It was a normal night in the town of Amity Park the city known as the most haunted town in America if not the world, but for once it wasn't just the spooks out hitting the town.
As a form was running on top of the buildings jumping from one to the another, as made a perfect landing on one in particular the moonlight cut down on her revealing the lithe, pink haired, pink cat eyed form that many from the city of Jump City or those who have seen news clips or videos from the city as the teenage bad luck witch Jinx.
She gave a smirk as she hid in the shadows and looked up in the air spotting her main reason for coming to this city, it's infamous public enemy number 1 Danny Phantom currently battling against what looked like some flaming green mohawk robot, and was to no surprise from her winning.
"Seriously Skulker? its almost midnight!!! cant you wait until morning to get your ass kicked?" the teen asked as he evaded the shots from the robot.
"The only one getting his ass kicked its you whelp" said Skulker "and then i will proof once and for all why im the greatest hunter of the ghost zone" he said firing a salvo of missiles.
however the teen just turn himself intangible making the attack pass harmless through him
"you are the greatest alright....the greatest headache i have!!!!" cried Phantom before blasting Skulker.
the mechanical ghost got hit and blasted off the sky to impact a jewelry store destroying the front window (and activating the alarm in the process).
bzzzzt
"uggggg" the ghost groaned as his suit sparkle in damage. "this is not over ghost child!!!"
"oh it is for you" Danny said flying at top speed towards his enemy.
But in a hit of karma skullker turned intangible at the last moment making Danny impact the store, which had the unfortunately result of him being covered in necklaces, rings and precious jewels.
"uggg ok i didnt see that one coming, can this get worst?". and in that moment the police began arriving "and I had to ask" he added before turning intangible and get through the store into the alley behind it (ignoring he was still covered in shiny goods)
Unbeknownst to the ghost boy leaning over the side of the roof with her chin cupped in left hand Jinx looked down at him with a catty smirk yet dreamy look in her gaze.
As she committed to herself.
"Even in the middle of a fight he doesn't waste a opportunity to snag himself a small fortune. She sighed longingly "Now that's my kinda villain."
While her mind flashed back to her assignment.
(Flashback starts)
Jinx looked at her Headmaster in disbelief.
"A recruitment mission?! You're actually sending me to recruit someone for the school?" She shook her head in disbelief "With all due respect sir, who and why?"
The headmaster of the criminal institute and organization known as H.I.V.E Academy ("Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination"), Brother Blood merely nodded his head calmly while looking at her from his desk.
"Yes...while such assignments are usual handed by the recruiters or in rare cases a member of the faculty" he answered "We believe a different approach might be needed for the latest prospective student in question, where one of our schools best would be more fit to convince him of the benefits of enrolling in our fine institute."
Suddenly a life size hologram was projected beside Jinx which she whirled to face staring in surprise, as Blood gave a smirk asking.

"Tell me Jinx, what do you know of the Ghost Menace of Amity Park Danny Phantom?" As Jinx stared at the hologram of the spectral villain.
(Flashback Ends)
"What did she know?" Jinx asked herself in her mind as she returned to the present. "The better question to ask was what didn't she know!"
Danny Phantom had practical become one of the biggest names in villainy for her generation, with some even saying he was going to of their generations big hitters like Luthor or Joker was for the old guard.
Ever since ghosts started terrorizing this town one face always came up as the biggest threat, with the town itself wasting no time in declaring him public enemy number 1. During this of course his infamy had also spread to the rest of the villain and hero community, though while no heroes had tried to bring him Phantom easily handled any ghost hunters that came his way, including a government agency meant to hunt down spectral threats like him.
While in villain circles it quickly became clear that Danny Phantom was a raising star in villainy to keep a eye on.
Heck she knew the supernatural world was abuzz when word got out that the ancient ghost King Pariah Dark was released, only to be kicked back into his coffin by Phantom. Making clear that Pariah's time was over and that Phantom's era had begun.
With all this is it really any wonder why she herself became not only a bit of a Phantom fan, but also attracted to him as well.
"He's got ambition, looks, power, wit." The more she learned the more she thought what more could a girl ask for. Which is why she became quite eager for this assignment after learning just who she was recruiting after all the Headmaster didn't say she couldn't along with convincing him the benefits or enrolling in HIVE, show him the benefits of partnering up with her.
