Chapter Text

I was left with nothing, just the armor on my body and my will to survive. My cowardly older brother had vanished to earth years ago. It's time to pay him a visit! Arcus grinned, his spacepod was flying through space at an incredible speed. Arcus Bukar, that was his name and his mission was to find his older brother and beat him into submission! How could he leave him like that? Stranded on a strange planet. Cro had said he was gonna come back for him, but he never did. What a bastard, wondered if all the talk was true. That Cro had become one of the most powerful Saiyans on Earth. The rumor was that Cro's own power rivaled that of Kakarot and Prince Vegeta.

Arcus shook his head. “It can't be true that you are that strong.”

Which was worse, an evil warlord blowing up your home planet or your own family leaving you to die? They are both really bad. Even if Cro was strong, so was he. He had not achieved Super Saiyan God or Super Saiyan Blue, but he could go Super Saiyan 3. That was his trump card to be honest, Super Saiyan 3. He has battled a lot of people. Took many lives and never looked back. That is what his kind did, they got power by any means necessary and he didn't care who hurt to obtain his strength. Earth was going to be a few days away. He looked at the navigation in his pod, he balled up a fist and grinned evily.

“You will fall at my feet, brother.”

His father was out there somewhere as well, he just didn't know where.

They were a strong family

Earth, West City

Bulla had dragged Cro to the mall to do some last minute shopping and she knew how much it annoyed Cro to go out in public with her, especially to the mall. But like always, she got her way. Sometimes it did pay to be the princess of all saiyans. There was a smile on the princess face as she watched Cro carry all her bags throughout the mall.

This was also proof that you could tame a wild animal. They weren't really attracted to each other at first, he was rough and gruff and she was, well, a princess. No one thought it was going to work. Bulla at times didn't think it was going to work. Cro always going off to fight some new foe and his quest for strength. It was an addiction and all Saiyans were like this. It took a very patient woman to deal with that bullshit, ironically, she wasn't really that patient. Under all the stupid fighting and questing for power, she knew Cro was a decent person. They had children together and surprisingly he has never let them down.

Honestly, it wasn’t that he didn’t like going to the mall with Bulla.  It’s that it was an everyday thing for them now. It seemed like that woman always needed something and it always interrupted his training. He was surprised that she didn’t have some servant with them to hold all of her bags. Wait, she did, it was him. There were bags stacked up in his arms and he could barely see over them. He wanted to be training but she had been muttering about new clothes and toys for the kids. So he had to come with her. There was something in the air that day and he couldn’t put his finger on it.

He watched Bulla come out of another store with a small bag in her hands. He really hoped this was it. When he saw her, he arched a brow as she came walking towards him.

“How do you think we are getting all this stuff back to your house.” Cro asked, it was a simple and honest question.

Bulla looked at Cro and smiled and pulled a capsule out of her pocket. “With this!” Bulla smiled. “I stuffed one of mom’s car into a capsule.” It was an ingenious idea if she didn’t say so herself. She didn’t think about how this was going to make Cro feel and then both of their stomachs rumbled at the same time. Now they were both Saiyans and she was a half-breed but she still needed to eat to keep her energy up.

She looked at Cro and marched outside of the mall and Cro followed. When they came to a spot in the parking lot that was vacant she pushed the top of the capsule and threw it and in a poof of smoke a rather large car had appeared. It seemed like all the bags were gonna topple over and Bulla jumped in the car and the roof of the car retracted and Cro threw all the bags and boxes into the back of the car. He sighed out of relief. He could feel his arms again.

Cro got into the drivers seat and scowled at Bulla. “You know it would have been nice if you told me you had this thing all along.” He banged his hands on the steering wheel and pushed a button to start it. As the car started, the wheels began to turn upside down and the car began to levitate. Great, Bulla had grabbed a flying car. Good thing this thing wasn’t going to be on the roads and Capsule Corp wasn’t that far away.

Bulla leaned back in her seat and put her feet on the dashboard as she began to text. She could hear Cro growl and she giggled as he flew them back to Capsule Corp in the car. When they got back to Capsule Corp the kids were in the backyard playing and they had landed in the front yard and Cro had brought all the boxes and bags inside and put them on the couch and he finally sat down in a chair and decided to relax for a few minutes.
