Abstract:
Hydrola is a French family-owned SME specialized in the production and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic spare parts for industrial machines. Hydrola is exporting its products to almost 70 countries and has become a major player in the industrial spare parts market. The case-study focuses on the company's expansion into emerging markets.
