat hyung." Sneaks in a "hyung" so that Minho will listen to him. "Why what's wrong seungie?" His nickname never scared him this much, he had to remind himself that skz don't know about his identity. Minho noticed the change in his scent and frowned. " Are u feeling sick again?" He asked. "I want to go back. I told Chan hyung that I wanted to go back but he won't let me go." Seungmin sobbed. He already had too much in his plate, he can't stay here any longer. He couldn't help his tears.

Minho wiped his tears and sighed. "Seungmin you are not well how can Chan let you go when it was Chan's fault that your heat triggered. He is a responsible person, let us take care of you. Once you are better you can leave." Minho said, but the truth is he don't want to let go of the omega, he is scared he will run away again. Minho asked Seungmin " if you don't want to eat anything how about some soup can you drink that ? You need energy baby" seungmin nodded. Minho tucked him in the blanket and lulled him to sleep. He went to prepare for soup.

"He didn't eat?" Jeongin asked. "No, maybe he is not used to breakfast in morning." Minho said sadly. Everyone were having their breakfast. Chan had already told them how he found seungmin in the morning trying to leave. It did upset them, but they were hopeless. Felix and Han panicked, Han said clearly panicked. " what if he did leave? He is in heat, someone could have taken advantage of him." Felix sobbed constantly on his side. Chan tried to soothe omegas but nothing was working. When Felix spoke "we should lock him up!! That way he won't leave right guys?? Isn't that better? He keeps harming himself and trying to run away. Let's just keep him with us forever, he won't be able to fool us again." This is what Chan feared the most, his pack going on their possessive streak. Minho said " calm down Felix! Snap out of it. It will only scare him more. We don't want that do we?" Felix teared up again, nodding. Changbin hugged Felix to calm him.
Hyunjin, when he first saw seungmin in that state he knew, he was their mate. He felt ashamed that he couldn't recognise him in time. He was too obsessed with finding his mate when he was right in front his eyes. He felt was dumb. Seungmin fooled skz, he was too smart. That's why he feels the same way as Felix, the urge to lock him up and cherish him is too strong inside him. But they don't do extreme things unless required, that's the rule in the skz. Right now they have to give time to seungmin to get better. Their questions could wait.

Chapter Text

Minho gave seungmin soup, which seungmin insisted that he could finish by himself. Minho had his doubts with that statement as Seungmin is literally very weak right now. He could barely talk. Minho checked his fever, it has subsided completely. Jinyoung also came back to check on him, asking them to make sure he had enough rest, he is still weak. Minho left seungmin in the room as he took utensils from him.

Seungmin was grateful for Skz for helping him. Minho provided him a charger to charge his mobile. He saw hundreds of message from Yuna asking where is he ? Why did he miss his appointment with Kaya? He also had messages from kaya "oppa don't tell me you are dead, because once I get my hands on you I will surely kill you missing check up session." Another message read "I got to know from Yuna unnie about the situation, if it's too confusing to come up with anything then know that I am here, I will prepare for your hideout." This was just like Kaya. Seungmin smiled at his phone, reading all silly and concerning messages from his friends. Han cleared his throat, seungmin looked at him. "I guess you are feeling alright now, by the way you are smiling at your mobile. Got a lover?" He asked, hoping seungmin to deny . Seungmin put his phone down and said "yeah, actually two very nagging lovers. They just can't live without bothering me." Han's scent spiked with jealousy but he tried to make it less obvious and asked "who?" "It's just my friends asking me if I am fine or not that's it." Seungmin said. "You have friends beside Yuna but she claimed she was your only friend." Han said. "Well she likes to put it that way." Seungmin gave Han a small smile.
"Do you want to take a shower, I believe you will feel better!" Han asked taking sigh of relief. Seungmin nodded and Han helped him move towards bathroom. Han insisted that he should be helping seungmin but seungmin firmly denied and pushed him outside. Han got him clothes out of hyunjin and Chan's wardrobe. He wanted to give his own but he was shorter than him. He asked Seungmin to come down to the living room after showering. He also provided him all the skincare he and felix used.

Seungmin got dressed in an oversized wide shirt, that probably belonged to Chan with all the piney scent on it, and pajamas that smelt like coffee. He finds this scent similar, like he have encountered it before also. It must be Hyunjin's, he is the only member he met before all this mess that Yuna and seungmin started with a web of lies. Hesitatingly, he moved downstairs. He stood at the edge of staircase, he don't know what to say to them. He have no idea what will he do if they ask him any questions. Seungmin was thinking when jeongin approached him. "Minnie hyung! What are you standing there? Your body is still weak, come and sit here." Jeongin said. Jeongin was younger than seungmin but why do he have so much authority to his voice, is it because he deals the neighbouring and buisness mobs? Seungmin thought to himself, while walking towards him. Jeongin patted the seat beside him and seungmin settled. Felix gave seungmin a bright smile and gave him soup. "You need to finish this whole, I won't be listening any excuses." Seungmin thanked him. Looks like people left for work. There was no Chan Minho or Changbin around. Hyunjin was also absent. Seungmin thought this is most appropriate time to leave, so he messaged Yuna to get him. From his knowledge it's only Han Jeongin and felix at home. He is not sure about hyunjin. He got a message from Yuna "getting you in 20 minutes."

