Swan Sushi Seafood Bar

We moved here from Hawaii and have been looking for months and months to find a good sushi restaurant with quality fish. We have FINALLY found one here at Swan. Literally everything was perfectly made and it brought back all tastes we were missing in Hawaii

We started going to Swan Sushi shortly after they opened. The service has continued to improve (with added staff) and the food has always been fresh! Connor was our server this evening - he was friendly, attentive and helpful describing menu items. Our food came out shortly after we ordered even though the restaurant was full!
We love having a sushi option close to home (especially with the increase in traffic) and highly recommend Swan Sushi to all who enjoy sushi.

We are local residents and we visited Swan Sushi and we absolutely loved our experience. The decor and the quality of sushi was excellent! Loved the style of booth's you are seated in and the two bars, one sushi bar and a separate bar at the entrance.
The staff was fantastic! Can't wait to return.

Besides the fact that the service was almost non-existent and the servers had no idea about what they were serving, the nigiri and sashimi were done very poorly. The nigiri not only had too much rice, but they crushed the rice into a lump. The sashimi pieces were way too big.

We will not return

First time we came The Place knocked it out of the park. Second time must be post tourist season. One man should not pay 150 bucks for two martinis six oysters, the size of nickels, and a little bit of sushi. I'll drive to Central Scottsdale for sushi in the future.

Went back to this restaurant for the second time, and they had improved service times and the waiter was awesome. The first time around was great. Also, however, they were understaffed and now they're up to speed. I think the sushi is amazing and is way above anything nearby. Great quality fish and presentation. We love sitting outside, feels like we're on vacation. They were also very accommodating of our young children. I love this place!

Excellent, high quality sushi. Very nicely decorated dining room and bar. Service staff were great.

Stopped at Swan Sushi after a day of hiking.

Ordered Sushi, salads, and sashimi. Prices seemed ok until the food arrived. Quality was ok but portions were extremely small.

Bill for my wife and I was almost $80.

So many better and more reasonable sushi restaurants around. Try Pure Sushi, food is better, prices are better, atmosphere is better.

AVOID SWAN SUSHI

We REALLY enjoyed our dinner at Swan Fri 3/10. Party of 4 arrived about 6pm, restaurant was already quite crowded (good sign!) but we were still seated immediately. Overall great service considering it was nearly full and a new restaurant--seemed to have enough staff. We did all sushi rolls and overall were above average quality and well prepared. Not the best I've had but for a suburban neighborhood restaurant was better than we expected. Only complaint is our Sapporo draft beers were not cold enough. Decor/furnishings/finishes are of quality and outdoor patio also was nicely finished-chairs looked stylish and comfortable--will be back to sit out there for Happy Hour . We will certainly make Swan a regular visit when at our Scottsdale place. Happy to see it added to the neighborhood and hope they stay busy !!!!
