Are we even updating?

Out of all the food apps, retail apps, this is the only app that can’t seem to find my address. It’s disappointing to use Food Panda instead because they have higher food price.

Great app, though it sometimes have technical difficulties

I’ve been using this app for months because my grandfather wants to use his senior citizen card for discounts and this app has that option. I never had major problems; the delivery was always on time, the change was exact, and there is an option to track orders. The only problem I had is that the app sometimes doesn’t load upon checkout even though my signal is fast, so I have to delete and reinstall it to work again.

Worst experience ever

The only good thing is that I was able to call customer service on my order. The app does not show the status of my order so I called. The girl who answered told me she’ll check the app on my order. It seems nobody is checking if there is an order placed on the App. She said she will call but she never did. After waiting for a call back that NEVER CAME. I called them back. What kind of Customer service is that!! And useless to have an app that nobody from the store will monitor!!! Better just use another delivery service… this is too frustrating and useless to use…..the only good thing is the Food!!
