Kai couldn't help it, but he's started to develop the habit of observing Damon recently. He was simply too interesting to disregard, not to mention the enigma that he is. Kai had tried numerous times to befriend him or at least engage in some pleasant conversation, but each attempt had been thwarted by the other's impolite behavior. Kai is on the verge of giving up.
Until one morning, that is. He saw Damon enter the library early in the morning, and Kai eventually followed him after a few minutes had passed. Just checking in on what he's doing wouldn't hurt, right?
