You’ll need:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup raw honey (adjust measurement depending on your preferred level of sweetness) 1 tsp peppermint extract 1/4 tsp spirulina (for color) dark chocolate (chopped into bits) 1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, peppermint extract and spirulina until smooth. 2. Transfer to a glass container. 3. Stir in chocolate bits. 4. Freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight). 5. Let thaw for about 10 minutes, scoop and enjoy! 💚