Seungmin knew he could leave whenever he wants, they are no one to stop him. By their silence it's clear they don't know about sky, seungmin is also very sure of his skills with hiding his identity. But why is he still hesitating to tell them that he wants to leave. He did tell Chan and Minho but they both just shushed him up like a baby asking for a candy.

Seungmin almost finished his soup when Han came down, seems like he took a shower. He smelled fresh. Han took seat beside seungmin. Seungmin made his mind and firmly looked up. His scent heightening a little. Three of them looked at him with worry and confusion as his scent changed. He said "thanks for taking care of me, but I don't think so it's a good idea for me to stay here now. I dont blame Chan hyung for anything. I just want to leave now. " "Do you hate being with us?" Felix asked heartbroken with tears in his eyes. Seungmin had many reactions in his mind as to how they would react to his plea but this was not one of it. He never thought he will make Felix cry. "No.. no I don't." Seungmin panicked and said. Han asked "then why are you asking to leave when you can not even walk?" Why the fuck was now Han also at verge of crying. The last thing he wants to do right now is triger skz even more, but he literally made their omegas cry. He is so dead. " No...Han I meant, it's your pack house. I assumed it will be uncomfortable for you all to have me here. After all I am an outsider." Seungmin said, giving his most valid reason to leave. Felix sobbed even stronger now and Han shed big tears. This was not what seungmin expected, he panicked and tried to calm them down. Their scents were sad. It made him sad also. He looked at jeongin giving him puppy eyes to help him, only to see him looking at him with dark eyes and slightly bitter scent emitting from him. Seungmin was scared now, he is definitely making Jeongin angry because Han and Felix are literally crying because of him. His breath fastened as he thought jeongin is angry on him. He is panicking he wants to run away. He looked down on the floor hoping Yuna will get here faster. Jeongin sensed Seungmin's nervousness and went near him to pat his head. Just as he was going to pat his head seungmin flinched and pushed him back, clearly scared. Felix and Han stopped sobbing looking at a clearly panicked seungmin. His breath was uneven. Seungmin collected himself and realised what he did? He heard car's honk outside. It must be Yuna. He looked at jeongin , whispered sorries to him and left in a hurry. He apologized to Han and Felix for making them cry, again for the last time saying sorry to jeongin for pushing him. His scent was giving away his fear.

Jeongin and two omegas were flustered by what just happened now? Felix looked at them and said " your plan, it flopped so hard! Look he ran away either way. Instead of making him stay here, we scared the poor puppy. I told you both we should lock him up and lie to the boys that he went back." "Hyung, you saw he was scared at the end." jeongin revolted against his idea. " Jeongin-ah he got scared because of the way you looked at him, your scent made him misunderstand the situation. You were looking at him with "why do you wanna leave" eyes but I am pretty sure he thought something else." Han said sighing, " It never happened before. I and felix are the best manipulators out of all of us. Just what the fuck is he made of? "Han added. "What now?" Jeongin asked. "Message hyunjin that seungmin left. We tried hard to stop him but seems like he is to headstrong about not being with us." Felix said giving a deadly smirk, then he added " watch hyunjin go berserk and we will know what is seungmin upto!." Felix winked and left the living room to update the olders alphas about the situation.

Chan knew it was not a good idea to leave seungmin with maknae line but work calls. Jeongin,felix and Han gave him absolute puppy eyes that they will take care of him but now he is gone again. He missed him and his scent like crazy. His only instinct is to go find seungmin and dig his teeth deeper into that soft flesh. Seungmin makes Chan so fucking horny. It was a relief that he was much better now but still he wanted to see him atleast.
Minho comforted the younger omegas by telling them they will meet him soon again so let him leave for now, he must be exhausted. But truly the three of them were very pissed at Seungmin's statement of " It's your pack house, I don't want to anyone uncomfortable" why does that pup think he is making anyone uncomfortable. He was definitely a little dense to not pick all those hints, Minho thought. It will be fun to catch him, Minho smirked to himself. They had many questions for seungmin, and Minho knew Chan won't stop anyone from getting the answers.

Jeongin updated hyunjin about seungmin's departure. "Well I am pretty sure hyungs are regretting their choices. They should have had him when he was still in the house." Hyunjin scoffed, too frustrated that Chan sent him on a goddamn mission. Felix's idea of kidnapping seungmin was truly mouthwatering but seungmin was not a target but their mate, so they need to imply other ideas before getting to that one.

Seungmin saw Yuna's car and ran towards it. He was afraid that he will give in to their request of staying. Also he felt sorry for pushing jeongin. It's natural for jeongin to feel protective of his omegas, seungmin was no one them. He entered the car and asked Yuna to drive fast. Seungmin needed fresh air, he could still feel lingering scent of pack on himself, it made him remember just how lonely he actually was.