A part of already fantasizing them becoming the next power couple in criminal and villainy history right up there with the likes of
Bonnie & Clyde or Joker & Harley themselves.
All of this went through her mind as she looked down at the ghost and goal in question covered in loot, though blink quickly noticing that the robotic ghost from earlier was phasing up from the ground behind him.
She gave intimidating smirk as she raised her right hand already glowing with her pink energy.
"It's time to make a good first impression." She said sending a little blast of the energy at the mohawk ghost.
Inmediatly Skullker armor began glitching and sparking
"whoa whao whats happening?!!!" he was only able to said before his whole armor went kaboom sending his head (and his real body) sky high "aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!"
Phantom blinked in confusion and surprise.
"ok...i really wasnt expecting that..." he asked wondering what just happened?
Jinx gave a giggle that could be heard through out the alley way, along with her words. "Oh no one expects someone like me to cross their path."
She said as she somersaulted down landing perfectly in crotch position, looking up at him with a smirk as she stood back up.
Danny blinked in surprise (again).
In front of her was a petite girl with pink hair on a horns-like style dressed on a dark dress, leggins and boots with pink cat-like eyes that were looking at him with a mischievous gaze.
"ok..im going to guess you were responsible of that" he said pointing at the remains of Skullker´s suit "but something tells me you are not a ghost" although the last one was quite obvious since his ghost sense didnt activate that didnt meant she was fully human "so are we doing the typical introductions following a fight or i will be able to return to bed tonight?"
Jinx giggled lightly.
"My, my, you are certainly quite bold Phantom." She said walking forward with sa-shay of her hips, while trying to hide her nervousness with determination of making good impression.
She stopped in front of him leaning forward with flirty gaze while subtle emphasizing and making sure he had direct eye contact with her BB sized breasts.
"I mean asking a girl to bed after meeting her in the first minute?" She giggled and batted her eyes, "At least take a girl out for dinner and a heist first"
Danny was quick to blush at the innuendo actually jumping back.
"i mean is not like i just" he scratched his head only to finally felt one of the gold tiaras that felt on him "eh" he pull the jewel off his head and extended his hand to see it better. although because the proximity of the girl he end up pressing the jewel on her chest
Jinx blinked and slightly gasped internally enjoying the feel of his hand against her chest, before she gave a squee and started blushing a bit
Though quickly worked to compose herself a bit as she took the offered tiara.
"Oh Phantom you're not only bold but know how to treat a lady. She laughed lightly blushing hard despite herself as put the tiara on her head.
"Ah jewels really are a girl's best friend." She gave him a smirk, "How do I look?"
officially Phantom´s brain shortcircuited.
But before anything could happen a new voice souned.
"stop right there ecto scum!" and a green net was shoot at phantom who couldnt help but cried in pain as both Maddie and Jack fentom stepped into the alley.
"nice shoot Maddie" said Jack "ha... I knew hearing the police scan to detect this scum was a good idea"
"same...finally he will answer to his crime" said Maddie before seeing Jinx "oh hello dear..dont worry we captured the evil ghost"
Jinx after getting over her own shock began to glare .
"Did you now?" She remarked with sarcastic bite. As he snapped her fingers using her power on the net, destroying it.
"Because you might want to look again." She carried on with amusement
"hey what do you think you are doing?" said Jack angry.
"that power she cant be human" said Maddie aiming her weapon at her
"so the ghost boy got himself a ghost hussy?" said Jack also pointing the weapon at them.
Jinx glared back as her eyes and hands glowed with powerful pink but gave a smirk as retorted back.
"Oh I'm no ghost I'm something worst, a pissed off witch!" She yelled as she let loose powerful blast at the Fentons weapons
Followed by using a hand spring to push herself high I to the air with a flip.
Maddie was quick enough to evade the first blast..but Jack wasnt...the moment the pink waves hit the weapon it sparkle and smoked until it blew up covering jack in ectoplasm
"you will pay for that!" said Maddie trying to shoot Jinx "and witch? seriously...those are nothing more that fairy tales..try another lie ghost"
Jinx snorted looking at her in disbelief while dodging the blasts with grace.
