ParaHoxozoa (of Parahoxozoa) is 'n klade van diere van bestaan uit Bilateria, Placozoa, en Cnidaria.[1] Die verwantskap van hierdie klade relatief tot die twee ander diere-afstammelinge Ctenophora en Porifera word gedebatteer.