Yuna stopped the car after driving few minutes, as she noticed Seungmin's panicked breath. " Hey hey hey seungie control your breathing. Come on calm down. Breath deeply for me." Yuna said softly. Seungmin couldn't control his tears, he was again having a Panic attack, he remembered the day when he lost his parents, he remembered the sirens and lights going on and off. His head hurts. He remembered how bitterly jeongin looked at him when Felix and Han cried because of him. This made the void in his heart feel more empty. Yuna hugged his friend and told him she will always be there for him. After 20 minutes of crying session he calmed down. Yuna teary eyed asked him " did someone say something to you there?" Seungmin denied and said " it's just I think I finally found my true purpose to live, I have a lead on my parent's killer Yuna. I am truly happy,don't be worried." Seungmin acted as if he didn't had a whole panic attack in front of her. Yuna knew better not to push him, it will only stress him more. Seungmin smiled at her and they drove to Seungmin's apartment.

Kaya was already waiting for seungmin in the apartment for giving him pain relievers and vitamins that her company founded just for omegas only. Seungmin walked through the door and smiled at her. Kaya saw his puffy eyes and asked sadly "oppa were they mean to you?" Coming closer to him. "Naah only you are mean to me, I don't give that privilege to anyone else." Kaya hugged him as if her life depended on it " oppa do you have any idea how dangerous it is for an omega to use meds and blockers regularly that also in large doses. It can cause death. Why would you do that to yourself? If anything happened to you I would have never forgiven myself." Kaya sobbed further. Yuna felt pity on younger omega but seungmin deserved to be lashed out at. Kaya gave seungmin shots of pain relievers that nullified the most side effects of the meds. "Didn't their doctor took the sample out of vial? Isn't that gonna be troubling Kaya?" Yuna asked. "Even if they find anything,it won't effect me. Also won't find my company's name, as I have not launched that product. You know, too many ethical issues with it. It wont be bothersome even if they got my name, after all they are also an illegal organisation." Kaya said. "But it is skz that we are talking about, they are literally connected government Kaya, stop downplaying their terror." Yuna said, concerned for the younger.

They ate dinner together but seungmin couldn't help but think of what Yuna said. He didn't wanted to swept up Kaya into this. Seungmin already had information on Kaya's company's database. All he needs to do is heighten the security so that no new outside excesses could be made. He had programmed it in a way that any attempt on stealing evidence in omega testings is hidden well behind layers of other programs. That way skz won't be able to send it to government even if they get the clue.
Seungmin was feeling well now, so he knew he could sit for three hours and be done with the security update. Kaya denied at first, but in this household they dont listen to dumb young ones. In the meanwhile Yuna and Kaya hanged out in the living room.

Seungmin was done. It's was 12 am and he was craving ice cream. Ofcourse his heat was over but he still felt hot, so he decided to go and buy some. Kaya already left, telling seungmin to take care of his health and told him he was banned from her buyer's list. Unfortunately now he have to live with his scent. Seungmin didn't like that, maybe he could convince Kaya later.

Yuna and seungmin had to get his car for simple icecream as the nearest convience store was closed. They took Seungmin's car, which Yuna insisted on driving as Seungmin is too weak. They bought ice cream and went to beach. They roamed around for sometime, when he asked Yuna "Have you ever heard of black panther in your household?" Yuna looked at him with confusion "No I have never, but why ?" "Nevermind I am just blabbering." Seungmin said smiling.
"It's our last year in university, what do you plan to do further?" Yuna asked knowing that he is gonna hunt down his parent's killer."I am on a mission Yuna." Seungmin told her weirdly calm. It must have been so hard for him to go through all this. Yuna's heart ached for him. "What do you plan to do? Have any changes in mind." He asked. " Naah its the same, I will pursue modeling or acting, one of those." She said. " Oh thinking of acting, what are we going to tell skz about our lie?" She asked frantic. " What did you tell itzy about it?" He asked. "Oh I couldn't find courage to face them, so I... I ran away." Yuna said last words in a low voice. "WHAT... SHIN YUNA JUST WHAT DID YOU SAY?? ARE YOU ON A RUN ??" Seungmin asked flabbergasted. " I told you I couldn't think of anything, so I thought what should I do? I didn't want to answer them. So I ran away. But why are you shouting on me, you are no good then me. Running away, I learnt it from you." Yuna said proudly. "They must be worried about you, I can see it. They love you genuinely." Seungmin said. "I dont want to go to college tomorrow, we will have to face them again. I don't want that, we dont even have a cover up story seungie." Yuna whined. "also they will never find us so let's move to your house by the beach side for the weekend, we can think about what to do next." She suggested. It was a good idea, also they didn't need to pack, they already had enough stuff there. Also he needed more space than that cramped up room for his mission. He agreed but he didn't expect Yuna to drive them to beach house right then. She parked the car and bid him Good night.

