My compliments for having preserved this so "hard to find" book, wich is a personal testimony about the trench fights in World War I.
By one of these coincidences in life, I have an original form the first (and perhaps, the only) edition of this book, and I have found that in your scanned version, you are missing the front cover, two pages from the prologue ("Prefácio", in the Portuguese language) - the initial one and page 10), and, the final map at the end of the book.
