      So, I've only ever bought hats from this site, right? And with all the sales they have, I can't resist. I'm a sucker for a bargain and I love hats, so it's always been a no-brainer for me. I'm out here thinking that I've've snagged a great deal on some hats, only for them to show up in a plastic bag looking like it barely survived a street fight. That's a straight-up L for both me and the hat. Hats aren't t-shirts, fam! They need protection like they're about to go into battle, not tossed in a plastic bag like some leftovers. I bought 5 hats and each of them arrived misshapen so I had to fix all of them the moment that I ripped open the plastic. Thankfully I have the tools available to reshape them, but I've never had to deal with this issue whenever I ordered from other online merchants.

      Most places get it--hats need boxes. Even if they don't roll out the bubble wrap, the box alone gives that hat a fighting chance through the bumpy UPS/FedEx/USPS obstacle course. So yeah, I get that they're probably cutting costs, but if you're cutting corners at the expense of my fresh hat? Nah, bruh. That ain't it. You gotta do better. Save the plastic bags for jeans or hoodies, and let the hats ride in a box like the VIPs they are. No hard feelings, just constructive criticism.

      I ordered a pair of sneakers that I really wanted. I received them on time. However, the first time I put them on, one of the eyeholes broke off. I couldn't wear them and I contacted Snipes through email. They did respond, however I wanted to talk to a live person. They do not have a Customer Service number. They would not exchange the sneakers because I threw away the box that was crushed because it was poorly packed for shipping. I threw away the tags because I had no intentions of returning the sneakers. In order for them to exchange the sneakers they needed those two things. Now I'm stuck with a damaged pair of sneakers and they are refunding 10% of the cost. It's not about the money, it was about the damaged merchandise. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!

      Changed my review. Filling out the Snipes form for customer service is a positive experience. I am able to return and get a refund even with the box being damaged. They want me to include the damaged box in the return. I'd still like the verbiage to change on the Snipes website. Very confusing.

      DO NOT BUY FROM SNIPES! THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU!!! I bought shoes online, too big, and would like to return. Shipment comes to me completely damaged. Why would you put a box of shoes in a bag if you don't want the box damaged. Stupid! The shoes are great but the box is shredded. They won't let you return the shoes if the original box is damaged and not the shoes. What? That's the dumbest thing I'ver ever heard! They won't return my money. "Don't use the original shoe box for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted" (this doesn't make sense) and "Stores cannot accept online purchases that were paid with PayPal." I hate this store. Also, no phone numbers only an online form. Horrible customer service.

      Stay far away from these fraudulent folks. I ordered a pair of dunks that I was so excited about and when I got the order in the mail, they sent me the wrong shoes! Instead of sending the correct shoes they said the did a "full refund". No they did not. They refunded me for the socks and not the shoes. Stay away from them. Waste of my time and I didn't even want to reorder because of this. Get better at customer service and whoever is pulling the orders should really be retrained unless that is a scam too?! The shoe I got was half the price of the shoes I actually ordered. Not even my size!

      I was so WORRIED after reading the reviews. So, I ONlY ordered one pair just in case everything went south!! To my great surprise, the transaction went smoothly and I received my shoes in a very timely manner (about a week),

      SNIPES. I received my Nike cap's.
      Red with security tag, I have to go to an other sports store and they help me to remove the tag.
      The blue arrives 7 days after the red.
      I think you guys need to communicate more clearly about the specific delivery day.

      I received a pair of Nike Lebron NXXT in Oreowood, while the shoes looked nice the shoe box was destroyed. When you buy a tennis shoe you also by the limited edition box!!! Lebron shoe boxes are dope. Snipes or whoever ships their products shipped it in a plastic bag not a box !!!! Anytime you ship in a bag it almost always is damaged!!!!! The csr offered me a 10% coupon on my next purchase, I don't expect I will ever buy from them again when they can't send out an undamaged shoe box!!!!! Skip this shoe store, buy from reputable stores.

      I went into the new snipesusa.com store in Cincinnati,Ohio Colerain township location. as soon as I walked in and started looking around, one of the store employees followed me around like I was going to steal. I made a purchase of almost $300, but I will never come back to this store or any of their stores again. I understand that some people do shoplift, but not everyone is going into your store to steal. it left a very bad tast in my mouth. I didn't want to make the purchase but my granddaughter really liked the boots that she saw. never again will I spend money with a business that treats everyone who comes into their store like a criminal.

      They are a nightmare! So I ordered some shoes for my daughter for vacation last week paid $10 in shipping so you'd think it'd be shipped fast no here we are days away from the trip nothing has been sent finally got a reply from customer service or a bot they literally said nothing in the message and I'm scared asking for a refund they'll say 30-60 to get it back smh I always look at company's reviews ordering idk why I didn't this time but always look at reviews before buying because they are a mess just sloppy work.

      I have been waiting over two weeks for an in store order and when tracking my niece's package, the dates are constantly changing. The service is HORRIBLE. I was told the sneakers would be back in three to five business days...