Seungmin finally opened his phone, he had 125 of total miss calls. From skz and also yeji and Lia. He got messages asking if he is fine? He ate? Where is he? Is Yuna with him? And etc. He noticed he got added into a group chat. Called "skitzy". The fuck is that name ?
Yuna was already messaging in that group chat.

Yuna immediately woke up in her bed. She was in a group chat with skz and itzy. More of a dumb thing she replied to it. Her room opened with a slam " WHY ARE YOU REPLYING TO THEM , I THOUGHT YOU SAID WE WERE GONNA LAY LOW FOR THE WEEKEND." Seungmin said baffled. Their mobile tinged with multiple messages.

Boki: guys it actually worked!! Ryu bro it actually worked.😭😭
Ryu: told you Yuna would reply. I know my babygurl.

Hyuni: did y'all really turn a company group into a casual chat group?? Chan hyung won't be happy 😁.

Hannie: I bet he won't care once he knows that we have seungmin here.

They fell right in their trap, now all the drowsiness was gone for Yuna and seungmin. They can't believe they fell for the oldest trick in the book. Seungmin glared at Yuna and yuna smiled nervously. "Hehe.. look I was sleepy." Yuna whined.

Yuna didn't even realise she wrote it down on the mobile. Seungmin was so done, everyone were making fun of them. They probably having a good laugh. Yuna went to another corner of the bed for her own safety. " It's already obvious Minnie, why don't we just talk to them to avoid their suspicions?". Yuna said scared. Seungmin continued to glare at her.

Seungmin went back to his room. After the chaos he can't find his sleep again. He thought of going through his parents material again. 
Once seungmin got out of Orphanage as as an adult, he decided to fight for his rights over property and his parent's house. He got everything back from his relatives. Seungmin tried to live in the same house but he just couldn't. He had already been working on his skills, his father had made vlogs for seungmin to learn. Maybe he knew something like that could happen or maybe it was out of pure fatherly love. His parents left enough money for seungmin to live on his life moderately but seungmin didn't want that. After living in orphanage for years he knew what's the worth of having money. So day by day improving his skills he started working as a hacker. He also realised two things, his parents did illegal things and second his parents loved him so much. Seungmin decided to do small hacking works that provided him with money and experience. It didn't take seungmin's much time, and he already took over hacking world. Seungmin had always been interested in computers ever since he was a kid. Seungmin decided to buy houses with money, so government dont suspect him of black money. He also decided to shift his parents stuff to the basement in the beach house. The basement, similar to his room in the apartment had a code to get in. It had his parents files. Also the necklace and the key, he had placed them safely in the safe. 

The key belonged to his parent's hideout in their previous house that he already shifted to this basement, but the necklace was still a mystery. Younger seungmin was so caught up with college and lawsuits that he couldn't give enough time to it. But now that he have a lead he won't miss it. 

He took out the necklace. It had a box shaped pendant on it. But the problem with it was, seungmin can't open it. It needs a code, that he have no idea what it could be. He can't break it otherwise the pendant will break as a whole. He remembered his mother's words "the right person will come to take this necklace" . It's been years since that incident no one came. Now seungmin was getting desparate. Still he kept his promise and pushed the necklace back in the safe and closed it. 
Out of all the things seungmin got out of his parent's secret office, the most intriguing one was the ai software, that his parents were working on. Seungmin had it almost finished, it need just few more security touch ups. Once seungmin fixes it, he will easily get to his answers. 

Seungmin also found a chip in a safe in his parent's office. But he couldn't decipher the code. It was complex thats why he needed the ai software so that he could work on a large scale. 

He opened the files on the set up and started going through them, to find out anything about black panther. Instead he found unknown information on " district 9". It had the database information on it.  His parent's set up was of quiet old technology, he always had problems with it. He couldnt wait to finish developing the ai. 

From the overview it felt like his parents worked in district 9 as executives, to trade and deal with buisnesses. It was not clear what kind of buisnesses were they? Seungmin knew one thing it was not something legal. It had all the hacking details his parents might have made on other competitors. His parents definitely worked for someone, but who was in control of district 9? There was nothing on the files about it. It was so messy, nothing was synchronised. 
It was 2 am already he decided to go to sleep. 

The packs were stressed when they couldn't find Yuna and seungmin. They went as far as sending out their people to find them. But they couldn't get anything on them. Jeongin decided to take matters in his own hands and hacked their University's system and got Seungmin's address. Han Felix and jeongin drove there only to find it locked up. They called Chan and informed him. 

Yeji was continuously bothering Chan as she can't find Yuna, she didn't return to them after leaving to meet seungmin. But Yuna never came to them just where did they go? Chan felt a chill down his spine, what if they both ran away again? What if seungmin escaped so far that he can't find him now?  A possessive loud growl left his mouth. 

