These take less than 10 minutes to prep and give you a healthy and nourishing breaky for 3 days. You can easily sub the raspberries for another kind of fruit 😊 Makes 3 portions Ingredients: 6 tbsp chia seeds 3 tbsp desiccated coconut 1.25 cups milk 1 cup of frozen raspberries 6 tbsp @designed_by_dietitians pre & probiotic protein powder 6 heaped tbsp of thick Vanilla yoghurt Optional toppings: choc chips 😉, fruit or extra coconut Method: 1. Grab 3 glass jars with lids or meal prep containers. 2. Add the chia seeds (2 tbsp per jar) and coconut (1 tbsp per jar) to the jars. 3. Blend the milk, protein powder & raspberries together until smooth then pour this (1/2 cup per jar) on top of the chia and coconut mixture. Stir well until combined. 4. Pop the lid on the jars then place all jars in the fridge to set for 60 minutes. 5. Once the chia is set, add thick yoghurt and toppings on top.
