No, right now, he was looking beyond the bookshelf. He imagined a window. If it were an accurate window for the bunker, all he would see would be the brown, earthy underground of Lebanon, Kansas, seeing as the underground Men of Letters bunker was, of course, underground. Though, at times like this, Sam liked to look at any set wall and imagine there was a big window that would let the sun in to warm Sam's skin, brighten the bunker, and let the world in. Sam would smile and have a hot cup of coffee, stare at the world outside that he and Dean work so hard to protect. Maybe he'd see lights flash across the sky. And maybe, just maybe, it would snow.