They got information that both omegas were last seen in the beach. Changbin suggested everyone to try and reach out to them, so as to not scare them. Everyone agreed. Seungmin's contact was switched off. Yuna was not recieving anyone's calls. 

They were sure that both of them were fine. But skz couldn't shake the urge to confirm that seungmin was with Yuna. So ryujin and felix came up with a plan. They added both of them to their work group and started spamming it. Ryujin knew very well Yuna's noisy ass won't be able to ignore it and that's what happened in the end. Now all they have to do is claim their omegas before mid night of Saturday. It was a perfect plan.

Seungmin and Yuna ate their breakfast in peace,( seungmin only watched, as I told you it makes him wanna vomit so he skips breakfast). When they got a message.

After snooping around through his parents extensive files he got to know a lead to black panther. All he needed to do was go and check out that place. It's been years, there will be hardly anything left, but it's seungmin only clue. It seemed that place was under a gang named Wolfgang. 
He took the key just in case, also the necklace. He put it around his neck safely.
 Yuna was laying on the sofa and watching some movie. Seungmin took his car Keys and made his way towards the door, when Yuna stopped him. She took keys from him and went forward. As if silently telling him she is not going to let him go through something dangerous alone. They were not worried about skz's bet as Seungmin had his place covered with jammers. They won't be able to track them. 

Chan had a meeting, he wanted to postpone it but it was urgent. The Quinco , Italian mafia group, they had been quiet for a long time but suddenly they are back in Korea. Chan can't miss this opportunity. He want revenge for his parent's death. He need to know exactly why was his family perished all together? One moment they were having a nice dinner waiting to meet his parent's friends and the very next moment, they were attacked out of nowhere. Chan was young back then, his parents died, so his survival was kept a secret for a long time for his own safety. He was 11 years old when this happened. After that he learnt and trained to take over his parents legacy as Christopher Bang. Christopher still had many goals to achieve. After his parents demise, his parent's kingdom fell apart. He needed to retrieve that first. That now was ten folds more powerful and influential than before in all aspects. Chan became one of the most powerful mafias of asia. 

His parents death still remain a mystery, that's why he going to meet Italian mafias and also to know exactly why they are  back, it can't be a simple coincidence that they disappeared from Korea almost the same when his parents were killed. It was a war that broke out between Wolfgang and black panther. Both gangs disappeared after that. 
Well Chan took over Wolfgang and named it skz, but black panther disappeared. He promised himself to find those rats and kill them. 

Chan entered the hotel where meeting will take place, Quinco, agreed on meeting him as they wanted to start their buisness here but without skz's help they can't even step a foot in Korea. Changbin and jeongin accompanied him. They sat down. Felix and Han were ready with sniper on the other building if something goes wrong, they had to be prepared. Minho and hyunjin were home , packing for their vacation . As they had planned to find seungmin and  take him with them for a fun vacation. 

Christopher sat with his deadly aura, his scent making everyone grounded. Changbin and jeongin did all the talking. Jeongin said "so you want to start buisness in Korea out of nowhere! Why is that ?" One of the men said " we think Korea is good place for buisness. We are also ready to provide you with all the things we had when we worked together with black panther, believe us they betrayed us too. We are more than happy to co-operate." Meeting went on with them coming to amends that skz will have thirty percent shares in their Pharma buisness. For skz's help with establishment and connections they will help skz with black panther's case.

Seungmin and Yuna reached the destination.  It was a abandoned building, maybe too old. Older than him and Yuna both. It was built in a deserted area. They trespassed the area and went in. They were roaming around when seungmin heard Yuna say "district 9". He went to her. The room was locked it read district 9. Seungmin tried to break the lock but it was too sturdy. He saw the numbers on the lock he realised they were same as his parent's key. He thankfully brought the key with him and tried to unlock it. It opened, he felt as if his parents wanted him to visit this place. The room was comparatively cleaner than the surrounding. It felt like someone visited this place regularly. But he don't have time to fuss over these things, he needs to get the clues and leave. It can be dangerous for him and Yuna both.

Seungmin was looking through room. It had all kind of records of Wolfgang. It seemed like his parents were part of it. Most probably their main hackers. Seungmin found nothing too special there. He came here to find about black panther but this place had no clue about them. It was getting late, so he took his pendrive and connected it to server. The system was too crusty and old but thankfully it worked. Whoever came here before him didn't expect anyone to visit this place. It was fortunate for seungmin that this place had no security system.

They locked the door and left the place.
Yuna suggested of going to café. Honestly seungmin was also hungry, it was 3 in the evening and he had nothing. The beach house was 3 hour drive  far from Seungmin's place. This place had a calm vibe to it and had many café and small hotels. Yuna and seungmin loved to hangout here. They went to their favorite café, ordered and took their seats by the window. Seungmin was telling yuna about his new discoveries surrounding his parents death. Because yuna won't let him sit in peace. They completely forgot about the bet. Their mobiles tinged.

