Finally add spinach and saute for 1-2 mins until wilted. Add salt to taste then remove from pan. 2. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper in a bowl and mix. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds (so sugar dissolves) and mix well. Add sesame seeds then set aside. 3. On a cutting board, brush the board with some oil.
