Summary
Escaping from a Britain war-ravaged by Voldemort's victory at the Battle of Hogwarts and his subsequent defeat by international intervention years later, Hermione lands back in her 14-year-old body at the end of her third year.
She will set everything right this time: the Horcruxes, Voldemort, Sirius, Harry... He won't die this time. She won't let any of them die. It has to work. But will anyone believe that this skilled beyond her years and heavily traumatized Hermione is the same one they had known just a day before? Is that why they’re all giving her strange looks? She swears she is the same Hermione; you really must believe her...
And now that the Tournament is here, what does this blonde witch want with her?

Summary
Quen felt peculiar up on the dais, flanked by stags and lions and wolves.
The Usurper had once been a formidable man, with blazing eyes and a massive war hammer. Now, he was just a red-faced fat man, a pathetic drunk who ate as gracefully as a half-starved hog.
His Queen seemed to be a perpetually unhappy woman. Cersei Lannister was as beautiful as the singers said, though the woman had all the warmth of a dead fish.
She might have done well in the north, Quen thought, almost pitying.
(Or: The gods in their blind malice give Theon the feeble body of a woman.)

"All our silence could not excuse/Disappoint or further prove/Anything other than what we already know." - MS MR, 'All the Things Lost'.
“Who did you promise?” she asks him, tearful with alarm and terror.
He gives an odd sort of little half smile, then rasps, “Lyanna. I always kept my promises. She would have been so angry with me… otherwise. I had to help her. It was the only way.”
“What was the only way?” Catelyn feels cold sweat dripping down her back, feels slightly feverish herself. “What do you mean, Ned? Did Lyanna ask you to do something?”
“Keep him away… from Robert,” he whispers. “To protect him.”
(Mortally wounded during the Greyjoy Rebellion, a delirious Ned makes a deathbed confession to Catelyn, leaving her to pick up the pieces of both her life and Jon Snow's.)

Summary
Magical mistletoe that rang a tinkling bell or showered confetti after a kiss? Hermione would’ve considered it fairly tame for a Weasley-instigated game if not for the fact that when it came time to kiss the annoying Fleur Delacour, there was no tinkling bell and no confetti. Why didn’t it work with her when she earned bell chimes with the others? Was it a holiday party conspiracy? Did the mistletoe hate them? How could she fail at something as simple as a kiss? Hermione Granger never failed. Ever. Fortunately for her, the Veela had a competitive streak that matched her own