"First thing you might want to work on your aim...secondly fairy tales!? Old Lady have you been living under a rock or something?" she dodged a few blasts sending cocky smirk at Maddie. "Ohh so close but missed me again" she said before calmly continuing on. "I mean putting aside that live in a world where ghosts, aliens, and super powers are a fact of life." She said dodging even more blasts in graceful dance. "Magic being real is hardy a secret or fairy tale anymore." Morgan freaking Le Fay was on the news battling the justice league for Jokers sake.
She threw a blast if energy at Maddie with a parting remark.
"And you might want to look into getting glasses. then maybe you'd actually be able hit your target you old crone."
what followed was a ferocious battle between two "warrior females" that Danny couldnt help but wonder if he should find excited or not. Of coarse he wasnt talking about his mom (ewww) although she showed why of the two ghost hunters she was the dangerous one as she evaded the attacks of the pink girl and shot with the same intensity. No what Danny found more interesting was said pink girl that evade and floated between the shoots with the agility of a cat (and with the same smug expression of one) showing great ability as she jumped, evade, even twisted in mid air and attacking herself...in any other situation Danny would find her..enticing? marvelous? he didnt know.
what he did know was that things were escalating to far..more after a small brick hit his head making him turn up and pale (more that he already was)
turns out fighting in the middle of an alley had the curious effect of damaging the buildings around them..and between pink waves or energy and ecto-shoots the walls around them were starting to feel the heat.
whats more he noticed a set of fire ladders behind Jinx were about to fall thanks to all the shooting
"ok time go" Danny said before taking fly and tackling Jinx in the air and taking her in arms out to the sky, Just in time for the ladders to fall (along side a good chunk of the wall).
Fortunately Maddie managed to evade the fall only ending with some scratch and a lot of dust on her.
"you will pay for that ghost boy!!!!" Danny could heard her scream.
"oh great another thing im being blame for" he said rolling his eyes before flaying several blocks away to the park and landing on the water tank putting down the girl
Jinx though disappointed at leaving the attractive ghost boy's found herself laughing a bit as she readjusted the tiara in her hair straightening.
"Did you see the look on that old hags face when the building almost fell on her?" She gave a smirk toward Phantom as she pointed and poked her at chest.
"Though while appreciate the help Phantom, you didn't need to interfere i'm a big girl, (Her next sentence came with her eyes flashing with pink energy before returning to normal) and I would have loved to show that cow just how much of a fairy tale this witch really is.
She than gave a snort of amused contempt: Besides compared to the Titans those two were a joke. She giggled "Though suppose that's you let those so called ghost hunters stick around rather than deal with them for good." She looked at her reflection in the fountains water with smile as she eyed her new tiara while straightening her hair "They might have gotten a luck shot tonight but something tells me you would have gotten out and easily dealt with them." Her smirk then widen as she turned her head look at Phantom with growing mirth in her tone, "And what's even better you've got those two idiots thinking they actually got a chance at bringing down ghost public enemy number 1, it'd be funny if wasn't so pathetic." She than let out a snort and started giggling madly, "But what the hell i'll laugh anyway! hahahahaha"
Danny felt a sting of annoyance at the girl laughing at his parents (although she didnt knew that). i mean yeah his father wasnt really the brightest bulb and her mom could be quite hot headed but still...
the only reason, or reasons, of why he didnt lash out in defense of his parents were the fact that
A) again she didnt know they were his parents
B) he was dealing with someone that apparently was an actual witch (he was half ghost so witches and the like were totally possible in his mind)
C) she almost brought down a building so better take things with precaution.
although that wont stop him from showing some annoyance.
"yeah ha ha laugh it out..are you done?" he asked on a cutting tone "because if so maybe we can go back to the important things like..i dont know...tell me who you are and why you are here?!!!" he said raising his tone
Jinx took step back at his cutting tone reminding herself that the ghost before didn't get public enemy number 1 spot for this town by being nice, and considering he's been seen fighting other ghosts likely over territory it makes sense he wants answers.
So despite her initial taken aback and slight shiver that went down her spine when his glowing eyes stared into her own, though whether of fear or aroused attraction even she wasn't sure.
She resolved herself to not show fear, after all she came to not only recruit him for the academy but show and convince him that she's the perfect girl to become his partner in crime, and she can't do that by appearing weak.