Seungmin looked so happy munching on  his tiramisu cake, but this is important and dangerous. Yuna said hesitatingly" Minnie I guess we need to hide." Seungmin frowned and looked at her with wide eyes " don't tell me." Yuna sucked a deep breath and said "I am so sorry I put that story without thinking much. I couldn't think clearly as I just woke up and the view outside was so pretty." She said in one breath. 
Seungmin felt like his world was spining. He opened his mobile to check the messages in the group. Hyunjin was in the town, they need to get out of there. 

They stood up to pay. Seungmin gave his card, but the cashier said it's already been paid. Confused, seungmin asked "who paid?" Before cashier could say anything, an arm wrapped around his waist and pushed him into the body behind.                "Gotcha seungie" hyunjin whispered in his ear, pressing him closer to his body for warmth. Hyunjin could finally breath now, he wanted to bath in Seungmin's scent. Cashier said smiling " your boyfriend already paid sir." Seungmin stood their frozen in hyunjin's tight hold. He tried to get away and open his mouth to correct cashier when he heard Yuna. Yuna said "unnie dont you think we should sit down and talk? And also it's rude to crash someone's holiday." Chaeryoung went closer to her and said "you could have informed us you were going on a vacation but instead you ran away without telling us. Do you have any idea how worried we were when you disappeared Yuna?" She said angry. Yuna's scent turned sad when chaeryoung finally hugged her. That was so heart warming. 

Seungmin who was still in hyunjin's arms, looking at the couple in front of him, snapped out of it when he felt, hyunjin's nose pressing on his neck, dangerously close to his scent glands. He squirmed breathing deeply "hyunjin-sshi". 
"Uh uh it's hyunjin for you or maybe better call me honey!" Hyunjin said while pressing his lips on Seungmin's shoulder. Seungmin separated himself from hyunjin with jerk when he felt his lips on him. His ears turned red and his body was heating up. Hyunjin's hand froze mid air dramatically. His scent was possessive, eye sharp looking at seungmin with need of desparation. He didn't like that Seungmin was no longer in his arms.

"Come on Seungmin-ah I missed your scent let me have atleast one proper whiff. I promise I won't do anything." Hyunjin said with a pouty face. Seungmin was confused why was he finding hyunjin cute for this. He know the man infront of him is divine, his visuals are so heavenly and dangerous. But they don't belong to each other and also he have a healthy pack, again the pack wants to destroy sky. They are still finding him without a break. Still he can't help but always feel this strong emotion around skz pack. If it was someone else he would have definitely asked them if they were dog for such a bike statement. But why was seungmin not able to speak anything. Seungmin backed up when hyunjin continued to come forward. Seungmin bumped into the wall and hyunjin leaned down and said " where we gonna go now baby?" He looked around and Yuna was already being dragged by chaeryeong in her car. All the best to her. 

"Okay I will come with you but back out." Seungmin said breathing heavily. Hyunjin smiled at him victoriously and got out of his way. They both made way towards Hyunjin's car. He had bodyguards surrounding the café. Oh guess what, they are finally not hiding the fact that they do shady stuff, seungmin thought. Hyunjin made seungmin sit in the car and sat beside him in the big Lambo that have like many seats, but somehow skz really like his personal space.
After travelling for few minutes seungmin asked him "where are we going ?"
Hyunjin replied "to get others." 
"By others you mean rest of your mates." Seungmin asked nervously. 
"Yes seungmin." Hyunjin said giving him a smiley face. But his smiley face resonated something dangerous that seungmin can't pinpoint. He felt chills down his ribs, all his lies were coming to his mind. He is officially fucked.

 They reached the airport. Seungmin thought to himself "I get that they are Richey rich but to travel by private plane for short distance just what the heck is wrong with these people? Where is there empathy for nature ?" Hyunjin took seungmin by his shoulders, behind him, and made him walk as he told him "you were so good at hiding baby, you don't  know exactly how pissed Chan is?" Hyunjin scoffed. "Why are you always running away? You ran away not once but twice from me. I dont like it. Must I lock you up?" Hyunjin told seungmin in a cold tone. While he looked at 6 figures coming towards them. Seungmin shivered at his statement and got away from hyunjin. He looked at hyunjin as if he was crazy for saying that. 

Han and Felix ran to hug seungmin "I thought you left the country, we promise to not tease you anymore. Sorry Minnie." Seungmin was confused but he just nodded. His brain was still stuck at hyunjin's words. Jeongin and Changbin were in their suits, probably came back from a mob meeting, according to his knowledge it was with Italian mafia. Yes sky was still keeping tags in them. 

They looked hot and tired. Minho and Chan came at the end talking with their secretary. Chan saw seungmin and increased his pace. He was coming too fast, maintaining skin pierecing eye contact with seungmin. Seungmin started to back up only to bump into Changbin, whose arms perfectly hugged his waist to stabilize him. Seungmin looked back at Changbin due to his sudden hands on his waist. He was about to object when Chan took his jaw in his hand and turned him towards himself. 

