Product Details
This listing is for a PDF download file, and not a physical product. Crochet your own happy birthday bunting. The pattern includes each letter and how to make into bunting. You will receive two files; one pattern written using US terms and one pattern written using UK terms. Full alphabet also available, please see my other listings! Please read the specifics below before placing your order! This pattern is written using English language and is available in both US and UK crochet terms, you will receive two files, both the UK and US terms pattern. At present, I cannot offer translation into other languages. I try to make my patterns as easy to follow as possible. I do not use grids but sentences using US/UK terms. Sometimes I may break the rules of traditional crochet to what I feel works best in the pattern and for ease of following the pattern. Please read further to find what stitches and supplies are needed to complete the pattern. This is for two PDF download files. If you are using the Etsy app your download may not show up in your purchases section, but can be found by logging into your account via the website www.etsy.com and viewing your purchases section from there. Clicking the link from your email confirmation may not work, follow the above step instead. If you need to get in contact, we aim to respond as quickly as possible. We are a UK business and so if messaging from overseas, your response may not be picked up until UK morning time. The listing price should already include a legal VAT digital download fee. If it does not, this is added at checkout (typically between 17-25%). Some countries/states do not have this. This project does require some patience as it can be quite fiddly. It requires joining panels together and working around the outside edges of the letters. Pattern spans 19 pages. Includes some pictures for guidance. Crochet specifics: Measures approx. 145cm long Letters measure approx. 8-9cm tall x 5cm wide You will need: *An assortment of cotton DK yarn. I used a variety of Ricorumi 25g balls. Normal DK or alternative yarn can be used but remember to adjust the hook size accordingly and the finished sizing will be larger/smaller. You can use a chunky yarn for bigger letters! *3.5mm crochet hook (or size suitable if using a yarn alternative) *Knitter's needle for threading in loose ends Stitches used and abbreviations: *ch - chain *slst - slip stitch *st - stitch *sc - single crochet US (dc UK) *sc inc - single crochet increase (make 2 sc in same st) US (dc inc UK) *sk1 - skip the next stitch US (miss1 UK) *r - row The letters are worked in rows, not rounds. ch1 or ch2 at the end of each round counts as a turning chain and not as the first stitch on your next row. Each letter is made using two panels, and some letter panels are made in two parts (fastening off and joining in a different section).