These thoughts went through her mind as she sent Danny another catty smirk.
"You really are proving to be quite bold and eager ghost boy, do you want my phone number too? She giggled asking, before getting more serious. "But you want answers why an unknown is operating in your turf and approach you, so allow me to illuminate." She said as backflip back a bit landing giving a melodramatic bow and introduction. "The names Jinx the bad luck witch who makes her enemies regret crossing her path. "She sent wink and flirty smirk as she got up from her half bow before pointing at Danny, and for once I'm making someone's night very lucky, maybe in more ways than one she giggled with husky tone and look in her eyes. "Because I've been sent by my academy to offer her a full scholarship and enrollment."
Danny coughed a bit trying to not blush at the girls words...I mean...she might be a witch and almost brought down a building on his mom but she was quite..cute and her flirting nature do was quite making things hard for him...in more that one way.
however one thing did called his attention.
"wait academy?" he asked in confusion "sorry..eh Jinx right?" she nodded "ok Jinx" fitting name he thought "can you explain better? what you mean by academy?"
Jinx smiled proudly and hopped onto and took a sit of the fountains edge before proudly proclaiming.
"I'm talking about The Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination or HIVE Academy is (She gave a bit emphasis on the next word) the school villainy." She sent a smile up at Phantom, "I know it probably out there a school for super villains, but it's really legit." She gave a little giggle while scratching her head, "Well as legit as any school for criminals and villains can be at any rate." "It helps prepare it's students for the criminal underworld, training them, honing and preparing their skills, while also helping making connections for the future. "Even giving missions to the students she lefts up her hand and counts down her fingers from theft, public destruction, mercenary work, you name it. Than gave a little shrug, "It also provides education in normal subjects as well so students have fall back skills that might help them in their careers cover wise or not, and well makes sure they aren't just dumb muscle. Mammoth crossed her mind, "Um most of them at any rate." She shook her head and looked back up at Danny with her cat like smirk, "And you've been on the schools radar for some time now, heck how could you not your one of the biggest raising villains of our generation after all. She than began to look a bit proud as she crossed her legs and looked at her nails, "And while normally recruitment is handled by the recruiter agents or faculty, this time around it was thought best if one the schools best took up the task, and lucky you I got chosen" she said as she sent a wink at him.
Danny blinked once...the twice...then again
"wait wait wait..." he said trying to make heads and tails out of this "school...for villains?" he asked on an are you serious? tone.
Jinx pops her mouth with her reply.
"Yep!" Her catlike smirk grew as she looked up into Phantom's eye noting his disbelief. "Like I said this is legit, I won't bore you with the whole founding story of the school." she added waving her hand "but to summarize basically some very powerful, very influential, and very wise people created the school to help prepare the super criminals and villains of tomorrow, to help give us a edge and leg up on those who follow in the footsteps of the League of Losers and the like."
"is she serious?" Danny thought in disbelief "oh my god she is!!!" shaking his head Danny tried to focus "ok one: you do know how wrong that sounds...and two: why are you telling ME this? you think im a bad guy?" the silence that followed was enough to answer "oh god..you think im a bad guy!!"
Jinx blinked at him surprised and gives a little snort in amusement. "
Well yeah really Phantom there's no need to humble or coy." She stared with a catty smirk. "You practical rule this town as you domain especially after that wonderful public debut with the mayor, and got everyone in this city either fearing your shadow or worshiping the ground you float above." She giggled "Is it really a surprise that our generation is already recognizing as a powerful villain that's likely to be among our top dogs, like Lex Luthor or Joker are for the old guard?"
"Like lex and...? what?!!!" Danny asked in shock..just what the hell is his reputation out of Amity? "i...i....ok this is too much" he said groaning "well sorry kitty-cat but whatever you think of me im not interested on joining villain high or whatever that school is" the ghost boy added floating up ready to fly away
Jinx blinked in shock as she quickly jumped off the fountain and reached out toward Phantom.
"Wait!" She cried as she jumped off the fountain and reached out her hand to Danny. The she gave slight sigh "Look Phantom I get it really, while I don't know your plans or whatever it is you might be scheming. "It's clear that you've got a good thing going in this town, and you likely aren't eager to follow anyone elses orders. she looked imploringly into his eyes as she stepped up to him, "But trust me the HIVE can help you, if not in the lesson than in the connections, you don't have to limit yourself to one ghost town when you can have the entire world fearing your name!" She said with her tone getting more energetic toward the end finishing her statement by clenching her fists together.