"Well well look what we have here !! The lost puppy guys" Minho said smiling maniacally. His face still in Chan's hold, Chan was looking around his face carefully, where he is securely placed in Changbin's thick arms. "Seems like you are fine now, does anything hurt anymore ?" Chan asked ignoring the fact seungmin was heating up in that position surrounded by skz. Seungmin coyly removed his hands, wishing they know nothing about sky for the last time. Seungmin said mustering up his courage.  "Are we done? Can we leave ? Hyunjin where's Yuna? " 
Hyunjin replied "getting her punishments for running away from her pack without informing them." 
"Who runs away after informing." Seungmin said sassily totally not liking hyunjin's way of talking towards his friend. "You like her too much hyung. Can't you like me the same?" Jeongin said, looking like a kicked puppy. Seungmin surpressed the urge to ruffle his hair. He needed to remind himself that this alpha is literally a dangerous assassin. 
Seungmin thought to himself, if they knew who he actually was he would bury him instead of getting all friendly, who are they kidding. 
Let's get it done with, seungmin looked around him and said "I did lie to y'all and I am ready to answer your questions. But I don't see any reasons to answer to them. We just got to know each other weeks ago." Seungmin's confidence was slowly leaving his body as he smelled the sour and disappointed scent surrounding him. It was becoming difficult to breath. He visibly cringed. He put the shirt paw on his face. 
Everything was so intimidating now. Han and Felix, once with bright and happy aura turned into something sadistic. Hyunjin and jeongin surpressed their nerves as they folded their hands into fist. Minho scoffed as if he can't believe what seungmin just said. Changbin was looking at seungmin with pierecing gaze. Chan stood there, hands in pocket his pheromones dominating other's scent, keeping them grounded from jumping on seungmin. Oblivious of the things happening, Seungmin continued to yap "I have many things to do, I would like to....Ackkkkk hyung put me down !!!" Seungmin screamed. "You are such a yapper seungmin." Chan smacked his butt and moved forward with him on his shoulders. "Leave me I am gonna call the cops." Seungmin tried to scare them, he knew very well this is in vain. Jeongin laughed and said "hyungie go ahead and try it." Seungmin didn't find this jeongin cute, he wanted to break off Chan's grip but, he is paper thin and Chan is built different. The hold was tight and seungmin knew it's going to leave nasty marks.

Chan placed seungmin gently on his lap and sat down in the Lambo. Now seungmin understood, this big ass vehicle was for Skz. It was not hyunjin trying to flex his money. Just what the fuck do they want. 
"Stop biting on your nails." Minho said trying to suppress his pissed off scent. "Leave me alone. We dont even know each other." Seungmin shouted as he squirmmed in Chan's grip. He is getting kidnapped isn't he. He got things to do, he feels like crying now. On the other hand Chan sat down with seungmin in his lap tightly holding on to his waist to make him seated. Beside him Han and Felix chattered about the new game they wanted to play with seungmin. "Seungmin-ah there is no going back now, why don't you just enjoy? Isn't channie Hyung hot ?" Felix asked smirking . This bish is trying to set him up, seungmin in a fit rage said " no he ain't, he is just too old for me to find hot." Stray kids snickered and Chan pressed his face in Seungmin's neck. "Only if you give me one chance baby, I can show you what exactly can this old man make you feel?"  Seungmin froze, the fuck are they all horny dogs trying to fuck him???? He have a mission, that's the only reason he is keeping his mouth shut.  Seungmin's cheeks got red and the heat in stomach increased. Seungmin needs get away from Chan. He looked at jeongin with puppy eyes, as if begging him to take him away. Jeongin sighed and said "Chan hyung isn't it uncomfortable to sit like this? Why don't you just let seungmin hyung sit beside you?" 
 "Jeongin-ah baby did you forget how this puppy is always trying to run away? We should keep runny puppies on leash." Chan whispered last part in Seungmin's ear from his neck, loud enough for everyone else to hear. Changbin snickered and pulled jeongin in his arms, comforting him. Sometimes seungmin forgets that these people are dangerous. They look so cuddly and in love with each other. Seungmin's heart swells up looking at them.

They were close to villa now. Seungmin looked outside, as Chan continued to cling on to him. There were gaurds outside,plenty of them around the villa. Seungmin panicked as he saw his possibilities of running away fading. Hyunjin as if , he saw through his thoughts, closed the curtains on his side. Seungmin looked at him with baffled expression. "Can't have you running away now can we ?" Hyunjin replied cockily.

The doors to the Lambo opened and they one by one got out. But when it was seungmin and Chan's turn, Chan swinged seungmin in his arms and carried him inside. Seungmin turned red with embarrassment, he was prepared for worse but getting carried in a bridal pose was not in his list.

