콜린거 수용체 라고도 알려진 무스카린 아세틸콜린 수용체 M4 ( Muscarinic Acetylcholin receptor, Muscarinic 4 (CHRM4)은 인간에게 있어 CHRM4 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다.[4] [5]
함수 M4 사카린 수용체는 G 이질i/o 단백질과 결합된다.[6]
그것들은 아세틸콜린에 대한 억제 자각제로 기능한다. M4 수용체의 활성화는 선조체 에서 아세틸콜린 분비를 억제한다. 아세틸콜린 수용체의 M2 하위형은 주로 해마 와 대뇌피질 에서 활발하게 기능하지만 아세틸콜린 방출에 대한 억제 자동수용기와 유사하게 기능한다.
무스카린 아세틸콜린 수용체 는 도파민성 신경전달 에 대한 규제 효과를 가지고 있다. 선조체 에서 M4 수용체가 활성화되면 마우스 에서 D 유도1 보행자 자극 을 억제한다. M4 수용체 결핍 마우스는 D1 작용제 , 암페타민 , 코카인 에 반응하여 기관차 시뮬레이션을 증가시킨다.[7] [8] [9] 선조체 내 신경전달은 외사적 운동 조절 에 영향을 미치기 때문에 M4 활성의 변화가 파킨슨병 과 같은 질환에 기여할 수 있다.[10] [11] [12]