Than she gave him a half linden gaze as she said with flirtatious tone
"And I promise you that enrolling will come with other" She gave a naughty catty smirk as as she trailed her finger down his chest and whisper the last word in his ear with husky tone "benefits."
Danny blushed..ok for a so call villain this girl had quite a cute face..and those eyes...he would lie if he said he didnt think she was pretty.
wait what was he thinking?
shaking his head trying to not think about cute, cat-eye girl danny manage to pull his hand away.
"look..sorry but i think you should return from where you came from" he said in tired tone "i have my own problems right now and i dont need to be pull into some sort of evil recruitment" and with that he flew up into the sky
Jinx gaped at Phantom as he flew off before her eyes narrowed with determination and slight indignation.
"Oh if you think this is over think again ghost boy. She thought to herself already racing after Phantom trailing him from the ground. "After all " she said with catty smirk and giggle as she reached into her right sleeve and pulled out a small device with her smirk widening when she saw the tracker she had placed at the back of phantom neck while he was carrying her earlier was working perfectly, she didn't get placed among the HIVE honor roll by not thinking ahead. "bad luck isn't something that you can avoid or lose."
Danny flew back home wanting to put this day to an end.
"3 ghost attacks, one round against Valerie, another against my parents and now some cute looking witch want me to enter some villain academy" he groaned "seriously what a day" if anything this was a calm day to his standards but still the last bit really was making echo on his head.
Does everyone outside of amity think he is a villain?
Villains look up for him thinking he has some "big plan" for his town?
Who else know about this?
Does Vlad know about this? (probably not or he would go on another jealous rant)
A chilling thought hit him.
does that mean the Justice League is after him?!!!
no no calm down Phantom lets not go ahead of yourself
"uff first ting tomorrow im asking Tucker investigate about this..HIVE academy" he thought a moment "wonder if the principal has a honey addiction when he named that place."
as the weird and technological building of Fentom works came to view Danny couldnt help but sigh as he landed
"at least my parents are not back yet" he said as he let his transformation rings change him back to human form "what a day."
he then opened the door.
"im home!!!" he called..not really expecting answer as Jazz was out of town in college work.
huffing he walked up the stairs to his room letting himself fall on the bed.
"i wonder if should tell Tucker and Sam about Jinx..." he blinked "ummm now that a think about it she has a fitting name for a witch..quite cute too actually"
Unknown to Danny the witch in question was right at his window having managed to keep up with Phantom and with the tracking device planted on him ensuring she didn't lose him. She managed to arrive shortly after him just in time to witness to her shock his transformation to a human form she recognized as the only son of Ghost Hunters who she encountered earlier, having made sure to double check and research all she knew or could learn about Amity Park and Phantom before she left.
After getting over her shock she felt a laugh and wide smile cross her face, admiring further proof of his cunning and how he's got this entire town even his own parents fooled.
"Oh Phantom you really are full of surprises" she thought as she rigged the window open as quietly as she could after snapping the lock loose with a little bad luck, and with the stealth of a cat made her way to Phantoms bed with him still facing down away from her."
She gave a smirk as she sat down on the bed and patted his back with consoling tone.
"Rough day?"
Danny´s eyes wide open.
"ahhh!!!" he cried in surprise jumping off the bed...and prontly fall to the floor "ouch" he moaned
Jinx giggled at his reaction looking down at smiling as wide as her classmates Cheshire namesake. "What's the matter Phantom? you look like you've seen a ghost"
groaning and trying to NOT bite back..Danny stood.
"funny also...WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!?" he yelled in anger "and how did you find me?"
Jinx crossed her right leg over the other as nonchalantly examined her nails calmly.
"Weeeellll for your second question two things the HIVE teaches is making sure you aren't followed back to headquarters, or..." Here she looked up at him with amusement "let sexy little witches put tracking devices on the back of your neck."