Skz walked through doors with their cold aura and a helpless seungmin clinging on to Chan for his life. 
He saw the common lounge area. It seemed like itzy just got there. Yuna is getting scolded, poor girl looks like wet cat. They entered and all eyes fell onto Seungmin. Yuna looked at him and he looked at Yuna. They were fucked up. If they could get just a little moment alone, they could fix their messy lies. Yuna snickered at him, he swears this women can't get serious ever.  Skz and itzy greeted each other, some files were exchanged with a pendrive.
 Yuna is getting scolded for her deeds again because she snickered. Seungmin felt nice. 

 This place was over acres and two private villas, they were right now in the common area for guests. Before seungmin could say anything to Yuna, Chan checked in and she disappeared. Chan's pace increased and seungmin was getting nervous. Skz entered the room, seungmin made to  land on bed a little harshly. He wanted to flinch so bad. Chan went and took his seat on the sofa in front of his bed, looking at him straight in his eyes. Rest of the skz scattered in the room. All eyes on him. He felt hot like he never did before. The pressure of their eyes was crushing him. Urging him speak and submit to them. 

"The fact even after lying so much you have audacity to say that you don't owe us any explanation that's some e serious bratty behaviour seungmin-ah." Minho started. "I am not bound to answer your questions, i am kidnapped why should I answer?" Seungmin said. "it was the part of bet !" Jeongin objected. "I never agreed." Seungmin replied. "Doesn't deny the fact you and Yuna lied to us ? We just want to know the reason. Why is it so tough seungmin?."  Changbin said in a deep calm voice, but to seungmin it did things in his stomach. He must be going crazy. "Why do I have explain it ?" Seungmin fought back.

 "Do you by any chance know who we are seungmin-ah? Is that why you are so distant ?" Han asked in maniacally sweet voice. Seungmin's scent spiked with panic, before he could realise he gave away his information about knowing they were skz. He tried to deny it "no ... What does that even mean?" He stuttered. Hyunjin sighed  loudly "I told you all he knew, that's why he has been running away." He went seungmin and took him by his shoulders  and made him look at himself. He said "do we seem evil enough to harm innocent people ? I know you saw me with blood on my hands but couldn't you just believe it was paint seungmo? Why are you so smart ?" 
Seungmin was speechless. Do they know his identity and was he safe? He need to stay quiet and figure out the situation first.

Chan was still looking at him with those dark eyes. "Is he right seungmin ? Is that why our puppy have been running away from us ?" He asked him keeping the eye contact. Seungmin's breath stuck in his throat. He needs to make up a lie, who knows what will happen if they got to know he is sky. He have a mission, come on seungmin think.

"Let me clear the air for you seungmin, answer us honestly. How were you able to hide your identity so well? Who gave you the perfect hideout ?? How did you and Yuna manage to bring a fake identity in Russia to accelerate your train of lies?  Specially who the fuck gave you those damned medicines ? " Minho was angry his scent spiked. Seungmin took the blanket on his face to cover from minho's scent, as a whine left his mouth, clearly scared by an outraged Minho. He would have laughed if Minho got angry like this on anyone else. "I don't wanna answer hyung, you all are too much pressure. Why do you all care ?" Seungmin whined clearly distressed starting to get drunk  on their pheromones.
"Because we believe you are our mate seungmin." Chan said, trying to look as gentle as possible. Seungmin eyes went wide, he looked at them all like they were all crazy. "Can I go to sleep? Too much stress." Seungmin said trying to sleep. "Stop being a brat and answer us." Felix said.
"Y'all stop being delulu. I am not your mate, the fuck is wrong with y'all." Seungmin was stressed, confused and angry, this is not something what he expected to come out of their mouth. This was not even in his list of possible things that could happen to him. He was ready to die right here but coming out as the mate of the notorious mafia pack, no, this is the limit for today's craziness. He need to sleep and forget this.
"Wait is that why you are chasing after me and Yuna??" Seungmin gasped loudly. He stood up and said "so basically you think I am your mate and that's s why you are getting all crazy?" He laughed to himself. "Guys I am not your mate, it is a misunderstanding." Seungmin said like proud kid who solved a difficult puzzle. But to his dismay skz don't look impressed. Impressed is their last expression right now, they look possessive and crazy. He swears he saw Chan's eye twitch a little with anger, maybe.

"Stop trying to divert the attention!! Do you know who we are and how do you know that ?" Chan asked in a serious heavy tone. Seungmin froze. Guess he have no other choice but to compensate skz, one thing is sure they won't like him any more after sky's identity reveal. He had to do it one day so why not today. Yuna will kill him but skz might do before her. He will provide them with whole compensation, even if it meant he will be broke. He needs a clear path for his revenge. 

He took a deep breath and looked them with determined eyes and said "SKZ, you are the Korea's most terrifying mafia group. How do I know that, because I busted your multi-millioniare buisness deal with ateez. Hii I am sky." Sky said with calm eyes.

Guyss I am really sorry but I am stuck as to how to proceed further in this story !! It's my very first time writing a fic and just now I am realising that it was a bad idea to write a full fic instead of oneshots.
So I have decided I will take break from this for a while ( I promise I will be back ). Till then I might write some oneshots.
