The most delicious combo with the best festive flavours! I’ve done these delicious brie and cranberry pinwheels as a budget canapés made using @asda Extra Special Brie De Meaux! You will need: Puff pastry brie 3 Tbsp Cranberry sauce Milk wash Chop up your brie into small pieces. Roll out your puff pastry and spread over cranberry sauce. Now evenly distribute your brie all over. Roll into a tight sausage. Now slice 2cm thick circles and place on a lined baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 180c for 20 mins until cooked and golden.