"you what?!!!" Danny pulled the divice off "uggg just perfect" he looked at her "and you havent answered my first question" he said trying to not blush as the girl had sat lotus style on his bed..which had the effect of giving him a good look up her legs and inside her dress
"You know why Phantom, and have to say you really are even more impressive that I thought!" She said as she leaned back and stretched a bit pushing her breasts forward a bit. Before she leaned back forward placing her chin on top of her hands with her arms perched on her legs. "I mean really you've got everyone in this town fooled, and the fact that you're hiding in plain sight is brilliant" she smiled "If this doesn't prove that you've got cunning to go with your power than nothing does. The fact that no one has put it together not the government, not your own ghost hunting parents, not the HIVE, or even me and believe me I made sure to double check my research on both you or any of your notable connections like the Fenton's." She let loose a giggle "And the sheer gall of it all I mean Danny Fenton Danny Phantom you really do have big balls don't you Phantom" She said with a wink.
Danny blushed and tried to not stare at the cute girl in his bed. which was quite hard for him..as a ghost feelings tend to be stronger as they feed his power..anger and will gives him a boost on the battlefield...but since he is half human things like envy and lust also rise up.
and, in this case, lust seems to be peeking out at the situation.
"ummm ehem..ok look Jinx" he started "i dont know what you have heard of me but believe me you dont want me on that school of yours"
Jinx arches her brow as she hums thoughtfully choosing to humor him.
"Oh and why is that Phantom or can I call you Danny?" She asked at end with slight flirty tone. "After all from everything everyone's heard and what i've seen so far tonight only proving it's not gossip, you're not only perfect for the HIVE but a perfect partner."
She explained while reaching over and grabbing a picture off the nightstand seeing it was a picture of the boy before her with two others their age with her eyes narrowing a slight frown seeming the girl and her apparent closeness to phantom.
Danny blinked confused.
"partner?" he asked "now what are you talking about?
Jinx put the picture back on the table as she looked up at him staring deep into his eyes finding his intense blue just as alluring as his fearsome green.
"You see despite my track record my team and I have with the Teen Titans i'm still among the top students at the HIVE. And it's my dream and goal to become one of the next big shots in the criminal and super villain underworld, to have everyone know my name and both respect as well as fear it." She than pointed her straight at him. " A goal that you yourself have already been doing a good job at reaching. I wasn't joking when I said that you've gained a rep as one of our generations biggest and best up coming villains. Her tone began to get excited as she pushed herself off the bed and began to walk up with him with subtle sexy sway. " "You've got so much potential Phantom and the school can help you reach it, more than that I can help you reach it and become a villain that will go down in history with me by your side all the way. She said as she stopped right in front of him and cupped his cheek.
Jinx shot Danny a coy sultry smirk, determined not to show her any of nerves.
"So having said all that what do you think I mean by you being a perfect partner ghosty"
Danny felt his face heat up at the approach of the girl...on one hand he really should push the obvious villain away..on the other hand there was a cute girl in kissing distance and making moves on him!!!!
Between ghost instincts and teen hormones..things really heat up for Danny...in the fight for control. he ended up taking Jinx wrists....and before any of them could comment he pushed her down to bed and pin her down with his body.
Jinx after getting over her surprise found herself blushing and gave a slight gulp as she stared into the ghost, human, and object of her desires eyes. Finding herself nervous like the virgin she is at the desire she could see in his eyes, but also excited at the turn things are taking.
But reminded herself that she's got to keep in control and show her potential future partner in both crime and more, why she's the perfect partner for him. She than softly mummer with a small cute smile.
"I take it you're more interested in the HIVE now and partnering up with me then?" she gave a followed with a naughty little giggle "Or do you make it a habit to pin down helpless girls and eye rape them?"
Danny breathed hard as he tried to think between the sea of hormones and ghostly instincts that raged inside him…however the words from the witch under him tickled him on a "bad" way
"Y-you really…don't think when you talk right?" He said between breaths; sweat dripped from his face as the heat inside him increased "it almost sound you expecting me to do this" he added as he put his knee between her legs (forcing her to spread them) inches from her covered pussy "you should be careful when you deal with ghosts"
Jinx merely smirked back as she felt her neither regions start to heat up and wetten with desire.
"Oh? Are you sure it's not the ghosts who should be careful when dealing with witches? She asked in coy tone as her eyes began to glow with pink energy, "Especially ones that know what they want and have no problem taking it.
