I use https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ for testing the robustness of the HTTPS connection, and I use https://securityheaders.com/ for testing how well HTTP headers are set up.

I’ve made a habit to use dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/. It’s usually a bit harsher when grading, taking in to account planned security improvements in browsers that are currently in nightly, dev and beta channels.
