I've been looking for an utlrabook for a few months now and after visiting the new Sony Store I came in and walked out with the new Sony Vaio Pro 13. Daniel was such a great help and answered all the questions I asked as well as offered extras without being so pushy or forceful. The whole staff had seemed to have smiles on their faces even though they were working Black Friday hours which is always a plus to see that this store cares about its customer service.
Definitely a great store to visit and one of my best experiences so far visiting a technology store.

Today we happened to stop into this brand new sony store in the La Jolla UTC mall. Walked out with a new laptop. Not only was our salesman, Carlos, really helpful and nice, but sold us on a new product. The store is really clean, and the people there seemed to know what they were doing. Walked us through the laptop and put a screen protector on before walking out the door.

We always receive the best customer service from this Sony store. Find Daniel, he's awesome and will help you out without trying to sell the entire store to you. The entire team here is knowledgeable and friendly. My boyfriend happily walked out with a brand new 4K TV and we later on came back to buy Action Cams. We are absolutely smitten with both.

Aries and the manager Chad assisted my family and I on our large purchase. Both were informative and professional throughout our entire visit. This store is quaint but has pretty much everything that the Mission Valley store has and with exceptional staff.

I went into this Sony store weighing different prices and options for a broadcast-friendly camera. The sale price for the NEX-VG30H was $2,500. One of the reps said he would put together a package deal for me. He ended up including a 7-hour battery, 64GB memory card, tripod and camera case (items worth over $100 each). I got all of that and the camera for $2450. That amount includes tax!
I was very impressed by how much the store reps went out of their way to help me get a good deal. They were so helpful and friendly... couldn't have asked for better customer service. Will definitely be coming here again!

I walked into this Sony store looking to buy a new camera for an upcoming trip. The wonderful staff helped me find the perfect camera as well as a few accessories that have proven very useful during my trip. The store has now moved to its new location and has a wide range of products. The staff is very helpful/knowledgeable, with hands on management! I definitely recommend coming here for electronics purchases, both the products and staff deserve 5 stars!

I couldn't be more be more pleased with my new Sony Vaio Pro 13 and with the service I received from Chris, Chad and Rocky. Yes, I had them all working for me! I needed lots of help, and they provided it with knowledge, patience and good humor. Thanks guys!

Sep 3, 2014Previous reviewWell Amanda the so called sony rep from U.T.C does not exist. I sent copies of the receipts and all the contact information as requested. I sent all the information to the email address Amanda had given and to no avail the email address was not a valid address. I called the store and they told me there was no Amanda that worked there or that represented Sony. Amanda was a phony person just trying to take the heat off the store because of my yelp and bad review. I never got a phone number from her and you would have thought she would have given me a number to contact her at. This was just a ploy to clear bad customer service that I had complained about.I have not heard or been contacted from any Sony reps. I cannot believe someone from the company would act concerned and then just not even give me a call . People BEWARE this is not the kind of service honest businesses conduct. I am a firefighter of 20 Years and integrity is such a big part of how and who I do business with. I know at the end of the day that I did everything I could have done and gave the utmost attention and care to my victim,patient , or needy citizen and always welcomed any feed back on how I could have provided better service. I care about the people I provide service to because that is the kind of person I am. I am perfect by no means, but there are certain
things in life that are important than money. Please read my initial post and Amanda's so called concern. Her response was phony only to make the public think that they were concerned and they were helping me out. I got stuck With a $600 dollar camera that doesn't work as
